They sent me the wrong parts on two times. When I called could not talk with a person because I did not know the name of the person on the dial directory. I purchased a two year warranty a d two water filters. I will be calling my attorney

Don't buy from this company if you expect service when something breaks down. Trying since February 2018 getting our stove fixed with no results. Corp office sending my list of authorized companies and technicians which either don't even sell the parts, don't pick up phones or telling us since months that they are on the way. Worst service I have ever experienced with any product in my life and it's still not solved.
Complete communications over all this months will follow, including the personal I had to deal with.
Frigidaire customer service is terrible, purchased a fridge that has had nothing but problems after 4 months. 7 service calls and 2 shady technicians later we are still having the same issues. Customer service does not care and just continues to book service calls two weeks out and hope the problem just goes away. BBB complaint filed, Would not recommend purchasing any Electrolux products.
This is the absolute WORSE company I have ever dealt with. We ordered a Frigidaire gas range with air fryer and were scheduled for a delivery 11/30. On the day of delivery they called an hour before they should have arrived and said that out items didn't make the truck and rescheduled is for us for 12/11/19. So 12/10/19 they call and confirm, then call back 20 minutes later and say AGAIN, that the items didn't make the truck.
So after being given several different phones numbers and talking to several CSR's. We were again rescheduled for 12/26/19. I finally learn that they never had the item in stock, so all of the time they had been lying to us. They will not have out items in stick until 01/26/2020!!
I would give them 0 stars if I could. Stay away from Electrolux they are incompetent liars and very unprofessional!

If you're a driver picking-up/taking a load here you should have a pretty smooth experience. Easy lot to maneuver in, friendly guards, and there's room out front along the entrance road to park a few trucks.
Only downside is that when you leave, you can only go west on 70 since the xit is one way

I just bought a Kenmore dishwasher manufactured at this plant. I am very pleased that it was made in the USA at an ISO 9001 facility. The dishwasher works well, looks great, and was a spectacular bargain. Kudos to you folks who make this world-class product in the US of A!

If you truck driver and you make on time, second shift always loading you 3-4 hours, they never making on time....
Arrived 2 pm for 5 pm appointment got loaded at 4 pm. Thanks
