Competitive pricing, easy negotiation, great, low pressure salesperson (ask for Sanjeev Kaushik). My next Honda will be purchased from Sanjeev Kaushik at Honda of Tysons Corner. Yours should too!

David Mason was a great sales rep and made purchasing a 2017 Honda Fit at a great price easy and fun. The whole dealership team bent over backwards to ensure my new car was perfect - they kept it for two days to get every little blemish out of the clear coat finish and then walked me through every nuance so I'd drive off with confidence and safety. Great dealer, great team. Highly recommended.

Great service. could improve on service scheduling experience. Like , if one calls the Honda Tyson's corner sales #, there is no option to go to service department. We have to find the service # and call to schedule. Also I did not get a mail after scheduling.

Had a bad experience with service rep Kyle on an oil change. He made me feel really dumb not accepting the $2500 of recommended work (based on mileage), even though some of it was for things that I recently replaced. Sure wish they would actually look at whether things need to be replaced before making the recommendation. If you go, make sure to avoid Kyle if at all possible. I will forever stick with service rep Mo in the future.

Nice dealer, but customer service is terrible. I walked in knowing exactly what I was looking for, there was a few reps free and all stared at me. Another person walked in and immediately got helped. Waited around for an additional five minutes hoping someone would see that I m still staring at the same vechile. Nothing. Just ended walking about, not coming back to this dealer.

This was my first time buying a new car and it was easier than I thought. I had done my research and knew what I wanted. Honda of Tyson's corner was one of the only dealers around that provided a price online without having to give them all your information. Not to mention the price online was lower than I got quoted at other places I gave my information to. When I got there I was helped quickly and the sales associate didn't seem pushy at all. The buying process went relatively quickly and they brought up a recent graduate discount I'd never heard of without me prompting them. I did have to drive back that evening because they forgot to have me sign something but since I live nearby it wasn't a huge deal.

Highly recommended. I was just looking for a simple car without much to go on, and the employees were very helpful and informative. I ended up purchasing a Honda Civic and I am very satisfied and comfortable with what I bought. Derreck and Ardi went above and beyond to help me with the best options for my situation and they were very polite and knowledgeable. They worked quickly and thoroughly, and I had a great car-buying experience. I look forward to any future business I do with them and their company!

Terrible experience with the service at this dealership. Their technician, Daniel?, is incompetent, poor qualify and careless. The supervisor, Alex? (an Indian dude) is nasty and no help.
Went to for a Honda recall service to fix passenger airbag issue. Waited for three hours. When I got home, I realized they did not close the hood, left a huge mark on the airbag cover with glue and dirt. The technician also left dirt on the floor of the passenger side. I drove back and talked to the service supervisor. The guy showed no care on their service quality and instead made some ridiculous comments: the hood could pop up when I drove home (which by the way is 2 miles away), the mark and glue could be from a previous service, the dirt on the floor could come from the technician, etc. It is unbelievable. This is the worst experience I have had for the last 25 years of owning Honda. Won't go to this dealer in the future!

Garbage. I went with my elderly grandmother there for her new car. She was so happy to go, however, they are so dishonest here. They were so rude! I could tell that they were just playing games with us and seeing how much money they could get from me. In the end she left feeling like she was forced to buy the new car because of how pushy they were. I could tell she was scared and they made the experience horrible because of how pushy they were. Please don't go here!

I recently purchased a car for my daughter here and the process was very smooth. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. My favorite person there was the Pre-Owned Manager, Rafael. The vehicle ended up needing some repairs before we took it and Rafael was so accommodating and attentive. He was in constant contact with me and made my car the priority since he knew I was leaving the next day to head back to NJ. He even offered to pay for an Uber for my daughter to come back to get the car. Because of him I would come back and buy again from this dealership.

Great experience! I am happy that I went to Honda of Tysons Corner to buy a car. Moses Ayilaran helped me go through the process and do all the documents. The service is excellent! I definitely recommend this place if you want to buy a car.

First, I would like to say that we did not end up ...

First, I would like to say that we did not end up purchasing a vehicle here. My role in the purchasing process is simply to act as semi translator, to make sure that the salesperson did not take advantage of my friends, and to make sure that my friend fully understand what the sales person was saying. I was only there for half the experience and I would like to mention it was not that great. My review here is not on the car itself, but rather the salesperson Jannette Lopez and the sales team.

The first day I was not there for, but my friend did not end up purchasing the vehicle, because he made a counter offer after what we believed was the dealers final offer. To ensure that they understood her properly, they called me and had me speak to her to confirm the dealers final offer. I simply asked the question "$$$ is the out the door price", she replied "yes, it includes taxes, tags, and transfer." So to me that meant "$$$" is how much the vehicle will be.

So the second time I had the liberty to go thinking that it would be simple, the price was negotiated, help him review some paper work and I will be on my way. Nope, not only did she show up over an hour late for the appointment that we had, but she said that there was a "misunderstanding" on the price.

Before she got there, it took quite a while for us to even be greeted. At first we were just standing by the door thinking someone will be there. Nope, so I slowly moved my way into the store. Saw people sitting behind the counter, they looked at me. No acknowledgement. Great service guys. Finally, a salesman came and asked if we needed any help. Of course we told him we were already working with her, so he was kind enough to try and contact her for us and even went to the manager to try to get a hold of her. Anyways, she was a hour late for an appointment which was set the night before. When she finally arrived, we were like we are ready to make the purchase and she said that we "misunderstood" the price and that she never said it. OK, if that's the way you have customers come back fine, that's not the right way of doing business. Of course, I proceed on trying to clarifying on what happened, but long story short, she ended up trying to give us a lecture as if we were little kids. DO NOT ever talk down to your customers. You are not the only dealer in the area.

So long story short we "misunderstood" the price and we probably "misunderstood" the meaning of an appointment also. Look for another sales associate, perhaps you will have better luck.

Service was great and the technician was really thorough in explaining all of my car's maintenance issues without pressuring me to get a sale. Five star experience from me and would recommend their services to all other Honda owners!

Required maintenance on a 2018 Civic LX AC condenser. Worked with Service Advisor Steve F. (Blue Team), who was knowledgeable, provided excellent customer service, and completed work in a timely manner. I will definitely be returning to this location for future maintenance.

The councilor with whom I worked, Steve Farr from the Blue Team, provided expert advice on the best way to address my car's repair needs, explored all options with me, and accommodated my preferences.

On balance, a less than great experience. Pros: (1) Purchased a seemingly well maintained and in good shape vehicle for the bottom of the market price; (2) Gave me an above market price on my trade in; (3) Friendly staff; (4) Worked hard to secure financing for my new vehicle, which was difficult, given that my trade in had more owed on it than it was worth; (5) Once installed, all promised repairs looked great.

Cons: (1) Not terribly responsive. Took several (7) calls to get a response from them regarding promised repairs after car was purchased. Made me feel like they only cared about getting me out the door with the car, but not about fulfilling obligations that they had promised; (2) Took 5 weeks to get the plates changed over. Called before tags expired, but didn't get a response until after the tags were no longer legal. Dealer drove down at 11pm one night to give me tags without having contacted me beforehand to let me know he was going to do so. Got two tickets, totaling $250 for failing to have current plates. Dealer has been silent regarding whether they will pay for tickets, despite repeated calls; (3) Took 6 weeks to get a front license plate mount installed, because dealer claimed part wasn't available. Understandable that sometimes parts go out of stock, but 6 weeks for the part seems excessive; (4) Dealer failed to document a broken part of vehicle and secure a part for it, despite discussion that they would fix it.

They are very meticulous at selling cars. First they mark the car at a very low price online. This draws most of the car buyers even from a relatively far away places. When you actually go there they add up various amounts to the price mentioned online and pretty much bring it to the price at your next door Honda dealer. For example they charged me a tag fee of USD 300. I live in WV and I know that the tag fee is USD 30. I requested them that I will get the tags myself but I was reassured that the difference would be refunded. I took the delivery and you can guess what might have happened. No refund. Eventually you pay equal or more than what you would have paid at your local dealer.

The guy who assisted me throughout has an unforgettable name. His name is Tony Romo and I m very pleased how he immediately solved the issue I was having with my van even after the services was completed. He went above and beyond to get it diagnosed ang fixed in a timely manner. Thanks to Tony Romo I m going to request for him again for my next visit.

I really appreciate the service from my salesperson, Vanny. I visited Ourisman Honda Tyson s multiple times to shop for Civics. She answered all my questions about the model differences and was very friendly and professional. She allowed me sufficient time to consider my options without pressure and I bought the perfect car. Thanks!

Ourisman Honda, like any car lot, getting what you want takes time but with Salman as my salesperson the process went a lot smoother. He was attentive and made my experience comfortable. He really cares about what you want and will take his time and listen to everything so you find the perfect car! The customer service he provided was outstanding!! I traded in my vehicle and got the perfect car thanks to Salman! After many hours I left the car lot happy and in a great mood knowing I got a great deal that I wouldn t get anywhere else. I didn t expect to buy a car when but left with something I absolutely love! Thank you Salman!!! If you are looking for a good salesperson who will go to great lengths to make you happy ask for him, you won t regret it!

My sunroof was stuck open....and the weather forecast was nothing but thunderstorms for several days. They were able to get me in quickly (Friday morning when I called Thursday afternoon) and close the roof. I was there waiting less than 90 minutes. Monday morning they replaced it completely and gave me a rental car for the day since I'm out of the shuttle radar. I appreciated their quick turnaround with such an urgent matter. And, as always, Michael was friendly.

Worst dealer I have ever seen. I brought odyssey in august and I signed up for warranty and maintenance plans and very next day I went and got them cancelled. Finance manager didn't do it which I learned it later(keep in mind they replace the finance department very frequently). again in october I contacted them no response, so I went directly to location and the finance manager who did paper work with me is gone and finance manger-2 comes and he then again cancels and told me it will take atleast 4 weeks to get refund. I waited 6 weeks and no response in the emails, so I went again to dealer location. Shocked Finance manager-2 is also gone. I explained the problem again and it took like a week to give me the refund check(Finally after 6 visits I got the refund in 3 week of december). To resolve this simple issue they took four months and with all lies. If at all you want to buy here make sure everything is as expected before you take the vehicle or else you end up going there at least 6 to 7 times.

I recently took advantage of a free state inspection and a coupon for an oil change. I was pleasantly surprised to find appointments open that afternoon and service rep Mike did a great job helping me with my service.

I had an appointment with Green team, upon arrival I came to know that person was not available for the day and Steve from blue team approached to help. I was told car would be ready in 2 hours if I wanted to wait but I opted to pick it at 5:00.
Up on arrival at service center I had to wait for 20 mins to talk to my advisor who was not available for some reason then I was told to wait again as my car was not ready yet.
Finally after 30 more mins of wait I was told my car is ready and I am good to go. I paid for the service and realized car was not cleaned and there were oil marks on seat and dash. For which I was asked to come to service center next time. On reading the service report I realized they mentioned that I declined for services which I was never advised off.

Messy car and not completed services! great job blue team- I would not expect this from people who claim to be Honda service professional. I am given three star for oil Change and coffee ....Customer lost for ever!

Mike O. and Donald Kim did a fantastic job to provide me a great and fulfilling experience which allowed me to get the vehicle I really wanted (i.e. Honda LX) at the price I felt comfortable with. Thanks to them and their team with making me a highly satisfied customer!

PLEASE BEWARE WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. Most of us we search reviews first for a product or services before we try it. Thats what happened to me. This dealership has the worst, terrible costumer service and a LIAR! I gave them a call to ask if they can service my car. I explained the situation and they say yes. Tow company brought my car in their shop. Service guy call us to regarding our car. Then after more than 4 days they call and says they cannot fix it. Our car was just sitting there and nobody touch it. To make story short, new shop trying to locate our car, they call this dealership several times they said its not there and they dont know where the car is. Then they call back they said the found the car located beside their shop. They insist that our car was never been brought or check in the their shop they said no record thats why they're not awarr our car was there. How can they lie so horrible with a costumer, how can they say the car was never been there or they're not aware someone sent our car there when one of their mechanic is calling about our car???? Try to call them when you need them and they'll just hang up on you or not answer your call.

I came to this dealership looking to purchase a specific brand new Honda Accord. I informed the salesman of the trim and color. We had to wait 15 minutes to test drive, since the dealership owns 5 different lots where they place their cars. We test drove the car and had to figure out the features and what the car comes with on our own. The salesman had zero interest in selling the car to me and just sat quietly, while giving directions. I also inquired how often they get new inventory and he stated that 2018 is done - they will not get anymore Honda Accords. The trim I was looking at has only been out for 7 months, with it being July, that was surprising because other dealerships informed me they get inventory weekly.

When we returned to his office, he informed me his manager can order the color I wanted at the same price as the car I test drove. He presented us with some numbers and the price was not what I was looking for. I inquired if he was willing to budge at all on the price and he stated that he will not. Then he informed us that the dealership's pricing is the lowest anywhere (not true). He asked for our number and we provided it to him. He stated that we'll NEVER find a price lower than what he offered and to buy a different car within our budget. The salesman did not try at all to convince us why the price was worth it or why the car was worth it. He kept stating, "I understand" when we stated we are not agreeable. We left and went to a different Honda dealership. The other dealership on Route 50 went the extra mile to locate the car for me and presented me with an even lower price. Now Honda of Tysons has been calling me daily for the past 3 days. I will never return to this dealership again and will ensure no one I know does either.

Working with Salman at Ourisman turned what had be...

Working with Salman at Ourisman turned what had been a dreaded experience of getting a new car into a superb one. I cannot say enough good things about my experience. He is friendly, intelligent, and knows a great deal about every model they have in inventory, and went above and beyond to make sure that my experience from start to finish was an excellent one. He even followed up a few weeks in to make sure I was happy and offer his expertise for any questions I might have or anything I forgot from the test drive.

I had worked with other dealers in the area recently and while some were as friendly and others were as knowledgeable about the vehicle I wanted, none were both at once. Some places simply want to strongarm you into buying something, anything without listening to your needs. Ourisman didn't give me that impression. Car sales seems like an easy industry to burn out in, and thankfully Salman has not. We worked together to get a great deal, AND he kept his mask on the entire time, even though it took hours, which I sincerely appreciate. Given the COVID-19 crisis, there was no price that would have kept me in the building if I felt unsafe, and while not everyone in the building was great about their masks, what matters to me is that my salesperson was.

All of the staff I interacted with were friendly and professional, though unfortunately not all the staff in the building were, one even interrupted Salman during the sale to bring up some unnecessary office matter that I think could have waited. Not Salman's fault, but it was a reminder that even at a good dealer not everyone gets the same experience.

I do want to give a shout out to the rest of the team I worked with to get the offer finalized, the financing squared away, and the car in great shape for when I drove it off the lot. I'm very happy with my purchase and my hope is that it lasts a long time, and when the time comes to trade it in, I know exactly where I'm going.

The pressure to up-sell at this dealership is goin...

The pressure to up-sell at this dealership is going to impact your customer experience. For the last few years every time that I have had to take in my Honda CR-V, I have had to say "No" to an average of $1,800 worth of "up-sell" items that I did not come in to address. So now you have to become an armchair mechanic to determine if the items they "recommend" are necessary or not. Yesterday I was told I had to have a new water pump as I had hit the 100K mark. If I hadn't been paying attention, that $750 item (which they by the way they had replaced 2 years prior) would have been done whether it needed it or not. When I pointed it out I heard "Oh, my apologies ma'am, I should have looked at your service history..." That excuse is just not acceptable. I've had two safety recalls on my 2007 vehicle that I have brought in to be addressed, door locks and airbags. Both times I've experienced the unpleasantness of dealing with a ridiculous aftermath discussion about who broke what on my car. For the door locks, the tabs on all of the cover pieces were broken off and I noticed this immediately as when I opened my door to get in the car, a panel would fall off. Instead of replacing the broken covers, they rigged up a black rubber cement to "adhere" them in place. I asked the dealership to replace the covers and called back several times to find out when I should bring the car back in...and heard NOTHING. "If I don't call her back, maybe she'll forget that I promised to do this..." The most recent experience left me with a mess inside of my car that was brushed off as "we are so sorry you had to come back" incident that left me livid. Greasy foot prints in both driver and passenger door ways, passenger side airbag dash cover was not snapped in properly, hood of the car was left on safety latch rather than CLOSED, scratches to the dashboard and a small tear in the leather on my armrest. Clearly the person who worked on my car just didn't care about me or my property. Because it was a safety issue, now I'm questioning the quality of the installation...As a non-confrontational person, this experience was draining and left ME feeling like the jerk. I felt "handled" by the team who took my car away to be checked and cleaned, as it should have been done in the first place. There was no further mention of the scratches on my dash...those were brushed off as, "the technician would not have had to touch that area of your car," same with the arm rest. I don't trust these people. Come in with your armor and your repair manual, you'll need it. Also, don't forget your camera, so you can document how you left your car.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! had an amazing experience today at Honda With Mr. Alpha Diallo, who helped me get my Honda Civic s A/C working again. What a relief! I barely recognized my car! I have been servicing my Honda Odyssey for 7 years now in this dealership, and I want to mention that the staff is very courteous and kind. They have never disappointed me. All these days I never bothered to write a review, But my recent experience has changed that. My 2001 honda civic failed inspection at a local VA tire/auto center due to the SRS light being on. I thought, why not I take it to Honda of Tysons. I must say that Tim Godinho (My service advisor) from the purple team is awesome and he truly deserves a 5-star rating. He got the appointment scheduled, Took care of 2 recalls, got the diagnostics done for the SRS light issue and found the issue was with the seat buckle (he got that replaced - covered under warranty), got the VA state inspection done, inspected the rest of my car and recommended a few things and delivered the car on time. They did not charge me a penny. Truly very professional and excellent customer service. Thanks very much Tim!

I came in today after my car had broken down and was immediately helped by Steve Farr, one of the Service Advisors. He quickly assessed that my car trouble was due to improper care at an outside shop where I had gotten work done a week prior. Overall great customer service at this location and I'll be coming back for all my repairs in the future!

Is it really necessary to LIE???

Is it really necessary to LIE???

So on Friday 8/7/2015 I contacted the used car department about a 2012 Honda Odyssey that had about 18K miles. The sales person Shabir Baba said that it was in excellent condition. I asked if he could walk around and take a few picture of the body of the car for me because I am 37 weeks pregnant with a kid at home and didn't want to make the 1 hour drive only to be disappointed with the car.

He took pictures and again guaranteed that it was in great condition. We negotiated on the price and I make arrangements for a babysitter and contacted my husband. Once we got there, we find that the van had been sideswiped on the right side with indentation to the right quarter panel and door, the left front bumper was scratched and had rust, and the right mirror was banged up. At first, Shabir said they will fix everything, then the used car manager came out and said that they will only be fixing the back bumper, which is the cheapest thing to fix. So we were pretty ANGRY at being lied to.

In an attempt to not have our time wasted, we asked how much will they sell it for as is. The sales manager tells me $21,000. I was flabbergasted. Shabir had text me saying the car in excellent condition will be sold to me at $21,500. The used car department needs to be more honest and improve upon their customer communication. TIME is precious to everyone, Please DO NOT WASTE other people time.

We went to several Honda dealerships in search of the perfect car and ended up purchasing from Honda of Tysons Corner. Moses was very knowledgeable about the model we were looking at and made us comfortable with what we were buying, in stark contrast to the other dealerships we went to, where the salespeople knew next to nothing about it. Additionally, the fact that their starting counteroffer was below MSRP gave us confidence that they were serious about negotiating with us. We had walked out of another dealership (which will go unnamed because they don't deserve the publicity) where they refused to give us any counteroffers, instead simply rejecting multiple offers and refusing to present us with any number to negotiate.

Would highly recommend Honda of Tysons Corner and Moses in particular. They are very respectful, and I would trust them the next time I'm looking for a Honda!

Clear communication & a shuttle to and from my office for the day. The convenience can't be beat. Prices are a bit of a premium but the convenience & knowing it's solely Honda focused techs is worth it.

Told me to show up 30 mins before opening to buy a car i test drove. I took off work and came in 30 mins early. The guy came in 30 minutes after it opened and proceeded to tell me he sold the car 5 minutes before closing that night. Really frustrating.. i wont be buying anything here.

Julian was our sales consultant, Julian understood my needs thoroughly and walked through all available options. Julian also explained all about the car, and did print, marked materials that can be referred for later. The staff were courteous and professional. They were really good with the entire purchase process. Will certainly recommend Ourisman Honda to my friends and family. During this trying time, they ensured the facility is clean and every health guidelines were followed. When the keys were handed over, every corner of the car was detailed and disinfected, car went through detailing and was sparkling clean.

I knew what I was looking for, and Honda of Tysons got me in and out when I showed up late on a Friday night. One note: if you're planning on doing a large downpayment with a credit card (instead of a check or cash), talk to them ahead of time...there's some caveats on what they can do.

Pros, very easy to find

Pros, very easy to find
Very professional with the protocols they use

Cons
Extra cost items were slipped in without explanation or warning
Very expensive
Horrible washing, it took me more time cleaning their mess than cleaning it myself,

Horrible installation of the nose mask I could easily do that myself with much better quality, I did it at the end actually!
Company seems Interested only in a good review and not in the actual quality of the service
Horrible cleaning service!!
Employers handling appointments are too busy to properly take care of the customers

I had a fantastic experience with Julian! Throughout the entire process, he was professional and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and took care in showing me the latest features of the car. If you're in the market for a car and you visit this dealership, be sure to ask for Julian!
