Unfortunately, we had a TERRIBLE experience working with one of the sales managers. The sales representative we were working with, Bjoern, was very helpful (even came in on his day off). When we asked to see a contract stating the conditions of the financing option, the sales manager, RICHARD PROSPERO, treated us HORRIBLY. My husband and I simply wanted to read over the contract to better understand the terms regarding the pre-payment penalty before we signed. Prior to coming in to sign on the car, we were told there was no pre-payment penalty for financing. When we got there, that completely changed. RICHARD PROSPERO told us that we were required to do at least 6 payments. When we told him we were told differently, he was VERY rude and disrespectful. He wouldn't look us in the eye, he was lying about the contract, raised his voice, tried to kick us out for asking to see the contract, and told us we were unwelcome in the dealership. I can't believe he had the nerve to try and kick us out for simply wanting to verify before signing financing papers. Do we not have the right to know what we are signing for?! HE WAS TERRIBLE.
