I have told him, I got a quote from Hendrick Honda wood bridge, if he can match the price, he answered with attitude voice " STOP PLAYING " He needs to go back to school for customer Service........I have no idea why Bill page Honda kept a manager who has this kind of tone with customer. Bill Page Honda was able to fit me in in less than a day's notice for service on my car. Not only that, but when I arrived early to my appointment, the team (specifically Joanna) took me in without hesitation. The newly remodeled facility is very nice; the waiting area has comfy chairs, complimentary coffee, vending machines, and a separate area for kids (though not mandatory). The staff is extremely professional and very nice. I would recommend anyone bringing their vehicle there for service.

Terrible experience here #1. I took my car in for a rattle noise in the front right, 3x - all three times they could not find the problem. So I took it to Rosenthal and they found it right away.
Terrible experience #2. A year and half ago I got a brake fluid flush which should have lasted me 3 years. I just went to get my car serviced at Honda Tysons and they are telling me my brake fluids are in bad shape and I need to do the flush again. They even showed me an example of dirty vs clean fluids. So I called Bill Page questioning their services and if they could do anything for me. No they could not - instead the manager got all defensive. A year and half ago, I took a survey right after my service at Bill page giving them gold stars on their customer service, but I take it back now after finding defects in their quality of service. No stars for you. Poor poor quality of work.
P.S. They left stains on my car seat.

Many years had passed since my wife and I last purchased a new car, and our first ever purchase of a Honda. We were a bit unsure of what to expect from a large Honda dealership. But we were immediately met by friendly and courteous staff. Our salesperson, Almis, was especially friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and easy to converse with. We never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision. While talk was straight, his style was humorous and easy going, which made a huge difference. While our original intention was to shop around at other dealerships, we decided to do business with Almis. Furthermore, it was never even necessary for us to speak with the sales manager to get the deal done. And once the deal was made, Almis spent plenty time helping us understand the unique features of our new car and how to use them. It was definitely a positive experience that my wife and I will not forget.

But they forgot to deduct more than two hundred dollars from the final transaction price! The price is good, but the way a sales person presented me with 4 Wheel-Locks and MudGuards for $595 as a preliminary invoice is a totally rip-off. I know they are trying to make every dollar they could from any customer who walks in.
No matter what you do, you as a consumer, you will be paying more than what any sales person would say. I understand this is his/her livelihood; however, when you try to deceive you in your face, I just don't know what you would call it. We as potential customers of any dealership, you make a call wisely. It is your hard-earned money!

Judy was quick, informative and effective in sending over info and answering questions that I had for an entire week via email and text before we met in person.
Judy worked with the finance team to price match a lower offer I received from another dealership before I arrived, and our transaction was a pleasure once we met in person. She was extremely personable and lovely to deal with.

I just purchased a 2016 Civic LX. Oualid was very helpful and patient, and I was able to test drive both the LX and the EX-T to decide which fit me better (did not like the headroom lost to the moonroof in the EX-T). He explained all of the differences between the two models, was attentive without being aggressive or pushy, and he made the entire experience very pleasant. This was a nice change compared to some other dealerships (even Honda!) where I have felt pressured and scammed. He even beat the prices on TrueCar and Edmunds! I bought a new Odyssey with Luis. Overall, the experience is not negative. He is very friendly and I think the price I got is not bad. However, after I got home, I found there's about $600 in the price that I cannot figure out why I was charged. I went back to the dealership and found out that's something called appearance package, which is installed to the car. But this $600 is charged as a fee on top of the car price. I think what he can do better is to explain me what it is and why this charge is on top of the car price. Of course if he told me, I could've ask him to give it free or reduce the $600 to $200 or something. Because I think $600 is way too high for a wheel lock and some plastic piece near the wheel.

I bought out-of-state, as Bill Page Honda had the best selection of 2015 used Honda CRV's, with relatively low mileage. I drove almost 2 hours, and I didn't know what to expect. Their layout is really neat; the cars are mostly housed in a parking garage, which protects them from the elements, and allows you to car-shop in any weather! I was greeted by a very pleasant salesman, Gerardo Yamakawa. He was easy to work with, and he really knows the cars he's selling! Meticulous and detail-oriented, he explained what every button does. He even set up my phone's bluetooth with the car, so I could see how that worked! It was raining, but he was very calm and I didn't even feel nervous on the test drive. He was GREAT to work with! I highly recommend him. Everyone else I dealt with at BP was also friendly and ready-to-assist! I bought my CRV that day, on the spot, and it was rapidly processed for me! The dealership initially stated they would match the price, brought me in and then would not honor the price. Watch out. They also tried to add two packages including door edge guards, fender well guards, and pin stripes for $795!!!!! and then wheel locks and splash guards for another $595. They don't tell you about these extra packages until you actually get to the dealership. Watch out. They quote out the door prices but then don't actually honor these prices but try to force extra packages on you when you are there.

However, I had not driven a Honda Accord in the past and thus was "forced" into the dealership. It turned out to be a fantastic experience with several dealership employees offering to help me and Bill Page even introducing himself to me and just casually chatting with me while I waited for a demo car. This review is specifically for the used car department. I spoke with Larry today, to ask if he would best a higher appraisal I got on my car from a nearby car dealership (better even than Carmax). He looked at my car, and ultimately said, "I don't want to get into a bidding war... you have a bad Carfax." A Carfax with the one and only accident I've ever been in. So my question is... what does that say about this dealership, A). whose collision center fixed the damage done to my car with the only car accident I have ever been in? What does that say to you about their level of confidence in their repairs? I'll let you draw your own conclusion on that one. And B). you really won't bother to beat a competitor by a few hundred dollars? Congratulations, you've lost a loyal customer and her family (we're Honda people, by the way, for nearly 20 years now - although we've bought our cars at other Honda dealerships).

I brought my 2017 Ridgeline in for a recalled service on the fuel line. I picked up my truck on the next day and realized the rear corner passenger side of my truck was damaged. Honda owners do be aware and check out your car carefully for damages before leaving their service center. I ask to talk to their managers and they give me the flip by saying "the manager is gone for the day," really? The time is noon. The employees took some pictures of the damage and said that the manager will contact me. Sadly, it has been a week and I haven't even get to talk to anyone at Bill Page Honda except their answering machine. They don't even deserved 1 star. See the attached damage.
P.S. Their managers finally contacted me after seeing the review. They offer to pay my insurance co-pay $200 for the repair. I up to 3 stars since their shuttle service is pretty good. I would have given them 5 stars if not for the damage to my car which have caused me a lot of trouble to get it fixed.

They "don't have any record of the appointment" that you made 4 days ago. They talk to you like you are completely stupid and they couldn't have made the mistake. "Are you sure you called this Bill Page Honda?" Yes I know where I made the appointment with and I have the call log to show it. They were rude across the board to me and other customers dropping off their cars. On the phone they say they'll do the needed work, then on the appointment day they say they can't because it's too busy on the weekends...but only AFTER you leave the dealership after drop off do they call you to let you know that so you get to make multiple unnecessary trips. I will never be back here again. Will go farther for service if they don't want to work on cars at Bill Page Honda. They have no sense of urgency to get the job done--they just shrugged everyone off like "meh don't count on having anything completed today." A woman tried to make an appointment for Monday because they were too busy for walk-ins that Saturday; they said just come in, Monday's are wide open. She TRIED to make an appointment and they are purposefully noncommittal so they can screw her around when she does come in. Sounds like the same thing happened to the gentleman in front of me during drop off. The Honda employee taking the keys at the front desk asked him "Do you have an appointment?" The customer said "I think so." The employee was rude and sarcastic--"you think you do, or you do?" It's not the man's fault he was confused--they verbally confirm your appointment time on the phone when you call but they ask for hardly any info and don't give you a confirmation number...they purposefully set it up where they can deny the service appointment later. If they hate fixing cars so much why are they still open as a car service department? Open a fruit stand instead if cars aren't your thing--we won't judge! We will just get our service somewhere else and not be insulted by you.
Afterwards they say they won't service my car because I cursed at them. Yes, I said F@$& you after all of this transpired. I guess they expected me to say "Thank you so much for stringing me along!" I cursed AFTER they already said they wouldn't be doing any work.

Recently moved to the area and this dealership is a few minutes from my house. I bought my Honda 2 years ago at the Tyson s location and loved it. Great service all the time. I tried using this location for my car maintenance needs and the experience was not good. When I walked in for my appointment, everyone (except one singing woman ) seemed to hate being at work. I was passed off to someone who was not excited at all to help. After my oil change, I was told that the part I needed to fix a minor problem thing in my car would arrive in a week, and that they d give me a call in a week to bring the car back to have the part installed. After a week, no call. I called back after 2 weeks and spoke to someone who brought up the part order info and who helped me. He said that he d speak with that worker and give me a call back. This happened mid January and I ve yet to hear back from them. I am thinking the Tyson s location is worth the drive.

Cannot say enough bad things about this place. For a company that makes such great and reliable cars, it certainly is not reflected in the staff they employ and the service that is given. My husband and I both have Honda's and I had gone to this particular location after he said he received a oil change and tire rotation for $50. I thought what a deal that was and took my car as well. When I spoke with the representative gentleman there, the price he gave me was $80. I should have brought my husbands receipt with me because when I inquired as to why it was so high when my husband just came, he simply said that was the price. I told him about the price my husband was given and he laughed saying that was giving everything away and that wasn't possible. We went back and forth and after asking for his best price, he gave me a stunning deal of $76. I should have taken my business elsewhere then, but I was already there and needed to get my oil changed.
The next occurrence that happened that really blew my mind was taking my Honda Element in because I received the recall notice on my airbag that had to be fixed. Upon fixing it they surveyed the whole car to make sure everything was working properly. Even though I already knew my high beams were not working at the time, they marked them green and good to go. Upon questioning them about it at check out, they told me to bring my car back later for a diagnosis. A couple weeks later I came back and dropped my car off to be checked out. Every time I tried to turn my high beams on, they would not come on and the low beams went completely out. After whatever mechanic checked it out, it was determined it was a faulty MCU unit and this unit had to be replaced for $685, plus labor. After calling the representative to discuss the part, what was involved, and how sure he was this was the actual problem before I shelled out all this money, he was pretty much clueless. He had no idea and kept saying this was what the mechanic said and we'd just have to find out. uhmmm, ok? I asked the protocol and what would happen if that part didn't fix the problem. He told me we'd cross that bridge when we got there with no reassurance and a "I don't really care" attitude.
After taking my car to a different shop, it was diagnosed to be the combo switch and a headlight bulb was replaced. The whole thing cost me a little over $200 and I received incredible service and communication. Another customer lost because of poor customer service, untrained employees, and no professionalism.

After posting the initial review below, I was contacted by Bill Page Honda Service Department the following Monday and the manager (Al I believe) explained that they did not find my tire anywhere and asked what they could do to make it right. We settled on 2 free oil changes which will roughly equal the dollar value of my lost tire. Additionally, one of the tires they replaced had a valve leak which was causing it to go flat every few days. They fixed this for free when I took the car in last week.
So, while the initial experience was disappointing, I am encouraged that Bill Page is doing what they can to make it right and that means a lot to a long time customer. I have updated my review to 4 stars.

I was disappointed in the handling of my recent service because I've been coming to this place for almost 10 years and spent around $15,000 here over the last 10 years. I've generally had a good experience here but this recent incident was not nice. I worked with Rico to replace all my tires on my CRV because the front tires were worn and one of the rear tires had a nail in it that they could not plug. One of the rear tires was still in great shape and I specifically asked that they keep it in the trunk so I could use it in case I have an unforseen flat. The service department threw away all my tires when they replaced them including the one tire I had asked them to keep, at least a $100 value. I filled a complaint right when I picked up my car, and then again with Rico, and then again with the manager Al. Given my history here I thought they would work with me to fix their mistake but I never even received a call back. I wasnt expecting much, was hoping for a service credit to make up for the tire, a complimentary oil change, or at least a call back to explain why they threw away a perfectly good tire. Unfortunately I never heard from the service department (its been 2 weeks) and I'm just disappointed in how I am being treated despite being a loyal customer for years. I hope to give them the opportunity to make it right and will post here if they do.

Excellent service and welcoming environment. Absolutely the best Honda dealer in Fairfax comparing to others who we dealt with for years. We were assisted by mooayed Baba and a finical agent if I m not mistaken called essa. We came in with a horrible experience at the franchised Honda of Arlington blvd and seeking a solution of our current leased Honda Accord Ex car. Mooayed was professional, polite, and provided us with the best options. We ended up switching to another car and we loved it. The whole Environment of this Honda dealer is welcoming. Starting from the lady at the front desk to the employees who are busy working there. We enjoyed a cup of got chocolate and coffee. this place is the most horrible and dishonest for to buy a car, the wort poor service and bud customer service, would not recommend to anyone, especially to the Latino community, do not give your money to a dialer like this one, in a moment I felt discriminated . on one occasion I asked a question and no one said anything after you buy the car no one know anything. Went to Bill Page Honda looking to lease a car after car-shopping at a few other dealerships. Ultimately went with Honda for a few reasons but the most noteworthy was the unmatched customer service at this particular dealership. I worked with Bilal during the leasing process and because of some other hiccups (not on him) had to stop by a few extra times. I came to Bill page Honda on 11th June 2016 for my 2014 Honda accord EXL regular maintenance servicing. Here is my Experience
1. My car displayed a maintenance code 1B, Representative took key of my car and he went and noted VIN number and came back, when i asked him about maintenance reminder code he simply told me he didn't check that, then i got surprised and told him its 1B. Its a main part of his job but i am not sure why he missed it.
2. I asked him to take out air from my tires and replace with nitrogen. He said they will take care about it, but no nitrogen was filled in my car. Response from representative is their machines are not in use from few weeks. 2nd surprise is he don't know about their inventory or servicing facilities.
3. They offered free car wash, but here it is only a out side body wash and they will not wipe the water on car which leaves white stains on the car once it got dried. Then i went to near by car washing center and got a car wash for 2nd time.
4.No paper floor mats were placed after servicing in the car.
My first experience is so bad. Probably never visit again with bitter experience faced. I will suggest not to select car wash offer by this location.

I came to the dealership looking for a used car. I was treated extremely well by the salesperson, Alfonso Yamakawa. He really took an interest in making sure that I purchased the right vehicle for what I was looking for. He took me on a test drive and answered all my questions in very straightforward manner. He also had a very pleasant personality and he made sure that the car was detailed and filled up with gas before I left the lot.
I will definitely recommend others that I know that are in need of a new or used vehicle to come to Bill Page and especially to see Alfonso Yamakawa while they are there.
Almis was also great to work with. He was very helpful and very professional in the way that he handled the paperwork that I needed to complete. I also want to thank him for locating my wallet which I misplaced in the car as I was getting ready to leave.

Recently bought a new car here. Eduardo N was great. I sent him the best offer I had received to date, he beat it by a decent amount, they gave me a fair amount for my trade-in, the whole experience was pain-free. I honestly wish I could give 10 stars!!! I came into Honda about two weeks ago and was assisted by David. He was amazing! From start to finish the service was nothing short of excellent. I am a first-time leaser and decided on a Honda Civic Coupe. I am IN LOVE with my car. Black on the outside and black on the inside, which is exactly what I wanted! The car is the perfect size for me and a very decent car for my first purchase.
David definitely walked me through the process thoroughly, and I am very appreciative! He had no problem grabbing multiple keys at once to show me all of the different options. He was very down to earth and understood that with being a recent college graduate and first time buyer I would have A LOT of questions (which I did) but he answered every single question honestly and seemed to have my best interest at heart when purchasing.
Before coming to Honda, I had visited many different car dealerships, however this was the best experience I had when searching around. He showed immaculate customer service and was very conversational. He gave me a phenomenal price and played zero games when negotiating prices, which made me extremely happy. He also walked me through the auto insurance process very smoothly and was patient with me when I hounded him with questions. THIS MAN SHOULD RECEIVE A PROMOTION AND A RAISE!!!!
If anyone is looking to buy, especially first-time buyers, I DEFINITELY recommend this dealership. All of the staff members are great and friendly and want the best for their customers. I bought a 2016 Odyssey EX-L. I had a good experience with Oualid Houaya. I started communicating with him via email, and he was consistently responsive. We negotiated a price over two days. I set up a meeting time to visit the lot. Before I arrived, he emailed me that morning saying that he had spoken with his manager and that the price might be 300 more because of certain dealer accessories on the car. Not a deal breaker for a 30,000+ minivan, especially because his deal was still arguably the best price I had gotten on the car. Once on the lot, he was low-key and did not pressure us at all. After the test drive, I told him about various other competitive offers I had received, and we negotiated the price down to 100 more than what I was quoted via email. He seemed forthright throughout the whole process, which in total, including financing, took only 2.5 hours.

My husband & I had the best car purchasing experience with Almis Isse in New Car Sales. We put a deposit down on a 2018 Honda Odyssey Elite and will take delivery of it next week. Almis first answered an email inquiry that I made via their website and he followed up promptly, spent time listening, and then invited us to schedule a meeting. Almis was very professional and you could tell that he loves what he does. My husband & I will definitely recommend him to friends and co-workers in the market for a new Honda. The dealership was impressive, clean, and organized.
The only negative was that we overheard other sales associates talking short/rude to potential clients on the phone.

Took my 2016 Civic in to get a quote on getting the AC fixed & oil changed. My appointment was with Cassandra and she was so helpful! I had the extended warranty and she followed up with them and got my AC covered. I didn't have to do anything. She called me multiple times to give me updates and explained everything clearly. Syed or Syerd (he emailed me twice with 2 different names) was very unprofessional today. I emailed this gentleman letting him know I was interested in a car and was going to come in at 1. He said great come in at 1, see you then. Communication started off good until he called me. He wanted to know if I was still coming in. Mind you it s only been 1 hour and 30 minutes. I let him know that we confirmed in an email. Then he hung up without saying bye. He tried to text back sympathetically but by then I knew something was off. Got there early around 12:40. Waited 5 minutes to be addressed by him. Seems like he had no urgency in willing to help. Went to go see the car and never made me feel welcomed. Immediately started profiling (asking about my pockets). When finished I sat at his desk, he came over with papers. He threw them on the table as if he had no manners. I did not touch them until he fixed them. He assumed that I had no money and treated me with no respect. Rushed me out without laying my options down. Will not ever go to this dealership again. He shook my hand as if he didn t want to touch it. A man and women who do business should always have a firm handshake. He simply let a good opportunity slip out his hand because I was ready to pay upfront. Hire real genuine people who want to see others succeed would be my suggestion to the company.
