I understand it was a used vehicle, but as a Toyota Dealership selling a Toyota vehicle, I would have assumed better (probably shouldn't have assumed).

1. The sales/staff was not aware that the dash was cracked and that it was a extended warranty for the particular vehicle we purchased and was unwilling to do anything about it. I knew about the extended warranty (LSC ZE6 from calling my local Toyota dealership and speaking with their service technician).
2. Parts missing that once again should have been caught on the multi point inspection (roof rack covers and drivers side floor foot rest. parts were ordered and installed after the sales manager agreed to have them replaced).
3. Very poor detailing job was done on the vehicle which I now have to take into a professional detailing shop to remove hardened wax that is stuck in various body panels and cracks.
4. Vehicle was sold without any key fobs and the drivers side and passenger side door lock actuator is broken (a true professional and thorough multi point inspection would have caught that the door actuators were not working) and the sales staff wouldn t acknowledge that or offer to fix it or take some of the price down.
5. Multipoint inspection failed to note or fix the rear brakes. I found out that after taking the vehicle to my local Toyota dealership to get dash replaced via extended warranty, the brakes should have been replace about a 1000 miles back (pads were below Toyota minimal specifications for pad wear and we have only driven the vehicle about 400 miles since we purchased).

Very friendly staff, but does not care about the customer and the fact that the staff doesn't know anything about the product they are selling. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Find a dealership that cares about you as the customer and know about the product they are selling.

Also, whatever happened to selling a vehicle with a full tank of fuel....had to fuel up (as it was at a 1/4 tank) on the way back to Olympia just to get home.....and that was after jokingly asking the sales manager if they sold vehicles with a full tank of fuel :(

Review of service department:

Review of service department:

Bad: Typical repair shop in communication with customer (zero) and horrible at estimating times (part took +2 months to arrive rather than the estimated 2 weeks; service was completed the day after original estimate). Waiting for the part to arrive went from extremely frustrating to a joke. I was amused that when the part finally did arrive I was never notified, and they couldn't tell me how long the part had been there before I called.

Good: Once part finally arrived my truck was serviced promptly and the repair work was done well. Hours and availability is great! They were responsive to my complaints while waiting for part.

Bottom line: They will probably do good work on your vehicle, but the onus is on you to make sure you're being taken care of. I'd be wary if your vehicle needed prompt service.

Review of sales department:
Great! Low on the BS. Honest with the pricing. Little hassle. Definitely one of my better purchase experiences.

I am a frequent car shopper and this is Absolutely the best car dealership experience I have ever had for a million different reasons. The sales staff -(I personally worked with Michael Boza)- genuinely just want to help you get where YOU want to be. Not pushy at all, super helpful, went way above and beyond! Thank You Michael!!

I Worked with Joe Singh to buy a new Prius prime plus and he was simply impeccable. Got me a great deal, explained how the car works completely, was able to handle any snafus that might ve shown up but never did with his help, just a great experience !

Very nice place and staff, but locating it in a nasty secluded part of town does not seem like a great business decision. I get that South Lake Union was too small and expensive with Amazon's growth coming, but basically under a dusty freeway across from the meth clinic? Really?

I really hate having to publicly criticize anyone/anything; however I can't help but do just that regarding my experience with Toyota of Seattle. I took my Tacoma in for a 60k service. The guy I was stuck with, Matt, was obviously not going to win any customer service awards, but that's fine, I didn't need him to be super friendly. I dropped my truck off at 11 and was told that it would probably be done by 4pm, I sensed it might not though so I offered to arrive later - at 5 pm. Matt said that would be great and that there would be "no problem" in picking it up then, and that he'd probably call me earlier because it would most likely be done well before then. I didn't hear from Matt so gave them a call at 4:45. The customer service gal put me on hold while she went to ask Matt about it because it wasn't ready yet; then the call mysteriously dropped. I called back and was disconnected again (i was calling from my office phone, so it wasn't a matter of whether or not I didn't have service). I called a third time, got a different gal, who had to look me up again, and put me on hold while she went to go talk to Matt. She came back to tell me that he'd give me a call back he's just on the other line. At 5:30 - more than 30 minutes after he was supposed to give me a call back, and 30 minutes after it would be the latest my car would have been done with no problems, i still hadn't heard back so I gave another call. I was put on hold again for a few minutes and when the gal got back on the phone she told me it should be another hour. I told her that I was told it would be done no later than 5 pm with no issue in hitting that mark. She said yeah he's been dealing with his customers today. I thought that was a bit ridiculous considering i was a customer too. She didn't say anything back to that. I also said, i really just would have appreciated a phone call to tell me it would be an hour and half late, but instead i've been waiting after work for more than two hours. I could have planned for this. Again, no apologies or response. I picked it up at 6:45 (nearly two hours after i was guaranteed it would be done). No apologies from Matt. He also didn't go over the service at all. Instead just told me I had a tear in one of my axle wheel covers (I don't remember the right verbiage), and that it would cost nearly $500 bucks to repair. It's not the fact that this replacement is needed, but the fact that Matt had me two hours late, had to cancel plans i had for the night, didn't hear anything about my service other than more business they wanted from me, and with not one apology or consolation. It was just really poor service all around. Again, I NEVER write bad reviews, but these guys were just BAD all around. It's unfortunate, as I'm sure there are a lot of great employees there, but I didn't see it.

My mom was looking for a car and was avoiding it every way she could. We did a lot of research on cars prior to visiting a dealership. We saw that Toyota of Seattle had the best priced used Priuses. I called the dealership and spoke with Josh. He was really nice and not pushy, completely different than what I expected.

The next day we met with Josh and he was so friendly and wanted to make sure my mom saw every possibility. He saw that my mom had issues with the Prius and really cared that she find another option. Additionally, she made sure that my mom felt comfortable telling him when she didn't like features. My mom ended up getting the Prius C and was so happy. He is the best salesperson to go to if you want someone who is not pushy, but makes sure you find a car you want.

I did not expect my mom to buy a car on our first day looking, but Josh helped her find the perfect car and she could not be happier.

I come here to get my regular car maintenance. I like the online scheduling. The staff is always quick to help and very friendly. They explain the estimated cost up front. The waiting area is comfortable with free coffee, tea, muffins, and wifi. The regular maintenance costs are reasonable - $50 for a oil change in my V6 Tacoma.

Scheduled an appointment for an airbag recall during the work week. When I arrived they apologized saying they did not actually have the part. They then patronized me saying that the good news is I get to keep my car to get to work for the day. I do not even use my car to get to work. To make up for the poor service I asked if they could at least tell me why my check engine light was on and suddenly I was hassling *them* and they would only do it for $144.

Unacceptable service.

It's the horrible experience today beyond what you can imagine. I booked an appointment today at 11am for oil change only. Was told to pick up the car at 1pm, so far it is OK, we waited for two hours, was hoping to pick up the car at 1pm, was told again to come back to pick up at 5pm, so far emmm, if you would like to hold the car for 6 hours, you should have let me know it when I called in for appointment, so we can make it in plan. OK, when we came back at 5pm, they kept us for another half an hour, because they even didn't start it yet, we wanted to decline the service, but they said they just started it and take just half an hour. Well, if you are too busy to fit me in, that's totally fine, but do not act this way, you'd better respect your customer, you have hundreds of ways to make this better, at least you can tell us the right time so we can pick up the car, instead of wasting almost the whole day to deal with this. You won't lose customer so you say yes whatever customer want, well, you will lose this customer forever in the future.

I am 32 years old and have owned over 40 vehicles. This was HANDS DOWN, the easiest purchase experience I have ever had. I attribute the ease of the transaction to Jerelyn! She was amazing!!! seriously though, her communication was incredible and I feel she deserves a promotion!

Toyota of Seattle will have my business for as long as I own a car. We worked with Lindsey Scott who answered all our questions, including the ones we didn't even know to ask. I haven't had a better shopping experience anywhere. Thank you!

Seemingly no desire to actually sell me a car. Was told at noon that they would get everything ready, I could come back in a couple of hours and close. Two hours later, nothing done. Was told will get right on it and get right back to me. 2.5 hours later, still nothing done. I showed up to buy, 1.75 hours later, no paperwork, nothing done and car not even available! Actually not even on location though was told 6 hours prior it would be there in under an hour. Still wanted me to wait and sign.
Oh wait this is after I bought a car 3 months ago and had 5 calls the week before to come in for a 1 hour close!!!
God awful sales, simply inconsiderate.

I brought my vehicle in for servicing today and had the best experience. Whitney greeted my by name and quickly brought my car back to start the process and brought me inside to BJ. BJ let me know that he had already ordered my oil filter prior to arrival to ensure a speedy service. I couldn't believe they had already made steps to ensure I was taken care of before I even arrived! Thank you BJ and Whitney for the amazing service and making me feel valued! I will absolutely be back.

We would like to thank Toyota of Seattle and especially Tyler Nuckelt for a great buying experience. From the first contact with Tyler in their beautiful modern showroom thorough the entire process, it was easy, quick and thoroughly professional. The entire staff was friendly and helpful and welcoming. A very positive experience.

Found a car we really liked with a price posted on their website. Was told the price listed on their website was incorrect and the cost was actually $5,000 more than listed. Not willing to honor the online price- even though it had been posted for many weeks. Was lied to and wasted a bunch of time driving a car that the dealership apparently had the wrong price on.

This place is ridiculous. Not sure why I gave them another try after having to come back a third time for an oil change (each time I had an appointment and they didn't honor it until the third time). Their quotes are absurd. Not sure if it's because I'm a female, but they were seriously jacking up prices. I asked for a price on the black plastic piece that is on the back of my mirror that needed to be replaced. They quoted me $188. Meanwhile, the Toyota dealership in my home town quoted $37, so I just had a family member buy it there and ship it up to me. I also had a question regarding my cigarette lighter not working and they said it would take $77 just for them to inspect it and see what was wrong with it. Took it someplace else and it was a busted fuse they fixed for $3. They have a courtesy service that drops you off, and not sure if it was my luck but I got a driver who lacked serious social intelligence, cracking offensive jokes about my homestate. Even the other passengers looked uncomfortable. Good thing I decided to get second opinions before I purchased any add-on services. I saved a lot of money taking my car elsewhere and found a place that was reputable with honest customer service. I'll definitely be using them next time, not Toyota of Seattle. Ladies, beware. Definitely get a second opinion before you opt for service here.

They were trying to trick me to sign on some paper and told me it s fine and it s non related to price. And it was just for bla bla bla. Luckily I didn t sign otherwise I would pay for the listed full price.

Trevor Neal. That is THE guy to go to. What an experience. A Mazda Dealership in Tacoma (South Tacoma Mazda) sold me a car with a broken fuel gauge.....didn t realize till I brought I home. I got deployed for 6 months so i couldn t do anything about it.... I got home, told Trevor what happened. He hooked me up. PLUS the mechanic Raphi, found the part I need for even CHEAPER. These guys take care of you. My Scion FR-S has never been in better shape. All I can say is THANK YOU.

This review is on the service dept. I had 3 services done there over about 18 months.

1st service - Had the oil change and transmission oil change. No issues.

2nd service - Had the oil change and was told that transmission oil change is recommended. So I inquired the service adviser - Wasn't the service was done 6 months ago or did the previous service didn't do it right. The service adviser apologized and said the same technician won't work on my car again. Definitely walked away not feeling this dealership can be trusted.

3rd service - Had the oil change and tires rotated. Left the dealership and the TPMS light came on later in the day. Took the car to Costco Tires and what happened? All FOUR tires were underinflated.

Emailed Arvin Merino, the service manager, and asked for a call. Waited one week and followed up with another email and cc'd
Olivia Confer, the guest support manager since I got no responses. Finally connected over a call with Olivia. I shared my experience and told her that I am not coming back to this dealership.

I am taking my business elsewhere.

So I was minding my own business driving down the road in the early Saturday morning hours with my son, when suddenly I saw a line of metallic car bits scattered across the road in front of me. I couldn't avoid it entirely, and my front passenger side wheel was punctured and began to lose pressure.

I was just coming off I-90 in Seattle, and remembered seeing a big red "Toyota" sign in the area. I drove the remaining quarter mile there, and sheepishly entered asking if there was any chance they could help me out without an appointment.

That's when I met Lindsey, the awesome guy who was manning the reception desk in the service department. He was so nice and so helpful. He said that they were full, but would do everything they could to set me up. He came out to my car, took a look, and tried to squeeze me in that morning. Unfortunately my specific tire was not in stock, but he helped me order a replacement and offered to have his guys pop on the spare. He then went above and beyond, and gave me a tour of the dealership, showing me the bathrooms, the self-service coffee area, and the lounge.

I didn't even buy my car at this dealership. I'd never been there before. It was so nice to be treated this well on a morning that'd already had a bit of a rocky start.

Thank you Toyota of Seattle, and especially Lindsey. This may have been my first visit, but it will definitely not be my last. Stay safe!

I have to take back my 5 star rating and drop it to 1. On prior service appointments I have had my hood left open and my tires under inflated. After assurances from the Service manager I returned for a 30K service. They reported everything was in perfect working order - they did not change my oil as not enough miles had accumulated. After leaving the dealership I decided to check ny oil level. It was a full quart low. It states right on my invoice that all fluids were checked and filled. So either they didn't properly fill my oil at the last change or it is using oil.and they didn't notice. I can't bring myself to trust taking it back to them. Going to Renton Toyota for a check up o n the engine.

It's hard to believe that anyone could write a good review about a car dealer... But I've had two good experiences at Toyota of Seattle. I live in Olympia so its a ways for me to drive - they were always very honest over the phone so there were no surprises when I arrived at the dealership to buy my car. I'm driving a new Toyota Avalon now and my wife and I love it. We got a pretty good deal... I appreciate the great service.

Be very careful when dealing with this dealership. They have lied to me on more than one occasion. The last one was telling me they had a particular car available to buy (after giving a sales person my needs and wants). They had no such car. Why tell me that? Perhaps to keep me interested in buying (something) from them. It had the opposite effect however.

My husband and I had a great experience working with Joe Singh. He listened to our wish list, took us out to test drive several cars, and helped us narrow it down to our final choice. We didn t even have to go compare at another dealership; thanks to their no-haggling process, buying the new car with Joe was a snap! He walked us through all the paperwork and made sure we understood everything. I highly recommend seeing Joe for your next car purchase!

This is a dealer that will go the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of. Their Customer Relations Manager Andrea is amazing. If you have a problem, contact her. She truly cares about making sure you are taken care of. I bought a used car with a problem that did not show up until I had already left. She worked to make sure I was covered and the problem was resolved.
I am happy with the car I purchased and the value I received.

In October of 2016, I took my Prius C in for its final "under warranty" service. I was told that the air filters had to be changed, but this was not covered under the warranty. I complained and ended up, in a huff, telling them that I didn't want the air filters exchanged. Last week I brought the car in for a service and suggested that the air filters would definitely need replacing. They said they would check. 30 mins later my car was ready and when I queried them, they told me the air filters were fine! I told them I had been told 6 months earlier they needed replacing. They offered to show me that while there was wear on the filters, they were okay. Which means at the appointment 6 months earlier, they were planning on scamming me to buy new air filters I didn't need. Anyone got a suggestion of where I can get my car serviced by honest people?

I've been servicing my 1997 Rav4 with this place for years, and they've always provided good, prompt service. I had them do both larger repairs (an oil leak, a transmission fluid leak) and routine maintenance and everything they fixed pretty much stayed fixed -- I think they deserve some of the credit for my car lasting such a long time.

Just recently I bought a new car from the dealership, and I had a good experience there too. I was prepared to haggle over price and options, and to quote the dealer invoice price from various websites, and to resist their offers to sell useless high-priced add-on options, and to stay focused despite efforts to get me to buy some car, any car as long as it was from them. Instead, they were completely open about what they were making off the sale (it matched my research, so I don't think it was just a ploy) they didn't try to sell me on any "special" options, and they were actually very helpful in educating me about what cars were most likely to meet our needs and which ones were not at all likely to work for us. I really got the impression that they were working to help their customers rather than take advantage of them.

We have been very happy with the service/maintenance at Toyota of Seattle, which we use for our other vehicle, and the recent experience buying a car there was equally fantastic. I had the pleasure of working with Tony Nguyen throughout the purchasing process. He was knowledgeable, he listened to my questions and addressed my concerns, and he did not try to pressure me into making a purchase. Tony offered to deliver the vehicle to my home, and did so during the recent snow storm. I highly recommend Toyota of Seattle and Tony Nguyen for your next purchase.

DO NOT GO HERE TO SERVICE YOUR VEHICLE. Despite the poor recommendation I had received regarding Toyota of Seattle from a work colleague, I thought I would give them a chance. Big mistake. I was incredibly disappointed with my experience with them earlier this month. I brought my vehicle in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. Following the appointment, I discovered footage on my dashboard camera that demonstrated #1 a garage door closing on the hood of my car and #2 a mechanic colliding into the front of my vehicle. These incidents caused dents and scratches to my vehicle. The service adviser was not honest and did not inform me of these errors that were made. Toyota of Seattle does not treat your vehicle with respect and is deceitful by omission. I strongly caution customers against using the services that Toyota of Seattle provides.

After signing I walked out to my brand new highlander and the 3rd row seat was broken and wouldn't go down. The door also chatters like it is loose whenever driven. After taking it to this dealership 14 times to try to get it fixed I finally asked them to repurchase my car. What do they offer me? Kelly Blue Book trade in value (!?) and a new vehicle at slightly under MSRP and obviously a much higher payment. Despite all the promises of customer satisfaction when it came down to it all this dealership and their management were only interested in making MORE profit off of a customer who had patiently waited for months for them to remedy flaws in a new car that litterally was broken before it was even driven off of the lot. Couldn't be more disappointed in a lack of actually standing behind their cars and being honorable when they couldn't fix manufacturing flaws in a vehicle they sold.

****DO NOT BUY USED CARS FROM TOYOTA OF SEATTLE***...

****DO NOT BUY USED CARS FROM TOYOTA OF SEATTLE**** Toyota of Seattle sold me a used car in TERRIBLE mechanical shape. I test drove it, it was fine. I asked the sales man what kind of check they had done, and he said they did a "x point inspection" and found nothing wrong. Lies! I thought, an OEM dealership selling their own used car, the car should be in good shape. I've owned the car for two months, have driven it to/from the park and ride two blocks away from my house. Not much else. And now that I get an oil change at Toyota of Kirkland, they inform me the axle boots are torn, the joints are seized, and the axles must be replaced. No way that happened in the two months I've owned the car. DO NOT buy a used car from Toyota of Seattle unless you get a thorough mechanical inspection from a third party. I'm now out $3,000 parts and labor... on top of what I paid for the car with the issues that Toyota of Seattle failed to disclose. Toyota of Seattle does not fix issues with used cars, sells them as having gone through inspection, in order to maximize profit from the backs of hard working Americans.

Trevor is the best service advisor!! Earlier experiences with other advisors were somewhat rocky, but have consistently used Trevor lately with excellent results. He is knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and makes an extra effort to deliver the best possible service, keeping me informed of my options and providing timely updates. He is the personification of excellent customer service!

This was such a great experience with the representative CK. Her calm and inviting demeanor is what makes customer service great to myself and my family. CK was not over bearing in any way. CK was genuinely trying to accomidate my family with all of the requirements I had for a new car while trying to make sure it was not only in our budget but meeting all of our expectations.

I appreciate CK's commitment to customer service and this experience definately makes me commited to Toyota and how they react with their customers. Thank you for including my young son in all the conversations as well which truly made this a family car buying experience!

I recently purchased a 2017 Toyota Corolla from Toyota of Seattle. I was very pleased with the sales process. C.K. was very friendly and went out of her way to find the answers to all my questions. I also appreciated the One Price policy. It definitely alleviates a lot of the stress of buying a car.

What a great experience. We have shopped around but found the experience with Tony Nguyen, or salesman, a very rewarding experience. I'm a 70 year old techy nerd who likes gadgets. He explained them to me on a way that wasn't talking down to a senior. We got what we wanted. Excellent.

We visited Toyota of Seattle on a whim yesterday to look at a 2018 Tundra. Joseph sat us down explained the no dicker sticker. We test drove the truck, signed out the door for $56,000 and had not one hesitation.
Joseph was very professional and fun to work with. The dealership didnt play games and gave an extended 7 yr total bonus you wouldn't get elsewhere.
I fell in love with a Rav4 in the showroom and I'm positive when the time comes we will head back to Toyota of Seattle and we sure hope to see Joseph ready to make spending money so painless.
Kudos TOS, job well done!

I have had my car serviced here twice and both times I have been impressed with the experience. I dropped my car off in the morning and the courtesy shuttle dropped me off at work. The service manager at my last appointment, Hiep Nguyen, stayed in close contact through the day via text message about the status of the repairs, and gave me detailed (and accurate) estimates of the work required to fix the additional issues that came up, and got my approval for additional work that needed to be done. He worked hard to get me the best deal on the regular service and to keep the cost of the other repairs within the estimates.
The first time I brought my car in for service, I had been told by another mechanic that I needed to do some major maintenance. Toyota of Seattle could have just kept quiet and performed the service, but they instead gave me a more accurate estimate of when I would need to have it done (in another year).
While it's never fun to pay for new brakes, or other normal car repairs, I am able to relax and trust that Toyota of Seattle will be honest and fair, and do quality work while keeping me informed throughout the process. I would highly recommend this dealership for maintenance and repairs.

Bought a certified used car from Gabriel Guerrero at Toyota of Seattle today. Painless! There was no haggling needed, the car was a great price. Gabriel was super helpful, taking videos of the car we were interested in and emailing them to us. The sales manager and financial manager were very helpful in getting us out the door in a timely manner. No unnecessary waiting around. This was an enjoyable experience and I would highly recommend Toyota of Seattle to anyone in the market for a new car.
Thank you Gabriel!

Took my car in for air bag replacement recall. They had to order the parts which took them a couple of weeks or so to get, something that the recall letter mentioned may occur. Got my car in and out really fast, and got my oil change while I was at it. The guy gave me a 10% discount on my oil change without me even asking about it. Plus, the manager gave me a call today to see how everything went. Overall, a good experience

The customer service I received was great, BJ was very thorough and quick to communicate and the only reason you got the 2 stars. My service was very disappointing though, the front of my car had grime, scuffs and scratches on the front and headlight including an oily hand print on the hood. The brake replacement recommendations were incorrect Front vs Rear needing replacement, and a leaking CV boot was missed on "inspection" that was quickly noticed and pointed out by another shop that verified the mistake in brake recommendations. I have never had issues here before, or at least no issues that I knew of... I would highly recommend a second opinion before you get any work done here. I understand people are human, but this is too many mistakes when you paid $500 in labor for some fluid flushes and "inspections"...

I could not be more disappointed in Toyota of Seattle service dept. I received a letter for my 1 year old highlander informing me there was a SAFETY recall and I needed to make an appointment to have the recall work done.

In response to this letter, I called Toyota of Seattle (as instructed) and made an appointment to get my recall work done.

On the day of my appointment I arrived to find that the part required for the recall work was not in stock and needed to be ordered. I was then told by the service agents that I needed to tell Toyota to order the parts when scheduling a recall appointment! What??

Lastly, they told me they would call me when the part arrived to get me on the schedule for a 2nd time. It s been 3 weeks and I ve never been called. When I call them, it just rings and then goes to voicemail.

I still have a SAFETY recall problem with my 1 year old highlander!

Do NOT buy your car here and expect to receive high a quality service experience!

Absolutely solid experience from beginning to end. I'd like to thank Issac Ortiz. Give him a shout if you're looking for a Toyota. Unlike a number of other dealerships in the area, Isaac was able to find me what I wanted vs. compromising on my "must haves." I had done a lot of research and out reach with dealerships across the region, so I came to the table with a lot of "competitive" options locked in, and ready to crush it when negotiating the price. Isaac beat out everyone else - no need for negotiations. Summary: He made the experience quick, hassle-free, and easy.

No hassle, easy process. CK was helpful, didn't push a sales agenda, and was very patient with our decision-making process. We shopped around; hands down, a much better user experience than we experienced with their competition.

Toyota of Seattle has provided very good service for my 2005 Sienna. They are polite, knowledgeable, and good about explaining repairs or maintenance issues if you ask. They are good about informing you of work to be done and the costs before they do the work. They're good about telling you when the work will be done and then getting it done by then. They will provide you shuttle service if you don't want to wait. Their waiting room has wi-fi and a large-screen TV and is reasonably comfortable. They are probably not the cheapest place to get work done, but I have found them to be really good to deal with. They do listen to the customer and are very good about responding to any issues.

The sales people start behaving extremely unhelpful as soon as I said I do not want to get a new car after my lease ends. They made me run 3 times for silly reasons before ending lease. The sales person said "let me have some one else help you"
They say they have no relations with Toyota Financials and hence they can not check anything. I have to wait for 30 mins on call to get hold of Toyota financials.

Having moved her from ND I was hesitant about the customer service I would receive from such a large dealership and service center. I was so surprised at how amazing everyone is at Toyota of Seattle, it felt like I was in my hometown with nicer people. Steve did an amazing job of ensuring I understood everything and I understand why I see so many vehicles from this location on the road. Thank you for everything! Every employee was fantastic and seemed to enjoy what they were doing it was impressive.

I've always had mostly good experiences whenever I get my car serviced. But as of lately, the experiences have been fantastic. Everyone I interact with here are very helpful, courteous, chill, and even funny. My most recent interaction here was Lindsey, Kevin, and Josh. They were all of the things I mentioned earlier and they were able to get my car maintenance and etc. done quick and easy. I was in and out within an hour. Never had a bad experience here!

I had very very disappointed and disgusting experience with this place ,the sales person named David is worst in all.If possible record your conversations at this place because they will give you false promises just to sell their cars. There should be a strict legal actions for wrong promises and for activities behind your back.

Very helpful sales person. Tried to find out the answers to hard questions for us when she didnt know. Hooked it up so we could try a test drive with a car seat. Sadly we didn't end up working out a deal for the vehicle. Would check here again if they have a vehicle I am interested in.

Very pleasant sales experience. Friendly, knowledgeable, service oriented sales people. Easy to get to, plenty of parking. Didn't get the high pressure pitch. Couldn't have been better. I highly recommend Toyota of Seattle!

I did not end up buying a used car from this dealership but I had a very positive experience. It is a no-haggle dealership, and some cars are within the KBB fair market range. Most notably, the people I met with were never pushy or greasy. I was able to test drive a few cars, and left to think about it. Nobody blew up my phone after I left. They were always respectful during the 2 months I was intermittently in contact with them. I was looking for an older CRV or RAV 4 AWD with less than 100K miles, 1 owner, no accidents, clean title. Cari kept tabs and would notify me when something came up with my criteria. If/when I need another car, this dealership is on my short list of places to get in contact with.
