Bought. Vehicle with 8k miles on it reached out via email to the store & sales manager about issue with vehicle and I never heard back. I went over to Karl Malone. I would think twice about buying a vehicle from Larry H. Miller Toyota as they did not stand behind there vehicle.

I had previously had a Chevy truck and had bought it at Larry H. Miller Chevrolet. Since then I purchased a Toyota Rav4 at their Toyota dealership.

I had made an appointment for an oil change, and emissions test with the Larry Miller dealership. When I arrived they told me they had no record of my appointment ! I even pull out my phone with the email reminder from Larey H. Miller. Come to find out I had made the appointment with the Chevy truck place at the other dealership location !

I asked Craig Warner, who was helping me at the Toyota shop, if it was possible to fit me in. He was nice about the whole thing. He told me yes, but it might take up to 3 hours. So I told him I would stay and wait. Well within the hour I was surprised to hear my name called out. Craig and his shop help got the job done quicker than expected.

Good job guys and thanks! I always get treated well at Larry H. Miller.

I had a great experience with Larry H. Miller Toyota. Carisa Miller was the representative who worked with me online. She was so helpful and friendly, but not overbearing. Larry H. Miller gave me the best price of any of the dealers in the Salt Lake area on a RAV4 Hybrid (one other dealer told me I must have misunderstood it couldn t have been that low). Because I live 100 miles away, I asked my local dealership if they would meet that deal and they did, so I did not buy the car from Larry H. Miller, but I still wanted to offer a review for those who live in the Salt Lake Valley. Save yourself the shopping around and go to Larry H. Miller!

They have the biggest selection of new Toyotas in Utah and a very friendly staff that are willing and able to help find you whatever car will suit your needs. I have purchased 2 vehicles from them in the past year and I have been very happy with the results.

I put down an initial deposit of $1000.00 on 3/29/...

I put down an initial deposit of $1000.00 on 3/29/13 and a finance application for a brand new RAV4 with Sean Smith. Its been almost 2 weeks since than, and i have not heard back anything on finance or my vehicle delivery dates.

When i call them, the operator transfers me to Sales department, and it always goes to voice mail. No one responds back even after leaving a few voice mails. Infact, i called back-to-back 4 times today and pleaded with operator to have someone speak to me. Richard got on call, he asked my information, and informed that that the computers are shut down so he does not have any information.

Dont know what else to do except driving down there after taking some time off from my office. What an experience and follow up in today's consumer focused world !

Update : Apparently one of the Sales Manager got upset by the review above, called me and asked me "if no one followed up with you, why didnt you come down to dealership to get an update ? " ...i was almost laughing, as this is what i meant when i said i might have to drive down there after taking off from office !!!
Also, the Sales Manager got upset that i posted the review online, and did not wanted to do any business any more. I was more than happy to accept my deposit back and take my business elsewhere, where people either answer calls or atleast want my business !

Sales rep Walter was a pleasure to work with. Vlad was also helpful in getting us top dollar for our trade. I can t say the same for finance. As soon as I declined all add on services, he got pissy, barely spoke and when we were done he slid the memory stick with the paperwork towards me, stood up and said were done. Didn t shake my hand, didn t say thank you for your business. Very rude and abrupt. Somebody needs to get that guy straightened out. Unfortunately he s my last impression of your dealership and that s not fair to the others who worked so hard to earn my business. Great Company ! Bought a used Toyota Prius at a great price. But my favorite thing was how Jeffrey in Finance and his Finance Director we're able to get me a lower interest rate that I didn't even deserve. Because of Jeffrey's ability to deal directly with Toyota Financial, he was able to get me a more favorable rate. Talk about going above and beyond.

Last but not least I would recommend, Pete Bell, Mike Tanuvasu, or Mark Evers as Salesman to purchase a vehicle from. These three men have demonstrated over time to be trustworthy and not pushy. They will always keep you're best interest in mind when purchasing a vehicle. And Jeffrey as you're finance guy !

Overall, Larry H. Miller Toyota Company is a great company. In a valley full of toyota dealerships. Larry H. Miller rises above the average.

The service department was great. KC Gardner as well as Julia made my experience with Larry Miller a pleasure. They were so helpful and pleasant. The first time ever that I was happy with a service call on my vehicle. They deserve big KUDO'S in my book.

It was an awesome experience as dealerships go. Teddy Walton in maintenance was honest and accommodating and genuine. He helped answer all of my questions and was very personable. I had some questions about my lease and he personally went out of his way to find someone to help me with the questions I had. And sales consultant Mark Evers was above board and honest with me and answered all of my questions I had. The honesty I received from these to men is why I have been loyal to Larry Miller Toyota and a big reason why I will always shop for cars at their dealerships. The integrity of these two men and their loyalty to their customers is why I'm loyal to this dealership.

I don"t live nearby anymore, but every time I try other service providers, I am told I need things that I dont really need, or things are broken. I never have to worry about that w LHM and have learned that it's worth the drive for the value and piece of mind. They know me, my car, and I get exactly what is needed.

Awful customer care. After two vehicle purchases within the last year. The service team patched a nail hole in the back right tire and the patch failed. The kid who fixed it said they would replace the tire, then there service manager refused. Multiple phone calls were ignored by management and still no resolution.

on 4/1/19 i brought my 2002 Toyota 4 runner in for having a starter issue they had diagnosed my car saying i need to uninstall my push start and timing belt so i continued with paying 1100$ for the fixes. i get the call on 4/2/19 around 4pm to come pick ot up i pucked it up and drove home(7miles) then arpund 8pm decided to go get food (2miles) away i get food and go to start my car and it failes to start seeming it didnt have enough fuel to engine to start after 45min and multiple attemps i started it and got it home. on 4/3/19 i took it back in early at 10am they told me later in day that i will need new water pump and that its been leaking all over my engine so continue with that fix (800$) i had left town on 4/4/19 was informed on 4/6/19 to pick it up (Everything was fixed) on 4/8/19 i got back intown and picked it up took it up big cotton wood canyon on 4/12/19 had no issues tell later that night went to hit the gastation and it started rough sounded like a trackter so i turned it off and took it back to Toyota next day 4/13/19 they are telling me that i will possibly need new motor and to even look into it its gonna cost a small (2000$) this is not okay my 4 runner was in great runnong shape when i brought it in and it came out running like they just rallied it.

Buying a car can be a stressful time for anyone. Tack on the pressures of being a female and 7 months pregnant and you've tripled the stress. However at Larry H Miller, When I stepped out of my car I was greeted by a warm and friendly staff. My salesman Rick Baran met me at the door and guided me through the quick and simple process of purchasing the perfect vehicle for me. Some people have a way of making you feel at home instantly and Rick is absolutely one if these souls. He took the time to explain how my trade in would work and he and the team of finance professionals helped me get out of my insanely high interest rate! Rick and sales manager Richard Prospero were the perfect advocate-liason to communicate my needs and wishes to the bank. They were patient and maintained professionalism through my hesitations and indecision. While they worked numbers, Tony Seaborn always seemed to show up with a cold bottle of water offering up something boisterous and funny to say taking my mind of my physical discomfort. One of the finance professionals, Kimber Ashworth would come over call me by name and say hello offer a hug and ask about my day or my pending purchase....walking into Larry H Miller feels like walking into a good friends home, and best of all, in the end, I walked out paying less $$ and receiving more car! When it was time to pay off my former loan, finance manager, Daniel Baldwin personally drove my payoff to my former bank so that I wouldn't recieve any negative marks on my credit....talk about above and beyond!!! If you're on the fence about where to buy you're next Toyota or even your next new car, take it from me..... Larry H Miller Toyota is the best!

Buyer beware! First of all they have no problem putting you in a super upside down loan and then when you go to upgrade or trade in they will low ball you to the extreme. Their maintenance/service dept is a joke. The used car they sold me had major repairs needed within just a couple months that they 'missed' in their multi point inspection. They kept my car for over a month only to get it back and have to bring it back in a month later for more major repairs. This time they kept it for several months making 'repairs' only to have the exact same problem a couple months later. When called out on their poor repair job and even worse inspection they claimed it wasn't their fault and just my bad luck. Their solutions were to charge me more money for the car they already sold me that isn't worth even half of what they sold it as. Cant trade it in because they even admit that the car isn't worth even half of the loan they sold it for. So far its only been one nightmare after another. It's what you would expect from 'Rudy' at 'Luke Fuchs' dealership, or 'Bolivia's Finest Quality Used Cars and Petty Zoo'. Good luck if you buy from here, or go for repairs. Buyer beware!

Parts department sucks, the guys on the front desk don't want to work you ask them to check stuff specific with the VIN Number an there like no, and also they have a bad attitude like if they hated there jobs or if like the parts were free NEWS FLASH I spent a lot of money in parts alone a least tread customer better THIS PLACE NOT RECOMMENDED go some where ELSE parts department at least the two gentlemen in the from desk there are TERRIBLE

Absolute delight!

They are one of the best dealership to shop your car from in SLC.

I have had very pleasant experience dealing with Bill working there. He is patient, helpful and does not spam you with calls or emails when you do not want him to.

Couple of my friends have bought cars from them and I am third, none of us have had any trouble dealing with them.

They are considerate of your needs and help you in ways they can.

Definitely recommended!

I recently purchased a corolla at LHM Murray. It was all good until after 5 days later when I was driving from UT to CA--the check engine light went on. I was all nervous on the highway not knowing if it was a serious issue. But I needed to drive along because I was catching a flight at LAX out of country. As soon as I got to the airport, I had a friend call LHM and told them about the problem. They said they were almost certain it was a small issue and that I could just bring the car in for a free repair after I got back from my trip. And I did 20 days later when I got back to the states, only to be told that they had no record of that phone call in their system and that I bought the car with no warranty so they could not cover the cost of the repair, which they originally told me was $1200(right, small issue)! I insisted that they look further and even showed them the chat history with my friend about that phone call. At last Eric, the manager came in and offered to send my car for repair at a different place at $390 and said they would split the cost half and half with me just because I have been waiting there all afternoon. I guess I need to show appreciation of that attitude of customer service, but I am actually still capable of putting myself together after several hours' waiting:) Anyway in the end I paid $100 and LHM agreed to cover the rest(in the process, I got called several times by the repair store saying that LHM told them we were splitting the cost, which later became $675, half and half, then that I was paying $150...).

Well, at that point, I was ready to accept it as merely a bad purchase and move on...until...the light went back on again(that's right, again~) on my way from UT to KS(I know, I drove a lot recently, maybe that was the reason:( The mechanic person at LHM did tell me that there are different possibilities in the original diagnose (again, small issue..) and that the light could go back on after they repair it. So I called them to see if they have more information on what the problem might be now and was told they couldn't say more without inspecting the car again(they already knew that I was heading out of state before the first repair), and since that I'm not in UT anymore, they couldn't do anything with car right now, but they would communicate with the repair store and fund that $100 I paid. So I called the store to ask if they have more information on the problem of the car and to confirm the refund. I was told of course, that they couldn't say more either without inspecting the car, and that they have heard nothing from LHM and could not do the refund because they fixed one problem, whatever that was. I called back to LHM asking if it was they hadn't communicated with the store yet and have heard nothing from anybody since then.

Now at this point, I don't even know if I should make any more phone calls. A car dealer at KS recently told me that state law here requires that dealership offer 30 days' warranty to ANY car they sell out of their stores. I'm sure the law varies across states, but this is not even just about warranty anymore. You would think buying from a big car dealership like LHM would guarantee your car quality for at least 6 days, or that when professionals like people who work there strike bargains with customers, they would carry through it. Unfortunately not in my case. What is fortunate though, is that our school does provide legal service for students on campus, which I'm afraid would become my next logical step. I do look forward to the end of this issue...it's been a long month...

I went to the dealership for a recall. When I left my car there and spoke with the advisor, she asked me if I was going to drop off my car. She didn't ask me if I was going to wait for my vehicle. I waited for 3 hours for a recall. I wish the advisor would have been more clear on what dropping it off meant. I was put in the back of the line and it wasn't until 3 hours later that I asked the advisor if my vehicle was ready. It was ready. the advisor didn't ask me if I needed a shuttle ride back to my place or somewhere else. if she was under the impression that I was going to drop off my car and leave which I did and I'm assuming she would have asked me if I wanted a shuttle ride somewhere. However I did wait at the dealership. I have never had a problem with lhm group. I guess it was my mistake for not understanding what she meant by "dropping it off" it was early and I haven't had breakfast. With all given said I hope the advisor and myself don't make the same mistake. Thank you

I absolutely enjoyed my shopping experience at Larry H. Miller. A big piece of it was due to Dave Hughs who helped me with my purchase. I walked away with a new Tundra that I had been looking at for a while in the color, model and price that I wanted. Dave wasn't pushy at all and let me take the time needed to make the right decision. Thanks for a great experience!

Took car in to get serviced for an oil change. Did not tel me they were going to rotate my tires for an extra $15. Also told me they would take care of a factor recall but ended up charging me for the parts and labor. Also didn t wash the car like they normally do. Not coming back here.

Shawn had kept in contact with me over the months knowing i wasn't happy with my old car. When arriving on Monday we were greeted warmly. She had gone out of her way to understand our needs and concerns. She walked us through got us in and out in a timely manner, she also made sure her General manager wad involved in helping us with everything. Thank you Larry H.Miller team.

just did 15 k service. I give 5 stars for the express service. My car was done in about 1.5 hour. Phone service gets no stars. I tried to reach them during business hours closer to the end of the day, no body picked up. I left a voice massage asking to get back to me. No body called me back.

we've bought two cars from here so far and they've been great with everything. No complaints!!! our most recent purchase was a toyota tacoma which has been my dream truck for a very long time and thought it wouldn't be until i was well established in life till i would be able to afford it. Lo and behold Sammy and his team were able to get me and my wife in the truck that we loved and we don't even have to live paycheck to paycheck to do it. They made it possible and have appreciated their service very much.

This was my first purchase with the Larry H, Miller Auto Group (Toyota) and my 5th Toyota truck.
From the minute I called in to the prompt call I got back from Rick Baran (sales associate) it was professional and without the " sales" negativity people associate with car dealerships. I told Rick what I wanted and within an hour they located the truck I wanted and we set up an appointment for me to come in and sign papers. There was no bait and switch and no major upsell from his team. I have to say of all the Toyota dealerships I have dealt with this was by far the easiest and most enjoyable.
I look forward to future transactions and lots more new trucks.

The salesman was so awesome but the deal couldn't work out. My complaint is that the dealership overpromised on the phone and then couldn't keep their word once in the store. It didn't make for a good experience at all.
