I worked with Kyle Patterson and he was super wonderful. He was very thorough - making sure I understood the details of everything from how the shuttle works to what each of the suggested repairs to my car entailed. He didn't fight me on which repairs I did and didn't want to make, and my car has been working swimmingly ever since my visit!
