Initially, our experience was good. Our salesman was very honest, and the process was straightforward. However, the pressure for add-ons, especially GAP insurance, is high. We eventually agreed, after being told "you can easily cancel at anytime, if you change your mind". Well, that part has been an absolutely nightmare. Ive spoken to 2 separate people, and been promised it would be taken care of after confirmation of our part being completed. I started this process literally months ago, and have made no less than 15 calls, and left at least 10 voice mails with various finance managers I'm directed to. In the last 48 hours, 3 voicemails. I honestly have no idea how to even proceed, but I've been really soured by the whole experience. We have 3 Hondas and I now question whether or not I'd purchase from Honda of Tysons again. Earlier this year (when we purchased our Honda Pilot), I'd have never said that. Sad there's such a great sales experience with such terrible customer service after.

My family and I were looking into a new civic, which we are enjoying now. Jannette and the finance manager Amin did such an amazing job making sure we were informed and knew what was going on through every step. It was the quickest and mosthe relaxed car buying process we ever had. Amazing place.

I had to tow in my vehicle to the shop because it died on the highway. After a computer scan and some other diagnostics, I was informed that the issue was due to a bad ignition coil. Their price tag for the fix was $500, which is crazy considering that it's $60 worth of parts and less than 5 mins under the hood (the piece is held by a single bolt...).

When I asked why the steep charge, the service rep insisted that it was for all the extra diagnostics that would be required after to make sure "the job was done right". Keeping in mind that it cost me $140 for them to do the initial diagnostics (which you can do for free if you loan a scanner from a local part store!), I don't see how the repair bill should get up to $500 (and they initially said that the price for the initial diagnostic test would be waived if I got the repairs done by them..).

Obviously, I ended up doing the work myself, and the car runs great! I'm not impressed with what seemed to be a money grab operation.

I have been happy with my 2006 Odyssey for 10 years, and will probably replace it with another soon. won't be at this Tyson Corner dealership, though. everytime I go in for anything even as little as an oil change, the service dept tries to hard sell me on a large host of other expensive maintenance. I take good care of my vehicles; keep an average of 14 years. I took this in for a replacement part for the sliding door and they came at me with $7000 worth of other things they said needed fixing. I was not happy, and the Service Manager knew it. After keeping my car for 5 days, after calling to tell us uit was ready for pickup, he did not wait for us to get there. I always get a customer satisfaction survey from this dealership everytime we visit. No survey has come this time. Clearly, they only want surveys that they think will be favorable

I just came from this dealership and dealt with Stephanie. We told her the car we want and she started looking it up. But she kept saying that she doesn t know why the car is cheap. We asked what is the best price you can do and she said this is it. Than she asked us for our budget. We told her that we will pay cash and she told us to come back in 5 year if we want to pay our price, not asking if we would finance the rest of the remaining amount for the same car.

Special thanks to Charles for making the things work out . Still needs to get efficient in making the sale process quicker (came to know that it's a new management), but otherwise you get a good deals here.

I have been having trouble with my Blue Tooth on my phone. I went to the Honda Dealer at Tysons. I have never been there before. But, a gentleman in the service area named Roberto was so nice and was able to help me get it working in just a mater of a few minutes. Its so good to know that there are people that are willing to help. Just hope his superviser knows what an asset he has with Roberto working there. And if I have any other problems I will definitely be coming back.

We leased a car 3 years ago, and that time they offered us with a service to drop the car at home. We were very happy with their service. But their willingness to help seemed to get changed totally when we went to return our car today. They made us wait for more than half an hour to provide a service of dropping us off at home. Within this half an hour they promised about the ride several times, and finally they came up with that their shuttle service is only for 5 miles and they cannot drop us as our home is a bit more far than that. If they would let us know that before we would not waste our time. Finally they even didn't seem sorry at all and asked us to hire an Uber. No regret for not keeping their words, we also requested that if we could get a ride as we waited for long and they clearly declined on our face. I feel disappointed and insulted. Never expected this while having a three years of contract with them.

I got a coupon for tire balancing from Honda of Tysons Corner and I also found that they are offering free Virginia Inspection and I took that coupon as well and I requested for tire balancing as well as Virginia Inspection. It was the biggest mistake I did. After 1 hour sales person called me and told me that my car has many major issues and it can not pass Virginia Inspection. In order to get it approved for VA Inspection I have to do all services worth $1550 plus there are other recommended services worth $650. I told him that I do not have money at this time and cannot do these services, then he told me that we have to reject your VA Inspection and he did that as I denied to do any service. I was in tense as my car can be pulled over any time due to rejected sticker on it.

Just after that I went to nearby Sunoco and requested them for Virginia Inspeciton and verify the issue which dealer has found. They checked it and found that apart from third brake light, everything was fine. He replaced third brake light for $13 and put approved sticker for VA Inspection. I just paid him $11 ($16 - $5 coupon) for VA inspection and $13 for brake light, total $24.

Never ever go to Honda of Tysons Corner for any free service, it is not actually free but cost you hundred times more than its actual cost. They are not professional and just want to make money by putting pressure on you.

I just bought a new CRV from Mohamed Ameyar and Hugo Marano at Honda of Tysons Corner and had a wonderful experience. When I showed up, my car was waiting for me out front with a big tag that had my name on it. To me, that said "Welcome -- We're Glad You're Here!" It was clean and filled up with gas as well. Mohamed drove it with me and gave me a tutorial on the blue tooth, NAV system, etc. The paperwork took some time but there were no surprises other than Hugo gave me a better deal than we originally agreed upon ... only by $100 but it was thoughtful nonetheless. There was no pressure to buy anything beyond the car which was nice but the best thing, as a woman, is that I was treated with respect and my business was appreciated.

I will hope to write the same kind of review for their service department down the road. But for now, I'm a happy customer and would recommend Mohamed and Hugo of Honda of Tysons Corner to anyone looking to buy a new car!

I was helped by Sanjeev in sales and Daniel in Finance, both reps were amazing and went way beyond my expectations. Sanjeev thoroughly explained the car in detail and answered every question I had. Daniel made good on his promise to get me the best interest rate he could. Honda of Tysons gave more than fair price for my 2016 Civic. Buying a car is not the easiest process but Honda of Tysons and their associates made it as simple as can be. I will certainly be buying my next car through them, very highly recommended :)

They spoke to me with such kindness and I didn't feel like I was being pressured into anything. They walked me through the process and took care of everything for me. We recently bought a 2015 Honda CR-V from Ourisman Tysons and we have had only the best service from our salesperson, Aylin. She was extremely responsive to our questions, got our car down to the price we wanted and easy to communicate with after the fact. The reason I am giving it only 4 stars is because, besides Aylin (who was AMAZING), we had an unsatisfactory experience with all the other folks at the dealership. The folks who ultimately worked out all the final payment process with us were a little pushy about us buying extra things we didn't need, almost rude about it. We also did not receive the title until about 2 months after purchasing the car, but they did make sure to get us updated temporary tags. All I have to say is Aylin was incredible through it all though. She personally over-nighted temporary tags while we waited and even drove out to DC to bring us our permanent plates! If you're going to buy a car from here, please work with Aylin, it will be a great experience!

I had been researching for weeks several options of vehicles throughout the country, and Salman was the only one who had a thorough follow up and even kept me in the loop on others showing interest in the same vehicle I was inquiring about. The service I received while I was purchasing the car was excellent. The staff seemed very friendly and was quick as well. The car I got is also in good condition and seems to be fine after as well. But the problems started after the purchase, I still haven't received my title for the car not only have I not received it the dealer told me that they do not even have the title to send. It has been a month and a half since I purchased the car and I have called them over 15 times. I just talked to them and they told me they still don't know where the title is and when they will send it. I tried talking to the manager but he put me on hold for over 20 minutes and still hasn't responded.

I have been servicing by Honda Civic for ten years in this dealership, and I want to praise their accountability. All service appointments were uneventful over those ten years, until I noticed a bit of an oil leak two months after they serviced it. I took my car back for a quick inspection to be on the safe side. My service manager, Tim Godinho, kindly inspected my car, confirmed that oil was leaking, replenished the oil (for free), and asked me to bring my car back for a full inspection the following day no appointment needed. After the full inspection Tim acknowledged that the oil leak was due to a minor oversight from their last service, and corrected the problem free of charge. Everybody makes mistakes, but not everybody admits and takes responsibility for them. It was very nice to have Tim show accountability it promotes trust.

Had a fantastic experience working with Aylin, Rafael, Will, and Brian while purchasing my used 2013 Honda Civic at Ourisman. I met with Aylin knowing pretty specifically what I was looking for. I was working with a specific 10k budget but wanted a car that would be safe and last for several years after my purchase. I knew going into my test drive with Aylin that I wanted a civic and the more we talked about my needs/wants the more she was able to help me in the right direction. She and Rafael, the used car manager, were very transparent with what they could do for me in my budget with my wants. I couldn't have asked for better treatment. The car I purchased had a history of a rear-end accident which they were both upfront about. Rafael included a repair for the bumper when I decided to purchase the car and even fixed another area I discovered that needed body work after I took the car home. Aylin was AMAZING keeping me up to date with all repairs I had done in the week after my purchase, she even texted me pictures of the progress and arranged for a loaner vehicle while my car was in the service shop! Will in financing was fantastic and took extra time to make sure I understood everything about my financing and I had all my questions answered. And Brian in the service department did a wonderful job overseeing my repairs. I highly recommend all of them if you are looking to buy a used car, or any car for that matter!

Had an excellent, smooth, and very professional experience at Tyson's Honda repair service last week. Mogeb Azim was EXCELLENT! Thorough, knowledgeable, and extremely courteous. He quickly arranged for my shuttle back to my home. When the diagnostic showed that my repair required ordering a part and that the repair would take as long as two days, Mogeb quickly arranged for a no-cost rental car for me. It was all utterly seamless. (Should add that the source of my car's problem was a bit mysterious and turned out to be a rather uncommon repair,. Wasn't a surprise or problem for me that the process required ordering a part and a couple days to finish it all.) Mogeb communicated all information to me promptly, without any hint of pressure to do additional service on my car. I wish I could say I've had an equally excellent experience at other Honda dealers. But the opposite is true, particularly at Brown's Honda in Arlington, whose service is abominable in my opinion.

Went to purchase a car. Told them multiple times that I want to go with my own credit union and don't want to apply for finance. The sales person convinced me to fill an application stating it is mandatory for purchasing a vehicle and it won't run my credit report, even after asking several times. After signing the purchase order and came home, surprised to see that a hard enquiry is made in my credit report. This is not about one additional hard enquiry in my report, but the feeling that I have been fooled is what hurts me. Won't recommend.

P.S I purchased another vehicle from them last year too. Not again.

I had an exceptional experience working with Baika when I encountered a problem with my paperwork. I was not pleased with prior service I had received from other members of the Ourisman Honda team as they consistently failed to complete the simple task of mailing me a copy of the paperwork I signed when purchasing my vehicle despite my numerous requests. Once I expressed my frustrations with Baika, she worked efficiently and effectively to accomplish the task. She was so professional and kind, apologizing profusely and recognizing that the lack of prior service I received was unacceptable. She was wonderful to work with and I cannot compliment her enough on how she handled the situation. A job well done and I am so happy that she was able to assist me.

I had an intermittent connection in the 12 volt auxiliary outlet so that my GPS was showing low battery and the green light in the GPS connector would blink while wiggling the connector. I felt that the person analyzing the problem either didn t understand the simple physics of the connection problem or was trying to avoid fixing it. He tried to claim that the GPS (and a 12v to 115v converter) both had problems that would show up if we tried them in a different car. We tried them in a different car, and they both showed a steady connection while wiggling.
I was happy with the warranty service replacing the outlet and a Complimentary Multi-Point Inspection at no cost to me. No more Low Battery on my GPS!.

My wife and I have bought many cars over the years, and we never had an experience like we did at Ourisman Honda of Tysons Corner (OLD). I called to inquire about a 2018 Honda Odyssey they had on the lot. I spoke with Haneen Salman and she provided me with details over the phone. When we got to the dealership, she had everything prepared for us and she was very kind and easy to talk to. There was no pressure to buy and she made the experience very soothing. When we got to the part about the trade-in, she came back with a price that we felt was a little low. We aired our concerns and she went back to the manager. Now usually the sales person would return with a number and you play a game all day, but at OLD the manager came himself and talked to us about our trade-in. Not only did they come up in price, it was also a fair top of the line price. Finally we went to see finance. Here is where most dealerships try to get you. At OLD, there was no haggling or pressure. Abdul Zikira layed out some packages with what the monthly payment would be and let us choose, without pressuring us into one. On top of that, he also was able to get us a bank with a lower interest rate and a better monthly payment!! Overall, I was very pleased with our experience at OLD. Thank you again Haneen and Abdul!

I took my Odyssey in for new brakes and an oil change. Service was done on time and at the agreed on price - it's a Honda dealer that prices their services less than any third party estimate that I had (including a mom/pop type operation that would come to my house and use cheaper non-Honda parts). Also, my service rep - Steve Farr - demonstrated the most important trait in a rep - he listened to my complaint (shaking in the steering wheel when braking) and didn't agree to just doing a brake job until they checked the issue first. Great all-around and they cleaned my car as a nice bonus.

I recently had my 20,000 mile service on my 2015 Honda Accord. The experience was extremely positive. Brian Giles of the Gold Team was a pleasure to deal with. The work was accomplished within the estimated time. And I was pleasantly surprised that my Honda was cleaned (interior and exterior) prior to its return to me. I will definitely return for my next service to Honda Tysons Corner and Brian Giles.

I just came from there...had really a very bad experience...the sales man was really nice...but the manager who came to do a final deal is really bad...I felt like he is some sort of racist...he asked about how much did i pay for my sun glasses...all that... i was very reasonable about everything I asked.. i asked about the carfax report and the service report they did in that car, they gave it to me, but when i asked why some of things that needs to be work on hasn't been done, like 50k miles check up...all the flushes that needs to be done, etc. like what needs to be done as prescribed by Honda manual? He was like they don't go with that standards, and is fine to me if he has talked to us in a nice way..Instead of talking to us in a polite way...he was very rude, and kept interrupting me when i was talking to him. Instead of helping me or convincing me, he was rude. I would never ever recommend anybody to go there. I was trying to buy 2016 white Honda CR-V which has around 71k miles. It was almost $15k.

We drove the extra miles (from Gaithersburg, MD) to take my wife's Honda to Tysons Corner in VA to have the auto start added to her van. The price was much lower than the dealership that was close to our home. They were extremely nice and finished the job an hour earlier than they estimated it would take.

I drove to the dealership in my car so she would not have to spend the expected 5 hrs at the Honda dealership, however, when we arrived, we realized that was not necessary as the dealership is located next to a metro stop. They also offered her a free ride. Since we had our other vehicle, we drove the short distance to Tysons Corner Mall (again, we could have taken metro or accepted the free ride).

We had a great time window shopping and ate at a wonderful Italian restaurant that was located in the mall. It was right after the 2016 snow storm with several feet of snow still on the ground. So perhaps it was just good to get out of the house. We had a great time together. Time passed quickly and before we knew it, Moe (person in charge of her van service) called to tell us the van was ready. It was washed and looked great! They did a excellent job! My wife had gotten an e-mail offering 20% discounts on service and parts - they honored the coupon and fit our van in for service the same day she called which was great because it was the last day before the coupon expired.

Purchasing a new accord at Ourisman Tyson s corner Honda has easily been the smoothest car buying experience. The sales consultant that I worked with was Janette Lopez. She was extremely professional, attentive, transparent, and genuinely cared about my purchase. I m an inquisitive person, and like to know finer details, and everyone at this dealership (especially Justin) was extremely helpful to answer any and all questions. This interaction certainly goes a long way for people who are looking to purchase new cars/bigger purchase. As a physical therapist who operates his own clinic, I can really appreciate high quality customer service. Should I ever need to purchase another car, I will certainly only choose Ourisman Honda in Tyson s.

I fixed tire-pressure sensor(right front) last June 12th for more than $400. But after 2 hours, same problem came up. This time, they say, left front sensor is problem. It will cost another $360.It sounds so easy to make money. But, you know what, by doing business like that,you lost the most preious thing, credibility.

I've an appointment service on Wed. Aug. 30, 2017. My wife drop our car to service department around 11:30AM and be told it'll take about 2 and half hours. After working I got there at 3:45PM, the car is not fixed. The car was fixed only after I ve asked to take it away even not fixed at 4:30PM. I finally got my car fixed at 5:00PM and no explanation. The actual work install a piece windshield molding will need 5-10 minutes I guess. This my worst experience of dealership service in my life. I'll never go back to this service again!!

Great in selling you a car but horrible in everything else. I came to Ourisman Honda and purchased a Honda Pilot. Everything with the sales went fine.
During the sales I had purchased extra accessories that required installation. It took someone a month to contact me to even let me know the part was in stock and available to be installed. I had to call finally and after a week someone was able to call me back and confirm. Next came my tags and title. It is November 2020 and I have yet to receive my permanent tags. There has been zero follow-up with anyone from the dealership to let me know the status on my tags. Every month I call I get the same message that someone will call me back which never happens. I understand the delay in getting tags during this pandemic but they are there is no follow-up from this dealership . The customer service falls off a cliff once the sale is completed. Buyer be aware. I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealer.

I bought my car back in Oct 2015 and the customer service I received there was painless. It was a good experience and everyone was very helpful. I brought my car back for it's first maintenance service a few weeks ago and was pleasantly surprised. Originally, I had made an appointment for a 10k mile service, but all the car needed was an oil change and tire rotation. I went to Honda Tysons corner service center to change the engine oil of my Honda CR-V and they did 24 point inspection free of charge in addition to oil change . Mr. Lewis explained the process very clearly. I would work with him again .
