The service I received while I was purchasing the car was excellent. The staff seemed very friendly and was quick as well. The car I got is also in good condition and seems to be fine after as well. But the problems started after the purchase, I still haven't received my title for the car not only have I not received it the dealer told me that they do not even have the title to send. It has been a month and a half since I purchased the car and I have called them over 15 times. I just talked to them and they told me they still don't know where the title is and when they will send it. I tried talking to the manager but he put me on hold for over 20 minutes and still hasn't responded.
