Purchased new tires thinking that i would get full support in case i get any issues. I would think that the dealership would help me. Unfortunately the tires I purchased are defective and the dealership would not help me solve it. They only help me get the manufacturer phone number.
I felt the service is good.But my suggestion if the car has washed and vacuumed inside the customer will also feel happy....
I had a 40,000 mile service and the experience was overall very good. It is a bit out of way since I have to drive at least 30-40 minutes to get to this place but it was worth it.
I had originally rated them three stars because a state inspection took quite a long time. However I am increasing my rating to 5 stars. I recently bought a car from them and the sales team as well as the service team were amazing. They went above and beyond.

Thorough service and extremely helpful, knowledgeable, patient and friendly service. I waited for my car to be serviced and although it took a long time, the waiting area is very well set up, including three work stations (I set up my computer in one after a short wait for it to become available--a few more would be good) and a decent take-out counter for lunch.
I had bad experience with pricing, they charge for 1) Parts, 2) Labor, 3) Shop Supplies. This Shop Supplies charges are cheating. They don't have good explanation why they are charging this.
Just bought a Honda Odyssey. Got an incredible deal and ridiculously low financing, like ridiculously low. The salesman was very laid back, no pressure at all; much different experience than the three other times I have purchased a car in the last 10 years. I would certainly go back and recommend Honda of Tyson's Corner to friends and family.

I have been taking my Accords to Tysons Honda for ten years. Of all the service advisors I've worked with, Mr. Tim Godinho is the best.
I received a coupon for free state inspection and took my car for oil change and inspection. Before I go my car back, I was not only charged $16 for a "free inspection" (which was marked as such on my receipt!), but they have also found $1300 worth of other things to be fixed. I have been taking my car to a dealer in another state for many years and things that have not bothered any previous service call or mechanic became a "must fix" problem for my car. Furthermore, they thought they did include a discount for some of the services they provided but turned out none were applied to my bill and did not bother updating the bill to correct any of it. I wish they were more accommodating to the customers.
DO NOT come here for maintenance!This is my first time doing oil change and maintenance in this dealership. First, they told me the wait time would be around 1 hour, which was totally not true. The service advisor rudely said it had to be at least 2 hours because a lot of people were waiting in the line. So what s the point of making appointment if the customers need to wait in line when they get there on time?
Second, during the maintenance the adviser called and mentioned there were many issues with my car and it would take $1500 to fix them. I have been doing maintenance in timely manner for the 5-year-old car and never been told it would cost that much for a maintenance. Definitely said no. Not to mention their prices for oil change and fluid change are overpriced compared with other Honda dealership I have visited before. It is a good location and near where I live, but considering the poor service I get I will NOT come back!

Let me first start off by saying that I had never before had my car serviced by a dealer. I've always been wary that they would charge too much. However, that was not the case at Tysons Honda. Although my car is under warrenty, I opted to have a few other routine services performed; not only did I received prompt service, but it was at a competitive price. I will be taking my car to Tysons Honda from here on out. Thank you, Steve, for making my first dealer experience a positive one!

I bought a used 2009 Toyota Yaris here recently. I liked the no-hassle atmosphere and they were willing to address some cosmetic issues with the exterior an to double check a squeaky belt before I took possession of the car. The financing step required about an hour and 15 minutes of waiting. This was the only real downside for me.
I recently bought Honda Accord EX-L here and the experience through out the purchasing process is amazing. I just requested for a quote online and I got the very quick response from the dealer and he took just minutes to show the cars with various combinations/my requirements. The amazing part is he allowed me to test drive the same car that I have chosen. Also, the offers given are no way near comparison to others. This helped me to take the decision faster.

I made an appointment to have my state inspection and was told when I arrived after driving from another state that it was a 2 hour wait due to limited staff. I understand that HOWEVER, why not inform me BEFORE I drive all the way to VA to get this Inspection done? Last year my experience was great-this year terrible! And Im sure that the owner would not appreciate his/her staff diverting me to a service station versus Honda.

Regular service--oil change plus 30,000 mile maintenance: Brian Giles was courteous and easy to work with. Walked me through each element needed for my car. I go here for all of my service needs for my Odyssey--they get it done fast and don't try to overcharge or push for services I don't need. Great space to work in their customer lounge while I wait too. Still a happy customer!
Derreck Folgar is really wonderful. He is helpful and great at communication. At work it's super convenient to just text him. Derreck also answered on his days off and always made sure everything was done correctly. I know that I'm a picky customer, but he was patient and exceeded all expectations.
After purchase he was also super wonderful and helped me sort out some car issues and answered all of my questions. He never forgot to get back to me (even when I forgot) and was always really responsive. He seemed to genuinely care and was very approachable. Derreck made my car buying experience so much better than expected.
Stephen from sales is also pretty chill, though I didn't like the other person I worked with at Tysons. Tim from the service department was professional and helpful as well. The manager there was cool too. Overall I recommend asking for Derreck as your sales person if you can choose a car salesperson since he is awesome.

This past Saturday, I took my car in for State Inspections. My car was inspected fairly quickly and it was free. The service advisor, Steve Farr, was very helpful and let me know that I needed to come in again to get a recall service complete. Overall, a very easy and enjoyable experience.
We made a call about the Honda Odyssey 2018. When we walked through the door our sales rep Haneen Salman she was amazing. She made the whole experience wonderful. She didn t pressure us she just let us look and enjoy the vehicle. She and the whole team made the whole process amazing and I would totally recommend her and her team to help you buy a car when you re ready!

I have been having my 2003 Honda Accord serviced at Honda of Tysons for years. Mo Azim always takes care to let me know exactly what the car needs. There are never any surprises. In fact it generally ends up being slightly less than the estimate.
The Honda team took care of my vehicle very well. When I pulled out of the garage I noticed that the car was running much quieter than usual. Also, on the way home I registered 39.5 mpg without using the ECO button. Usually I can only get about 37 mpg while using the ECO button. Great job!
I always come to this specific Honda for any service on my Pilot. They always go above and beyond. Steve is AMAZING, he gives you accurate wait times and takes his time to go over everything with you. I would not go anywhere else. You have a great team!! Keep up the good work!
Had to get my wheel and tire replaced. I was serviced by the Orange Team. Highly professional through and through didn't try to sell me on anything, was clear about what was or wasn't included in my vehicle service plan and even through they didn't have too they threw in a complimentary wash and internal detailing. The service was relatively cheap too at $225 service and all.
Tim gave me excellent service for my first oil change with for my Honda CRV EX, plus they mailed me a coupon that saved me $15 !
Roberto was very helpful every step of the way. His friendly demeanor made me feel comfortable asking him questions and confident that I could trust his responses. I look forward to working with Roberto from the Silver team again.

Everyone is great at this dealership from the salesmen to management. As with any other dealership the paperwork or setting up of the paperwork can be time consuming but they took care of us by providing us dinner. Not every dealership would be willing to do this. 2nd car I bought from this dealership and will continue to do business with these guys in the future.
I was pretty happy with my buying experience at Tysons Honda. Honestly, I dreaded buying a new car from a dealership because of the general stereotype of car dealers. But I did my research on the car & the dealership, went in as an educated consumer, and I knew what I wanted & what I was willing to pay. And I felt like my salesperson Fred Tcheliebou wanted to make sure I was educated about the features, had a decent length test drive & was fair on pricing. All in all, it was a good buying experience & I would recommend Tyson's location. And ask for Fred.
I recently picked up a new Honda from this dealership, trading in my aging BMW 328 for an Accord. The buying experience was pretty standard and the salesman and managers were helpful. In the end, I think i got a good deal and was happy with the entire experience.
Unfortunately, my 2018 Honda Accord has an issue with the brakes. It's more of a "cosmetic" issue, since it makes a loud click/pop sound upon depressing the pedal. It doesn't affect the drivability, but the sound is loud enough that I can hear it over my music while driving. I still think that it's unacceptable for a brand new vehicle to have a glaring cosmetic issue like this.
I decided after just a few days of ownership to take it into the service center at this dealership to be looked at. To make a long story short, they tried a few fixes that were unsuccessful in mitigating the issue. They even proved to me that it wasn't just my car - I sat in other Honda Accords on the lot (brand new) which experienced the same sound. Out of options, they contacted Honda of America and were instructed to have the entire brakes replaced on my vehicle (indicating that this is a known issue). After all was said and done, the replacement brakes made the problem better by reducing the noise, but even after the fix, myself and the technician were still able to hear the noise.
This is the reason I'm writing this review, and the reason this dealership has earned 5 stars (6 if I could give it). They did everything they could to try to fix this problem, and even went as far as contacting Honda of America on my behalf to see what exactly is going on with these cars. The dealership did as instructed and even was honest enough to admit that the fix given by Honda of America did not completely fix the issue.
My service advisor, Tim G., and his manager Ryan P., have gone above and beyond to try to make me happy in this situation. It's unfortunate that Honda has manufactured what is, in my mind, a faulty brake pedal on the new Accord. Ultimately I can't fault the dealer for that. They are continuing to work with me on this issue and plan to contact me as soon as they hear from Honda of America what the next move is for my car.
At the end of the day, they've earned my business and trust. I plan to get my Honda serviced at this dealership for as long as I live in this area and only hope that when I move, I can find a dealer just as good as this one.

Have taken our CR-v here routinely for service, and the customer service has always been extremely good. We recently also purchased a Honda Odyssey from the dealership and had a good experience even though it was a very busy sales day (Labor Day). While it was difficult to consistently communicate with our sales person when we were not on site, the dealership general manager was extremely responsive and provided excellent service.
Friendly, professional, trustworthy. Upfront explanations of what maintenance my car needs and why it needs it. No games or gimmicks, and no asking if I need my husband / boyfriend / father / brother to help me understand my service plan. I'm very pleased with this service.
This is a review of the Honda dealers Service Department. In general, they are pretty good, understanding that they are a new car dealer and their prices are a little high compared with regular service stations. I went there early in the morning without an appointment because I needed a tire replaced (puncture on the edge of the tread). They were able to take me fairly quickly and I was back on the road in about an hour (which I thought was very good). I went to the dealer because I correctly guessed that they would have an exact tire match in stock and could complete the repair quickly. The price of the tire was reasonable ($116), although they tack on a bunch of extra fees ($18 for installation, $24 for tire rotation fee, tire disposal fee, environmental fee, shop supply fee, etc.). I am guessing they are no different than other dealers in that respect. They did give me an estimate of the cost upfront and the final bill was slightly below the estimate (which is good - NOBODY LIKES SURPRISES AT THE END). So they seem to be honest and seem to have the necessary parts in stock. The only negatives with this service department is that they *always* try to "up sell" you on additional services (but it is your choice). Also, in the past, I have made appointments well in advance for routine maintenance (e.g. oil change) with the intent of waiting at the dealer for completion. For less than an hour worth of work, I have had to wait 3 plus hours. Apparently, making an appointment for routine maintenance dose not result in quick service. This is the reason I did not give them 5 stars. For routine service, you are probably better off going to another service station that honors appointments better. BTW, I purchased the car there new and the purchase process went very well (Kudos to the salesman, Patrick O'Connor?).

The service was great, once I was able to finally speak to someone. The general theme of the place is organized chaos. There are no clear signs indicating where one should go for their scheduled service or how they find the appropriate team to address the reason for the visit. Once I was finally able to speak to someone, the service was great and all the work was completed in the time frame originally promised.

Just beware if your car is under warranty and you are having issues. My AC went out and the service team said it was my fault so I'd have to pay full price to get it fixed. They said I must have hit the front of my car on something to damage it. I disagreed - I haven't hit anything & my insurance can prove I haven't been in an accident. But their hands were tied, I'd have to pay. I decided to wait to get it fixed and took it to another Honda to get a second opinion and guess what! The other Honda said it was 100% covered. Maybe my service guy was lazy and didn't want to do his due diligence or maybe the other service workers are better than the guy I got. Either way I won't be coming back.
Trying to reach the Finance Department at this dealership is a nightmare. I ve tried calling the front desk multiple times, each time my call gets bounced to different people and eventually reaches a voice mail that s never attended.
All I m looking to do is cancel the Care Select Plans that you ve sold as a SCAM.
Never again will I come back to this place to have my car serviced!!! After waiting for 2 hours for a basic oil change, Troy gives me the most bs excuse of all time that oh 4 people called out today so we are running behind and we won't even get to your car for at least another 30 min. Are you freaking kidding me? Then he makes the best suggestion, do you want to reschedule????? WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Of course I told him to bring my car back I don't want you to touch my car. I certainly do not recommend this place for any services and certainly stay away from these glorified secretaries calling themselves service consultants!!!
Living in Tysons area, I will make the drive to another center because your service is nonexistent, and your personnel simply have no clue about professionalism!!! At least have the decency to tell me just because I didn't fall for your upsell tricks I put your car in the back of the line, rather than giving me your BS excuses!!!

The BEST Honda Dealership in the DMV. I've became a Honda owner in 2008 and since, I have had the best experiences with purchasing my newest vehicles, as well as my entire family with purchasing their cars.
The customer Service I received from Dave Mason was extraordinary and very uncommon for a car dealership. His service was first class and top notch however the sales manager on duty that day was very cold and did not even acknowledge me or my family despite he saw us when we walked in and was dealing with Dave from start to finish on my process. The Honda dealer in Ashburn were willing to throw in some rubber floor mats but when dave asked on my behalf before Dave could finish the sentence he immediately said no. Very unfortunate and if it wasn't because of Dave's and I interaction and for him being a Veteran, I would have walked out at that moment and purchased from Ashburn Dealership. My gut feeling tells me he profiled me from the time I walked in because the night before I asked to test drive the car and keep it overnight and he got great joy out of telling me no. I have purchased many cars and I will tell you that if a Car Sales manager feels you are not serious, they will give every excuse of why they can't let you take the car home. For me, I wanted to show my wife and kids and get her approval while it was in the driveway. I won't say publicly what I think it was but I'm not happy about it and I let Dave know that the sales manager has no respect for my kind. I could have purchased from anywhere with my pre-approved findings and 0.9% rate not to mention an above 800 credit score but I chose this place only because of Dave but I will not recommend nor will I have my vehicle serviced their due to this reason. The sales manager on duty that day and the night before did not even say Thank you for your business....but you want to call yourself a Manager. I've been in combat for 45 months of life and I can't even get a simple Thank you for your business....nevermind the service. #noclassfromtheleadership.
