I took my car in at 1:00 and at 1:10 was thanked for joining the text messaging program. 40 minutes later I was called to say the tests were done (I came in for the 80k work and to have rear brakes replaced without a prior appointment) and that the car would bw ready in 2-3 hours. I called at 3 pm for a status update and they didnt even begin the work yet. Dont expect much on a walk in, apparently if you dont set an appointment, they will take the job but you better hope you dont have plans to take care of, you will be their lowest priority.

Well let's see, took out 14 Impreza here for a recall for a Brake switch over a year ago and got it back with both brake bulbs burnt out and was not told about it, just took our 16 Crosstrek in last week for the same recall, figured we would have them do an oil change, I asked for NON Synthetic, got a call back saying that this car requires Synthetic and that they will not do the old change with anything but. Funny how the owners manual says it recommends Synthetic it's not mandatory. Were moving out of State this week and wont be dealing with this dealer again. All three times we have been here has been bad experiences.

I recently went into Subaru to look at some of their SUVs and figure out if it was a vehicle I was interested in purchasing in the future. My sales person was Nick Smith, and despite the fact I wasn t looking to buy that month, he still took the time to show me some of the vehicles he had to offer. Ultimately, I ended up needing to purchase a vehicle sooner than later, and went back not only because I liked the Subaru Forester, but also because I found Nick to be honest and matter of fact. Since purchasing the vehicle, I have reached out to Nick with some questions and he was quick to respond. I highly recommend this dealership, and Nick Smith in particular.

I am grateful for prompt service, a congenial staff, straight shooting about price, and genuine flexibility in working things through. Josh Martin couldn't have been more helpful, and the rest of the staff was terrific.

We had a little bump in the road at the beginning with a different salesman, but Nick Smith stepped in and from there on it just couldn't have been better. Subaru gave us a $25 gas card for the issue we had with another salesman, which was very much appreciated. Nick was very knowledgeable on all the Subaru vehicles, never rushed us, and communicated with us throughout the process. Don't know how he did it, but the car we ordered arrived after 3 weeks instead of the 8-10 week estimate. He made the entire process flawless. He was well prepared for closing the deal on the last day, and made us feel like we were the most important customer he had. The tour of the service and parts was very helpful as well. I liked that he encouraged us to reach out to him should we have any questions. It's been fun getting to know our new vehicle, and it is a beautiful car. Love the color (Bronze Metallic). Schuyler (sp?) from finance was equally well prepared, and was extremely pleasant. All the paperwork had been filled out ahead of time, and all we had to do was sign. Perfect. Many thanks to everyone at Heuberger. Oh, and not to overlook the gal at the coffee bar. Thanks for the coffee and water. It's a very nice gesture.

Wife and I enjoyed the whole buying process at Heuberger Subaru, probably the best car buying experiences we've had, Keith, Patrick the sales reps were fantastic, wouldn't hesitate going back to Heuberger in the future.

As always, Heuberger did a great job on my service and checking those additional things I was concerned about. It is hard to find a service department you can trust, and I trust Heuberger to get the job done right.

Purchased my first subaru here and highly recommend this dealership! I had asked for pictures of a vehicle because I do not live in Colorado springs and Chris England went out within the hour during the night to send me pictures of the vehicle. He was an awesome salesman from beginning to end making sure I was satisfied. Along with the finance department everything was awesome! I told them what I wanted to put down and pay and there was no hassle. I was very pleased how smooth it was.

Jason did a truly wonderful job of making our car buying experience something that was actually pleasurable. He never pressured us to buy or do anything. He spent as much time as we needed looking at and test driving several models before we made our selection. He knew that we were also looking at a Toyota at a nearby dealership. He never bad mouthed that car or that dealership, encouraging us simply to make the decision that was right for us. He was patient and worked hard to answer every question we had even though he had to go find the answer sometimes (because we were discussing a 2019 that was not yet on the lot). I would HIGHLY recommend Jason to anyone. He is also prior military, so thank him for his service to our country. He is the sort of guy that, once the car buying was over, we really wanted to invite over for dinner. He is that good.

3rd buying experience here, 4th if you count my best friend's vehicle. Always felt good about the sales side and service is always great. Complimentary beverages aren't bad to sweeten the deals either ;)

I ended up putting a deposit down the carpet and not purchase the car. I gave my full credit card information to them at the time. They apparently were unable to give me my refund back, and I gave my credit card information to someone at their office and they probably lost his information. If they can t keep confidential information like this, I would never trust purchasing a vehicle from them.

We came to Colorado Springs for vacation with our family and due to an accident where our car was totaled, we had to buy another car. After doing our homework we went to Heuberger Moters. Sean was very professional and helpful. Our experience was very good and we expect to enjoy our Subaru for years to come.

It started off a little rough. We walked around by ourselves at first before someone asked to help. The first salesman and I obviously were not seeing eye to eye on much. No itroduction, didn't really ask what we wanted, not very familiar with the inventory, didn't offer a test drive and the one we wanted happend to be in Golden. They did offer to go get it, but they wanted money down for a car we hadn't seen. It may not have been said, but it was surely implied that we had to take it or leave it. So we decided to leave it as well as leave the dealer. On my way out, this wasn't sitting well with me so we stopped to talk to the sales manager. His tune was totally different, he was concerned and committed to making it right. We still left and decided to return later that day. Upon return, the sales manager greeted us and introuduced us to Clint. Clint was great, maybe the best we've worked with at any dealer. He and his manager offered us more than a few incentives to buy from them. Also, for the first time in my life a dealer actaully offered me the first time what I expected for my trade. Had it not been for Clint and the sales manager Chris, we certainly would not have bought a new car from Heuberger. But they made everything right and I seriously doubt we could have gotten a better deal from anyone else. At the end of the day you have to ask yourself, would you buy from them again. The answer for us is YES.

I got a car there in September. It was the easiest decision to get a Subaru, but their parts and services areas are not reliable and uncommunicative. I hate that I have to buy parts through them due to the ignorance that goes into ordering the wrong part and then promising a certain pick up day to a customer and then not calling them back on that day. If you think the service area is any better, think again. These people do not know how to work a phone and let me leave with a broken tail light without even an offer to fix it (in fact the guy told me to go to auto zone). I'm just disappointed with my experience but can't do anything about it except post this because where else will I get Subaru parts in Colorado Springs, when I really need them?

The team was very nice and it was great that I was shown how to use the functions of the Subaru. I loved my Forester that I had the last 3.5 years while in grad school. I drove to cripple creek and monument for assignments and my gas mileage highway would average 30 mpg. City I averaged 26. This mattered a lot for me as I was not able to work full time in school. The team discussed the windshield insurance which I did take because I have repaired windshields annually living in Colorado. I was offered fair trade in as I had significant hail damage from a recent storm. I also really like the star link and got the prestart for the car which is will be my first and I m excited for it. I love my new ascent. The only things that were awkward was that I was offered a Generic based interest rate that was quite high compared to what I could get at other financial institutions. If i had not known I could get a lower rate (if I was a new buyer) I would have taken what was offered. Also I wasn t offered different rates from different financial Institutions.

Wished that I had bought my car here, so I bought my second subaru right here! Any dealership has their rocky moments from time to time, but heuberger really takes the trophy with their customer service and pricing. I'll buy my next subaru here as well as the ones after that.

Hands down best car buying experience I've had. They're super quick and easy to work with answering every question along the way.

I worked with Clint, who I cannot recommend enough! Made the process painless, all the way from giving me quotes to making sure I had all the necessary paperwork.

Thanks so much guys!

Heard fantastic things about this dealership from a friend. We happen to not live in Colorado Springs but wanted to do business with them. Just bought a new Subaru Ascent and love it and the process with Heuberger. All of the internet sales and finance individuals were easy to work with and exceedingly professional and kind. Never a tense moment. Am already in the market for a Forester and will buy from them again. Thanks everyone at Heuberger!!

The car buying experience I had at Heuberger was the best that I have had. Tommy Demers was an excellent salesman and went above and beyond to meet our requests and help us through this process. The whole process, from start to finish, was excellent.

A really great car buying experience! The salesman, Andy, was so nice and genuine - he was very friendly and didn't fit the description of what you typically think a car salesman is like. Even the finance guy was very nice and patient with me as I changed my mind several times on financing options. And of course, their prices can't be beat! I would definitely recommend this dealership, and would certainly buy from them again.

I knew from the summer of 2015 that my Subaru was on airbag recall, so I didn't let anyone sit in the front seat, as I kept putting off making an appointment. So, about three weeks ago everything in life had calmed down enough and I made my appointment. Being from a smaller town I was a little lost, but once I made it to the Colorado Springs Service Department, they kept one or two people with me to guide me around. The Service Department is like a well-oiled machine, I rented a car for the day, and I got the call almost one and one-half hours early that my car's work was completed. What an amazing service experience!!!!! Everyone there who helped me today - A BIG thank you!!!!

Steve Stanley has gone out of his way to help us purchase our first subaru. He also went above and beyond to help us understand our new car (this car is loaded with cool stuff!). Abagail in financial was fantastic in helping us navigate the financial side of things. So far we are very pleased with our subaru experience.

Ryan, our sales person, did an amazing job getting things done as quickly as possible. This was a business transaction and we didn't have time to come sit for five hours waiting on finance when we were purchasing outright, and leasing. Ryan worked with us on car selection, and exchanging all possible information ahead of us coming in. The only bummer with the experience was that 1. the parking lot is extremely tight (though I'm not sure what can be done about this), and 2. the finance process still just takes too long. This is not a reflection of the rest of the experience, and nothing is perfect, but for personal and business we will keep going back to Heuberger Motors.

Brought my vehicle in for some service, Zeb was my advisor and wow, he made my experience amazing. He was able to get everything done in a timely manner, even when that place was crazy busy! His customer service is stellar and Zeb is a true asset for Heuberger! Thanks again! I will def only use Heuberger for anything on my vehicle.

**update** i have spoken with alex about the situatuon and it has left an even worse taste in my mouth about the company. He is very condisending and belittling. He offered absolutly no resolution basically told me the tech found them in my car center console so he left them in my cupholder. If you found ANYTHING of the sort why wouldnt you simply mention it when i picked up my car? The lack of customer service on heuberger side is inexcusable and far below my expectations. I will happily find a more trust worthy shop to take my car.

I will NEVER go back to huberger to get my car worked on warrenty or not. Id rather pay put of pocket rather than go there again.... I took my car in Monday 12/17 to get sservice. They insisted I needed work done that was not needed (i took it else where for a second opinion). I got my car back Monday afternoon and didnt really drive it till Wednesday morning. On Wednesday morning i found 3 "vitamins" (so says the subaru rep but it was not confirmed) in my cupholder! They were not there when i took my car in nor has anyone been in my car since getting it back. I called that afternoon to speak to a manager. No one ever called me back. It is absolutly disgusting that this company has to little respect for my belongings that I TRUSTED them with. I took the pills to the police station for them to be properly desposed of. Disgusting. Beyond disgusting.

I highly recommend going to Heuberger Subaru for any car needs. The entire team was amazing. They helped me out when I was way over my head after I was in a car accident. Paul Blessing is wonderful to work with and would recommend him to anybody looking for a new or used car.

Our Family loves salesman Joseph F, We have worked with him before at another dealership, but when we found out he was at Subaru we drove over there, and got an amazing deal with him, like he always does. Car no.3 with him and with a large family I see us working with him many more times. Thank You Joseph, you are Awesome!!!

I shopped online and worked with John F. Call internet sales and ask for him specifically. Fantastic experience start to finish. No games, just the best prices within 1000 miles of Las Vegas (literally). Highly recommended. Car was in perfect shape. I'll be back there for my next Subaru.
This is how the car business should be. The dealership is clearly very profitable even without the high-pressure nonsense. I'm still not sure how they do it, but they beat my local dealer by nearly $3000. It had something to do with the intersection between their rock-bottom prices and my local dealer's refusal to come down from MSRP.

This was by far the worst service from in any company I have experienced. We drive 2 hours to have a recall item looked at, told it would take 6 hours. We made arrangements to borrow a car while there. We returned 6 hours later at 3pm and the car had not been touched. It was taken in at 3:30 and returned to us at 5:30pm......what the heck is this 6 hour cr--. As an aside airbag not replaced, oil change done and the rep did a cya on the report saying he had told us the car would be there for the "duration" NOT.

Had my annual service and they indicated my break pads were worn out during the service. No issues since I had the car for 4 years now. However after they gave me the bill I was astonished at how much they overcharge. Break pads were 3x the cost and they charged for two hours of labor. Have replaced my own brake pads and calipers when I was stationed overseas and it took 2 hrs for a novice watching a YouTube video. Spoke with the manager and he admitted that he has every right to overcharge. And we have every right to go somewhere that is honest and won t charge you for more labor than they perform. BEWARE.

Great staff, service and prices. The Java Kat Kafe provides courtesy drinks and fruit while you wait or to go. It's easy to see why this dealer is highly rated.

Please note, the courtesy shuttle doesn't apparently run if there a trace of snow on the ground. While the interstate and roads were completely clear coming in, I will have to take a taxi or other service should I opt not to wait. Bummer...

Update: Thankfully my initial service was less than a hour. It was a free oil change and a thorough courtesy check up at the 6k mark. Well done.

Absolutely fabulous experience from start to finish! Heuberger is by far the best dealership I have ever purchased a vehicle from, from sales (it was truly a pleasure to work with Wendy LaBree) to finance and everything in between.

Love my new Outback - and the next time I purchase a new Subie, I will happily make the drive to Colorado Springs to buy one from Heuberger. Thanks!!

Heuberger Subaru cares about customer satisfaction...

Heuberger Subaru cares about customer satisfaction. I would definitely shop here again.

Update: I was contacted by Marshall at their customer care who will refund the taxes paid so I can pay them to my home state, and offered to pay for the half a tank of fuel. He said he had to wait for his GM to get in on 17FEB20 to send the check. We received the check 21FEB20.

Purchased a used car, great price, friendly staff. Tried to get title to register in home state, salesman argued with me it could not be done. Said fine, register it in my state for me. Said i could not because i had a colorado address on an out of state liscence. Tried to explain my job allows me to do this, or my state would not allow. Tired of discussing after 5 minutes.

Then after paying lump sum and filling out paperework it took 45 minutes of additional processing time.

Wanted the car, so knowing title registration takes days to process at dealers I just called title clerk the next day to have it and refund of title and registration fees ready. Title promised after 12:00pm 14Feb20, but no mention of refund.

This is slightly petty, but I think justified. Salesman promised a full tank of gas, but when it was time to go, only had a half a tank. Was so fed up I drove away, just glad to have the car.

Really the difference in this experience between satisfied and unsatisfied was:
1. Arguing with the customer
2. Registering in my home state
3. Full tank of gas
4. Confirmed refund of title and registration fees since I have to do it now

Heuberger Motors has none of the negatives of going to the dealer for maintenance. Sure the prices are a little higher, but they are quick, professional, have a great military discount, and know exactly what they are talking about!

My husband and I were crunched for time getting a car after I was hit by another driver and my car was totaled, all while pregnant. We decided to get a gently used outback and were happy Heuberger had two used Subaru outbacks that were similar. When we asked to see the cheaper of the two we were told it had just sold so we test drove the more expensive , slightly less mileage car which we did like better for it s interior. Well after getting a good deal , writing a check for the full amount and waiting an hour, we were told we had been sold the other car we hadn t test drove! We actually went home without a car and I had to come back the next day to figure out what to do. They would not honor the price we had negotiated and paid for and ultimately we had to write them another check to keep the car we wanted even though the list price was within $1K of each other. I really wanted to walk out but I loved the car and didn t want to start my search over again as I was out of my rental car coverage. I was disappointed that the management seemed to be fine with me taking it or leaving it and felt they knew they could sell that car no problem . I figured they d at least offer us a few free oil changes or something! Our original sales person ultimately screwed up because he was new and not very careful so I just urge everyone to CHECK the VIN number matches the car you are buying - don t assume they know what they are doing!

The worst experience ever, they misled my son, let him drive a car home and two weeks later called and said they wanted the car back. Apparently they let him drive the car home but the loan did not go through. He put a $1000.00 down payment on the car and they refused to give him the money back. If you value integrity and honesty with a big purchase do not place it with this company.

This is our first time at Heuberger Motors. It was the easiest car buying experience that we ever had, even though it included a trade-in. Marshall was great and very easy to work with. Adam (finance) was also a pleasure to deal with. I should add that the 2018 Forester has exceeded our expectations so far. This purchase was an Internet sale (through Costco).

Repeat customer #3. They totally screwed up my financing. Wrong name entirely. Pulled credit they didn't have permission to do. After I find out, they don't care. Essentially said "nothing we can do about it, the car is yours" I won't be back for car #4. Absolutely horrible way to treat a repeat customer!

EDIT: Not true. I traded your car for one from Perkins. We've purchased well over 20 vehicles from them for our fleet. No hits to my personal credit, no personal guarantee, and certainly never a "nothing we can do about it" response from them. Oh well, live and learn, never buy from Heuberger again!

I've been driving Subarus for 20 years and I love them. We bought our first brand new car here and I couldn't be happier. I'm now getting the older Subaru serviced here. Everyone is extremely helpful, friendly, and polite. Heuberger is the best!

Worst dealership ive been to. I usually hatr when people try to harrass you and what not, but this time it was different. I get there walk around and nobody even bothered to even offer help. I had to go to customer service to ask for assistance. And when i went, the lady there just stared at me for a minute and didnt say a word either. I asked her if she could get someone to help me and it seemed like a burden to her. There was like 3 sales persons there just talking to her and nobody helped me. Then after 10 minutes of waiting this older man comes over and tries to assist me. I had my mind set of what i wanted. A crosstrek. But he wanted me to get something else. When i finally saw one that i somewhat liked he told me he couldnt find it and instead showed me a similar one, but was more basic. He said it was the same but i knew it wasnt. It didnt have the features i wanted. He gave me the price of the vehicle and seemed a bit high for the model and features. So a made him an offer. He didnt like it and became rude about it. He pretty much said if i didnt have that money to not even bother. They had the best prices than other subaru dealers. So i told him he could forget it. I will go to arapahoe and see over there. Over there, the lady helped me while i was driving there. She pulled out the vehicle and prepped the paperwork. I got yhere to everything being ready. And unlike hueberger or however you spell it. Arapahoe subaru gave me a test drive, everyone was expectacular in customer service and didnt overcharge for their vehicles. Instead they gave me various offers. I got the crosstrek with more features than the one from hueberger for 3.5k less. Not only that but i also got winshield and tire, and dent protection. And still paid less than what i would have paid at hueberger. I suggest staying away from this dealer and go somewhere where the customer matter. Over there it was quick and easy. And they werent in a rush to get out of worl like hueberger. The sales person didnt tell you "hurry cause we will close in 30 minutes".
A couple of days later the sales guy that helped me at hieberger called me and asked if i had found anything. He sounded like he was expecting for me to say no. And when i told him that what he told me about subaru arapahoe was a lie and they offered me a better price than them. He got mad. His voice changed immeaditely and just said bye.
Why lie to your customers saying that the other dealership might sale the vehicles for less but will charge for other taxes that hueberger doesnt. Well let me tell you thats not the case. Subaru arapahoe not only gave me a better price, better vehicles, but also gave me a better experience and better protection for lesser price than hueberger. Well that is all i have to say.

I am totally stoked about my new WRX!!! I just had the most awesome trip to Durango in it. I went the long way that went by Silverton and there is no car out there that could be as fun to drive on those mountain roads.

I really appreciate the effort that Clint made so that I could make it work to get a great price on my car and get it super quick so that I could have it for the trip.

The work was fine, the communication was lousy. Upon checking in, I was told the service department could do practically any maintenance task in under 90 minutes. At the 90 minute mark, I went to check on progress and the person with my paperwork was nowhere to be found. Also, my car was nowhere to be found. Signage indicates customers can watch the work being done, but in the fine print, apparently, there is another building where the work goes on but customers aren't allowed. Neither the time it took (2+ hours) nor the location of the work is such a big deal except that none of that information got to me. Communicate, please, so people understand what's going on and can plan.

Always had good service with them for over 20 years. We've got two cars, an Impreza and a Forester. Before that we had a 2000 Legacy Outback that gave us 18 years of good service, all taken care of by Heuberger. They always found ways to save us money during our maintenance.

Tierani is literally the best - I plan on recommending her to all my friends! She made the process go super smooth and found us the exact car we wanted for an awesome price. Everyone at the dealership was also super nice and personable. We love the little coffee station (it really is better than Starbucks). We actually plan on getting a car for my husband in a year or so and definitely plan on hunting Tierani down to help us out! Great asset to the Subaru brand.

This easily was the quickest leasing process I've ever experienced. Karen contacted me before my other lease expired. She was able to work out a new lease that actually LOWERED my payment on a newer Forester that had MORE features than the one I was leasing. She prepared all the paperwork in advance, and she answered all my questions regarding the new features on the Forester. Everything was a breeze and the vehicle is a dream.

I bought a Subaru BRZ from Clint at Heuberger Motors about a month ago, and overall it was a great experience. I found them on the internet offering great prices and service. My local dealer wouldn't come off MSRP on the popular BRZs, so I had to look elsewhere. Clint gave me a great no-hassle price, and Dawn handled the financing smoothly and quickly. For anyone looking for great prices and service on Subarus look no further than Heuberger Motors. Give Clint a call and you won't be disappointed.

I understand some days can be busier than others, but I made an appointment 2 weeks ahead of time and it still took 10+ minutes for an advisor to even walk up to me after I arrived. Maybe they were short staffed, or someone called in sick. So I understand things happen. They did not appear to be busy, however I understand I may not have seen the whole picture from my point of view.
It took almost 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation on an appointment. But okay... again maybe there were call outs. So when I pick up my vehicle- it s brought down and my glove box is completely pulled out and on the floor. I understand they do this to check the cabin filter, however they should put it back before returning the car to me. I had to ask for help putting it back in and Chris (I think he s a manager of some sort) came out to look at it. He did apologize.
However it gets even worse...I paid $125 for an oil change, tire rotation and they replaced two peanut bulbs that they noticed were out. When I get in my car to leave I decide to look at the form the service team fills out on what was done, and I notice tire rotation wasn t checked off. However I was changed for it on the front page/receipt. So I pull over and look at my tires, one of my caps is missing so it was easy to tell the tires were never rotated. I turned around and pulled in and talked to Chris again.
It surprised me how he didn t seem surprised at all that the tire rotation wasn t done. He said he could give me a card for a free rotation and a tank of gas, but the fact is- I trust you all to do the work I pay for- the FIRST TIME. I drive all the way down from Powers/ Woodmen because I trust-ed you guys. Everyone has bad days and things happen but this is the 3rd bad experience I ve had with Subaru service and I can t blame it on a bad day anymore. I will be going elsewhere. Something s felt off the last two times I ve been to Heuberger and I know it s easy to sell Subaru s in Colorado, but that s not an excuse to provide this kind of service.

Not impressed. At all. My car has been having issues with idling, it likes to try to die after a few seconds. I took my car here because I heard they were the best. They are over an hour from where I live. I dropped off car at 10am (on the dot per my appointment), I was told it would be a few hours to diagnose and that I would get a call with updates. I sat in the waiting room for three hours then we decided to take the shuttle to the mall to kill time. By 3 pm, i still hadn't received any updates. We called the shuttle to take us back, went to go speak with the service rep, and apparently "several hours" prior, the techs still couldn't figure out what was wrong and had to get the foreman involved who still couldn't figure it out. Ok, fine, I understand difficult problems, but by this point, it was an hour before the maintenance bay closed. And here we were with our only car still "being worked on". So they definitely had some updates to tell us, but forgot? Got busy? Didn't feel like it warranted that update? God knows what would have happened if I never checked in personally. So we decide to take the car back home (1.5 hours drive) and that I would bring it back next week. On the way home, my car started to overheat! I have owned this car, living in Georgia nonetheless, for 5 years and have NEVER had an overheating problem. By this point, it was 5:08PM. EIGHT MINUTES after the mechanics department closed. I tried to explain that this was an emergency and that my car was overheating so I really needed to know what they did in case they just happened to forget to plug something back in. Mistakes happen. I have worked on my own cars for 15 years, I know and completely understand that mistakes happen. However, the lady couldn't even be bothered to get off her chair and run out to see if any mechanics were still hanging around that I could talk to. EIGHT minutes after shift end. Who leaves that quickly??? They probably weren't even done washing their hands after their shift! COMPLETELY RIDICULOUS!!!! So i had to baby the car the rest of the 20 minutes home. Now here's the kicker! The car dies when it idles for more than a few seconds, so I had to keep the gas pedal pressed slightly. However, when I did that, the god damn car would overheat! imagine the NIGHTMARE. So NOT IMPRESSED! Now I either have to pay a tow truck to tow my car on a flatbed all the way to the dealership or somehow find a place around me that can pick up where they left off?

"Subie Lube" advisor Patrick was excellent. I don't normally take my vehicle to someone for service, but I got a maintenance contract with my new legacy. They were courteous, prompt, and did everything as requested. Patrick treated me right.

Good service, love the cafe. 4 stars cause the idea you charge labor for an oil change is ridiculous. Still service team and management staff took care of my issues and I'm happy with how they stepped up

Learned of faulty windshields on the Outbacks after mine cracked unexplainable while sitting in my work parking lot. Took it down there to see if they would do the right thing, and they did not. Dont buy Subaru if you want a happy experience with your vehicle.

Just wanted to add that the price of customer loyalty may have been cheaper. Because my outback was totalled out in a hail storm. And I bought a Nissan. And also convinced my girl to get something other than the Crosstrek she wanted. 600 for a windshield or 60k for 2 vehicles not sold. You do the math Heuberger.

Awesome experience with Heuberger! We flew up there from Austin, Texas and they met us at the Denver airport to shuttle us back to the dealership. Once there our sales woman, January, was awesome as was the financing woman, Dawn. Everything went as quick as it could with zero hassle, unlike many many other dealers! We got on the road soon after for our road trip back to Texas!

My wife and I recently started car shopping to rep...

My wife and I recently started car shopping to replace a very old minivan. We had some idea of what we wanted and had visited a few dealerships, but we were not sold on any one car. I saw on the internet a possibility. It was available at Heuberger Subaru. Upon arriving at the dealership we were helped by a young man named John Kraft. This turned out to be a wonderful bit of luck. John was friendly, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. He showed us the car I saw on the internet, answered all our questions, and arranged a test drive. There was NO hard sell, just a willingness to help. Due to time commitments on our part, we had to come back in two days. Luckily, the car was still available. John proved that day that he understood the car-buying process, taking care of the necessary paperwork and putting us in touch with one of Heuberger s finance people. Not only did we get a better price than comparable vehicles at other dealerships, Heuberger was able to get a better interest rate than I could get at our bank! The net result is we drove off the lot with a 2020 Mitsubishi Outlander that met or exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend Heuberger and especially John Kraft, for outstanding customer service.

Heuberger Subaru is by far the most pleasant place that I have ever seen to buy a new car and to have your car serviced. The dealership seems committed to making the experience of buying a new car hassle-free and even fun, and I think they do an excellent job of keeping their prices low and making their customers feel appreciated. Karen Lovvorn is an absolutely perfect saleperson: she somehow figured out what I was looking for without my even being particularly clear about this, and she was the model of a no-pressure salesperson. I enthusiastically recommend Karen and Heuberger's to anyone interested in purchasing a car.

My family and I have now purchased three new Subaru's form Heuberger online and had them shipped to Salt Lake City. No hassle, no hidden fees, local dealers could not match within $1500 bucks. Shipping is fast and reasonable. Customer for life. Thank you.

My car had only 20,000 miles on it but was not sounding right. I took it in and found it was past warranty by just a couple weeks. However, the service dept. diagnosed the problem and corrected it without a charge as they saw I had to wait a few weeks for the appointment and had bought the car at their dealership. They waived even the diagnostic test fee. Way to keep a satisfied customer coming back!

I like my Subaru. I just want anyone who's considering buying a Subaru from here to know that the service department is not about customer service. You will need to plan for days of hassle even with an appointment. I made an appointment to have a new window seal worked on due to excessive road noise in my 2015 legacy, which I was told is a common issue. After 7 hours of my car being there they called to tell me it hadn't even been looked at. Why did they schedule me if it wasn't possible to look at my car in a 7 hour stretch. I then had to get a loaner car which would've been very helpful to have from the beginning with having two children and needing to get them around. However, the next day it only took them about 2 1/2 hours to complete the service I had taken my car in for the previous day. I won't be taking it back to Subaru for anything else. My time is valuable as they fail to have any consideration for. Very disappointed.
