We recently bought a 2015 Honda CR-V from Ourisman Tysons and we have had only the best service from our salesperson, Aylin. She was extremely responsive to our questions, got our car down to the price we wanted and easy to communicate with after the fact. The reason I am giving it only 4 stars is because, besides Aylin (who was AMAZING), we had an unsatisfactory experience with all the other folks at the dealership. The folks who ultimately worked out all the final payment process with us were a little pushy about us buying extra things we didn't need, almost rude about it. We also did not receive the title until about 2 months after purchasing the car, but they did make sure to get us updated temporary tags. All I have to say is Aylin was incredible through it all though. She personally over-nighted temporary tags while we waited and even drove out to DC to bring us our permanent plates! If you're going to buy a car from here, please work with Aylin, it will be a great experience!
