I can honestly say my car buying experience was very pleasent and I feel I got a good deal.
Moses our salesperson was great. However, the finance person did not have our paperwork ready even after we informed the salesperson what time we were coming back to finish the sale. The finance person was slow and unprofessional and we were not getting a loan through the dealership so I am not sure why it took so long and why he kept trying to sale us more products.
Very good experience. Took my newly purchased used Honda in to get keys cut, and during their complimentary inspection discovered a major problem that the dealer I purchased the car from did not identify. Car was still under warranty, so I was able to take it back to the place I bought it and have them fix it. They hadn't even heard of the parts that were leaking. Thank you Michael Lewis.
Worst Dealership Ever!!
I did purchase a car on Sep. 4, 2019, Till the time I booked the car they provided Honda Accord EX Price as $25000 with few accessories but at the time of closing after Loan and everything was processed they changed the car price. They are fraud. Better be very careful
Another typical dealership when it comes sale they are very nice, but terrible service after the sale. I was told I am going to receive the tag/plate for my new Honda CRV EX but as of today (04-26-2019) I have not heard from them nor I received the tag by mail. I called them today for the tag inquiry and guess what they put me hold for almost half hour and it was my second attempt to resolve the issue a few days ago.
Good experience. Prompt communications. Managed to work out a deal that worked for me.
Car came with the wrong wipers installed and extra keys were missing.
Other than that, great car.
Really happy with the handling of recall items and service on my car. Steve (Blue Team shout out!) is awesome! He explained everything to me in a way I could understand and went over some items that will need attention in the future. Though I didn't buy my car from Tyson's Honda - I'll have my car serviced there in a heart beat - and will most likely buy my new one based on the customer service I have encountered. Thanks Steve!!
I had not been to this dealership since 1992 when it was Rosenthal, where I had an unpleasant experience and vowed never to set foot in there again. Fast forward 25 years - the dealership is no longer owned by Rosenthal (and has not been for some time, I found out), and is now run exceptionally well. The GM, Steve, is very professional. You will be treated well and find what you are looking for. My sales guy, Sanjeev, was great to work with and has been with them for many years - they are not a dealership that just burns through salespeople. I found the whole process to be easy and enjoyable, and got a great car at a great price. If you have not visited this dealership in some time, or had been avoiding it due to the Rosenthal stigma, you should definitely pay them a visit. I would definitely buy from them again.
I recently purchased a 2015 Honda Pilot Special Edition from Honda of Tyson's Corner and was very happy with my experience there. I actually had purchased an Accord from here back in 2009 and was content with the process that I decided to try it again. Since the previous sales rep had retired and moved on to Florida I wasn't sure who to consider working with on this new transaction for the Pilot? Luckily one of the service reps (Alex Garcia - excellent technician btw) who I had worked with when owning the Accord for maintenance purposes was still there so I contacted him for a referral. Alex was nice enough to refer me to Mohammed "Mo" Ameyar and he helped expedite things in fine fashion. I told Mo which Pilot I was interested in from the dealerships online inventory and to summarize things, he made it work (competitive pricing and options) and got me into this vehicle. A few days later once the Pilot was cleaned up and and ready to drive off lot, I came in to receive delivery and Mo went over all the vehicles inside options as to ensure my knowledge and understanding. He did a great job overall and I would definitely recommend him to anyone interested in buying a new Honda.
Then upon your purchase, Id also highly recommend contacting Alex Garcia in the service dept for your maintenance needs.
We bought a Honda Odyssey. Dealer said it is better to get warranty for 72 months and they said Warranty can be closed at any time.. We took the warranty. Now we want to close the warranty the dealer is stating it will take 2-3 weeks to process Warranty closure. Please be careful with this dealer.
Made the process of trading my car which I bought from them very easy. I felt at home, so I would highly recommend buying your next Honda here.
I went in yesterday with my sister and mom to buy a car. The salemen person was so friendly and nice and got my sister a new 2016 Honda Civic. Even though the process took a while. It was all worth it to see my mom and sister happy with the car. I would strongly recommend to come and buy here. I will for sure in the future.
Don t sign any contract service with HONDA DEALER AT TYSONS CORNER , I had very bad experiences with this dealership, I singed my service contract when I bought my Honda Pilot 2016 , what ever my car need any service , they always gave hard time to do the service in good way and I always I had to tell them about all the details but they never did it, this time I had fuel problem so I had to drop the car in the Honda dealer in 08/02/18 and the service guy his name is MICHAEL told me he will call when the car will be ready and they will wash it too, he called around 4 pm on Saturday to let me know that the car ready for pick up and already been washed , I told him I m not gonna able to come in the same day ,I told him I will come Monday , my wife went On Monday 08/06/18 to pick up the car , Michael went for vacation they told her so she saw MOE , he told her the car finish , she asked if the car washed , he said YES , of course this kind of service they always have to wash the car , my wife paid $2500 for service
She picked up the car but was not washed , they have to be honest with the customer , they are lying you paid a little money for the service but they never give you any good service , THE PEOPLE AT HONDA DEALERSHIPS AT TYSON S CORNER ARE MEAN, ROD , LYING , you can see their real face after you paid the money in the begging they really nice but after you sign and paid you will see the real face .
Soooooo disappointed , I made big mistake when I went there .
I drove all the way from Fort Drum, NY to Honda of Tysons Corner because the prices were that great, they were also very military friendly getting me the BEST deal possible. I would surely take another drive to buy from them again. Also, their sales person Moses Ayilaran was just the best, he was in constant communication with me answering any questions that I had and he was also able to ensure that I got the car I wanted. EXCELLENT CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE.
Moe Azim in Service Dept. always provides excellent service and clear understanding of what work is optional and what is needed. Never a problem for my 3 Honda vehicles.
Professional, fast and friendly service! They are very attentive and do not pressure to purchase more services. I love that!
After speaking with several dealers in NOVA, I found Tysons had the best rate. I gave them a call and spoke with Tamim. There was no haggling needed, they offered the best out the door price around. Tamim was fantastic to work with and was straight forward. After our 5 minute phone call, I went to the dealer to pick the color. From there on out it was just paperwork and going through the finance office. Everyone there was helpful is getting us the best price possible for. Great dealer and great people to work with!
The staff are very helpful and efficient from dropping of the car to picking it up. Worked with me to get my car back in a timely manner and did a nice job fixing the bumper on my car.
1. Outside cleaning not completely done, windshield was dusty and so as tire's alloy even after washing
2. Not properly vaccumed inside, not cleaned at all. I could see the dust on floor mates and dash board and small pieces of trash lying everywhere.
3. They forgot to calibrate my TPMS gauge, for which i had to go all the way back next day to have it fixed as my car was showing error
4. My car was ready after the service and they did not even inform me about it, i was waiting in the lobby and realized my car standing there for a while and when i went to see my representative he was busy in tackling other car and their issues.
I was disappointed and it was my first ever service with them.
The Service Manager was courteous and provided me with information regarding the service options.
Terrific buying experience bought 2 cars and thought it would take forever our sales person Sami made sure to get us through as quickly as possible and still had us comfortable at the dealership, great experience
Service center had nice front-desk staff but mechanics (and supervisors) need better attention to detail. Recalled airbag was replaced but airbag light turned on as soon as we started the car. The car had to stay overnight after being there for the whole day because a tech forgot to plug a sensor cable, did not notice the warning light, and left for the day. Management should better stay on top of their operation as mistakes like this are not only customer inconveniences but also safety liabilities.
This was my first experience buying a car and Jose was superb. He was transparent throughout the entire process, honest, helpful, and always available.
Awful. Go somewhere else. Went in for an oil-change with an appointment. Took 1 1/2 hours. ouch. Plus. Car came back with extra noises and loss of power. Terrible. Snake-oil salesmen that are only interested in you giving them a good review. no concern over the quality of the work.
Walked in and received friendly service, and up front deals better than most with no need for haggling. Janette Lopez and James O'Brien provided the best service I have ever experienced purchasing a car. I highly recommend Honda of Tysons for anyone looking to get a new car, especially a new Honda.
Ask for Mohamed in Sales and Steve Farr in service. Both are top notch.
If you purchase a used car from this dealership make sure to get a pre-purchase inspection; will be well worth the money. I did, but the salesman was very pushy on where I should get the car taken to get an inspection. Ended up taking it down to a BP mechanic down the street. Didn t even notice the heat didn t work in the car as it was a short drive. I don t live in VA so I had a family mechanic check out the car to make sure I didn t break down on my drive. Found out it was leaking transmission fluid in addition to the heat problem. Cost me $600 to fix both issues but could have easily cost a lot more if I didn t know a mechanic in the area. Notified the dealership and was told they would look into it. Then I got a state safety inspection and the car failed because the 2 rear tires were bald, costing me another $300 to replace. Notified the dealership again but this time I haven t got a response.
Updated to 4 STARS from 1:
I received a prompt call from Ryan the service manager and took the car in for inspection because the car started to leak fluid on my garage door after replacing the windshield water pump. The tech identified a leak in busing and advised that I replace the same. I questioned whether this should be leaking at low miles. The tech searched and identified that this was still under warranty. They would replace the busing for free! I decided to order other maintenance items including oil change, transmission oil change, the differential oil change, and the rear brake replacement in return.
Review Date: Jan. 22, 2018.
I currently have a 2012 Honda Pilot, low 45K miles, and have been loyal to Honda (previously with 2007 Honda Odyssey- never had issues with Odyssey). The car is reliable as Honda should be. BUT...

I drove my car there recently for service. The assistant told me it will be ready in 1-1.5h. After one hour, they asked me if I want fill Nitrogen in tires for an additional $75--of course not. Then they said they will finish it soon but instead let me wait for another hour. Then I came to the assistant asking about whether it is ready. I found from the document they gave me that it was finished more than one hour ago! I don't know if they did it deliberately but it is inconsiderate to keep people wait for no reason.
Oil&filer change plus tire rotation cost me $70, even with coupon applied.
I went with my friend this past weekend to purchase a car and we had a great experience at this dealership. We went to so many places in the NOVA area to find a vehicle and I'm glad we were able to make our last stop at this location. My friend bought her very first car! Steven Tran was our salesperson and he was great to work with.
Brian Giles is the best! He take such great care of my car every time I take it there. Every single walk-in every time! Thank you Brian!!
Brian Giles and his team were great! The actual cost of my repairs came in slightly lower than expected which was a nice surprise.
I had as always, a great experience at Honda of Tysons Corner, VA. Steve Farr was my adviser and always makes it his mission to take care of me!
WORKED WITH JIMMY TO PURCHASE A 2018 HONDA ACCORD. HE TOOK US OUT ON A TEST DRIVE AND WAS VERY INFORMATIVE BUT NOT AT ALL PUSHY. GAVE US A PRICE IN WRITING TO TAKE HOME WITH US. AFTER DUE DILIGENCE WE CALL JIMMY BACK AND TOLD HIM WE WOULD BE PURCHASING THE CAR FROM HIM. HAD THE CAR PROGRAMMED, DETAILED WITH TEMPORARY TAG READY TO GO THE NEXT DAY. WE HAVE PURCHASED SEVERAL VEHICLES FROM HONDA OF TYSON'S AND WILL CONTINUE TO IN THE FUTURE.
Thanks you Nana and everyone at the dealer. You were all very helpful.
Thank you for making it quick and easy to purchase our new car.
From the first emailed question, to the completion of the vehicle purchase, Jose Mojica was amazing to work with. Jose answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughly when asked via email. He provided additional important information regarding the vehicle, of his own will and kept me abreast of the availability of the vehicle, since I live in Maryland. The information given, and price quoted to me online, was EXACTLY the same when I actually went to the dealership. There was no, bait and switch.
The amount of time we were there, could have been a little shorter, but they were extremely busy. The respect for our time, did not go unnoticed. We were offered coffee or water. Apologized to, and not overlooked and left at a desk for hours.
I highly recommend this dealership, and would definitely purchase another vehicle from them.
I have been a several times for the same issue in my honda CRV 2015 dealing with different people even though the issue still there, but i want to thank Roberto Gutierrez for his personality and his good attitude. He is the best. Thanks Mr. Roberto
I wish I could give 0.5 star or 0 star. Frankly, they do not care about customer after car is being sold and after they received their money. I repeat they do not care about customers. Worst service ever. I have bought Honda accord on 30th June. It's mid August. Already changed the temporary tags once, and calling them regarding hard plates since last 10 days. All I am hearing is We are mailing tags and processing and someone from tags will call you, nobody called yet. Please buy car from there if you have time to call them every single day and have time to wait for 30 minutes to talk to real person. Ridiculous service after you buy car from there. Advise to management : If you don't have time to process tags and title, please don't sell the cars. Still waiting.
Lowest initial quote and lowest quote overall when buying a new Civic. The sales staff walked through all of the features on the car that proved to be helpful.
Only "high pressure" sales situation was purchasing an extended warranty. This seemed rushed as it was calling for another $2,000.
I'd shop there again and would recommend to hear their offer.
great job and excellent place to wait for your car.
I had a wonderful car buying experience with their salesperson Juan Pablo. Juan was very patient and understanding. He worked with his manager back and forth to help me get the deal I wanted. He didn t make me feel pushed nor manipulated the whole buying process. I feel lucky to have him as my sales person!
We had a fantastic experience with Salman helping us! We were looking for a pre-owned honda civic, and Salman went above and beyond to make sure we were looking at the right car! He anticipated all of our questions before we even asked them and made the car-purchasing process as stress-free as possible! We could tell he had our best interests at heart and we felt very comfortable choosing our car with his wonderful guidance! Conclusion: Salman rocks!

Unsatisfied. I came in to get my passenger airbags replaced due to a recall on my 2011 Honda CR-V. I came in right on time for my appointment, and was told I could wait in the waiting area (with free WiFi, coffee, outlets, etc.) The waiting area was convenient, and about an hour later, the guy came up to me discussing my car. Everything was fine until that point. He told me he was going to get some documents together and he'd be right back. Almost a WHOLE HOUR went by of me waiting for the documents. Frustrated I even waited that long, I went up to his booth and he barely made eye contact with me when he apologized for the long wait. I proceeded to wait an extra 20 minutes before being able to leave. The service took 1 hour, but getting my documentation took an hour and 20 minutes. Why?? Anyway, I rushed into my car just trying to get home at that point and as I was driving, I noticed a brown sticky stain on the side of my driver's seat. I know it wasn't mine because I never ever drink in my car (mainly because I'm scared of it spilling on me if I were to slam on my breaks for whatever reason). There were also random pieces of plastic all over the floor. I also noticed SO many things that were in my middle compartment was all over the place. My car freshener was on the floor, notes/tiny papers were all over the floor and the passenger seat, my garage key to get into work was on the floor of the passenger seat. My reading glasses were in the passenger seat... You guys gave me great service, besides waiting for documentation. If something were in your way (which I don't understand why you would need to go through my middle compartment in the first place) why wouldn't you just put it back? Instead of giving your customer a trashed car.
UPDATE: I called, and everyone I talked to apologized for how my car came back and explained that was unacceptable. They told me to come back in because the sticky brown spot may be a grease stain, and that they'll clean it for me. Their customer service was phenomenal, so I'm changing my rating from a 2 to a 4. I will continue coming to this dealership for service hoping nothing like this happens again.
Great experience overall to assist me in finding the vehicle I needed. Helpful, answered all questions and concerns, extremely friendly, and the entire process from start to finish was actually pleasant! Honda of Tysons Corner was highly recommended to me by a friend and now I m passing on the recommendation.
We are proud owners of a 2014 Honda Odyssey EX-L RES! I applaud the Honda Team for setting expectations, respecting our time and goals, and patiently walking my family through this process. This process started in late December during the servicing of our 2011 Honda CRV. I decided to browse the show room while I was waiting. An unobtrusive salesman (Mohamed Ameyar) asked if he could help me. Without any hint of sales pressure, he took time to clarify every detail of interest that I had. We notified Mohamed in mid-February when we were ready to facilitate our purchase. Upon arrival to the dealership, we were delighted to see the model, color, and interior we desired proudly displayed for us. The negotiation and purchase went pretty much as we were forewarned. Ultimately, we were able to purchase the Odyssey and trade our CRV for a reasonable price point. The subsequent delivery, financing, and installation of the accessories went without a hitch. Thank you Honda of Tysons Team!!
I purchased a new Honda Fit from here and had a great car-buying experience! I got a good deal on my new car, a fair trade value on my old car, and the financing process was easy and straightforward. I am so happy with my new car. I highly recommend this dealer as a good honest place to buy a car. Thank you Honda of Tysons Corner!
Brian Giles has been my go-to guy since the beginning. Always excellent service! In some occasions, there were multiple people involved with the completion of my vehicles service, and their services were equally fantastic. Thank you to all of you. Apologize that I may not know your full names and listed here. That said, the operator sadly was not as customer friendly oriented. Not the "appointment scheduling department", but the operator who picked up the phone first time. Perhaps she needs more training from the others on customer service.
The salesman and the finance folks were very helpful and got me into a new Accord. I m very pleased!
I had a great customer service expericance with Tony. He was extremely nice and friendly and on top of that took care of my vehicle.
Absolutely would not recommend this location. An oil change with an appointment took 2 hours when there was only one other customer. The service team also did a "courtesy multi-point inspection" where they created problems to estimate over $3k to fix. The only problem I asked them to deal with was a headlight out which they estimated would cost $35-$45 to fix. Other Honda locations typically charge $7-$10. Tyson's Honda wasted my time and found ways to take advantage of me. There are plenty of other mechanics in the area -- please take your money elsewhere. Another Honda service center, a liberty mechanic -- anywhere else. If you do choose to go here, be extremely skeptical.
I just leased a new Honda Accord and was extremely impressed with how professional and efficient everyone was. Could not have been a better experience!
Had an oil change and it took 3 hours with an appointment.
Tried to get me to agree to $2,000 of unneeded service. Sold my email address to multiple third party spammers, probably did the same with my physical address too.
Iam always so please and delightful with the service provided by Tim G (Purple Team).I have been coming to him for 2 years since I purchase my 2016 Crv at this dealer. he is a great human being and very professional. He understands that I have a 3 year old daughter and he tries his best to serve my car in the short time matter. I am very happy with the excellence of customer service provided by Tim.
The service here is really quick. Even though I live in Fairfax I prefer to go to this one instead. I came in for an alignment a couple days ago and I was in and out of there in 20 minutes. They also inspected the rest of my car and recommended all the things I should get done. There was no pressure to get anything done that day. Very nice & friendly service from the advisers to the girls at the cashier desk.
Stellar sales and service team. My sales advisor, Patrick McDonnell took good care of my wife and I last year and also this year. With over 15 years in experience driving Honda and serving his customers, Patrick is the one to go to. He was quick to understand what we wanted in our car, and was very patient and never pushy (like many car salesmen can be). Extremely knowledgeable. Ask for Patrick McDonnell if you are remotely interested in a new Honda.
We bought a 2016 Honda Odyssey last year and upgraded our car this year. He anticipated our arrival during our visit and set the right expectations. I visited at least 4 dealerships for Honda in VA/MD and Honda dealership appeared to be the least pushy and most professional. Definitely check Tysons Honda out (Sonic), request Patrick McDonnell and he will take good care of you.
My experience with the service department was subpar. I made an appointment last week over the phone for today (I might've spoke with Terry?). When I called to make the appointment, I gave all the details of my problem and stated that a part would need to be ordered. I was told to come in and have the car looked at regardless. I did not receive an appointment confirmation email, so when I arrived, I could not recall which service team member I was scheduled with, but luckily the service team seemed to keep track of their appointments and Brian emerged from his booth.
He looked at the car, said a part would need to be ordered, which was SHOCKING since I stated that when I made the appointment. He told me that it would not be under warranty with them and I would need to take it to the dealership where it was purchased, ANOTHER question I asked over the phone but was told to just come in.
I ultimately decided to take my business elsewhere, not because of the warranty, but because of the demeaning staff.
Brian asked if I needed help backing my car out of the service garage. Since my car is equipped with 3 mirrors and a backup camera, I told him I could handle the simple task of backing straight out of the service garage. As I was backing out, another employee came to my window and asked if I needed help backing out.
....No, I needed assistance repairing my car, I did not need help operating my vehicle nor did I need any extra strangers improperly wearing their masks (it goes over your mouth AND nose) in my car during a pandemic.
It would've saved me a lot of time and energy if the details of my issue could've been handled over the phone. Pohanka Honda of Fredericksburg was able to talk to me over the phone about my car's repair, the cost, and warranty information in a manner that was not demeaning or dismissive, unlike what I encountered here at Ourisman Honda of Tysons Corner.
I just purchased a 2016 pilot. Moses was extremely helpful, straightforward and pleasant to talk to. I had been shopping around 4 or 5 Honda dealerships in Maryland and they act as if you must accept their deal or there is no deal, the car will sell itself, and they'll say anything to make you buy the car. Also, the prices were much higher in Maryland. This dealership, on the other hand, is very eager for your business and will work with you to make sure both sides are happy with the deal. I highly recommend this dealership and I highly recommend seeing Moses for any Honda purchases anyone needs.
I had some minor front bumper damage to my Honda repaired at Auto Body of Tysons Corner in November 2016. My insuror steered me somewhere else where it would have taken two weeks to get an appointment for an estimate, but I was able to walk in for an estimate at Auto Body of Tysons Corner. The estimate was surprisingly low, so I covered the repair cost myself. The work was done well. Everyone I encountered there was polite and helpful. I am not sure why, but my two-day repair job was delayed in starting on account of a crush of other body work and eventually ran three days, ending at 5:00 p.m. on the last day before the Thanksgiving holiday. Since I was without other transportation, that was a bit of a nail-biter. Otherwise, I have nothing but compliments for the Honda of Tysons Corner body shop.
LOVE LOVE LOVE This Place. After having visited several other dealerships (our experience @ Pohanka Honda in Capital Heights was HORRENDOUS!!! Both Wayne & Andrea were grossly unprofessional & when my husband & I refused to be pressured, they walked away without even saying goodbye---AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!---But that another story).
Back to Honda of Tysons Corner. Jimmy & Mr. Brown were wonderful; We purchased our car @ the price we required & Sean was proficient with financing. I'll recommend this dealership to all my DMV family & friends.
I asked for an appointment at 9:30 and was told 9:40 or 9:20 was available. So far so good. It turns out, though, that check in time has nothing to do with when the work actually gets done. I was told it would take 2 hours for a 30 minute job but it actually took 3 hours while I was waiting. According to the service rep, this is the policy of the dealership and while others have complained, nothing can be done about it.
The first visit for my Honda civic was amazing. I had Steve as my advisor who suggested me a great deal on the busy day as the whole day was packed, however, he managed to squeeze through my first ever visit for servicing. I highly appreciate his help and would highly recommend for making an appointment with him.
My wife and I recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Ourisman Honda, and our sales associate Salman provided exceptional service from start to finish. His dedication to customer service was immediately evident. He went above and beyond to send me detailed video tours of the vehicle before our first visit and personally assisted me---with prompt communication---throughout some post-purchase improvements at the Service Center. The pre-owned sales manager, Nico, is also first-class. If you're in the pre-owned market, go talk to Salman and Nico!
Love the service here. They make it very easy They showed me what they were going to do and consulted with me on things that were identified during the service. Thanks Roberto.
My experience was alright. I called ahead of time to get a quotation on how much I would be charged for servicing my car. I also inquired about state safety inspection and they said it was free. When I arrived with my car however, they gave said I'd be charged $12 more than what I was quoted on the phone because I had to pay for the inspection! When I mentioned I was told it's free, I was asked if I had a coupon. Thankfully I had printed it out along with coupons for some other free services I wanted on my car. If I hadn't had the coupon, it seemed like they were ready to charge me for a service, almost all Honda's in the area were providing for free ( I checked with Honda Chantilly and they were willing to do safety inspection for free of cost). I felt that was false marketing and I almost felt cheated. If I hadn't had the coupon and they were going to charge me, I would've turned my car around and taken it to Chantilly.
The gentleman I dealt with was ok, not overly nice. When he was done with my car he simply told me to follow him and while I was gathering my belongings I totally lost track of him and had to ask other people where to find him. When I was making my payment he tried to establish a friendly connection, but by then I wasn't ready to be impressed. To his credit, he did end up charging me $4 less than his initial quote. The only positive thing I can mention in this review.
Which agent you go with makes a huge difference in your experience, so if other reviewers have commended certain service agents then please go with those individuals.
Love the service at Honda of Tyson's Corner! I work with Jesse on the red team and Rob as my mechanic. They are very thorough and trustworthy. I know I am never being ripped off and getting unnecessary service when I don't need it. If I drop my car off, they always call asap to follow up on pricing and details, but normally I am able to hang around because they can get my car in and out very quickly. I joke I cannot get rid of my Honda because of the tremendous service by these team members! Thanks guys :)
great welcoming, very helpful.. sales man was very cooperative, the accountant also provide us with great information. many thx.
I was very satisfied with prompt, courteous, professional service from Mike and the orange team, all who worked on my car, and the shuttle service. Thank you!
I would give it a negative one, the first sales person I spoke to was Irfan who was very nice but his sales manager was rude and wanted to argue and didn t seem like he wanted to make a sale but rather argue on how an offer he made was the best which I declined and wanted to negotiate further. I am glad I didn t buy a vehicle there as their customer service ( if he even knows what that is) was pathetic. Went to Criswell Honda and got my car with them. They need to train the sales manager at tysons on what customer service is as he is clearly not aware of what that means.
New customer and service assistant was very helpful.
I have been going to Ourisman Honda of Tyson s for my Honda Civic s maintenance since I bought it 3 year s ago. I recently took the car in for 30k miles maintenance, which totaled over $500 after discounts and passing on the absurd $125 tire rotation. It s ok because I go to the dealer for good service not discount prices right?
That same weekend I drove up to PA for a weekend trip. The oil light came on and I immediately pulled over. Oil was all over the back of my car and the oil tank was completely empty. Luckily, I have AAA and was able to get the car to a shop near my hotel and hope the shop had time on a Saturday to look at the car. My friends who I was driving still needed to take a 40 minute Uber to the hotel.
Turns out whoever had completed my $100 oil change at Ourism Honda of Tyson s did not put the oil cap back on tight, as the cap immediately fell on the ground when the mechanic took the oil pan off.
I call my serviceman at Honda that day (they were open) and left a message. With no call back, I called in on Monday and asked to speak with a manager, I was told I d be called back.
Mid afternoon, no call, so I called again. The person told me they would get the manager. I sat on wait for 30 minutes before calling back. The person on the phone told me they would get the manager themselves, but I was disconnected while on wait. Called again to find out the manager and GM were both out for the day but would call me in the morning.
Tuesday at noon, still no return call, so I drove in during my lunch break to talk in person. The manager was apologetic, said he never got a message, and offered to pay the oil change in PA and $100 my next scheduled maintenance. I requested my previous oil change be paid back to me , and he made a big deal about it, had to ask the gm before reluctantly refunding me. He took back the discount offer for next time (removing any reason for me to ever come back) and made no offer to pay back the tow or the costs of Uber s that weekend in any way.
I requested they wash the oil off my car, which to the manager s credit, he did. However, the car came back with the trunk area covered in towel scratches, with some areas of paint completely oxidized. I know the cars paint job isn t perfect after 3 years, but this was obviously 100% new. My best guess is they didn t want to get oil all over their wash towels so used one that could get messed up.
Thankfully, the manager took it back and buffed out the trunk area for me. I wasn t going to come back, but had no I ll will toward the guy until he just had to end the interaction with I know that didn t happen here .
Mistakes happen. I get that. But that mistake with the oil cap could have DESTROYED my engine. All I wanted was a quick call back from the service manager, an apology, a refund for the shotty job, and maybe some goodwill from the dealer I ve been overpaying at for the last 3 years, but instead I was met with horrible customer service, hours on the phone, another 2 hours at the shop while they scratched up my paint job, and a nice snide remark from the manager as I left the shop.
I understand the convenience of this location, but I would avoid Ourisman Honda of Tyson s.
Nothing special. The type of customer service I have become accustomed to (unfortunately).
The buying experience was really good. Highly recommend this place.
It was a hassle free experience other than the courtesy ride. My place was 5.5 miles than their 5 mile limit and the driver kept on reminding me our limit is 5 miles and no more than that. Gosh darn, you want to keep a customer then my advise is STOP making customers feel like they just committed a crime it s only .5 miles more.
Steve Farr from the blue team rocks. He is so customer friendly and made my visit memorable. He is a gem!!! Thank you!!!
Service Department is Deceptive, Dishonest, and Predatory. The service advisers are a leading example and they are incentivised to push unnecessary service because most of their income is commission based. My girlfriend went in a for simple oil change. They called and said you car need $2000 in service and implied that the car was undriveable. As soon as I showed up they cut the unnecessary BS and pointed out the one valid issue for which they charge $500 to fix. One of the hoses on the transmission line to the radiator has a very slow leak at a hose clamp. All it needed was a $1 hose clamp to fix the issue. If you go to the service department not knowing anything about cars they will take advantage of you. I would avoid this dealership at all costs. Truly a terrible experience.
If you want to waste your money, go to Sheehy Honda!
If you want to hate Honda, go to Landmark Honda!
If you want to love Honda service, go to Ourisman Honda!!!
Thank you Mr. Moe!!!
I just purchased a 2016 Civic, and I couldn't be happier. I received a much better finance rate through the dealership than was offered by my credit union, which shocked me. On my initial test drive visit, I was with my father, and we were working with Derreck Folgar. I can't stress enough how professional Derreck was, no hard sales, good conversation, and he was incredibly informative describing what both the Civic and Accord models had to offer. I found it interesting that two different generations both walked out feeling at ease and happy with the experience--that says a lot!
If you are in the market for a new Honda, go see Derreck at Honda of Tyson's Corner. I am sure you will walk away satisfied.
This is my go to garage. Timothy is an excellent and trustworthy service rep who always takes good care of the customer and the service to the vehicle is top notch. Complete with a car wash and light cle
aning after each repair!
Chris Hunt is the absolute best. He worked with me and made things happen! I appreciate him and the fact I got to go home with my brand new Honda Civic Sport all because of him!
I have been to here before too. Their service is very nice and will suggest only the required change services.
Julian Rivers truly is the best. We had a fantastic experience buying my vehicle from Ourisman Honda Tysons. Julian is great to work with. It was a one-stop shop for all of our questions and made car buying a worry-free experience. I also feel that I got an exceptional value and was offered a high level of customer service. Highly recommend going to Julian if you're in the market for a new or slightly used vehicle.
I had over 218000 miles on my 2005 CRV and decided it was time to get a new vehicle after 11 years. The Honda brand has been very reliable so it was a no brainer to stay with brand. The folks at Tyson Honda were great to work with and made the buying experience well worthwhile from the time I walked in the show room through selection and final purchase.
Third time buying a vehicle and have never had such a phenomenal experience. Vanny Ol, my sales person was so knowledgeable about each vehicle it made picking a vehicle easy. She s very personable and professional so it felt like shopping for a vehicle with my best friend but with more insight on things. No pressure, just Informative about each vehicle which helped me decide. I LOVE my new 2020 CR-V Hybrid. I recommend going to this dealership because the staff were all AMAZING!
After having a terrible experience with another dealership which still have not got back to me regarding me getting approved by a bank. I am more that happy with the service I experienced with Honda of Tysons Corner. Everyone was caring and helpful. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle!!
