Update: I didn't get information about my 'honda care" cancelation from the dealership. Instead called the financial honda services company directly and they had the information I needed.

Once you buy the car, they don't care.

I bought a car and the "Honda Care" stuff with them. I wasn't happy with Honda Care because I thought it was not worth it, and when I tried to cancel it, they made it difficult.

Let me elaborate: I went in person to cancel the product early this month, and when I left I was told it was all taken care of. After 2 weeks of having no news from them, and not being refunded, I went in back again in person. The strange/shady thing is that there was a new person in the same office where I had spoken to someone before. She said the other person had moved to the Toyota dealership, and that she had taken his place. She said she would sort out what had happened to my cancellation and get to me within two days. But she hasn't and I am tired of wasting my time doing this. I'm afraid this is going to be a long process and a waist of time. I'm hoping that perhaps by posting this here, they'll pay more attention to my request and I spend less time dealing with it.

I'll update post as the process of cancelation evolves.

Update: I got to cancel the plan and it was quite easy once I went in person to the dealership. I decided to go to the Bellevue dealership, and now I go to the Lynwood dealership, that's my favorite of the three.
