Every time I come in Tim the service manager is always nice and super helpful. I never need to wait more than five minutes untill he comes and looks at the car and takes it for service. Highly recommended.

i just had a fantastic experience at this dealership. I worked with Ramtin Rahebi, who not only has a solid knowledge of the vehicles, but of the lease to purchase process. He's a true professional, and a customer-service genius--truly respectful and courteous to the customer. This comes from someone who has been leasing cars in the D-M-V area since 1999. I will say that I've always had excellent experiences leasing from Ourisman (several years with Toyota in Fairfax) and now in Tyson's. Keep up the good work and fine staff!

The salesman, Moses, was very helpful. He was patient during the whole process, not pushy at all. He gave my family and I all the time we needed to make decisions. He made sure that he will always be there for help if we ever need anything. I was able to get the car at a fair price thanks to Moses and Hugo! Overall, great experience.

He was very responsive to all of our questions, easy to work with, and we felt no pressure during the entire process. The service agent was courteous, helpful and clearly stated all the steps they would to take to get me back on the road. The service department had a waiting area that was clean and comfortable. They provided free newspapers, automated coffee, hot chocolate, and espresso machine and they even had an inexpensive eatery place within waiting area where they offered sweets, food and beverages, and what topped off my experience was that my car was back from service within the time-frame expressed by service agent. Overall, a great experience!

I went to Honda of Tysons Corner looking to buy my first new car. I haven't had a car since I was in high school and had never really been car shopping before, so I did A LOT of research on the car I wanted as well as what to do at the dealership, what to ask, how to negotiate, etc. No one wants to be duped, right?

When I got there I met with Andy Peceriga. We talked about what I wanted and he showed me exactly what I was looking for and kept within my budget. He did not show/push me to go for a more expensive trim level and he did not pressure me to make a quick decision, the way salespeople at other dealerships did. I, personally, do not respond well to those kinds of intense sales tactics because they make me SUPER anxious. So, I really appreciated Andy's calm, no-pressure method.

I left there that day and went to a couple other dealerships to see if I could get a better deal. I did not enjoy any of those experiences. I wanted to run screaming out of all those places.

Ultimately, I ended up back at Tysons and bought that car from Andy! I couldn't be happier with the service I received there. Not only from Andy, but the new sales manager and the financing team as well. Should any of my friends be in the market for a car in the future, I will be sending them to Honda of Tysons without hesitation!

If you're buying a used car from them, please do an inspection before as they will wash their hands off any faults. Didn't pass MD state inspection even though they operate in the DC area. Will not pay to fix fundamental issues with the car. Waste of time.

The service attendant was very polite, the waiting room was large and clean and didn't have the usual unpleasant tire smell that most mechanics have. There was complimentary coffee which was exceptionally good for an automatic machine. And if you wanted, they had a variety of phone charges to use as well as a small cafe.

And she was very considerate about my budget !!! I had a great experience buying my first car here. My salesperson was Sanjeev, and he was very helpful during the whole process. First of all, this was the only dealership that gave me a straightforward price quote in response to my inquiries. I was also coming from out of state, and Sanjeev made sure to reserve the car for me until I could make it to the area. Going in for the paperwork was also an easy breezy process. They honored the discussed price and explained everything clearly and did not pressure me in any way. I have heard horror stories about buying cars at dealerships, but that was completely not my experience at this establishment. Big thanks to Sanjeev and Honda of Tysons Corner!

Steve Farr has been our superb service adviser for a number of years. Our 2003 Honda Civic Hybrid received great service for more than 13 years. I credit the service department for keeping our car in such good operating order for so many years. However, several expensive repairs coming within the last 3 months let us know it was time to trade in the Civic for a new car. My husband and I now have a 2016 Honda Fit. Moses in the sales department made buying the car so easy. We look forward to having Steve continuing to be the service adviser for our new "baby."

I had a wonderful experience buying my new car at Honda of Tysons. Our salesman, Sanjeev, was extremely helpful and calmed any nerves that I had about the car-buying experience. On the day that we went to look at cars, there were many people on the staff who were out of the office and it was overwhelmingly busy at the dealership. Unfortunately we were not able to stay at the dealership for the entire waiting time, however Sanjeev went above and beyond by assuring us that he would arrive early to meet us the very next morning. Overall, everyone we encountered were helpful and honest. Thank you for the great service!

We bought a Honda car & the finance person trapped us in purchasing Honda care service. He did not specify that we were eligible for lower interest rate but sold Honda service service stating he has reduced the price of the service. When we realised & wanted to cancel the service. Our request fell on deaf ears and the so called finance team did not respond to our emails. After multiple visits to the Tyson Honda showroom & numerous followup (for 2 months) with the Honda service team, We were able to cancel the service. Very bad customer service & pathetic finance team members. If you visit, Avoid their trap on up selling & read documents. I was informed that my loan was approved by Bank of America but I got my loan papers from 53 bank. so be careful.

They don't try to up sell you needless services, and are pretty upfront about what your car needs. You can get cheaper service else where, but you get for what you pay for, and here you get great service and quality.

I bought a brand new Honda Civic LX-P Coupe in May. Everything was going well until it reached its 4k mile mark, all warning signals came on except for check engine light. I brought it at Honda Tyson s where I bought it to have it checked and was told that the break fluid was low and there was a defect on its computer that triggered all lights and adding a break fluid was the only solution. A month after, the warning signals came on, so I brought it back and dropped it off at 6AM. I got a call at 9AM and was told of the same thing, that it was the low break fluid. I asked if there was a leak and was guaranteed that there was none. I explained to the consultant that I was told the same thing and afer a month it happened again, and that there must be a leak. The consultant agreed to have it rechecked by another technician, it turned out they didn t check it thoroughly and they had to replace some parts and guess what? They found a leak to my brand new car. This was a very dissapointing experience, to think it was my first time to buy a brand new car from Honda. Although it still is under warranty, the hassle and uneasiness/stress it gave me was not worth it and very unexpected from Honda s reputation.

This dealership is amazing! More importantly, the salesperson Jose M. who I worked with! He was extremely patient, and very knowledgeable about all of the vehicles they had the offer and each step of the buying process. I left completely satisfied with my purchase and without any concerns or questions. He kept me informed every step of the way and assured me if there was anything else I needed I could contact him. I will have a hard time going to any other dealership from now on. It was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had.

By far one of the best experiences I've had with buying a new car. We recently just picked up a 2017 civic si and my wife couldn't be happier with the car or the experience. It took two days to finalize everything but it went super smoothly and efficiently. Not to mention this place is right on the exit of the Spring Hill metro rail stop so it's super convenient to get to. Our salesman Sanjeev Kaushik was extremely professional and personable the entire time buying the car. He helped us come to an agreement quicker than I could have anticipated for the car and would definitely recommend everyone talk to him for anyone looking for a car to buy. Our finance manager Danelle was amazing, and really made all the paperwork go smoothly and definitely enjoyable with her amazing personality. For my Honda car buying needs I will continue to go here because of these two people. They really made me feel like I was making a sound financial decision and made me feel comfortable making decisions.

We found out about Honda of Tysons Corner through the Costco Auto buying program. We were very pleased with their upfront Costco pricing as well as their own Sonic pricing. Our salesman, Mike, was the only one that was willing to give us a quote via email with the breakdowns of what the final price entails. The rest of the Honda dealerships we contacted only wanted us to come in before they would discuss any pricing even though we wanted to get quotes via email first to save us time. Even if we got the pricing from other Honda dealerships, the Tysons one was the one that started out the lowest.

I am very much amazed to see people ratings here. Well my experience is been very bad with these guys and that is why i rate them as single star.
I bought my car two and a half months back and i am still waiting for my car tags to arrive. Best part is i already paid the amount to them while buying the car and now they dont care about it. Their phone lines are never reachable to any person except sales department which is the only thing they care about. I have been reaching out to finance director who is been just lieying to me since last one month that he is working on it. I called him multiple time and cannot reach him. Left voicemail no luck. Visited 3 time personally and they have been issuing temp number every month since two and half month and yet no luck on my car tag.

Worst part and be aware of honda tysons users.

1. If you have to reach out to finance director, you can never reach him on phone, even if he provides his extension number.
2. He has never reached back inspite of several voicemails, that means you have to go to their showroom to talk to him if he is not busy.
3. They are more focused on just making sales and not customer service post sales.

I would never recommend anyone to buy car from this place. This is completely my experience and believe lot of people may have suffered or suffering.

Haneen is super helpful - from answering all of my questions while I was researching what car to lease and from where, to even delivering the new car to my house! Haneen is always available, even now. When I have questions I can shoot Haneen a text and I get a response immediately. Terrible place to buy a car - go elsewhere! Sales staff is fine. Finance manager processing our deal lied to our face multiple times to increase the sale price of the car after the price was agreed upon. We had to spot the issue in the final paperwork and have them correct it. In addition, we received a terrible money factor when our credit scores warranted better. Apparently you have to fight for everything and not trust anyone. These are typical car sales guys - don t believe a word they say. They are out to screw you anyway possible.

The staff at Honda Tysons Corner provided excellent service when I purchased a new Honda Accord. The salesman, Tom Donovan, in particular, stood out for his superb help. He is extremely knowledgeable about Honda automobiles and was very patient and effective in showing me how the controls work and how the car performs during a test drive and while setting up the car after I completed the purchase. I particularly appreciated his tips on the braking system, safety features, and the Bluetooth features. He was also very helpful with paperwork. He is personable and friendly and made the purchasing process a pleasure. I was glad I came to Honda Tysons Corner to purchase a new car.

Prior to going in to buy my Honda Accord, I emailed Moses at Honda of Tysons Corner with a few questions. He was very helpful and responsive in email correspondence, and then when I went in to buy, he had the car I wanted already waiting for me. Everything about the car buying experience there went pleasantly, and I was treated with respect and given a good deal in all my interactions with both him and Adrian the whole way through, with Adrian even finding me an extra offer that I wasn't even aware of. This was exactly what I was hoping for in car buying, and would recommend it to anyone in the area looking to buy a Honda.

My wife and I had a great experience at Ourisman Honda of Tysons Corner. Gabe and Kalil and the entire dealership were tremendously helpful in the purchase of our new 2020 CRV. When we got home from the dealership we notice the car had a small blemish on one of the doors. We reached out to the dealership and they had us bring the car back in a couple days later and immediately had someone take care of the blemish and now you would never be able to tell it was even there! Kalil was nice enough to top of our gas tank for the trouble of having to come back out to the dealer. It was an overall smooth painless process.

I usually do not write reviews for anything but Jimmy and Honda of Tysons deserves this one! We all know car shopping can be a daunting task...we pump ourselves up for what we believe could be a haggling experience, and let's face it, a lot of the times the stereotypical car sales person spiel rears it's ugly head. My family and I needed to get a new car after experiencing a horrific MVA. We knew we were going to get the same car (that saved our lives btw!). As soon as we parked the car, a gentleman came out on the lot....here we go..."Hi, my name is Jimmy." I explained what had happened and told him what we were looking for. He asked for us to come into the showroom, and of course my husband rolled his eyes as if to say, "we are not buying a car today". Jimmy was kind and attentive to our request. He listened!!!! He found us the exact van I was looking for, and it was on their lot. Believe you me, we did our research a lot that week and no one within a 75 mile radius had what we were looking for, nor could anyone beat the price that Honda of Tysons was offering. After the test drive, and knowing this was the van we wanted, we walked away from the deal. Jimmy never once tried to push anything on us - he respected the fact that we needed to "sit on it" for a while. Mind you, after such a horrific experience, I was happy to not get back into a car and was not in any hurry but this was a great deal after all. We called Jimmy that same night and told him we'd come in the next day to sign the papers. I even called him the next day and he took my call from his house! Jimmy was fantastic and Hugo, the front end manager, was great to work with as well. They made me (and my family) feel like we mattered. Jimmy help me to get back on the road safely in a van that means more to me than a lot of things! If you are considering a family vehicle and want a van, I promise you this, the Honda Odyssey is THE way to go and Jimmy IS your guy to call upon!!! We will be returning to Honda of Tysons Corner for future purchases. A big thank you to Jimmy for being so kind and working with us through this process. I had an 8 a.m. appointment and got right in. My technician, Moe, said the oil change and tire rotation would take about an hour, so I went to the comfortable (albeit rather austere looking) waiting area. I bought a delicious breakfast sandwich at the in-house cafe and got a cup of latte at the wonderful coffee machine, read my book and started to do a crossword puzzle when I heard my name. All was completed in less than the hour and the payment was right in the service area where I'd started. So it was all smooth and easy. Great service.

BEWARE-They told me I could get a car inspected before I said yes to buying it. I checked the night before 20 minutes before closing whether the car was still there and they said yes. I took off work and showed up at the dealership in the morning to take the car over for inspection and they told me they had sold it at 8pm.. No courtesy call?! Wow I will never do business with them again.

OMG, I had the worst experience of a car dealershi...

OMG, I had the worst experience of a car dealership, specially Honda, in my life. We own 3 Hondas, it is time to replace 1 so I did my market research which prompted response from at least 8 Honda dealerships. I engaged with 3 of them, best price, the car I want and the way they responded were major considerations.

The gentleman I was speaking to at Tyson's Honda (Khalil) was nice. After we agreed on the price with comparison to others, He made the appointment, told me to ask for Mike (Micheal), one of the managers, when I get there.

On arrival the receptionist pointed out towards the counter behind which Mike was sitting, for me to go there. Before even I could greet him, as it was obvious the same was beyond him to do so. Mike in a very dismissive and rude tone sitting in his chair asked me to show written quotes from other dealerships and started calling on his phone - I was totally taken a back, instead of showing me what I had come for or starting the usual process in a professional manner - what was he up to?

I stepped back to the reception area to let him finish his call. Shortly, he came towards me with a phone in his hand saying Khalil is on the other side. From their conversation I gathered that he would not honour the price unless I show him written quotes from others. I told him BEFORE I do that, he has come across not only rude but the manner in which what he is asking is more of challenging than being courteous and professional. He became very loud and personal saying, I was not 'his' customer as I had not bought a car from 'him' yet!

I reminded him that I was at Ourisman Honda not at 'his' personal property. I might not be 'his' customer; but it was no wrong to expect to be taken as such by the business where I had come and if I could see the GM?

This infuriated him to an extent that he said ' I am the business operator and I can KICK YOU OUT OF THE BUILDING / CALL POLICE' on me!!!!

I got it, that the guy had completely lost it, so I left!

I suggest please don't ever go there on their internet offers or the price they agree on phone. Besides be ready to be dealt not as customers till the time one has made a purchase!
I will take up this with Ourisman and Honda management.

Couple of days later.....

I left a message for the GM Mr Nino, he called back. He assured me he would not tolerate such a behavior. He promised he will have a sit down with Mike and get back. Let's see how the management brings a closure to such an ugly event.

Bought my 2019 Honda Civic from this dealership. Sale process was quick, financing a different story. Took 4 hours in the back office and the better loan they found for me had a $1k upfront fee compared to my original bank offer that had a slightly higher rate and no fee. Fee was not noted by salesperson and after a few hours of being trapped in the back office I d given up.

Later sold my car there and they offered me ~$3k less than my approved offer a month earlier.

Overall, dealer offers fair prices and is transparent when selling cars. Less so with financing and buying used cars.

I guess the good reviews are for the new vehicles department. However, their certified and used side of the dealer is ridiculous. I stopped by to check on a used 2009 Honda accord EX-L. I test drove the vehicle and I made a deal with out the door price.
The Sales New and used TONY very unprofessional and lied about car condition. After we brought car within 2 hours car engine sign came. Used to this dealer was good people. The current people in this dealer is suck, they will rob you, insult you.
I have never felt so offended. I will never ever come back to this used lot. Do yourself a favor and do not purchase used from their used site. They are the most ridiculous individuals in the world. Also, their ignorant director, not Moses, decides to give an insulting comment. They will jack up the price and try to make you pay for the certification on the already "Certified vehicles".

Having bought Four hondas over the course of 10 years this place never lets me down.From price to time spent buying a car it has always been a easy fast transaction. sales team here is upfront with no B.S. Now with everything done on ipads makes things even faster . I have also serviced all my hondas here and would rec the red team. Red team always goes above and beyond my needs to make sure I can get my car back usaullly the same day. They make sure my car is cleaned everytime. They have even taken me back to show me whats wrong with my car.

The WORST experience ever in my 20 years of Honda ownership. I brought my Ridgeline in for the brakes to be fixed ($1020) & airbag recall. After paying that bill they handed me the keys, only to discover $1350 of damages to the Nav system/radio which Tyson's Honda refuses to cover- even though they admit it happened during their service to the vehicle. The Nav system/radio were perfectly fine when we dropped off the truck- this is such poor service and short sightedness on their part for customer loyalty. I love Honda's and have always used Honda dealerships for service- but not Tyson's Honda- I need to trust my car is being fixed NOT broken when I leave it to be serviced.
