I bought a new 2015 Honda CRV that has been such a disappointment. It vibrates to the point my coffee shakes in its cup holder and it feels like my seat is a massage chair on vibrate. There was a recall on the vehicle by Honda to address the issue, there was a time limit or mileage limit in order to qualify. Adam Yamamoto was so difficult to work with. He flat out denied knowing about the issue, and while I do not expect him to be aware of every possible recall, as the manager I do expect him to inform himself in a timely manner. He refused. He would find excuses to not be able to help and would repeatedly say he never heard of such a problem or recall. I ended up emailing him the direct link and he was still abrasive and such a pain to deal with. I do not know how he ended up managing a service department.
