This dealer is a great example of why people dislike and distrust dealer service departments. I called in to schedule a basic routine service, and received a quote. Showed up on time and once the car was taken in, suddenly my bill jumped up another several hundred dollars in price for additional service (a fluid flush) that they "had to do, it's a requirement, or we can't do any of the other work you requested".

The work Honda Seattle insisted I needed done had been done two months ago by another shop and verified by a different Honda dealer...oops!

I have never encountered such a blatant up selling and falsification of information to bleed the customer for money at any dealer. Find a good independent shop.

I had such a great experience here. The entire staff is so knowledgeable and nice. I waited 3 months to make this review to make sure nothing came up, and I am still very satisfied. As a young female I was so afraid to buy a car alone. I heard how car sales men can be vultures and pushy and try to screw you over. I heard they take advantage of people who don't know what they are doing. However Alejandro Farfan was an amazing salesman. Not only did he find me the EXACT CAR I wanted he found it at a very competitive price and lower than I had anticipated. He was incredibly helpful and patient with me trying to figure out the items I needed for my loan. He even let me text and call him about any questions I had over a whole weekend while I got my paperwork together. He treated me like family. He worked with everything I gave him! Three months later and i still have an amazing car with great technicians helping me understand how to care for it. I highly suggest Honda of Seattle, and I suggest asking for Alejandro Farfan, he makes car buying fun and as stress free as buying a car can be. Thanks Honda!!!

After shopping around for dozens of dealers near Seattle , I walked into Honda of Seattle and my experience couldn't have been better. The ginger salesman ( I never thought I'd buy a car from a ginger) - Patrick- was extremely soothing and knowledgeable about all cars I was testing at other dealers and explained to me why a Honda would make sense in my case. His manager, Mike, very patiently taught me why a lease on my car would also make financial sense for me and for my needs. My family is so happy with our decision of getting a car at Honda Seattle. I highly recommend Mike and Patrick for your purchases or just questions in general. Thanks, guys!

My wife and I have been looking for a budget second car, and getting rather discouraged by the sales experiences we had with other dealerships. The one price model at Honda of Seattle was just what we needed. We were lucky enough to find Patrick Kinney, who found us the perfect car for our budget. He did a great job of helping us navigate through the choices and was attentive and kind during the process. We appreciate Patrick and the staff at Honda!

Great service at this location. I went in to have a headlight replaced, and it was done quickly with the part thankfully in stock. Kyle in the service center was awesome, and Jonathan on the sales floor was really knowledgeable and pleasant. Thanks for the delightful experience.

This was my first car and it was a great experience. Definitely hit up Honda of Seattle if you're interested in getting great service and a easy buy. They do one price here so there's no negotiating, which honestly makes the experience a lot less stressful.

If you want beyond the great service they already have, hit up my man David Kanongataa. He was super friendly and personal so it was like talking to a friend instead of a seller. He's definitely someone I would refer to everybody!

The auto service was OK. The customer service at Honda of Seattle was not OK. Waiting 30 minutes to speak to your services rep, get your paperwork complete and your car to be brought around is completely unacceptable. With more than a dozen Honda of Seattle people standing around the service area you'd think they could figure out how to get the customers back on the road quickly and hassle free.

Went here after reading great reviews to buy my fi...

Went here after reading great reviews to buy my first car for Christmas. Had a wonderful time with the sales associate Issac, I felt like everything I have heard about how scary buying a car could be was not the case here. I left with my Honda Fit, carfax, and vehicle inspection certificate 100% trusting that I was getting a quality car from a dealership that was filled with genuine and trusted people. It had only been 2 months and I got a flat tire on the road (this happens) and I go to fix the tire and realize that there is no tire key included in the spare tire parts. Called Honda to try and make an appointment to bring the car in, they tell me they are booked all day and I can't so I am left with trying to find an open auto shop to help change the tire. The auto shop lets us know that they couldn't find the key and the tire bolt would have to be broken to change the tire. They ALSO let us know that the tires are far past the legal limit to be driving, and are almost worn down to the bare bones and we shouldn't have been driving on them at all. So we call up the Honda dealership to ask about the key and how after only 2 months the tires could be so bad. The gentleman at the customer service desk informs us that "state law only requires that they sell a car that meets the minimum requirements" and that they "are only obligated to give me 1 set of keys". Not understanding I ask "so you're telling me that you can sell me a car that has bad tires as long as they meet the BARE minimum" he said "Yes". So, taken aback I asked about the tire key, "so if you guys knew I needed this key to change my tire, and that is the ONLY way to change it, why wouldn't you let me know that it's missing so I could get a new one, or another option?" And he said "That falls on the sales person". The auto mechanic let us know that there was NO WAY that we could have worn down the tires that low (we had not even driven 3,000 miles since we got it), and that they were damaged far before we got the car. So my question is, why would they let me buy a car that could potentially be dangerous, tell me everything checked out, and drive off the lot? If the tires were bad, just let me know and I would have gladly taken care of it. If they didn't disclose that before I purchased the car, what else have they not disclosed or checked "ok" on the vehicle inspection. And instead of hearing me out and acting the least bit concerned about the issue the customer service rep made it seem like they don't care what kind of car they are selling as long as it makes $$$. I trusted this dealership with the 1,000's of dollars I had been saving to buy my first car and they just took advantage of that. Now we are out 100's of dollars for a problem that could have been fixed if it would have been disclosed in the first place. The whole thing is super shady.

Efficient and effective dealer service, open early and with a courtesy shuttle available with a broad range so you don't have to sit and wait at the dealership. Keith in the service department was helpful, with much of the communication through automated processes, rather than having to chase for updates.

Over one year ago, this service department told me that I needed over $1,000 for emergency repair or my car may not make it the one hour drive it takes me to get home. I had a friend follow me home that day and my car is still going strong today. Perhaps Honda service thought they could intimidate me because I am a female who knows nothing about cars; good thing that my skills include detecting frauds.

Bought a used Mazda here, Devin was responsive, honest, and incredibly helpful through the whole process, as a first time buyer he walked me through the steps and made me very confident in the car I was buying. I also worked with Ryan in the finance department who took the time to explain everything and made sure I understood each step we were going through. Both were a pleasure to work with and I will definitely be coming back in the future. Huge thanks to both of you!

We just purchased a new car and had a great experience. We will be recommending this place to all our friends. This is by far the best experience we've ever had in purchasing a new car. My wife and I don't like the whole negotiating back and forth you find at most dealerships, who would. Many dealerships have their salesman go back and forth to a manager, where they grind you down. This dealership, provides a large discount off of MSRP, $1,500+ and doesn't push any add-ons. Many other dealerships push various add-ons, such as paint protectant, mud guards, PULSE brake light, etc, etc. These add-ons have huge profit margins, for example they try and sell PULSE brake light for $300+ when it's worth less then $100. Well done Honda of Seattle for putting your customers first, it's no surprise you've received many 5 star reviews, keep up the good work.

Absolutely terrible service department. I'm in a Pilot that has less than 3k miles, 2500 miles from home and she could have cared less that I was in need of immediate help not tomorrow. The only reason I gave 2 stars is the parts guy David tried his very best to help me although he was limited because the service department wouldn't try to help at all. I have to say that my confidence level in Honda is not that good at this point, not to mention that my new vehicle broke less than a month old.

My Sales rep, Devin Shugrue, did a wonderful job helping me to trade in my 15 year car for a new car. I was very pleased with how patient and informative he was with explaining all of the details that goes into buying a new car. Honda has great customer service and prompt service.

I had a wonderful experience trading in my vehicle at Honda of Seattle. The whole team was great, but I wanted to send a special shout-out to Nikko Mendoza who was very helpful and nice to work with. I highly recommend Honda of Seattle - I had used another local Honda dealer once and can vouch for the difference. At Honda of Seattle they don't pressure you during the process of deciding to buy a car and are very respectful in the way they treat customers. They know they are selling a great product and conduct their business in a way that matches that product. I had a similarly great experience with them in 2007 when I bought a certified pre-owned car and kept that car for 10 years with no issues whatsoever. I don't expect to need another car for a while but when I do I will definitely come back. Thank you!

Amazing car buying experience thanks to Devin and Mike. I was in the market for a new car for 3 months. I went to several delearships and had some bad and some good experiences. But none matched or even came close to the level of service at Honda. From the moment I sent an email inquiry, they did everything possible to help make sure my experience was great. They answered any and all questions I had and were quick in their responses. They went above and beyond to make sure that I was informed as possible before making this big decision. I can't rant enough about how easy and satisfying they made my first car buying experience. I would HIGHLY recommend Honda of Seattle to anyone in the market for a new car. Very friendly and very professional team at Honda!

Not sure what's going on here at this honda dealer...

Not sure what's going on here at this honda dealership but it seems communication and customer service are greatly lacking. This is my 2nd time coming here within the last 3 weeks and this location needs to do better.

I came here 3 weeks ago and received less than friendly and informative service from Keith. Didnt explain much and was probably not someone who should be talking with customers. They told me I needed to make another appointment 3 weeks from now to check the leak and no one tried to help me set up a follow up appointment.

So I called about 1.5 weeks later to schedule an appointment and the lady had an attitude when I asked her what times were available and she told me that I should just request a time and she will see if it's available. So I said, ok, 9am. However, I get here on my 2nd appointment and they tell me they cant make a diagnostic until 11am to 2pm. So why did this lady make me choose a time that wasnt more convenient? So here I am waiting 2 hours for nothing because these guys cant communicate with each other about the processes of how these cars get fixed.

Also, during my first appointment, I witnessed a very upset customer speak with the manager about how long she has been waiting for just an airbag recall replacement and how honda seattle should communicate more between their different departments and agreements they have with other companies. Most of the time I roll my eyes witnessing these events but I found myself cheering her on because she definitely had a point for every excuse the manager tried to divert her complaints. At the end I told her she was right and she had a point.

If it wasnt for the fact this dealership is the closest to my house, I would go elsewhere. I used to get my car serviced up at the lynnwood honda dealership when I lived up north. Those guys were the BEST. Go see Ashley. He was awesome! Go make your appointment there if you can - way better customer service.

These guys suck

I've been driving the same car for 14 years and was dreading entering a car dealership to look at new vehicles. I've had bad experiences in the past. My concerns were quickly abated after meeting Carlos De Toledo, one of their sales reps. Not only did he put me at ease and feel absolutely zero pressure to buy, but he was a cool guy that I could totally see myself having a beer with. He took me out to drive a few different models and then was great about keeping in touch with new cars coming in. I would definitely recommend Carlos to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle!

Overall, I had a good experience with the sales department. Devin S. was very professional and superb. My other salesperson was all over the place and unprofessional, and did not show me how to use the features of my car. I am giving two stars, because the finance department was a total and complete disaster. I had to sign the same paperwork over and over. Also, the sales people were even bashing the finance department, so that should tell you something. I spent six and a half hours in the dealership which was totally UNACCEPTABLE! I do love my Honda civic EX and am thrilled with it and am grateful I finally got to drive it off. However, there are significant improvements that need to be made with the operations of the dealership. I also e-mailed the general sales manager my concerns as well.

Full disclosure: I ve had Honda cars from Honda of Seattle since August 1987. I ve never had a problem with them. They are very attentive not only to taking care of your vehicle, but totally understand if you can t afford a repair at the time they first recommend it, partly because they will give you a heads up on things that need to be done, but can be put off until you next service, or so many miles. They are honest with you when your vehicle is getting older about using rebuilt parts, and will look for them through their network if it will save you hundreds or thousands of dollars, and you really want/need to keep your present vehicle on the road. I ve never been pressured to have anything done to my vehicles, or trade-in for a new/newer vehicle. Their prices are reasonable for the Seattle area from a dealership. I ve never taken my Honda vehicles to any place else to be serviced.

In the midst of family planning, my wife and I decided now was the time to buy a car. We knew exactly what we wanted from a used car and Hondas were on our list. However, due to covid, you can't just show up to a lot and browse. Since HoS has set prices on their cars, and they had one we wanted that was a 2018 under 7K miles, we decided to shoot blind, pick that car, and go in for our scheduled appointment. We started on Saturday morning and did all the work we needed to do via the website to get going. Our dealer was Patrick D'Arcy and he communicated with us all day, ensuring we got all our digital paperwork in, and even sending us a video of the car we wanted.

When it came time for our appointment we appreciated all covid precautions being taken. We were warmly greeted and met with Patrick who showed us the car. Took a test drive and decided to buy. We worked with Mike and Ryan on finances and paperwork and we drove off the lot with our new car. They set us up with everything, including insurance, as required to drive off the lot.

The whole process took about 4 hours to complete, so just be ready to hang out for a bit. I say grab a meal beforehand and stay hydrated, but they have snacks, coffee, and refreshments at the ready. Also, be sure you're aware of the basics of your finances.

Overall a very positive experience and would recommend HoS to anyone in the market for a Honda.

Don't bother trying to sell your Honda to this dealership. Find a different Honda dealer to sell it to. They don't value used cars at all, even when they're only 2 years old and in pristine condition. They have a sign in their lobby that says, "go to Edmunds.com to find out your car's true market value!" But when you show them the Edmund's estimate for trade-in, they will say that it's not accurate. Total waste of time. They want you to pay them to take your car. And they're rude about it. And, because of this experience (and one other), when I DO need a car in the future, I won't even consider shopping here. And you shouldn't either. Drive another 30 minutes and go to a different dealer.

I called the service department and scheduled for express service super maintenance service based on the coupon that I received. In that coupon it is mentioned that service duration will be less than 45 minutes otherwise thr next service will be free. I went to the service department and gave the car nd waited for 2 hours to get the service completed. When I checked with the manager they said that it will not apply. I do not know what does that mean and this is disappointing. Will never come back to this location for sevice any more.

Great experience with my new car lease. I called in first and talked to Timur. That guy knows what he's doing! Very low key, he got the ball rolling right over the phone. Then I stopped by after work. In about an hour I got the car narrowed down AND--since it's a no-haggle sales model--we already had the numbers worked out and finance application submitted. A couple of text messages with Timur, and we showed up the next day to pick up the car. So easy! When we arrived, the car was already clean and ready for us, as was the paperwork, thanks to Andy and David behind the desk. In an hour, we were out the door in our new car. Couldn't have been smoother. Thank you, Honda of Seattle!

Verry good service and happy to get a nice Honda Accord with such a good price. The only thing that they can work on is that my dad and I had to wait a bit to get all the paperworks ready but all car dealers these days do that so its fine. Shout out to Nikko and Mike for the big help!

Just bought a new 2020 CR-V from this dealership. I had a civic before. Have been coming to this dealership for 7 years due to the location and easy service for downtown workers. My sales agent with Chris CJ Berg. He was easy to work with, answered all of our questions and very responsive when I followed up with additional questions via text. Overall very easy buying experience. The finance guy was very easy to work with also. Great warranties on new cars. Honda cars are just so dependable- I hope this new one is for us also!

Best car experience I've had! I got a lemon with my first car and it broke down after 20 months. Came to Honda to look at new cars expecting sketchy sales people trying to haggle who I'd have to fight, but I was wrong. Honda of Seattle has no haggle prices and are up front about their cars.

Worked with Francisco who showed me a Honda CR-V with great handling and all the features I wanted. Didn't try to upsell much and showed me what I was looking for. I came in looking at a Honda HR-V and ended up leasing a CR-V based on information and a good test drive. Decided to upgrade from the base model myself since I liked the features of the higher model. Francisco worked with us on the whole process from test drive to signing. Easy one person experience. Now I'm a Honda fan.

This place is up to date on technology. They sent me quotes via phone, had sites with sliders to see financial changes quickly for different packages, amd had everything I needed online paperwork wise . Note I had to fill out a paper credit background in person after I filled out information online, but that was the only hiccup.

If you're looking at cars do your research about features online. I came in thinking I wanted a HR-V and had a list of wants and needs for my new car. But don't be afraid to look at similar cars, that's how I ended up with my CR-V which felt more comfortable even though the size was a bit daunting for me on paper.

I'm in the beginning stages of buying a car, specifically the test driving part of it to winnow things down, and regardless of where I land I wanted to recommend to anybody remotely interested that they pay a visit to Honda of Seattle. Conveniently they share a building with 'Toyota of Seattle', so if you're trying a wide variety you can knock two makes out at once.

Beyond that, though I can't speak for all of them, our experience with Toni Walker (one of their floor/coordinating people) has been superlative. Between wanting to try four different cars, while also being very picky about COVID precautions (one of us is immunocompromised), and pretty specific time constraints, I felt like we were a handful. But Toni was the model of accommodation, very informative, very friendly, and really made us much more comfortable than we expected we'd be, while never once balking at our requests.

At least for the customer service, do yourself a favor and give 'em a visit, if you're in the market regardless.

I had a great new car experience here thanks to Russ Bormann. I went in two Saturdays ago looking for an orange Fit LX. It was listed on the web site but actually still in transit. No worries, Russ looked it up and let me know it was due in a few days and then worked with me to test drive another color just to make sure I liked the Fit in general. He respected the fact I did my homework and had my preference and did not push me whatsoever to get any one of the other 70+ Fits in stock that day. We did a bit of initial paperwork and a few days later Russ call and let me know the car was in. This past Saturday I went in and Russ showed me the color in person just to make sure it was what I wanted. After a resounding yes we did the rest of the formalities and I was out on the road with my new Honda in under 2 hours. Thanks Russ!
And one big thing I like about Honda of Seattle in general is they do not pre-install options you may not want. They are true to their word about the one price option. There are no surprises on the actual window sticker on the car compared to what they advertise on the web site. Of course, one is free to pick out as many options as they would like.

We have come to like Anna your employe because she give us really good customer service. A few years ago my aunt and I came in the get her car fix and Anna was the best and we got the best service from her. So every time we went in we would go work with Anna. Anna is the kindness person and has the best customer service skills and she even treats me like family even though we are not. Also Anna try s to get us in and out as soon as she can.

Just purchased another vehicle from here (my second in two years). Patrick helped me out this time, and I have to say, I'm REALLY pleased with the service I receive every time I come here. Patrick is new, but he knew his stuff and really went above and beyond in helping me get my car cleaned out in the rain (traded in my last car) and stayed exceptionally late well past close (I left the dealership at 10:30, he and all the necessary staff were there after that) to get everything wrapped up on my trade-in/ purchase. He. Was. Awesome.

I can't recommend Honda of Seattle enough. Everyone interested in purchasing a car should come here. I have actually moved out of the area and come well out of my way to come here to both purchase vehicles and to get my service done. Best dealer ever.

The service is efficient and complete. On time with delivery of finished work. It seems each time we bring this little Civic in for some work there is always several thousand dollars more work Honda says we need. Furthermore, I can never understand why we have to pay such and exorbitant amount of money for diagnosis? This time they "diagnosed" exactly what we told them needed repairing! This diagnostic fee is in addition to the work repair costs. Shouldn't there be some credit on the bill if we get the work done that we just paid for diagnosing what we all ready knew? I'm just saying...

Our experience purchasing a 2013 Honda Accord 2 weekends ago was very pleasant. We worked with Steven Paredes throughout the process over 3 days. He kept us up to date on the car we were looking at online and was available when we went to test drive the car. He and his coworkers were responsive when we heard an unusual sound while test driving. The issue was diagnosis as a loose wheel bearing which was promptly repaired. When we decided to purchase the car, he and his colleagues stayed past the dealership close to finish the buying process with us. He even offered to drive the car out to our home in West Seattle despite the bridge closure. We appreciated the no-pressure approach used at Honda of Seattle, as it made the car purchasing process more pleasant than expected. We are really happy with our purchase. Based upon this experience, we recommend working with Steven Paredes and Honda of Seattle to purchase a car.

I can't say enough great things about my husband and my experience working with Travis and Kevin at Honda of Seattle. We had been nervous about visiting dealerships to look at cars, as we were concerned we would feel pressured to buy because of commission based sales, that we'd have to finagle a price if we found a car we liked. Honda of Seattle does things different; and in a manner we found very refreshing, they have one price listed, which we found reasonable, and zero bargaining on that price. What you see is what you get. We also never felt pressure, as their sales people do not make commission on individual purchases.

Travis worked with us as we test drove multiple cars, provided great insight and information about each car, and was very responsive in our communication after we left. We ended up purchasing a Subaru Outback (from a Honda dealership, strange I know), but it's worth mentioning because they have a large inventory of used vehicles of all makes and models on their lot so that you can accurately compare cars in similar classes. We found the pricing on these slightly used cars to be less than what we had found at the Subaru dealership and other places we looked. So, don't rule out Honda of Seattle for other makes as well, we found their online inventory to be very current and helpful in our search.

One last reason our experience was so great is Honda of Seattle hires "people people," not "salesy" people. Travis and Kyle have backgrounds in Psychology and Communication, go figure! You won't regret including Honda of Seattle in your new or used car search.

Found a car online and the salesman, Steven Paredes, was outstanding! He was not pushy and answered all my questions promptly thru texts. He even sent my a personal video he made of the car. When I arrived at Honda of Seattle, he had already cleaned and filled the gas tank for me. I drove the car and the process to buy was so very smooth. I definately recommend Steven. I love my 2017 Honda Accord!

I moved to Seattle last week and needed to buy a car. I called and spoke to Chris Kummer and set up an apportionment with him to see a car I saw online. After seeing the car I realized it was not what i was looking for and mentioned I wanted something smaller. He then led me through the garage and showed me everything that fit my criteria and price range. I found a used Prius that I liked and ultimately bought. The entire time Chris was very friendly, helpful and put no pressure on me to get the car. I will contacting him again when I go to look for my next car!

5 star dealership! Gareth helped me with getting a best deal on a 2019 Honda Civic. The whole process was a breeze, with transparent price breakdown available on their website and drive out of the door within less than couple hours. The other dealership I went to would try to squeeze in hidden charges/add-ons in your monthly loan payment and refuse to show you the price/interests/fees breakdown - and yelled at me when I asked (lol)

I recently just bought a Honda Civic EX, and had an excellent experience at Honda of Seattle. I worked with a gentleman names Patrick Kinney who really went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of. During our initial meeting he made sure to sit down with us ahead of time to write down everything I wanted or didn't want in the car I was looking for. He spent about 2 hours with us looking at different types of options, making sure I was completely satisfied. He never made me feel as though I was being a pain or needy, and was accommodating to get me everything I was asking for. I never felt as though he was trying to talk me into a higher price point, and did not feel pressured into doing anything I wasn't comfortable with. I wish that more dealerships/ car salesmen followed the type of guidelines Patrick did. When I found the car I loved they didn't have it in stock originally, but he was going to make sure I got it. He personally went and picked up the car for me (on his day off I might include), stayed in contact with updates through the whole experience, and really made me feel as though my feelings and needs were his number one priority. Overall, excellent customer service, prices, and options. I would definitely buy from here again. Thanks Patrick

What I thought would be a mind-boggling and stressful experience turned out to be quite the opposite. Today I bought my first car (Honda Civic) and Chris B. has been such a huge help from the initial phone call to the in-person consultation. He was very personal aside from business and makes you feel very comfortable on your first car purchase journey. He made sure I got the best value in selecting my vehicle and I would highly recommend him to anyone!

I had the pleasure of working with Zoe and James at this dealership and they were by far the most exceptional car sales members I have ever worked with (out of about ~10 I've worked with). They helped me through the entire process and were very patient in explaining everything I wanted and needed to know. They really excelled at being able to help me understand the cars I were interested in and were willing to go above and beyond what was required in providing customers service. Though I didn't end up purchasing a Honda car, I have nothing but the highest recommendations for Zoe.

I went into Honda Seattle to buy a CPO vehicle recently and was helped by Steven Paredes. This was my first time buying a car, and I was wary of the experience due to horror stories I have heard of shady used-car salesmen and pushy dealers that try to sell you things you don't need or tack on thousands in extra fees. My experience could not have been further from that.

Steven impressed me with his professionalism, his knowledge of the vehicle I was interested in, and his sincerity. Not once did I get the sense that he was trying to rip me off or sell me something I didn't need. While I was waiting for paperwork to be processed, he made sure that I was comfortable and we had a great conversation about cars in general. I could not recommend Steven or Honda Seattle enough, and I look forward to coming back to him in the future.

My wife called to see if her CR-V was part of the airbag recall in May. The customer service representative said that her VIN was not part of it. Now we get another piece of mail in August and I do the sleuthing myself and her car is part of the recall. RIDICULOUS! How dangerous is that. Steer clear. Go to Lynwood or Kirkland.

Recently went in to trade in my 2012 CRV and upgraded to a 2020 CRV. Ryan was an incredible salesman! No BS, extremely knowledgable, friendly, and my favorite part - non pushy. Ryan went above and beyond to make sure I got a good deal and was fully taken care of before I left. He has continued to help me with my purchase even after I left the lot with the new vehicle. 100% would recommend! Literally my easiest and least stressful exchange at any dealership. 10/10

Had my Pilot in for routine service and as usual everything went great. I ve had my vehicle (actually multiple vehicles) serviced at Honda of Seattle for over 10 years and they always provide great service. Kyle did an excellent job explaining the service to be provided., communicated clearly items that might need taken care of (without trying to sell) and helped answer questions I had. Thanks!!

Steven P. Was a total dream to work with. Casual, funny, personable and tireless in entertaining all of our wishy-washy-ness. We looked at so many cars and took up so much of his time and he graciously accommodated us.
I can t recommend him enough.

Very easy buying experience but still are insistive upsellers aka a car dealership. The sales people might not get commission on selling cars based on price but the final paperwork people sure seem to be.
