Adam Yamoto inherited an unresolved issue of our 5th family Honda vehicle that had been transported to WA. The NC dealer had failed to find the problem after 4 visits over a two year period! Honda of Seattle found the problem and had it fixed and ready in just two days! Mr Yamoto went well beyond what anyone would have given, displaying the highest level of integrity, honor and respect. I may never met this man, but his deeds will be long remembered and his praises sung.
