Easy to schedule appointment for oil change and State Inspection, waiting time was very reasonable, about 45 in in a comfortable seating waiting area, TV and coffee machine, working quite space, complimentary high speed Wi-Fi. The staff is efficient and courteous.

BUYER BEWARE. I purchased a car from Ourisman Honda Tysons in 4/16/2020. The sales team was great, responsive, and easy to work with. However, when it came to the finance department that is a very different story. Besides financing the vehicle, that department also attempts to sell buyers a service contract for gap insurance to pay off the vehicle in the event the vehicle is destroyed in a catastrophe or accident and a maintenance contract for services such as oil changes. There may be other things they try to sell the buyer, but those were the two things that interested me most. I purchased the car at the beginning of COVID, so I took vehicle delivery at my home. After purchasing both extras and by the close of the sale, the finance person I dealt with had not provided the paperwork for the Gap Insurance or the Maintenance Coverage I purchased in addition to the car. He sent an email with only the first page of each contract. Since the pandemic was new and the car was delivered to my home with all the other paperwork being correct, I accepted the car and contacted the finance person after closing as well as the dealership representative whose job it is to facilitate issue resolution. I have no beef with that person or the sales people. However, the finance person AND his manager were both very non-responsive. First I had to argue and complain to get the correct and complete paperwork for the Gap Ins and maintenance contract. Several times I had threaten I would complain just to get the complete paperwork (all 6 pages each). When I finally got all pages after involving the manager, I saw someone else signed my name to it I did not. While that was not cool, it was not my biggest issue. My problem was I had to keep complaining, several times, making it a long and arduous process to get what should have been sent with the actual point of sale. Additionally, I was charged more than the original agreed upon amount. I had to repeatedly ask for the paperwork for the Gap Ins & Maintenance Contract together equaled an extra $2,045.00, so it was significant to me to have the correct papers. I was finally given the complete paperwork 5/14/2020. A full month after the final delivery/purchase date. Then later the coupon book arrives in the mail. The coupon book states I have to go to the Ourisman dealership in Tysons Corner. WHAT?!!! That is not what I was told by the finance guy. He said I could go to ANY dealership. Tysons is around 1.5 hours drive from my home, one way. So I find out over a month later that what I was told is not true. Now I have to talk to finance manager again. Again I have to send MANY emails, make several calls, and then threaten to complain just to get a response. I am so disgusted by now I just want a refund for the Maintenance Contract. I finally get the cancellation paperwork in email. I fill it out and send it back with my email asking the finance manager to let me know what if I need to provide anything else. Again, two or three weeks go by. Again I ask again, is the paperwork OK? Do I need to do anything else? No response. Now I include several others at the dealership. Another week or two and no response. So now I write a complaint on their website. I ask for the General managers name. Low and behold, and immediate answer telling me I needed a signature. WOW! Why didn t you tell me that when I submitted it to you FOUR weeks ago now? I signed it scanned it and sent it back AGAIN. The finance manager says give it two pay cycles. Well now it has been three going on four. No refund yet ($1,150.00). I don t know about you but that is a significant amount of money to me. This entire time I am waiting to get my refund I am also paying more interest on the higher amount. I am losing money owed to me PLUS additional interest every month this drags on. It is now FOUR MONTHS since my first request for a refund. I gave them MANY opportunities to correct this issue, and still I wait. This dealerships finance department is awful. BUYER BEWARE.

Don t take your car here unless you want to pick it up with pieces missing. Took my car in for a voluntary recall. Told car was ready and once I got in my car I noticed a large section of the dashboard was missing and the whole other side of the dashboard and air vent wasn t even secured properly.... and ofcourse no one knew where it was. SERIOUSLY?!
Also I just purchased this car from Honda of Tyson s corner in late summer and was told it needed over $300 of maintenance work that should be done every few years - ironic since I just purchased from this exact dealership. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! AVOID!!

I was planning to buy a Toyota Prius V Model Four and trade-in my 2013 Honda CR-V EXL/R but changed my mind when I realized the OTD price for the Prius was ~2K more than the 2016 Honda CRV EXL (no longer Rear entertainment models unfortunately). In addition to the price, the Prius has less room for cargo, and after ~100k miles, I was told that you would probably need a new battery which costs about $5,000. So, no way!. My experience buying from Honda of Tysons Corner was fantastic for two reasons: a) I did not need to stop by to get a quote (it was sent by email by a very helpful guy Mr. Jose Mojica) compared to other dealerships that asked me to go in order to get their prices; and b) they have the same software Carmax uses to appraise your car, so at the end Honda gave me the same money. My advice: do your part by checking Kelly Blue Book (KBB) for ref prices, getting quotes (OTD price) from other dealerships, comparing between buying and leasing alternatives, needs in terms of performance, interior, safety, reliability, etc.

I leased a vehicle in June 2019. The first payment I made was at the dealership, all other payments after I have made on time every month thru Honda financial services online. THE DEALERSHIP did not turn in the paper work on time! In fact, when I came in to make my first payment they had me sign three more documents that they forgot to give me on the day of leasing. In addition, they renewed my 30 day tags so I had my temp tags for two months which was a result of them turning everything in late and not obtaining my perm tags within the first 30 days.

Since then I have called Honda Financial countless times trying to get this whole thing corrected because they claim that I have not submitted my monthly payments and that my first month was never made.

I had Honda Financial call the dealership so they could verify I made the first month at their dealership and THE DEALERSHIP TOLD THEM I NEVER MADE THAT FIRST PAYMENT WITH THEM!! I have bank statements to prove it!! I am livid because I keep calling and everyone says they will call me back and no one is helping me or trying to fix anything!!

DO NOT GET A VEHICLE FROM THIS SPECIFIC DEALERSHIP ALL THEIR SYSTEMS ARE OUTDATED AND THEY WILL MESS UP YOUR CREDIT AND NOT TRY TO ACTUAL HELP YOU JUST TRANSFER YOU AROUND.

Thank you Graham Holdings, I now have the corrected documents as of August 8. You rate a 5 star. Ourisman Honda Tysons 0 star due to nonresponse.

7/13/19 - Email to Loc Truong, General Manager, at Ourisman Honda Tysons Corner, requesting that he get personally involved to honor his statement that reads, in part,...our clients are treated with courtesy and respect."

7/10/19 - Have made 4 attempts to get our registration and title corrected since June 23. No courtesy of a response to our email to C. L. (Of Ourisman) by us AND by our sales person several days later to C.L. on June 27. Also sent msg to Ourisman on July 8 and 9 via their "chat." No response.
We were so pleased with our Salesperson Mike O. Seems as if the great service ended with him.

I'll start by thanking my service adviser's professionalism. Troy was great.
Here comes the disappointing part: after I left our minivan at the Honda of Tysons for oil change, tire rotation, transmission and power steering services, I received a call from the service adviser that the rear brake pads had to be replaced for $270.00. I declined the service. The other services costs were about $600.00.
When I picked up the car and left the shop on Saturday afternoon, I started hearing a noise from the back wheels. The noise got progressively worse.
I called the Honda of Tysons 10-12 times to get a hold of the service adviser, but the dispatcher was not able to put me in touch with him. She was utterly rude and unprofessional. Every time I called back, she sounded more disaffected by my displeasure. The voice mail that she kept putting me through was not set to accept any voice mails.
I ended up driving back to the Honda of Tysons. I was told that when the Honda of Tysons technician inspected the rear wheels, they could not put the brake monitor back the way it was and that I had to hear to noise until I repaired the brake.
I did get my van's rear brakes repaired but not the Honda of Tysons.
A local mechanic shop replaced my brake pads for $170.00. That is 37% less expensive than Honda of Tysons price AND the $170.00 price included original Honda parts.

I made an online request for info, received a call back almost immediately and was put in contact with a sales person. Fred (sales guy) and manager Khalil did a great job negotiating with us; I even got .9% APR. Peter from financing was amazing, we had some negotiations as well until we finally got good ad one that didn t break the bank and benefit our growing family. Piece of advice READ EVERY PIECE OF DOCUMENT YOU SIGN, I am not a friend of reading too much specially fine prints but my husband is good at it; by him doing so we figured we could save a few thousands out the door.

If I could give this dealership 0 stars, I would. I recently resold a Honda Accord back to this dealership. I purchased it when they were Honda of Tyson s. Since changing to Ourisman Honda, they have now adopted lying as a way of business. I was supposed to receive a check for the car within a week. When the check didn t arrive, I started calling the general manager Loc Truong to see why it was sent when promised. I was told multiple times it was mailed when it clearly hadn t been. I finally told him I would pick the check up at the dealership. Somehow, the check which was mailed (dated the same day I was told it would be mailed) was able to be delivered to the dealership with no stamp, no less. As part of the sale, they were also supposed to submit paperwork to cancel my Honda care policy. After waiting over a month for my refund, I called Honda Care only to be told that the paperwork was never submitted. Seriously, do yourself a favor and go to a different Honda dealer. I have purchased 6 Honda s and sold this one and this is by far my worst experience. Go out to Chantilly for a Honda dealership. It s worth the drive.

I found a civic on their website listed at a fantastic price. I called and spoke with Shabir and made an appointment to test drive the car the next morning. When we arrived, we were promptly greeted and the advertised car was ready and waiting for us. We had some concerns about the brakes. When these were expressed, there was no hassle, they agreed to turn the rotors as a condition of sale. The car was immediately taken to service where the brakes were repaired. The entire experience was low pressure and professional. I would highly recommend Sonic to anyone looking for a quality used car at a competitive price.

It took a little longer than promised, but when they brought my car out, they had washed it without me asking, and they had done a free state inspection without me requesting it! I just finished up assisting my mother purchase a 2016 Honda Odyssey EX-L from Honda of Tysons. We have a unique situation with my parent s needs and so it was an atypical car buying experience. We initially test drove the Odyssey closer to home at Sheehy Honda in Alexandria and they were unwilling to lower their price to a number that was more in line with the market as a whole. As a result I reached out to a couple of dealerships including Honda Tysons. I spoke to Gary Slighter(at Tysons Honda) and explained our situation including my father s illness and lack of mobility. I also explained that we wanted to move quickly once we reached a verbal agreement on price. Gary not only listened to me but moved VERY quickly to ensure he could earn our business. This was honestly the single best car buying experience I have ever been involved with. We set a time to meet and he had the car ready to go and fully detailed. Additionally he had gathered some preliminary info so that when we arrived we could move swiftly, And swiftly we moved! Gary got us in and out of the dealership in a little over an hour and that included a thorough explanation and tech setup of the car for my mother. And at the end of the conversation I found out that it was his day off its simply been an amazing experience. To have this experience in a time where we needed someone to go a little above and beyond was quite refreshing.

Afterwards, you receive a review of the services and he asks if you have any additional questions or if there is anything else he can help you with. I love the facility. The facility is very clean, very comfortable, there is a cafe available, Wi-Fi..., and my car is running great!! Thank you Guys!!!

And purchasing a Honda. FLYING and driving back and was almost taken advantage of by a salesman. I was working with Shabir, a salesman, who seemed to need to bend the truth. Why lie? Such bad business. Firstly the 2012 Accord was waaaay overpriced. However, Shabir or more than likely his manager, made their way down to close to my price range which I appreciated but it was still higher than my price range. Had a friend who is local look at the car for me and he told me there were rips and damages in the interior. That's interesting because Shabir said it was totally clean, multiple times. Once confronted, it was "oh yes mam we will take care of that"....right. Anyway when I told him we would be purchasing a vehicle elsewhere he was very rude

Please don't finance with these guys because their finance department is poorly run. Long story short, it was impossible to get in touch with their finance team, in-person or through the phone. I had to finally get their general manager involved to get my finances sorted out. Don't get into a wild goose chase like I did, reach out to their GM Steve Waersch if you have issues with them. Once I emailed Steve, my two week ordeal was resolved in just hours. If I was the GM, I would fire the entire department and restaff them with competent staff. Overall, the car salesman and everyone else at the dealership were amazing.

Sanjeev was the best car salesman we have ever had. Honest, open, extremely knowledgeable and totally committed to making sure we got exactly what we wanted as easily and quickly as possible. We were quoted an "off the lot" price that was extremely competitive and it was honored down to the penny; none of the "games" we found at other dealerships. The rest of the team was also super and the entire process responsive and well orchestrated. Everyone bent over backwards.

They treated my wife and I well when we purchased a car. They are supposed to send us our license plate instead of having to go to the DMV. They issued us 1 month temporary plates. That time expired and they had no idea where our plates are. We had to pick up new temporary plates from them. We are coming up on 2 months and still have not received the plates. We were told they would be shipped weeks ago but were not. I called once again today and they are looking into what is happening but told me they did not receive the plates yet and are confused with what happened. This is supposed to be a convenience but is making the DMV miraculously look good.

They were professional, punctual, and a better price than Valvoline and Jiffy Lube! Not only were they cheaper, but they also hand washed the jeep for me for free--where else can you get this done?

Let me say first that we are first time car buyers that were looking for a new Accord. We pulled up and Sanjeev immediately met us and took us to his office and got us out of the cold. He asked us a couple questions to see what we were looking for. He then showed us each model of the Accord, accessories, and price differences. He could not have been more helpful. We test drove the car on 2 separate occasions and Sanjeev was there to show us every spec on the car. We had piece of mind knowing we were getting a great deal from a genuinely great guy. Sanjeev is one guy I will recommend to any person buying a Honda. He was available at the top of a hat and answered his phone each time we had a question. I will certainly be going back to him for any car needs in the future.

Also, once we had decided to purchase the car we spoke with Adrian Kadriu in finance. He was very helpful and efficient in getting the paperwork completed quickly yet letting us know of any important details. He was another guy that made our car buying experience fun and easy.

Go to Honda of Tyson's Corner, ask for Sanjeev, and you will walk out a happy car buyer!!!!

On February 9, we bought a 2016 Honda Accord Sedan at the Honda of Tysons. My salesperson was Sanjeev Kaushik who warmly greeted me and my son Joe at the entrance of their showroom. Since I was a return customer, I recognized, Khalil Azmi, a New Car Sales Manager. He also greeted me with warmth and made his personal business to educate us on various options we had available. He spent significant time with us offering his help in the seamless execution of the transaction. He assured us we were in the safe company of Sanjeev Kaushik.

Khalil was right. We found Sanjeev very helpful and not at all obsessed to only closing the deal. He provided very relaxed and involved car buying experience. My son Joe who has been a service manager at a Honda Dealership in Texas (He did not disclose this information until the end) was also very impressed with the level of customer care provided by both Khalil, Sanjeev and their finance department.

After the selection of the car and completion of paperwork with Sanjeev, we were personally approached and invited by Finance Manager, Ardian "Ardi" over to his office for formalization of the paperwork. We found Ardi to be highly professional, thorough and very friendly as well.

As we drove away from the dealership in our new car, my son and I looked at each other and said "What a pleasant experience!

Being in people business for more than 35 years, I know the winning attitude only trickles down from the top. Kudos to the top management for empowering their employees.

Looking for a car under 25K, I honed in on the Civic, as my gf has one and I rather liked the updates its gotten of late. Went in, worked with a sales rep named Stefani. She was very responsive to what I was trying to do. Lots of reps will push what they want to push, but once I explained I was basically just choosing between colors on the car, she walked me over to the lot, let me see them in person, and once I knew which one I wanted, we came back and finished up. I came back a few days later to buy the car, and the process was fairly painless. Stefani helped get things started, and a financing agent finished things up.

I don't really have any criticisms of the process. Everything went as well or better than expected. Their pricing was competitive and reasonable, they were efficient with a trade-in, and things just went very smoothly the whole way.

So yeah. Good stuff.

I recently visited Honda of Tysons for the time to have my wife's 2015 Acura RDX serviced. I was promptly met by Tim Godinho who became my Service Advisor. He was polite, friendly and smiled. He listened to the issues that were of concern and never interrupted. He then responded with a well versed game plan that included a few options. I never felt pressured and my gut told me he was knowledgeable and not overselling services. We agreed upon a time that he would circle back to me once they had a chance to fully inspect the car. Tim was on-time and explained what was discovered and what his recommendations were. They made sense ans we moved forward. The work was done timely and was ready when I arrived. They washed the exterior and the interior was left in good shape. Rates for labor and parts were fair. I will definitely take the RDX back again. I've been taking my Honda here since I purchased it from Honda of Tysons Corner, and while I've had hit-or-miss experiences with other service advisors, I can't speak highly enough of Tim Godinho. My car was up for its 100k maintenance and after detailing what I knew would be a pricy maintenance visit Tim and the team of technicians started work. About an hour or so later I got a call back from Tim where the technician had found additional work that should be done, but throughout the conversation Tim was very upfront about what things should be done for safety or reliability, and what things could wait until later. Yes, it was expensive, but I never felt pressured to do something and I didn't feel like I was being upsold, which was a relief. I think everyone who's ever found "their guy" at a repair shop can relate to that feeling of relief, and so long as he's around Tim's going to be my guy at Honda.

In working with Moe my car needed to have some parts replaced for my CR-V (7 years/76500 miles) and he gave me the proper estimate and the expected timeline for the service. It was quite a bit of time but the lobby was a good place for me to bring my laptop and get some classwork finished. I arrived right on time for my appointment (a routine oil change and tire rotation). My service advisor (Moe - I remembered his name this time :-), was very pleasant and gave me a time estimate of how long it would take for the maintenance to be done on my vehicle. He also was very patient and explained the differences in the oil (synthetic blend vs. full synthetic) and how the tire rotation process works. This is my first new car (after 8 years of commuting with NO CAR, so I always have a lot of car maintenance questions) and Moe is very patient and answers all of my questions and concerns. My car was finished in less than the time he quoted me (which is always a plus). I could go to any Honda Dealership in Montgomery County and get my car serviced, but I CHOOSE to drive from Rockville to Honda of Tysons Corner because I had a very pleasant experience in both purchasing my 2016 Honda Civic from Moses (back in June 2016) and now dealing with Moe (Green Team Service Advisor) currently. I have found that some of the dealerships here in Maryland tend to try and do a lot up-selling (offering garbage like "paint protection", fabric protection, and pin striping applications, and those ugly plastic door guards) or they say you need repairs that you don't need! I didn't have anyone approach me trying to up-sell me anything at Honda of Tyson's Corner! They were also able to give me a cheaper APR than I was able to get when I walked in the door with my own financing! I highly recommend Honda of Tyson's Corner to anyone looking to buy a new Honda or get regular maintenance on their current Honda.

Purchasing the car and the finance department was great. I looked at several cars, and they appeared very patient and answered any questions. BUT the good services ends after you sign the papers and drive off the lot. One time, my AC went out and they said there was a leak and quoted me $1800. A family member worked at an autobody shop and found out it had a recall. I took the recall number to them and they were rude, said "I know what the recall says" and tried to refused it. A technician looked at it and said it would be covered under the recall. Every time I go to get my car serviced on my service plan I purchased, they find at least 1 other thing that isn't covered under the service warranty. Most of the time, it amount of $200+. Today, it was $600. They try to replace my $109 cabin air filter every time I change my oil. I called them out of changing 6K miles ago, and they backtracked. I spend more money on these maintenance services on this 1 Civic than I did on either of my Toyotas, which had more mileage. I asked the service department whether Honda made inferior products or are they just trying to sell unneeded services to make more money. Not to mention that every visit takes at least 2-3 hours for an oil change. I will never buy a car from them again.
