We recently purchased a car and it was super easy and quick. Originally, we were uncertain about the type of car we needed and CJ helped us out immensely. He was patient, knowledgeable, and flexible as we worked to find the best vehicle for our lifestyle and price range.

My wife and I went in hoping to learn more about our options for leasing or buying and hoping we could get a good deal on our trade-in vehicle. They were upfront and honest about our trade-in and gave us a great price! All the prices were firm and we didn t have to negotiate. We ended up leaving with a lease on a great car that my wife and I are both so happy with! If you go, ask for Jay Haskell! He was so calming, patient, and easy to work with! We will send all of our friends to Jay from now on.

Also, Christine helped us with all the paperwork at the end and she made the most painful part of the process a complete breeze! She was knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and was the cherry on top of the whole process.

My family arrived at Honda late in the afternoon and within an hour the deal was set. We returned the next afternoon to pick up our new CR-V. Timur made our buying experience a true pleasure. We worked with Steven Paredes who was helpful from before we even came out to look at the car through the shopping and buying experience. He even made a personalized video of the car we were interested in. We especially appreciated Honda of Seattle's one price, no gimmick or haggle prices and the sales team does not work on commission so they are there just to make sure you get what you want and are happy. We worked with Ryan to do our paperwork and he was fun to work with, great sense of humor during what would be a very dry process with lots of document signing.

I bought a new 2015 Honda CRV that has been such a disappointment. It vibrates to the point my coffee shakes in its cup holder and it feels like my seat is a massage chair on vibrate. There was a recall on the vehicle by Honda to address the issue, there was a time limit or mileage limit in order to qualify. Adam Yamamoto was so difficult to work with. He flat out denied knowing about the issue, and while I do not expect him to be aware of every possible recall, as the manager I do expect him to inform himself in a timely manner. He refused. He would find excuses to not be able to help and would repeatedly say he never heard of such a problem or recall. I ended up emailing him the direct link and he was still abrasive and such a pain to deal with. I do not know how he ended up managing a service department.

I had a terrible experience here. I purchased a Honda H-RV on October 27. I contacted Ashley before noon and supposedly completed the application in advance and uploaded copies of my insurance & driver s license. Everything should have been ready to go. Ashley was supposed to pick me up at my work at 3:45. When she hadn t come by 4:00 I called. She texted me to say she was coming. My work is seven minutes away. No traffic. She arrived at 4:15. Thirty minutes late. I was kind of irritated. When we got to the dealership I said that I had somewhere to be and she said it should quick but she had me fill out all of the paperwork again. Long story short I was there for two and a half hours. I missed my 5:00 appointment. During that two and a half hours I was not listened to. I told her that I wasn t going to buy any of the additional protections but she kept interrupting me with sales pitches. Finally I confronted her about being a half hour late, not having anything ready, and not listening to me and she just stared stupidly at me. No apologies. After six hours from the time of our initial conversation I even had to wait for the car to be washed. Super unprofessional. I complained and nobody ever got back to me. It s been two months and I m still furious. I would never recommend Honda of Seattle and you can bet people are going to be hearing my story for years to come.

So I just went in for my scheduled oil change. Yes, I did get a free oil change as advertised, but I was pretty disappointed to pick up my car to find that it hand't been washed. I've never taken a car into a dealership to and not had it washed as part of the service. I guess that is something else that sets Honda of Seattle apart. It's the little things. That they don't do...

I have been to Honda of Seattle for service numerous times. Today Tim was my technician and he was by far the best I have ever worked with at Honda. He showed attention to detail, was extremely friendly, and clearly communicated everything I needed done.

then run, don't walk , my friends as fast as you can away from honda of seattle. a while back, i took my car in because it seemed there were some radiator problems. they charged me six hundred dollars and said it was fixed. almost immediately i had worse problems, and took it back. they said they hadn't really had time to check it. but now the radiator was shot. the service person, minny, was adamant it would be wasted money to not put in a new radiator. i asked if they didn't bear some responsibility, for not having checked it out the first time before releasing my car. she said they could help, but a used radiator should work just fine. ( wow. talk about a fast about face). they installed a new rebuilt radiator. but a few weeks after that, my car overheated so badly, i had to pull off the road to avoid frying the engine. honda of seattle agreed to send a tow truck, but instead of allowing me to call one ten minutes away- i was stuck on an island on a freezing night- they insisted on sending one out from seattle. "it would be better this way" they insisted. better for who? i waited in the cold for three hours so they could save a few lousy bucks on a towtruck.

a few days later, HOS informed me that my engine was fried, and i needed a new one. even though i have receipts explicitly showing that their own mechanic signed saying they had not checked out the repairs the second time either, they refused to take any responsibility for my travails. they stuck in a used engine with 20,000k miles more than my original !!!!!!! and refused to return the car until i paid i full.

as i said, if your life is not full and you crave being treated like @#$%^&*()_, feel free to do business with Honda of seattle. they are unmitigated scum.

Adam Yamoto inherited an unresolved issue of our 5th family Honda vehicle that had been transported to WA. The NC dealer had failed to find the problem after 4 visits over a two year period! Honda of Seattle found the problem and had it fixed and ready in just two days! Mr Yamoto went well beyond what anyone would have given, displaying the highest level of integrity, honor and respect. We got into a horrible accident and needed to replace our Toyota prius which was totaled in the accident. We were greeted at the door by Steven Paredes , and he took us through all of our options. We were considering Honda Cr-vs and the Toyota Rav4 (alongside some more sedan type of cars).Steven was exceptionally helpful throughout the whole exchange and didn't pressure us to make a decision on any schedule but our own. We found the experience, on the whole, to be quite positive and we are excited to drive our new car!

Just had a wonderful experience here. Chris CJ Berg was the one who helped us get our new Honda Odyssey. He really went above and beyond. First of all, because the dealership did not have the exact trim and color combination we wanted, he drove to another dealership in the area to get the exact car we wanted. He also was very helpful in dealing with our leased trade in which had a cracked windshield which had to be repaired. He made it no hassle for us. He was also very knowledgeable and we never felt pressured. We also appreciated the no haggle approach. Highly recommend Honda of Seattle and CJ specifically!

What a terrible and unprofessional dealership! I came in with my own financing pre-arranged for purchasing a brand new Civic. Well, only Honda of Seattle can screw up a deal that is handed to them. Three days after buying the car from them, they said the bank was not going to pay them. I called the bank directly and was told they tried adding on additional warranties that they said I wanted (which I never said I wanted). I was away for work and they had the audacity to literally harass me while I was in Oregon working! Finally got home and got the car back to them. I ended up with a brand new car from Klien Honda in Everett two days later & it was $4,000 cheaper than their inflated prices! After their poor customer service and lousy finance departments screw-up, they will never get a dime from me (sales or service)!

Hello All,
I am writing this review for buying my first car Honda Accord EX-L 2014 from Honda of Seattle. My dealing contact was June and his manager Sam. It was wonderful time making my first ever deal for my first car. We went into lot of discussion but eventually came to a point where we met both of our requirements and finally the deal was done. I really appreciate June's effort for getting me into buying this good car. June here is my five star for you and your service. Sorry, I am late to write this review but finally I made it. The four star which you see above is my overall satisfaction. Let me tell you my overall experience till date since I bought my car on 15th February 2014. Lets get into details.

When I went for the delivery of the car that was the time I found that two very small dots color (Black) on the hood were completely removed and there were minute slight scratches on the trunk. As it was my first car, I was little disappointed but then thought the cars are always left out in the parking lot so this is little obvious but then June said they would try to buff it and see what they can do. I was happy that they would take care of it and the deliver was done. The day I went for buffing, the technician tried his level best but said if he puts some different color that would make it look ugly and so they even buffed at the back of the trunk for that little scratches. But eventually out of these three little things nothing could be done. Finally, I had to leave with that as it is. Instead June said as a complimentary they would give me one Full Tank of Gas and this is how it was settled down. I agreed and got the full tank when I was there next time.

Till date I have not seen any defect or problems arriving in my brand new car (Touch wood :) ). Also I am very patient driver to deal with my brand new car so I am pretty confident I am going to have a very good time with my car. As of today I think I have touched around 4000 miles on it and it is running smooth. Mileage is something around 22 to 25 city & on highways touching 27 to 35 mpg. I am happy with all these numbers. As of now the service is not yet needed for my car but I will make sure to write the review again once I have my first service with them. I hope June will take good care of me.

Thanks again June for making this happen at Honda of Seattle. I really appreciate your help for all the things you did for me and looking forward to receive a great response from you every time I see Honda of Seattle. Thank you very much again. Have a good one :)

My husband and I could never be more thankful to Timur for his outstanding customer service skills, knowledge and personality. We walked in for a 2017 accord hybrid and met Timur after asking front desk for their favorite salesman. He basically took care of everything from A to Z whilst being so kind and understanding.
Within 30min, he was able to locate the car we wanted and got it shipped over the very next day from Oregon. I can't believe how easy that was.
After a few days he randomly called me as I was driving and took the time to hear my questions andvfeedback about the car. That call turned that to be unexpectedly very useful.

Bought my first car today at Honda Seattle! I felt really anxious and nervous leading up to my test drive appointment with Carlos. I had nothing to be anxious over! The dealership was spotless and felt very welcoming. Carlos was everything I would have hoped for when working with a salesman. He explained they aren t based off commission, so basically they don t pressure or push you hard to make a purchase that day or feel obligated to do anything you aren t comfortable with. Carlos was very friendly, easy going and great at answering any questions I had about something. I d recommend to ask for Carlos if you re in the market to buy a car.

The buying process was very quick and efficient and I thank both Carlos and Aaron for making it super easy and stress free.

Got a $2600 estimate from Honda of Seattle that Pemco rejected. Pemco has always been fair with us.
We went to get car and Honda of Seattle billed us $145 for the estimate- they called it an inspection.
They cut it down to $75, which I reluctantly paid.
A body shop did repair for $600 with OEM glass.

We purchased a certified used Honda HR-V in July of this year. As part of the finance package, we were recommended GAP insurance from Ryan P for $850 despite the fact we were already paying a $5000 downpayment (making the GAP insurance irrelevant).

After getting home and doing our own research, we reached out to Honda of Seattle within a week to cancel the insurance as allowed by both the policy and Washington State Law. As of today (12/2), this cancellation has still not been actioned despite multiple reassurances from Ryan that this has been dealt with and having had to submit 3 different cancellation forms over a period of 3 months.

At this point, we are raising the issue with the Washington State Insurance Commissioner to try to get to a resolution.

We cannot stress enough how we have had this concern ignored or mishandled by multiple Honda of Seattle employees and would never recommend this business for any kind of financial transaction.

The car, for what it's worth, has been great but it's unlikely we will ever use a Honda dealership again after this experience.

My family has been going to Honda of Seattle for over 10 years; I have been going to Honda of Seattle personally for 5+ years. I still remember driving into their location on Boren for service! They have always done excellent work on my Accord and I know I'm in great hands whenever I get my car serviced there. I'm a huge fan of having the option to drop my car off the night before so it can get worked on first thing in the morning. While their pricing is nothing special, their invoice and summary you receive after services is extremely detailed and lets you know exactly what is recommended for service (and why). The service techs I've personally worked with, Keith and Donika, are awesome. Their constant communication and updates on when my car will be done are a huge help for me, as I usually bike down to pick it up.

My reason for taking two stars off is due to their punctuality. The last few times I've brought my car in for service, I scheduled an appointment and was given an estimated time of completion. On the day of service, the tech would also text me and let me know when the car was going in for service (and also echo that same completion time). Unfortunately, they've never met that completion time. Last month I took my car in for A12 service at 7AM and was told the car would be done by 11AM. I didn't end up receiving a call until about 1:30PM that my car was done. Today, I had appointment at 7AM for various services (valves w/ gaskets cleaning, serpentine belt replacement, power steering fluid exchange, coolant fluid flush). I was given an estimated completion of 2PM. I called in around 12 and was told the completion time was pushed back to 3PM. Then I got a text from my service tech that was going to be closer to 3:30, then 4, and finally 4:30! I was told that the engine needed to cool before the vales could be cleaned (even though the car had been off all night and was pulled in at 7). It's my hope that going forward, I'll be able to get a clear estimate of how long something will take. It ended up taking ~9 hours for my service today and that seems somewhat long.

All in all, Honda of Seattle does a great job at servicing cars and communicating to customers what needs to be done. They have great attention to detail and their techs are very informative, but they almost always over-promise and under-deliver (on completion times only). If you're ok with always having to wait longer than the completion time they give, then I definitely recommend going here.

This dealership is AMAZING. I worked with Timur - he is awesome. But everyone there is friendly and welcoming. No haggling; treated me with respect (and explained things to me instead of just pointing out colors which is literally what other salesmen have done to me...guess what - I'm a female). No pressure sales (since not commission-based) and honest, valuable advice. Come here if you want to buy a car in a friendly, respectful and enjoyable atmosphere!!! If you like to feel horrible about your car-buying experience, go elsewhere. :)

I came to this dealership to see if I could return my leased Honda CR-V 6-month earlier and also checked out the possibility of leasing a new Honda Odyssey. The sales agent, Chris Kummer, was very fiendly, honest, and patient with my qeustions. He explained the features of Odyssey and test drove with me. When I mentioned to him that I was also interested in Toyota Sienna, he asked me to test drove the Sienna before making my decision. (I actually have a Toyota Corolla, too).

With me having a busy schedule and living in Eastside, he's very flexible and not very pushy. I had a lot of time doing my own research and test drove other vehicles. After a few weeks, when I decided to lease the Odyssey and returned my HOnda CR-V early, he was very quick in responding and we stroke a deal within a hour. He and his manager even proposed a better deal in which my previous Honda CR-V was valued higher and I could put this extra money into the new lease thus lowering my payment. He was very professional during lease signing and walk-through of the vehicle, and I drove the new Odyssey home on the same day.

I had to go back to the dealership a couple of times. Once to pick up stuff I left in the old CR-V, and another time to pick up new license plate. Each time I felt welcoming and kindly treated.

I bought my 2009 Honda CRV from Honda of Kirkland mainly due to the reviews on their service department. As for the buying experience that is a different review. My son recommended for me to take my car to be serviced at Honda of Seattle the next time I needed to have my oil changed. Since I work in downtown Seattle I thought why not. I made an appointment with Kristen (Service Rep) for a morning appointment to have my oil and rock chip repaired. On arrival Kristen had all my paper work prepared. She went over the items they will be servicing as well as the insurance information to fix the rock chip. I also asked to get my car washed and vacuumed. I was out of there in 10 minutes. Later that afternoon I received a call from Kristin to give status on the car and that my car would be ready to be picked up at the time specified. I arrived at Honda of Seattle and Kristen had already left for the day. The service representative reviewed the service that was done to my car then gave more detailed info on my brakes, tires etc. The valet brought my car to me and it had that brand-new look again. I cannot tell how I like enjoy driving a car where both the interior and exterior are both clean.

Since then I have been taking my car to Honda of Seattle for all my Honda s service even though I live less than 1.5 miles from Honda of Kirkland.

He was very thorough - making sure I understood the details of everything from how the shuttle works to what each of the suggested repairs to my car entailed. He didn't fight me on which repairs I did and didn't want to make, and my car has been working swimmingly ever since my visit!

Matt Seguin helped me find my perfect car. He went over every detail of the car. I was stuck on wanting a hatchback. Matt showed me the hatchbacks and sedans and I totally loved the sedan. He took me for a test drive. And I drove in several different conditions to see several things the car is capable of.
One of the things I really liked about Matt is he didn't try to sell me things I didn't and wouldn't need. There was zero pressure. I knew the price before I arrived.
He went over all the little details thoroughly.

Once you buy the car, they don't care.

I bought a car and the "Honda Care" stuff with them. I wasn't happy with Honda Care because I thought it was not worth it, and when I tried to cancel it, they made it difficult.

Let me elaborate: I went in person to cancel the product early this month, and when I left I was told it was all taken care of. After 2 weeks of having no news from them, and not being refunded, I went in back again in person. The strange/shady thing is that there was a new person in the same office where I had spoken to someone before. She said the other person had moved to the Toyota dealership, and that she had taken his place. She said she would sort out what had happened to my cancellation and get to me within two days. But she hasn't and I am tired of wasting my time doing this. I'm afraid this is going to be a long process and a waist of time. I'm hoping that perhaps by posting this here, they'll pay more attention to my request and I spend less time dealing with it.

I'll update post as the process of cancelation evolves.

Update: I got to cancel the plan and it was quite easy once I went in person to the dealership. I decided to go to the Bellevue dealership, and now I go to the Lynwood dealership, that's my favorite of the three.

Purchased used Honda Fit. For COVID they take appointments. In meantime I told Ryan what I was looking for and the makes/models of interest. Could review prices and specs at home (and by comparing with kbb and CR) and could see prices reasonable. Convenient to home and work so hoped I could find something there. Wanted to sit in cars before doing too much shopping/comps online. After I saw car and price and Ryan explained their one price way of doing business (know price up front and no haggling) took a test drive and made purchase right away. Great to do business with. Fast and pleasant - even in covid. All is masks, cleaning surfaces, etc.

Honda of Seattle is an abusive place to do business. The actual process of looking at cars was acceptable -- we drove all the cars I was interested in and they did a great job at explaining the differences to me. Unfortunately, the process of trying to buy a car made me feel like they were trying to trick me at every moment. I'm younger and female and I felt like the car dealership tried to take advantage of me with every dirty trick in the book.

The short story: Honda of Seattle lied to me at least 3 times during the process and refused to honor prices and rates agreed upon, going as for as to just changing the the numbers when presenting the paperwork to me. The next day, I bought the exact same car at Bellevue Honda for about $2000 less during my lunch break at work.

We had agree upon a price over the phone and I even called my dealer (Kelli) back to ask her if it was all inclusive. When I got there, I was presented with a price that was about $8,000 more than agree upon. I probably should have left right there but this is what followed was a nightmare.

I had originally decided on a civic coupe and changed to a sedan instead. The saleswoman said, "well the doors are really expensive" and quoted me an additional $2500. The MSRP difference between the two cars is $200. Then, she told me that most customers just pay MSRP and she had cut me a very special deal on the exact car we had discussed earlier. Then, there was upgrades on the civic that she didn't know about that cost me $500. And, conveniently, this is a Honda dealership that only owns 2 Civics so that upgraded car was effectively my only option.Then, she implied that the extended $2000 warranty was mandatory and when I point blank asked if I had to buy it, she refused to answer and told me, I'd have to discuss that with the finance department.

At one point I really needed to duck out to run a 25 minute errand because this was taking longer than I expected and she REFUSED to let me leave because she needed me for the paperwork she had spent the last 45 minutes preparing without me. I try to be a polite a customer but in what world does a customer at a car dealership need permission to leave for 30 minutes?!

Eventually, I'm so fed up I pull out Kbb and start showing them the average price paid for the Honda Civic in Seattle. She tells me, "No dealership in the State will give you prices like that". Eventually they agree to give me the kbb price listed. When I asked why she had give such absurd numbers and lie to me throughout the process, she said, "it'd be like giving free money away to customers". As I get ready to complete the paperwork, I note that that the APR on my car loan was 8.99% instead of the 0.9% we had agree upon earlier. Time to flee.

The next day, I went to Honda of Bellevue. They picked me up for work, offered a starting price that was the same as this place's "absolute lowest price", gave me a price that was about 2k lower than this place, and threw in some upgrades for free. Whole process was done during my lunch break.

Carlos was a phenomenal salesman! After reviewing their inventory online, I called and scheduled to meet with him for a test drive the car I was interested in. The following morning, we met to go over the credit application & financing which was a breeze. There was never any pressure from him at all. I ve had my car for about 3 weeks now & everything is great! Overall it was a wonderful experience & I look forward to doing business with Carlos & the Honda of Seattle team in the future.

I called to reschedule service appointment today in the morning. The person I spoke to named Olivia was very rude. She said I can't drop my car before service time. I talked to her nicely that I was suggested by the person who scheduled the 1st appointment for me that I can drop my car a few hours before the service in case I have to go to work. She said with unpleasant voice that if I want to do that I just bring my car. She didn't say anything to confirm the appointment. I asked her what time should I bring my car. She said if I want to bring the car at 8 bring it at 8. That is not enough confirmation. So I said if she said so I would like to cancel the appointment and call again to get someone to help me. She said ok she will go ahead and cancel it.

If I'm not allowed to drop my car head of time I'm happy to reschedule for another time. I'm just not happy with the way she talked to me. Very disappointed! I thought Honda had customer service standard!

The space is always clean and employees seem happy and professional.

Honda of Seattle is the best auto dealership I've ever worked with. I recently returned for my 5th lease and I can say that it is the great people that work there that make the experience worthwhile. They are friendly and helpful and will do whatever it takes to help. I had the pleasure of working with Steven Paredes and he was so kind to get a car from another dealer and drop it off in my house which was far away from the dealership. After moving to Seattle 2 years ago, we quickly realized that we needed to trade in our 2 wheel drive SUV for a new all wheel drive ride. Honda of Seattle was the first dealership we stopped at to test drive the Pilot, and met Steve. He was very helpful, knowledgeable about the vehicle and was thorough with how Honda of Seattle works, how they make commission, how they appraise trade ins and financing. He was really great and we felt confident working with him. After test driving 4 other cars, narrowing down our choice and speaking with another dealership about another car, we went back to Honda of Seattle. What I really appreciated was that this all happened over the weekend and Steve texted me back everytime I had a random question for him, even when he wasn't working. When we wanted to look at the Pilot one more time, he put us in touch with CJ who was just as phenomenal. We had made the decision to purchase the car but had 2 young children with us that really needed to get home. No problem, they had appraised our trade in while we test drove the Pilot and had the offer ready to go when we got back. After we accepted, they had us out of there in an hour. There was no pressure to purchase things we didn't need and working with Sage in financing was just as easy. He went through everything thoroughly and made sure we got the best financing deal we could, while also not trying to upsell us anything else we wouldn't need. It was a seamless process with no pressure, we will be customers for life.

I'm writing this review sitting in the swanky, new waiting room of Honda Seattle's service department and sure do miss the old downtown location. If I could have given a zero rating, I would have. Not only is the new location way less convenient, it's outrageously slow. It's 3:55 pm and I'm still waiting to be checked in for my 3:00 appointment. In the waiting room, I counted 10 other, equally unhappy customers. I have two Hondas and have used Honda Seattle for ALL my service over the last five years. Barring a miraculous change in the direction my experience is heading today, I'll likely be searching for somewhere else to have my vehicles serviced in the future. It's a shame that they spent all this $$ on a brand-new location that was supposedly going to improve the capacity and throughput of service. It's tragically worse than the old location and I would not recommend taking your Honda here.

Was a loyal customer here for almost a decade but recently my quotes for service have been outrageous. I went in because the lock mechanism was broken on my trunk latch and I was told it was a $70 fee just to diagnose the issue. After that, a simple small part and the additional labor would've been nearly another $200. So basically $300 to fix a tiny latch. I skipped the full fix, but walked out with a still broken latch and $90 less in my wallet after taxes/fees. It was a pretty frustrating experience.
