Initially, our experience was good. Our salesman was very honest, and the process was straightforward. However, the pressure for add-ons, especially GAP insurance, is high. We eventually agreed, after being told "you can easily cancel at anytime, if you change your mind". Well, that part has been an absolutely nightmare. Ive spoken to 2 separate people, and been promised it would be taken care of after confirmation of our part being completed. I started this process literally months ago, and have made no less than 15 calls, and left at least 10 voice mails with various finance managers I'm directed to. In the last 48 hours, 3 voicemails. I honestly have no idea how to even proceed, but I've been really soured by the whole experience. We have 3 Hondas and I now question whether or not I'd purchase from Honda of Tysons again. Earlier this year (when we purchased our Honda Pilot), I'd have never said that. Sad there's such a great sales experience with such terrible customer service after.
