I bought my car back in Oct 2015 and the customer service I received there was painless. It was a good experience and everyone was very helpful. I brought my car back for it's first maintenance service a few weeks ago and was pleasantly surprised. Originally, I had made an appointment for a 10k mile service, but all the car needed was an oil change and tire rotation. The technician helping me told me so, and that's all the work they did, plus a complimentary car wash (the waiting area/lounge was very nice too). I have yet to have a negative experience at this dealership, which is why I gave 5 stars.
