I'm writing this review sitting in the swanky, new waiting room of Honda Seattle's service department and sure do miss the old downtown location. If I could have given a zero rating, I would have. Not only is the new location way less convenient, it's outrageously slow. It's 3:55 pm and I'm still waiting to be checked in for my 3:00 appointment. In the waiting room, I counted 10 other, equally unhappy customers. I have two Hondas and have used Honda Seattle for ALL my service over the last five years. Barring a miraculous change in the direction my experience is heading today, I'll likely be searching for somewhere else to have my vehicles serviced in the future. It's a shame that they spent all this $$ on a brand-new location that was supposedly going to improve the capacity and throughput of service. It's tragically worse than the old location and I would not recommend taking your Honda here.
