They were Johnny on the spot when I arrived to get my car serviced for an oil change. They explained what would be done, provided an estimate of the cost, told me roughly how long it would take, directed me to a comfortable lounge, then returned in a reasonable time with a status update. Very seamless and staff was professional and courteous.
