Fantastic experience! Every person I came in contact with was super helpful especially Kyle. He helped me at the tail end get everything wrapped up from transferring my belongings from the old to the new to helping me hitch up my trailer from the old to the new. Great place to buy a new vehicle!!!

I recently had a clear custom protective mask applied by this dealer. My first issue was that they sublet it out without letting me know before hand. They used this as an excuse as to why it was not done right the first time, but then turn around and say they stand by the quality and take their own vehicles there. I had to return it once to have them address jagged edges and bubbles, and my new truck came back with gauges dug into the front bumper. There also is now dirt and hair trapped underneath that cannot be removed. Find a reputable place to do this because I regret coming here.

I have purchased 3 cars from there, referred my family which purchased another 2 cars and a friend who bought another car. The sales staff is excellent, in that regard I'll never go anywhere else. Servicing my car, that's not so good. I've had one great amazing experience but the rest of the time I can say is satisfactory or less. Waiting to be serviced takes around 20-30 minutes even if I've made an appointment, which I've stopped doing because it's no use. Other's get complimentary car washes, I never do. I've had my speedometer from mph reverted to kmh nearly every time I know how to change it back. This last time when I picked the car up it had a low tyre pressure light on and it wasn't when I dropped it off (I spent over $500 in maintenance this time around so I assumed they'd at least SEE the tyre light). I live in Ogden and work in SLC, I come to a dealer I can trust but I am considering getting it serviced closer to home. Sorry. But the sales staff is excellent I can't stop saying good things about the sales part of my experience.

Several issues, but the main problem I had is I called and set up an appointment because my truck was a candidate for the frame rust recall. They ran my VIN and told me to come in because I qualified for an inspection and possible fix. When I showed up, the service rep immediately said my recall was expired, and there was nothing they could do. They didn t even look at it my truck. That would ve been nice to know before I drove an hour to come by. They just pawned me off and gave me Toyota s customer service to take it up with them. What a joke. Avoid.

I give Ashok , Scott, and Richard a 5 for great customer service and for going the extra mile. As for Bob a so called "manager", he has no customer service skills at all. He's rude and disrespectful to customers and I speak from personal experience. He has an awful attitude for the kind of job that he has where he should be going out of his way to make it a pleasant experience. Other than that, the auto detailing department employees need some training as to how a brand new car should be detailed. I give my experience a 3.5!

After my service call last week, it turns out the techs did not return the hood support which didn't get latched properly and I kept hearing a vibration sound upon acceleration. However, the service department troubleshot the problem even though I had to bring it back in. Thank HEAVEN'S it was a quick and easy fix, and they took care of it right away - even washed my car for me! Thank you gentlemen!!

I have never left a one star review. I would not suggest buying a car here. They make sure to go out of their way to sell you a vehicle. Once it's off the lot, they could care less about you.

I dropped my car off at 3:30 for a 3:45 appointment. I was 1 of 4 cars in the service department. I waited for someone to come up and help, and nobody did. I walked up to an individual moving files around the computer screen, still had to get their attention.

He then got somebody else, who took my car and let me know that they would call me when my vehicle was done. I was told it would take around 2-3 hours at most, so I would be able to get my car before closing. I did not get a call for my vehicle before closing. I called the service department the following day and a kind lady let me know my car was done. She was the only helpful person. I completely understand if they were busier, or if there was a delay and had let me know. The frustrating part is that I had to contact them. They never attempted to contact me.

I've never had worse service. Especially from a dealership where I bought my car. This is not the first time I have had terrible service at this dealership. Two out of three visits have been awful. I have a service care package that I paid for with this dealership that I wish I never did. Continuing service with this dealership is extremely frustrating.

I am sorry to say that Larry H Miller has one of the worst service departments in the Sal Lake valley. I have bought two vehicles from them and was about to buy my third. Then, I had a $150.00 warranty issue come up with their Toyota Dealership in Murray. They temporarily fixed the issue to get me out of my warranty period! Yes, that is exactly what they did my friends. I took the car to another reputable repair shop and they laughed at their fix. The service rep said there was nothing they could do about. Hmmm, buy your vehicles somewhere else, I guess is the answer. Anyways hope this helped and there are better dealerships in the valley that will respect you as a customer.

They have always taken very good care of me and did the right thing and found me the best price and interest rate! I've had awesome results every time!! I came to this dealership yesterday wanting to order a 2020 RAV4 Adventure. After test driving the Adventure, we went in to look at pricing and the salesman told me the Adventure didn't exist anymore and that it was getting replaced by the TRD Off Road (which is a couple thousand dollars more expensive) and tried to get me to order that instead. When I showed him the build I wanted of the Adventure on the Toyota website he backed off and said I actually could order an Adventure, but continually tried to upsell me on added features that I didn't want. He tried to get me to put a downpayment on a car without even telling me the exact price or anything, saying we'd figure it out when the car arrived, and that they couldn't give me the deals Toyota was offering for July since the car wouldn't arrive until August. Either this guy was flat out lying to me or just very incompetent, either way I won't be buying from them.

Every time I go in for service, I get amazing customer service. They are fast and efficient and never push things that can wait a bit. I dropped my car off at 9 am for brake replacement and it was done by 2! The service center is amazing!

Larry H. Miller Toyota in Murray has again done a great job in their service department!
Craig and his crew are thorough and efficient. We are able to discuss the work I would like to have done and they keep me informed on what other maintenance will be coming due so that I do not feel overwhelmed, pressured or surprised.
I'll see you all this coming week when I bring my wife's car in!!!

What an incredible experience. I just got my 4Runner from a different dealership a few months ago and wasn't sure what needed to be done. He was completely helpful from start to finish and the deal I got with the 3 oil changes was exactly what I was looking for. They didn't try and convince me to add anything else and only did the necessary.

Recently took a truck in for service, thinking with all the warning, troubleshooting and "Christmas Lights" flashing it would be something BIG. As the engine was hesitating, skipping and not running well.

Brought a Toyota Tundra in for service at LHM Murray.

Pleasantly greeted by Sean, a service technician, who quickly had the truck processed by servicemen to discover what was wrong.

In waiting area, was very happy to discover free popcorn and drinks while patiently waiting in their comfy lounge.

Within an hour, Sean came to our waiting table, informed me of the problem (simply a spark plug) he stated that the Toyota Tundra systems will shut down if their is a fault to protect the engine.

Thus explains all the warning lights lit up on dash.

They are changing out spark plugs and resetting the computer, hopefully goes well.

Unlike many other service techs, really appreciated that Sean never yelled across the room.

Instead he would come directly to the customers in waiting area, individually discussing the service issues with patrons one on one. Top notch!

Buying a car can be a lot of pressure, both from your expectations and over-motivated salespeople. You are looking for the best deal for your budget, and they are eyeing the profit margin. My experience at Larry H. Miller Toyota was positive. It did take us some time to come to a reasonable price for our car, but honestly, that's the nature of the beast. I was treated courteously throughout the whole process; I never felt pressured into the 'You need to buy this car' trope. After we had agreed on a price, I was out the door within ninety minutes. I would be happy going back to Larry H. Miller for my future auto purchases.

I have purchase 3 vehicles since my purchase here and each experience has fortunately been better than my experience here. As a previous Director of Customer Service and Quality Assurance, my first action to rectify a dissatisfied customer would have been to contact them directly and do whatever I could to ensure their satisfaction. Unfortunately, Larry H Miller was more concerned about responding to my google review and not me. I assume this was to attempt to "save face" rather than satisfy a customer.
I have purchased 2 Toyota's since then, a 2014 4Runner Limited from Bountiful Toyota, and a 2019 TacomaTRD Off Road from Mark Miller Toyota. I can honestly say that the best experience by far, during and after the sale was at Mark Miller.

Do yourself a favor and look around. It will likely save you a ton of stress!

Horrible experience. I was looking to find a new Tacoma Off Road TRD, some what short notice because I was leaving town for work in two weeks. I was pushed into a Baja TX for $$$ more, which was my decision to purchase, so I can blame them for pushing to up sell.

I then decided to add Side Steps, and a Camper Shell, that they apply $1700.00 of their purchasing power towards (strange part of the contract) and a complete front end clear bra. I was ensured that this would be no problem to have completed prior to my departure.

The first several days they went back and forth on the contract with us, we did not receive the APR promised to us. We continued to contact them to find out the status of the Camper Shell and other work to be done, only to be passed back and forth between the Parts Department, Sales and Service.

Finally, two days prior to my departure they contacted me to drop the truck off for the parts I paid for the be installed. During this time we found were notified that the shell hadn't been ordered and would take a week or so to get in, WTF. They put the side steps on, however they initially put cheaper ones on, and I had paid for the nicer ones.

Then they had someone? Not sure who take my truck to install the Clear-Bra. It was not a Toyota manufacturer, several days later my wife and I started to notice several bubbles, which isn't hard to do on a black truck.

I had to leave town and wasn't able to get this fix, nor did I have my shell. I was ensured that my destinations Toyota department would take care of the shell, however when we arrive and sent the Toyota dealerships info to my salesman Chad,
he quoted us a much higher price than I was able to walk in and get, again WTF.

To this day I have had to fight them to get the 1700.00 + Taxes back, that they had charged me for the shell, that I never received.

All in all, they were the worse dealership I have ever dealt with, if you are thinking of buying here, do yourself a favor and check out Mark Miller Toyota. If you do buy from them, I hope your experience isn't as poorly as mine. I know that car salesman are the bottom of the barrel when it comes to ethics, follow through etc, but i feel this company was beyond that.

Hope this helps, there is a much more to this certain situation, if you care to hear it, and would like some pointers, should you decide to purchase from them, let me know.

He told me right of the bat im new here but I will do my best to make sure you find the car that best fits your needs. Awesome guy. Offered me some water and popcorn. I rate this one of the best Toyota Dealership down state Street.

My wife, Christine, didn't want to wait that long so we went ahead with the 2013. I will be watching when the 2014 Highland does arrive on the market.

Impressive expertise and more importantly service. I've had a very tricky mechanical issue for some time and John Rasmussen (the assistant service manager) and his team including their lead tech really went the extra mile multiple times to get it resolved, and were very cool about not overcharging for the work. Much more comforting and pleasant experience than going to a smaller can-sort-of-do-everything kind of shop, I have to say.

UPDATE 03/07/17: Another fairly involved service issue came up with my car and the team there again were really great, figured everything out and also helped me with the logistics of getting my car back to my house.

I don t even want to put a star, but I want to share my experience. I came to look at a 3rd row car. One guy was in the car sitting (salesman) with glasses older gentleman just on his phone, I was sitting in the parking lot for a little bit , knew he worked there and he didn t even get out to see if I needed help. So I was getting ready to leave until another guy came out and asked me if I needed help. I got out of the car and said yes I m looking for a car. Explained what I wanted. And he was probably the nicest guy in there who wasn t judgmental at all. I went in with my 3 kids and we got ready to sit down. Talked to him about what I wanted and he said ok let me see what my manager says. Walked up to the sales area and the man behind was the manager named Dave Cisernos (however you spell it) once the guy asked him about the certain car and the certain amount I wanted to spend. You could tell he was a very rude and judgmental person and didn t even want to give me a chance and see if I wanted to try something else like finance a car or even try and see if I can spend a little more money. Just straight rude and shook his head no . So I decided I would just walk away and say you know what never mind , thanks for not helping. Didn t even want to see if they had other options for me. REALLY HORRIBLE MEAN JUDGMENTAL manager named Dave Cizernos!!! Horrible experience. Don t be so quick to judge you never know how much money I have in the end. Might have 100,000 in my bank. Bye! Never coming here again!

I was looking at pickup Trucks and although I did not buy one that day, I was impressed with how I was treated -- no high pressure and answers to all my questions. I bought my first car from Larry H. Miller Toyota in Murray and I have to say it was a great experience. Our salesperson was named Richard, and he was beyond helpful and made the experience one to remember. I would definitely recommend this place.

However, they called me two weeks later to tell me my car needed to be inspected. They were unaware that an emission inspection isn't required in Iron county and the woman who contacted me would hardly answer my phone calls.

Purchasing the vehicle was a great experience, but getting the title and registration process was not.

Generally, I feel like they do a good job here and they know what they are doing. I was going to another place nearby and they couldn't quite get a certain repair right despite repeated efforts. I brought it here and they got it the first time. I did get screwed over on a repair on my A/C here once. I understand mistakes happen, but I wish they had taken more ownership to the problem and admitted that they had made a mistake instead of trying to tell me that it was just the result of aging parts. It is possible that that was actually true, but I'm skeptical. However, I've had several other very good experiences here so I keep coming back. ... for now - if I have another major issue, I'm out.

Their waiting area is about as nice as it could be and one of the biggest perks. It's also within walking distance to various food options and they have a complimentary shuttle service that I've used a few times.

I took our Prius due to a recall and the regular oil change. I was happy overall, but maybe the services could be improved by making the shuttle service both ways. Unfortunately, the shuttle is only from the dealer to your desired location after you drop off your vehicle. Additionally, I would have liked to be given an overview about what was written on the report. Still, the service is great at LHM.

Great experience. We actually were there on President's Day so it was really busy but we still got out and about an hour. We did set up an appointment beforehand as well. They recommended a tire change and gave me a great quote by competing with another quote that I had already received. I would definitely recommend this place.

My experience with LHM Toyota has been great. I purchase a Tacoma a year ago. I first went in on May 2016 and order a long bed 4 door white trd off-road Tacoma. I was told it would take 6 months I got the truck in 3 months. When it arrive it was had the technology package which I didn t order. Instead of making me wait another 3-6 months for them to reorder my truck, we were able to work out a deal and they met me half way. I bought this truck for thousands under MSRP and I couldn t be happier. I also have all my maintence done at LHM Toyota, they just did a 4 wheel alignment after I install a level kit on it and was able to dial in the alignment.

They posted the car for 22k n their sales man named Michael Huff tried to sold it for 25k with out tax n dealer fees so I end up walking away. He spent about 2:30 hours with us but when I told him we are going to think about it. He got mad and have an attitude. I will never recommend anyone to buy a car from Michael Huff

We love the service that is given to us and how the employees are on top of things when we get there for an unscheduled visit. They still accept us and get things done. The only thing I would recommend on adding is a television for the cars that are in queue. It shows that everyone is accountable and it shows how much longer it will be for each car will take and we can know when our car is done. I understand it does get business and that may not be a challenge you would want to accept but I would if I am wanting to make sure that we are getting things done in a timely manner. I think with this transparency it ll help you know what processes need to be fixed and how to speed things up.

Full hearted honest review. When we first walked in, we thought we were gonna walk out with our same vehicle. We read reviews and asked for Tyson because he was reccomend. But, he was unfortunately busy with other customers. However, he lined us up with both Preston and Dave. They didn't pressure us nor did they push us to buy anything out of our financial range. They insisted on figuring out our lifestyle and financial plan within the business deal before showing any vehicles to us. We wanted a brand new 4Runner but they knew it was out of our price range so they showed us other vehicles in the same area of what we wanted. They noticed our concern in finance options, so they ran our credit because they didn't want to waste anymore of our time. But, then they pulled every string they could to get us into our dream car. Now we are proud owners of a 2019 4Runner! It fits our growing family perfectly! These guys actually care about your financial situation and stability in purchasing a vehicle. They asked many times throughout the process to give us time to think. If you're looking for a good, stable family vehicle, we would highly recommend this Toyota location. Ask for Dave and/or Preston. They were amazing and easy to work with and made the process enjoyable! They were professional in every aspect and even helped us unload our belongings from our old to present vehicle. These guys are not out to just sell a vehicle, they're out to provide the best interest to a family needs, financially and personally. They even went to the extent of giving their personal number for any complications or concerns that we may have.
Overall, it has been one of the best experiences we have had purchasing a vehicle.

Miller Toyota Dealer and was desperate to have the problem immediately solved, as it was nearing 3:30 on a Saturday evening....the quick and friendly response was overwhelming to me and my family...I have never been to a Toyota service department that has responded with such enthusiasm and eagerness to help me. I was quickly given a new battery and a washed vehicle to continue my trip.
