I am a full time student at USU while my home is in SLC, UT. This means that I stay in Logan, UT during weekdays and drive back home to SLC, UT for weekends so that I can visit my family. Last Friday I noticed my plate tags were expired so I had to make sure I get it renewed on Saturday since that s the only day I can get it renewed. I toke my vehicle early morning to Murray Toyota dealership and told them to do inspection and emissions and to update my tags. I also requested them to change my tires and to look at my brakes. They called me at 4:20pm telling me that vehicle is all ready to be picked up and that they will close at 5pm. I went and paid them in full, got my vehicle, came back home, and noticed that I still had my expired tags. I only had 10 minutes left before they close so I called their service department and no one picked up the phone I then spoke to their front desk and explained the situation. The front guy said he will have someone reach out to me which never happened. Now I am gonna have to take the risk of driving my vehicle with expired tags for another week. Very poor customer service. They only care to charge you the max they can but not necessarily to keep you satisfied. Not to forget that I purchased two vehicles from this place. The management at this location is not focused towards keeping their customer base happy but only focused towards up selling and selling higher to print more money.

Every time I go to the dealership for service it feels like a car buying experience where I have to keep my guard up to avoid being up sold more services. It look longer than I was told it would take on the phone. Jiffy lube at least runs a quick vacuum and cleans the windshield. It was more expensive. They got the job done. My sales rep was pleasant. Not worth the drive for regular maintenance.

I went all over town to find a good deal on a car!!! Even though I explained to each salesman what I wanted to happen. None of them listened they wanted to screw me on my trade in and on the new car too!!! Except for Juan at Larry H Miller Toyota listened and worked out what he called a Crazy Deal. I you need a new or used car, this guy is the best.

Over the past 20 years I have gone to several diff...

Over the past 20 years I have gone to several different dealerships and small shops to service my cars. I was looking for good service, good prices and the work done right the first time. Sometimes you get good service but crappy mechanics. Other times you may feel like you have paid too much or the service person is trying to get you to buy into unnecessary repairs. It s hard to find the right combination.

Over time, I narrowed it down to the best of all three. Go to Larry H. Miller Toyota in Murray and ask for KC in the service department. KC is a great service coordinator! When the mechanics bring back the list of recommended service items (as they always do these days), KC is honest and up front about what needs to be done (based on his experience) and how your decision will affect your vehicles performance. He takes the time to answer your questions and is prompt about following up with you on your service.

I recently went in to LHM Toyota in Murray to have my vehicle serviced...and KC wasn t there. Although the work performed by the mechanics was top notch, the service coordinator I was assigned totally tried to up-sell me services that were unnecessary. It was VERY obvious and VERY disappointing.

Save yourself time, money and worry. Again: Go to Larry H. Miller Toyota in Murray and ask for KC in the service department. You ll be happy you did.

After shopping for a used 4WD Tacoma Access Cab for a couple of months without success, we found one at Larry H. Miller Toyota in Salt Lake City. We made the 5-hr drive and we re pleased to find no surprises. Triston and the sales Mgr were very pleasant to work with, total time was only 1-hr. The used truck was thoroughly detailed, and all questions were answered. The sales mgr, who drives a Tacoma, spent the time to show us all the controls. The entire dealership wore masks, had social distancing, and special cleaning procedures in place. Recommend.

I have had my Toyota 4-Runner for over 10 years. I love it still.
Every time my car requires an oil change or any kind of maintenance, I feel totally confident that it will be done well, and timely.
I have worked w/ Craig Warner for many years. Craig has always taken excellent care of my car and sees that I know how long the wait may be and also what is coming up due.
I really appreciate working w/someone who knows and understands the history of my vehicle.
Thank YOU Craig Warner and also Larry H. Miller Toyota Murray for your excellent service and customer service. Hats off for all you do!

Dave Hughes was great. I came in to look for a truck but there wasn't one on the lot that I was interested in, a few days later he called and one had come in but I was at work. He brought it to my work so I could drive it. I will definantly work with him again in the future.

A great service they offer but my problem was
I had just detailed both my truck and car.
I just don't understand why they would leave them spotted from the wash an why they even put spotless
An clean items through.
Open your eyes. I spent a lot time an money to
Clean an polish them.
My last 2 times in they didn't vacuum or wash car
*Oil change ( great)
*Trying to go above and beyond (poor)

Service at Larry H. Miller, Murray is really going...

Service at Larry H. Miller, Murray is really going downhill rapidly. I have a 2010 Prius (that I bought new) with 95K miles that I get service on often. I live in Colorado and work in Utah. If I have my way, I ll drive 10 hours to Colorado to get maintenance on my vehicle at a Larry H. Miller in Colorado Springs, where I know that I won t get screwed! I ve been working here for a year and so far, this is what I ve seen from Larry H. Miller of Murray: 1) I had my 60K Premium service done here got charged $50+ plus for a light bulb (bulb was approx. $2). When I questioned it, I was told Well you got the military discount, so in the end it is a wash. 2) On the same Premium 60K Service, they did not steam clean the engine they made it right after I called them on it. 3) I buy the 3 pack of synthetic oil changes with 6 tire rotations. Every 5K miles I get a tire rotation and at 10K an oil change (so every time it comes in, tires get rotated). The Larry H. Miller here can t keep them straight every multiple of 5 rotate the tires, every multiple of 10 oil change. Last time I was in, I had something like 6 tire rotations I could use and 2 oil change left. They said I had to have the oil change and tire rotation on my last visit - said just do it, I was going home (if public math is correct I should have 1 oil change and 5 tire rotations left). Tried to schedule a tire rotation today and was told I have nothing left and they can t figure out how to make the system track tire rotations and oil changes so that I get a tire rotation every 5K and oil every 10K even though I ve already paid for the service. Larry H. Miller of Murray, you lost out I took my 2010 Prius home for my 90K and bought new tires (that I was trying to get rotated today). I also bought my wife a 2015 Prius V (in Colorado Springs) if I move here, you won t touch that car either. I m going to Mark Miller when I m in Utah, and the Larry H. Miller in Colorado knows how shady you guys are! The Toyota Prius is such a great vehicle, you guys don't deserve to work on them and you sure don't deserve my business.

My wife and I were in the market for a new tundra. We shopped around at a few different dealers in attempt to find the best deal possible. I called and spoke with a salesman at this dealer who was very friendly at first and seemed to have our best interest in mind. Once in the dealer it was clear they could not beat the deal we had been quoted at another Toyota dealer. After telling the salesman s we were not going to purchase the vehicle from them he became very pushy and rude. We asked for our keys back to our current vehicle so we could leave and they refused to give them back to us. After a long and uncomfortable argument with the manager and him down talking my wife, they finally gave our keys back. Needless to say, we will not be shopping there again.

Friendly staff with great interpersonal skills understood my concerns completely. They completed service quickly and informed me of two issues that would need to be taken care of at some time. There was no pressure to get unexpected work done today. It was made clear to be what the work was, and evidence was provided that it really did need to get done. The waiting area is very useful with internet and comfortable work spaces.

I decided to give them another shot, i can honestly say that this time around was a phenomenal experience. Thank you Janale for making sure your employees do an exceptional job. I will be sending my friends and family here, Hence Toyota Bountiful seems to be dropping the ball and not following through with their promises.

I needed to get a key with an embedded computer chip made for the used Corolla I purchased from Larry H. Miller Toyota. I wasn't particularly happy that the used car did not come with two keys--I thought that was standard. My bad for not making sure this was taken care of before I made the purchase, I guess. However, the service department was courteous and took care making a 2nd key this for me.

We like LHM but if he ever comes up to you to try and help you out ., I say turn around and seek help elsewhere !!! There is many other sales men that will value your business !!

If you re looking for a car or truck, shop here! Ask for David Rodriguez! I got a Prius V feb 2019 (sadly totaled in nov 2019), and a new Corolla (one owner 1500 miles) here. You read that right. I got two cars in one year from this dealership.

I worked with David Rodriguez both times. I didn t want to work w your typical salesman. When I shop, I go to several dealerships. I met many sales people.

David is laid-back, humble, and professional! He is very respectful and authentic. Ask for David Rodriguez if you re gonna shop here!

Also Daniel Baldwin is great in the finance department, too. Worked w him twice as well.

The service department is great, too.

I hope this review helps you find a good place for a good vehicle and makes the process easier!

The three salesmen who worked with me we're terrif...

The three salesmen who worked with me we're terrific- Mark Evers, Dave, and Aaron. They were attentive and friendly and made sure I was getting what I wanted. The only negative was that the finance people were so busy that I had to wait a very long time. When I finally got my turn, poor Mehdi had some real difficulties dealing with the computer software, because he said he had not been trained on it yet. I was somewhat disappointed that my payments will be the same as my previous lease, as I had discussed with Dave that my goal was to lower the payments. Because of that goal, I went with a less expensive car, and understood that my payments would be lower until my conversation with Mehdi.
This is my third lease with LHM, and I am a loyal customer. Our family drives 4 Toyotas - my Corolla, 2 Highlanders and a Tundra truck. We love the reliability of Toyotas and the consistent service at LHM.

Purchased my Tacoma here, and get the services done here as well. My only issue is a recall they won't fix because of after market parts, even though I was having the issue before I installed the parts. Now I have to either 1. Remove the part 2. Deal with the issue and ignore the recall or 3. Deal directly with Toyota customer service and by pass the dealership. I should probably give them a 2 star but most of the time they are pretty good to deal with.

I was warned about going to Larry H Miller and I have learned my lesson. Learn from me. Don't go to them. And don't just walk away from them, RUN!

When arriving my wife and I were debating to leave the car or wait. While on the phone with my wife,we were pleased to be told that it would only take 23-30 mins to change my oil since nobody was in front of me so i just stayed. 30 mins go by, 45 still waiting, at 55 I go and see my truck sitting there at the window. I ask about my truck and my service writer was not at his desk. I ask another writer and my original writer was paged. He came back and told me it was finished a while ago. Normally the service is great, but with him knowing I was debating to stay or leave, it would have been nice to have been told the moment it was ready. Maybe LHM could have a text messaging system, or email alert, that when the service is completed in the computer, the customer is notified and not dependent on human error.

Had them install a wiring harness with a hitch on my RAV. First time the lights weren't working. Took it back and after two hours they said I needed a new wiring harness. I had to pay labor twice. Then went to Karl Malone Toyota and they found the problem right off. The technician had bent the pins as it was connected to the engine. Don't go here for anything more than an oil change.

Since it s first come first serve on Saturday and there were a lot of people there already I anticipated having to wait at least 90 minutes. They had me done in about 30. From the beginning, Ty was very helpful communicating by email and preparing an offer immediately especially since we mentioned we were shopping at other dealerships. I wouldn't give a half of a star. That was by far a very horrible experience. I was 10th in line at 6:50 a.m. and was there almost 3 hours. I spent $30.00 the day before washing ang waxing my car. Without telling me they spayed my car with water didn't dry it off and ruined my wash and wax. May I suggest that in the future you ask before spraying water on vehicles.
Customers came in 2 hours after me and congradulated the service guys for being so fast to service therr vehicles while i waited almost 3 hours. Worst experience ever and I promise you I won't be back.

Long story here, but it shows how LHM Toyota takes care of customers:

I bought a relatively cheap (non-Toyota) used car for my daughter to use as a daily commuter. I was made well aware at the time of purchase that, because of low price and high mileage, there was no warranty included with the vehicle. Shortly after picking up the car, the "check engine" light came on. My daughter called the salesman, and he asked her to bring the car in so they could take a look at it. They kept the car for a day, but loaned her a new car while they serviced her purchase. All appeared good, and they returned the car to her with no charge for the service. Within a couple of days the warning light came back on. Again they took the car in, provided her a loaner and sent the car to another LHM facility that specializes in the make of her car. They provided service and returned the car, again, at no cost to us. This situation repeated itself two more times, with the car refusing to start the last time it broke down. LHM Toyota sent a tow truck to Utah County to retrieve the car and return it to the dealership for service - again at no charge to us. They tried one last time to fix the car, and were unsuccessful in making it run properly, so we all gave up and they offered to take the car back, crediting its entire purchase price back to us for application in buying another car from their dealership. We used our original money and a small amount more to buy a used Toyota Corolla that seems to run great.... I guess only time will tell on that one.

For us, the bottom line is that they did not let us down or leave our daughter stranded. They went way above expectations, even though they had no legal requirement to help out at all. I'm sure they spent nearly as much on service as what we paid for the car, and in the end they took it back in exchange for another vehicle that met our needs. During this entire time, everyone we dealt with was kind, helpful and caring. They made this ordeal as painless as possible, even though I'm certain they lost considerable money on the entire transaction. They were more concerned about living up to the Larry Miller reputation and satisfying us than they were about making a buck. That's a rare and very welcome attitude these days, and it makes me glad that I chose to do business with them. I'm very thankful to LHM Toyota and their wonderful employees.

I had a brake job done and the technician forgot to tighten my lug nuts. I made it 40 miles before noticing. Luckily I hadn't driven far or the tire would have fallen off. Check their work when they say they're finished. This could have been a fatality.

Worst place to buy a car long call times nobody ever answers there phones here they will tell you everything they want you to hear but won t help you they are only worried about there pockets and how full you can make them I bought a car just under a year ago and already have had to change the slave cylinder and clutch and now the Catalytic converter is going out. The sales guy Mitch said I wouldn t have a warranty because it s a used car another guy told me I do have a warranty but everything that s going wrong on the car is a wear items and are not covered in the so called warranty this has been the worst car buying experience I ve ever had

Larry H Miller stores are like Walmart, they think that because they are so huge they don't have to provide any service. They're awful! Since you are looking on the web, you may as well go to the stores with the better pricing. Why would you go pay more here for the same car but awful service? From now on, I'm steering (car pun -ha, ha)clear of anything LHM - if that's even possible in Utah.

I was delighted by the great customer services I received from Ashok Panta and Scott in finance. They truly care about the customer. I say this because in the past I have had bad experience buying a car at three different dealers.
I came to Larry H Miller Toyota due to good google reviews. If fact I came with a specific name of the salesman I wanted help from the reviews online, but when I got there Ashok met me outside. He took care of me so well I did not even remember to ask the name of the salesman I had brought with me.
