Car shopping is always a headache.. But I had a smooth transaction at Ourisman Honda Tysons Corner. Not a lot of back and fourth...Huge Plus!! My saleswoman Stefani Petrova was very knowledgeable in knowing about the used car I purchased (2017 Ford Escape) She was also helpful with telling me about the car buying process as I have not brought a car in 12 years. Stefani was very professional and went above and beyond assisting me throughout the process. I felt very relaxed and enjoyed our time spent while waiting for finance. Thank you Stefani I my new SUV

Our experience at Honda service was great. Brian (Gold team) was our service representative and he did everything he could to make our experience great.
I was pretty pleased with my purchased. Very clean and well maintained used. Only thing was the time it took but other than that I would definitely recommend this place.
I will admit, usually I only take the time to do reviews if I'm angry. But I have to make an exception. The service I received here was nothing short of professional and honest. I received, what I thought to be a very fair trade in value for my previous vehicle. I was purchasing a used vehicle and they showed me the Carfax and showed me every repair that had been done to that vehicle. Sanjeev was my salesperson and he was incredibly helpful and kind. At one point I was having some issues with the insurance and it was kind of stressing me out and he assured me that everything would be fine and that he would take care of it. He sure did take care of it and I would recommend Sanjeev and Tyson's Honda to anyone!
I purchased a 2016 Honda Odyssey. Firstly, no other dealer in 250 mile radius could match the deal that we got from here. I have several close friends who work at other dealerships and they all told me that this deal was unmatched. Secondly, the salesperson was extremely knowledgeable and honest about the vehicle and the numbers behind the deal (sadly, this is rare in the car business these days). Thirdly, the hospitality that my family of 5 received during the process was superb. This group got it right! I'm a fan!
I fell in love with the 2018 honda accord and this had to be the place I get mine from. They have the best prices in the dmv area. Everyone I encountered there was courteous. Stefani my salesperson was the best. She was really informative and patient with me. I love my new car!
I have worked exclusively with Tim in the service department for more than 5 years. He is highly knowledgeable and very professional. I highly recommend Tim and his service team.
We bought pilot and my parents bought odyssey within a month after we bought ours from Aileen and experience was great. The pricing was competitive and she did her best to contact us when needed and updated us on the status of the car. Will buy from her again. Thanks Aileen!
UPDATE However after only been 6 months the car started to have headlight condensation problem. Now I have skewed view and hurts my eye badly because the streak the co sensation has caused on my passenger side headlight. Remember this is almost 50k car with elite package. Went to service but they said it is normal thing? I had five Hondas since 1998. Never ever have I had this normal problem they are saying. It has been like this for weeks so I DID wait and put it in the sun to see if it would go away. But nope and doesn't seem normal to me. Zoom into to photos to see as these are high quality photos.
My parents' Odyssey had to get their car fixed after just brought it out to them from the lot that they just bought because quality control was not done after bringing the car out of the lot with scratches up to the taillight from the rear passenger side. Overall sales rep great but QUALITY CONTROL is poor. I have no idea where they store these cars but please check all your cars well before buying it from them!!!
I had my new Honda CRV serviced for the first time this week. I didn't know what to expect but the team at Honda of Tysons Corner made the process easy. They are hard-working, overall kind people that take pride in their job and the quality of their customer service. Special shout out to Tony who was super helpful and went out of his way to make sure I was happy with the service. Glad I bought my car here!
Had to tow my car to the service center just as they were closing for the night. They did a thorough diagnosis and ruled out very expensive causes. The car was up and running the next day!
I rarely leave reviews but I've been impressed by the service all three times I've take my car here. The first time was to replace a front light - lightl bulb. I bought one at AutoZone to try and replace myself but couldn't. I took my car in to have them do it - the service person I spoke with told me it was simple to d - which he did wthin 3 minutes and didn't charge me. While I don't expect this every time, I did appreciate it. My last time taking it was also a great experience too as they changed the oil, pointed out that my state inspection had just expired - which I didn't realize - they took care of it - and gave me a military discount without me having to ask about it.
I have a 2015 Honda Accord and my starter went out about two months ago. I had it replaced under warranty and no noticeable issues until two weeks ago, when the same issue starting happening again. I took it back to Honda of Tysons and had it repaired for a second time, for the same issue. Fast forward a week later (this past weekend) and the same issue happened yet again. I took my car to another Honda dealership for this repair.
If you are going to do business by trade in your car. Then you will likely end up seeing a fake KBB evaluation report for your current car. After having trade in evaluation from 3 different honda showrooms(who gave almost 99% same trade in price) Finally I went to Ourisman Honda of Tysons and end up seeing only a fake KBB report which was nowhere to 50% of the other 3 showrooms evaluation.
The best if you want a no BS experience! My husband and I were looking to swap our Grand Caravan for a Pilot. We have 4 kids, but wanted something a little less... vanish. We also had Odyssey for years that lasted us to almost 200K miles before any major repairs, so Honda was on the short list. I called this morning to make sure website pricing was legit (no adding back rebates that most don't qualify for, tacking on extra fees, etc. - stuff lots of other dealers do), and then did an approval via phone/online. We ended up with a promotional .9% qualification. We showed up this evening, traded in the van, and bought the Pilot. Such an easy experience, with none of that scummy sales stuff or feeling like anyone is trying to pull something over on you. Our salesman, Moses, was really amazing. He wasn't at all pushy, and was very diligent during the whole process. The two finance guys were also very personable, and made the whole experience smooth and easy. We left with a car we're really excited about, for what we feel to be a very fair price. It's about a 90 minute drive for us, in which we pass multiple Honda dealers, but I'll be using this one in the future without question (as well as having already recommended them to friends and family members in the area). Of all the car shopping/buying experiences we've had, this was surely the best!
Honda of Tysons Corner has sold me my last two cars, and they probably won't be my last. If you want a Honda, this place should be your first stop.
My experience three years ago was great when I bought a CRV, and the same goes this month when I bought a Civic. Honda of Tysons Corner, by far, had the best pricing on both the Civic and Accord (my two choices) compared to the other dealers in the area (Bill Page and Brown, for example).
Mohamed Amayer was my salesman for the Civic and he was tremendous throughout the sales process.
His patience with me was beyond noble as I tend to take a lot of time to make up my mind. I could reach him whenever by text -- even on his days off (for which I feel bad). He made sure that my color and trim level of car was available and held for me, when it was the last available.
And Amine Kadmiri, the Finance Manager, was great, too, answering and dealing with my (possibly annoying) detailed questions when I was completing the transaction.
Honda of Tysons Corner made my experiences of buying a Honda extremely smooth and satisfying both times. I wouldn't go anywhere else for a Honda in this area.
Great place. Clean and accessible. The customer service is very great. Moe was my contact person and he helped me beyond expectation. They seem sincere and on point. They even cleaned my vehicle after the services were completed. I was a very satisfied customer. I will be back again.
Friendly, honest, knowledgable and professional. They worked with my needs and my budget and sold me a great car. I couldn't be happier with my buy. Thank you Tim and team. You guys are the best!
I had the pleasure of purchasing a 2018 Honda Ridgeline from Tysons Corners Honda. As an out of state customer I called and communicated by email they were prompt and courteous and their price was the best by far. My sales agent Nana had the truck ready when I arrived and he saw to my questions and was very knowledgable. The Finance manager Danielle was a charmer, got straight to the point, handled things with flair and got me on my way in short order. I would absolutely buy again from this Dealer right on the Silver Metro line drops you at their door.
I have been a Honda customer (purchase of two Hondas, and service) for 13 years now, and this was the worst service experience I have had. My air conditioning wasn't working on my Accord. Jeremy, the Red Team leader, called me and said they found a leak and two lines needed to be replaced, necessitating removal of the bumper to do the work. He said they had to order the parts, they would be in the next day and would finish the work then. The next day, Jeremy called and said they did not get all the parts, and it would be another day until my car was finished --- that would be a Saturday, and it would be finished early afternoon. No one called me on Saturday, so I called around 1:00 and left a voice mail for Jeremy. No response. I called again after 3:00 and left another voice mail. Again, no response. Finally, about 4:30, I sent an email to Ryan, Director of the Service Department, and he told me "Jesse" would call me. By then it was too late for me to pick up my car, as we had an evening engagement. Jesse called and explained that Jeremy wasn't in that Saturday, but he would leave a note for Jeremy that I would pick up the car first thing on Monday. When I went to Jeremy's cubicle on Monday morning, he wasn't there. I finally found someone who told me Jeremy wouldn't be in until noon. I told him I wanted my car NOW. He was able to open Jeremy's safe and retrieve the invoice and my key. So, after taking my car in first thing Thursday morning, I finally had it back on Monday. The fact that Jeremy never said he wouldn't be there on Saturday and that he made no arrangement for anyone else to contact me is appalling, and then to not find him there on Monday morning was the icing on the cake. An awful experience all around.
Awful, I called earlier in the day to let them know i would be coming by that evening to buy a car they had on the lot. It took over 4 hrs to get the car sold to me. I was paying by check in full, so no financing. My initial sales guy (Blerim) was great but his manager was not as accommodating or helpful. I wanted some sensors added to the car which they had to order so i was trying to suggest ways where i can come back at a different time if they were to busy to service me now, but the manager was stuck in his ways and would not even listen to a suggestion i had. He was being difficult and was almost rude. Its hard to imagine that it takes over 4 hours to buy a car. This is also my second time buying a car from Tysons Honda but the pervious time i bought a car it was not owned by Sonic. Customer service should be top priority and obviously some upper level management doesnt care.
Excellent customer service from the red team. Sarah, specifically, was extremely helpful, but everyone from the manager to the mechanic was very approachable and answered any questions I had. I came in with one issue and they spotted a few other pretty serious issues that I needed fixed. They were transparent with everything from start to finish and were quite efficient.
Highly disappointed. Very poor service. I walked into the store with an intention of buying a new car. The front desk receptionist paged for a sales associate while i waited in the seating area. After 20 minutes, of waiting, I checked with the associate about the status, she paged again for a sales associate and i waited another 20 mins. This, I had called to confirm that they are available to talk before going to the store. HONDA of Tysons, your customer service sucks. Hire more sales associates or make sure the ones who are on the floor actually pay attention to customers.
I went into Ourisman Honda to buy a reasonably priced GTI. I wasn't happy about the paint job from a previous fender bender and was about to leave when the lead sales guy took $1000 off the price. Great! We got as far as sitting down to sign the paperwork when the pricing shenanigans began. There were two fees associated with the purchase: a$700 "doc processing" fee and $595 "used car prep" fee. Almost $1300 in surprise fees.
The $595 fee was for the cost of preparing the used car for sale. What does that mean you ask? It means that I was being charged for the oil change and new tires that were on the car. That's right, Ourisman believes that the price of the tires on the car are an additional fee not included in the price of the vehicle.
The $700 doc processing fee was anticipated but seemed high. I was assured that it's common for a dealership to charge "6, 7, or even 800 dollars for processing". A quick phone call to another Ourisman dealership confirmed that they only charge $300 for doc processing.
What can we deduce here? The $1300 is fees was clearly in place to compensate for the $1000 "discount" I was given! I never thought I'd get so close to a dealership pulling a fast one on me, but Ourisman Honda in Tysons Corner tried their hardest and came pretty close.
Remember - do your homework, trust your gut, and if something smells fishy - just walk away.
Surprisingly good experience with good prices when I went. Highly recommend Blerim. My first impression was a little off. I walked in saw Blerim (who I had talked to a year ago and asked for a certain car in a certain color and he said they did have it) The rules required that Blerim give me to someone else so I repeated my color to the new guy. The guy was super friendly but told me they did not have it but kept pushing another color. I left but luckily Blerim called me back and said they had several in stock. I was already on my way to Brown's Farifax Honda at that point so I talked to them and then went back to Blerim. The price was FAR better than Fairfax and we came to that good price without a lot of haggle. They also gave me a lot more fore my trade in than Fairfax (or another place I did not spend much time at) Blerim is cut and dry (quick to the point) seems straightforward, answered all texts within minutes, and even told me the best time to come in to avoid crowds. It was the most pleasant car buying experience I ever had. He texted me afterwards to ask me if I had any questions about operating the car and then even went back and got stuff I had stashed in the spare time compartment and had it ready for me to pick up. Management also worked with me bc I had frozen my credit and put an unexpected kink in the process. I had low expectation too bc I thought that since it was near Tysons Corner they would have worse prices. They do hold you at the end trying to get you to buy extended warranty but they are all so friendly and some of the packages could be good for some people but their initial prices are steep! I dont really complain about them trying to get you to buy it but you do have to wait a while to get to the person who finalizes your sale and they could improve that.
As an out of state buyer, purchasing a rare hard to find vehicle, the transaction could not have went better. Vanny went above and beyond for me and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. Everyone I dealt with was super informative and awesome to deal with. Wish I could give these guys 10 stars.
It was wonderful. This is my first car and I'm glad I came to Honda of tysons corner. The salesman Arden was so patient and beyond wonderful to me and James in financing was awesome as will. I will come back to Honda of tysons corner to by my next car and recommend them to everyone I know.
Honda of Tysons Corner was pretty busy on the day I took my car in for an oil change, Steve Farr took my car anyway, and was able to have it serviced, and contacted me back letting me know it was finished. It was completed even sooner then his prediction on this busy day.
Salman was very helpful in not only finding us a great deal, but walking us through every nook and nanny at making the buy a smooth process. He is very informed and made learning the new car easier.
My experience at Honda of Tysons Corner was truly a great experience!!! Moses Ayilaran was very professional and welcoming! He didn't pressure me to buy the car and he truly respected my decision whether decided not buy the car or not. I got a great deal on the Honda Accord Sport 2017 and I'm so happy that I bought my car from this place!
We were very disappointed in the service received. Not only did they not fix the problem we took our car in for, they were not honest in the pricing and diagnosis. First we were told that a diagnostic test could not be performed because there was no "Check Engine" light or code to read but they charged us $126.88 for diagnostic testing. Next they found all these other things that needed to be done (not through the diagnostic test but through visual examination) and gave us some pretty hefty pricing for the services needed. First, we were told that we needed a "heat valve" which would cost $806.00, yes, you read right, $806.00 for the valve. When we questioned the expense, we were told by Steve that there were a lot of gaskets and things that came with it. We didn't buy it. No way were we going to pay $806.00 for a valve. We did get the "Lower Left Mount replaced and the Rear Rocker Arm Bushings done and ended up spending over $900 . As for the $806.00 valve, we were called at home after we declined its replacement, and we were told by Steve that they could do it for $250.00. We said we would think about it. I called Honda of Dulles and purchased the valve for $39.00 and had it installed for $55. A lot less that $806.00 huh? We were told that the Motor Mounts needed to be replaced, and they did, but after the $806.00 sticker shock for the Heat Valve, we begged off from any further service, especially since we were told that we were looking at any additional $1500+. We bought the mounts and had them and the valve all installed for $400. Very disappointed that we were talked to like we were stupid and didn't know anything about cars or the cost of parts. We are really pissed off about being charged for the diagnostic test that they initially said they couldn't do without any lights indicating a malfunction. We received no information whatsoever on what was found with the diagnostic test because they didn't do one so it was just another way to get more money. WHAT A RIP-OFF!! Last time we will EVER go there for service or anything else. Its a shame people are so dishonest and greedy. Don't know if Steve was trying to make his monthly quota or what, but we don't appreciate being treated like we were dumb and him trying to rip us off. That's it for us. GOODBYE HONDA of TYSONS CORNER!! I feel sorry for those who don't know better and will get ripped off. SHOPPER BEWARE!!!!! (Sorry for any typos or misspellings. Hard to focus on that kinda stuff when I'm pissed.)
I have been getting my car serviced here since last 2 years. Technicians are very helpful and explain things to you in detail. So far my experience with them is good. Appointments are easily available.
Steve has been my service advisor for years, he has always gone above and beyond my car needs. There is so much places to choose from but Honda and specialy him are the best, I don't trust just anyone with my car. I always recommend Honda and tell people to ask for him, he will take good car of you.
I have had a long time relationship with Honda of Tysons Corner that is excellent. I just bought a CRV from them which was great. The salesperson, Sanjeev, was extremely helpful. The financial person was also very helpful.
had a great experience from the moment i walked in! i do want to mention Steve Farr, service adviser, he kept me updated through out my service experience, he really values customer service!
I dont even know where to begin...with this honda company employee Went there to buy used honda car with my 2 little children . This lady help us wonderfully , we saw 2 cars and liked it ...at the end for the pricing she called this guy.....didn't introduce himself and straight went on attacking our credibility as i was trying to discuss the pricing he said flat out...i have to go back and do my research, i am wasting his time, and ask me if am i going to buy this car NOW ( well we didnt come there to chit chat with you Sir, we came in to buy) ....he just keeps running his mouth in front of my 2 kids and my husband. We were there stunned coudnt believe the way he was treating us. im 100% he won't do that to ................but hey you are immigrant too!!!!!!! and you have no rights whatsoever to act or treat a customer like this. i left without saying a word because i had my kids with me, but your action and your work ethic is something that need to be checked by your Managers !!!!
I purchased a car here and was sold a service contract I didn t want. I cancelled within a month, but it s been over 6 months and my refund has not been given. We have called and asked in person several times but nobody wants to help. Once they sell you a car, the service goes away...
Outstanding customer service. Alex Villegas helped me right away when I walked in without an appointment . I got my safety inspection done in a short time even the line was busy.
After reading some other reviews on Google specifically mentioning Jose as a very low-pressure and friendly dealer rep, I contacted the dealership asking for him. He lived up to all reviews and was a wonderful person with whom to work as I navigated the depths of new car buying.
A couple things I learned about Honda after buying my first Honda ever (specific to new cars, not used): 1. They give you the price and they aren't going to negotiate much. You might find some wiggle room in add-ons or packages or services but the cost of the car is the cost of the car. 2. Honda knows their stuff. I was so impressed by the service I got from the Honda dealers throughout the process. The reps do a full familiarization walk-around of the outside AND inside of the car before any test drive. This is a wonderful practice and far out-sells the other brands who basically just throw the keys at you and say 'take her for a spin.' 3. Honda tech is the best out there. The car-driver interface far exceeds other brands and has proven to be excellent after buying and living with the car for some time.
I absolutely recommend this dealership and, specifically, Jose. He's kind and knowledgeable and low pressure. I would definitely go back.
Brian G. is the sole reason I continue to drive a Honda and continue to use Tyson's Honda as my destination for all service checkups and maintenance work. Brian is beyond professional in the way he astutely diagnoses what my Ridgeline requires and clearly and promptly explains how to address those needs in the most beneficial and cost-effective way to me. Brian is someone I fully trust with the health and well-being of my vehicle and that translates into having the confidence that the precious lives that get in my Honda will be safe and protected. Brian is a calm, steady and humble person. I will continue to work with him long into the future.
I recently bought a 2014 Honda Accord Sport from this dealership. Jay (Sales) and Ardi (Finance) truly deserve a 5-star rating for their services. Jay was excellent in explaining about which car was right for me, where I would save on buying and had a command on tech specs of every car he showed me. While Ardian (Ardi) was very knowledgeable and easy-going in processing my Finance application. He works with numerous banks and has made the application process and procedure very easy to understand and follow. These guys truly are the best in their respective platforms. I'm so glad that I purchased my new Honda here. Buying a car has never been so pleasant.
Great! This dealership is about a 6 minute drive from the great Tyson s Corner mall! This dealership is not only in a great area but it s also pushy, rude, and dishonest. You will walk into this dealership and they will immediately make you do a credit application, EVEN IF YOU SAY NO. I know how this industry works but every other Honda dealer was able to give me a rough estimate of my potential payments. They will hold your keys to keep you in there. They will laugh at what type of payments you are looking for. There was also this pushy woman telling me I NEED to get things like undercoating or paint protection. Overall, stay away.
Great experience here at Honda Tysons! Mike was a great sales man. He was patient and answered all our questions we had. Overall the staff was great and made it easy for us to choose this location to purchase my car. Definitely will come back here again!
went in for VA inspection. The serivce centre representative was courteous. I left the car around noon. got a call back within 2 hrs that the vehicle is ready for pickup. Will recommend honda of tysons to any of the friends looking for service
