I was treaty poorly by your Casey, he was very rude and not friendly, I was there on Saturday morning by an oil changed, I was 1st on line and I waited 1 and 20 minutes to get my car done, when It passed an hour and did not get my car ready , I asked Casey how long it s going to take to get my car done and he said because I did not get an appointment other people who did have the preference before me, As far as I know Saturday are not required to get appointments first to show first to service, after Casey with a tone not friendly told me that , I move from there , he and two more employees were looking at me and laughing, that was very unprofessional.
