Best experience I have ever had purchasing a car by far. I had been taking my Pilot here for service and always had a great experience, so when the time came to get a new car we decided to go to Honda of Seattle. The whole transaction could not have been easier. Our sales manager, Timur, was wonderful. I felt like I got a good deal and was treated well. Highly recommend this dealership-and Timur.

Came into Honda of Seattle about a month ago to begin looking at returning a leased Honda and purchasing a new Accord Hybrid. Met Dawson (and Mike) on our first visit, and Dawson spent a good chunk of time helping us understand the process (it had been our first lease, and a lot was fuzzy). The one price approach took a lot of the pressure off, although it s frustrating that Honda Financial (not the dealer) won t offer the lower interest rates on the hybrids that they do on the regular accords. After a test drive, some initial review of options, and further conversation, we went home to look at a few other cars as well as financing options. We got a better deal from USAA for the financing, but that worked smoothly with the dealership. Very low pressure across the board a bit of a push to consider the handful of add-ons related to service contracts, etc., but much more chill than any other dealer I ve ever purchased from. Great staff, far above-average environment, although a bit more Adele on the radio than necessary. Thanks, Dawson, for making it a great car-buying experience!

I brought my Honda Fit here for a maintenance inspection. I was told that a splash shield was missing from beneath the engine and that it could be replaced for $200. I asked for the part number, looked it up, and found that the splash shield was in fact still present on the underside of my car. I called and asked if there could have been a mistake, but was told that the file was "closed" so they couldn't help me. I took the car to a local mechanic just to make sure that there was not some other related part missing, and he assured me that there was not. This cost me a lot of time and frustration; I will never take a vehicle to this service center again.

Extremely helpful in the process of leasing my new car. Matthew understood what I was looking for and helped me through the process as quickly and painlessly as possible. Will definitely return when it's time to purchase another vehicle.

My partner and I had a wonderful experience at Honda Sodo! Product specialist Jonathan H. and sales manager Mike C. were very helpful throughout the whole process and made it as smooth as can be. The services we received were very professional and we never felt pressured into buying something we didn t want or need. We finalized the transaction with finance manager Christine T. and left with the perfect fit! Would definitely go back to this dealership!

I've been to many car dealerships and changed cars numerous times. But this is the best dealership I've ever been to. They're fast, honest, organized and not pushy. I bought a certified pre-owned 2017 Honda Civic from them and had no complaints at all.

Very helpful team! Walked in for a tire pressure warning check up on a Sunday afternoon when all techicians were already gone. Yet, they were still able to find ways to help and fix the problem.

I went to get a standard oil change at this Honda dealership. Everyone I interacted with was very nice. The free shuttle service was great as well. Unfortunately they told me that my oil pan had to be replaced because the drain plug was stripped and welded shut- that they weren't able to change the oil until this was done. They quoted me a price of $920. I went to a privately owned car repair shop for a second opinion and they were able to get the drain plug out and changed my oil without any issue. The new plug costed me $5. $920 compared to $5 and honest service... I'll take my chances elsewhere so I don't get scammed by some big corp.

BEWARE! SCAMMERS! Brought the car in for the airbag recall and setting up the appointment was easy enough. Upon pickup, however, they tried to claim multiple repairs were "critical," totaling roughly $4,000. They even went so far as make us sign a waiver before taking the car back. What they didn't know, however, was we had the car fully serviced a few months before. Not only that, today, the same day I'm writing this, I had the parts checked out again from a different repair shop just to be *extra* sure there wasn't something amiss - everything came back fine.

So, lesson learned - these guys totally tried to pull one over on us! Use caution when using them for your service needs - both in AND out of warranty, apparently!

1st time experience here and very impressed with their service. Car brought in to be diagnosed and serviced. Kyle took the time to explain the process, costs, and then set me up with a ride. Making this my new default car place.

The service department is exceptionally great. They are welcoming and make it sure to attend to you as quick as possible. Kudos to that.

We recently bought a new car and the sales and finance department was hella great. Quick to reply to e-mails and made sure no hassle will be encountered thru the process.

BUT WE WERE WRONG. Soon after the car has been purchased, it seems like the sales and financial department has been rude and demanding to us. No replies to our e-mails, and very unprofessional if ever we receive an e-mail. (Like once in two blue moons.)

I'd recommend the sales and finance team before and through the purchase process. But sad to say their customer relations after the purchase is poor. Just unacceptable considering we are customers who pay.

Two thumbs up at the start, three thumbs down after.

Has no knowledge about hybrid battery issues they just want you to change it I pay them to test the battery and they just pull out the codes and telling me need to replace the battery which is we already test the battery and it s in good condition you can t talk with anybody about it because they know that you are right and you don t have to replace the battery they are just telling me that they are busy he s on meeting don t come here to fix and diagnose your car you will be ending paying for nothing and fixing whatever you don t need to front desk has no knowledge about anything and they are rude there was a lady her name is ANNA she s screaming at me and pulling the paperwork from my hand I was scared that she was almost gonna punch me what the hell what kind of dealer is this has no respect for customers has no knowledge about hybrid systems don t waste your time and money it s not worth it other thing is how come car is 6000 dollar and the battery is 4000 it s funny and as you can see they just making money on you with replacing that what you don t have to!. I will take them to the court for this have same problem contact with me we can all do this together!..

I was sold a 2009 Honda Pilot by Honda of Kirkland...

I was sold a 2009 Honda Pilot by Honda of Kirkland in 2009 with only 9,000 miles on it. Loved the car. Sadly I later discovered it burned oil. Thought I was being smart buying used car and avoiding depreciation hit but eventually realized I was the greater fool, as clearly owner #1 returned the car after less than 1 year of owning it, with only 9,000 miles on odometer when he realized it was burning oil.

Years later, I found out that there was a known issue in Honda Pilots for model year 2009-2011 where they burn oil. Honda of Seattle maintained my vehicle for YEARS, often alerting me that I was coming in to an oil change 1 to 2 qts low, but they NEVER alerted me to the KNOWN ISSUE. After continued check engine and oil pressure sensor lights coming on, I was told to replace the oil pressure sensors for several hundred dollars. With YEARS of continued issues, I finally went to a trusted local non-Honda mechanic. He mentioned to me that this OIL BURNING was a known issue, and rather than take my money, he told me I should go back to Honda and ask about warranty coverage. I did. They told me I should call Honda of America and plead my case. I did. They gave me a case number and told me I was eligible to have engine rebuilt if need be to resolve this known issue. I went to Honda of Seattle armed with this info and case number. They said first step was to reprogram the engine software, and see if that would resolve the oil burning issue (my mechanic rolled his eyes at the concept of software being able to resolve a mechanical, valve leaking oil burning disaster). I went back to Honda of Seattle to have work done and sure enough, software update did not resolve. They said we could move to phase two...phase 2 was that I could get fresh oil change, and then drive 1,000 miles to see if Vehicle burned more than 2 qts of oil. In 1,000 miles. You read that correctly.

Months later, I traded vehicle in for a new 2017 Honda Pilot. I know. Someone out there is living my nightmare now. But how is that not on Honda?

Two things-

1] Why did Honda dealer, Honda of Seattle, not tell me about this known issue for the 6+ years I had the burning oil issue and was getting serviced by them? Shame on you Honda of Seattle.

2] Why does an engine, built in 2009, need to burn 2qts of oil over 1,000 miles to be eligible to be fixed under warranty. Honda, as an owner of a '79 Civic, a '94 Accord, an '09 Pilot and '17 Pilot - plus several great lawn mowers and pressure washers, this takes the shine off of your damn near perfect reputation for me. Shame on you Honda of America.

I hope the many folks who share this experience end up with a better outcome than I did.

Honda of Seattle really treated me well. And when we were negotiating the price they did not try to shift their profit around to some other part of the deal and frustrate me: like most dealer's do.

Instead, they genuinely gave up some of their profit in order to close a deal. If you go there please see Danon. He was the best negotiator: clear, honest, compromising but clear and firm, and not wasting my time with nonsense or hyperbole.

This was my best experience every when buying a car. This juxtaposes to the horrible experience I had with some of the other dealers in the Seattle area.

The best ever Service Advisor is here at this Seattle location: Michael Stokes! He has been helping us with our Hondas for the last 15 yrs or so, and he is EXCELLENT!!! Straight forward, honest and real. I dont know what we would do without Michael, we truly appreciate him!!!

Nice new location too, and also a separate shout out to the Sales Associate Francisco who assisted us with purchasing a new vehicle. He was very straightforward and not "fake" like some are, which was very much appreciated!!

I brought my car in to get a mechanical noise diagnosed. Hiep in the service department absolutely bent over backwards to fix the noise, and ensure an excellent customer service experience. Honda of Seattle has won both my confidence and future business.

Quick, helpful and efficient! Donika Delabar was my Service Consultant at Honda of Seattle. She was wonderful and easy to connect with as I had my infant daughter with me when I arrived. She provided me accurate time updates throughout my appointment. Donika also offered candid advice on the recommended services needed for my vehicle with approximate times so I could make an informed decision of which to perform during my visit based on my schedule. Thanks for a great visit!

Friendly and efficient check-in procedures. Shuttle to and from our condo is very helpful (we live in U District). Work done efficiently without pressure to approved 'recommended' but not 'required' work.

HONDA DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR ENGINES!!

HONDA DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR ENGINES!!
This is not a review of Honda of Seattle exactly, but rather a review of HONDA corporation. I will never buy another Honda and plan to post about my issue as widely as possible to ensure that HONDA realizes that its POOR PRODUCT has absolutely guaranteed that I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER HONDA.
We have a 2009 Honda Accord. In 2012, the engine started burning oil and eventually, HONDA replaced the engine at their expense because of a known manufacturing defect.
Now, LESS THAN 3 years later, the NEW engine has an issue BUT since the CAR is more than 5 years old, there is no warranty on the the new-ish engine.
It is shocking to me that HONDA DOES NOT STAND BEHIND ITS ENGINE. Instead I am asked to shell out ~$1725 just to have the dealer take the engine apart to figure out what is wrong and probably more $$ to fix it. Honda may or may not assist with the price, depending on the outcome and most certainly, I was assured will not cover 100% of cost of any problem even though the engine is less than 3 years old and I have driven only ~30,000 miles

HONDA of SEATTLE is towing the line that this is the process because the car is more than 5 years old. So...... HONDA CORPORATION - IT IS UP TO YOU TO STAND UP AND DO THE RIGHT THING

First time buying from Honda of Seattle.

First time buying from Honda of Seattle.

A fantastic first experience. The people go out of their way to make this an easy-as-possible buying experience. They ve got a world-class facility too which was neat to see. I had made an appointment with Honda of Seattle with the expectation of a valuing a potential trade-in, and we ended up leaving with a new car. Happy with our purchase.

I called to make an appointment late on the same day on a Saturday, and Dawson was our point of contact. He really accommodated us throughout the whole experience, from appointment to trade in value to test drives, to financing; all with knowledge and patience.
As the appointment was made later in the day and the initial prospect was not necessarily to buy that same day, Dawson and crew (shout out to Christine and Mike) all stayed later to ensure the buying/financing process was as smooth and comprehensive as possible.

Cherry on top - Mike helped us after the first visit get the best deal for our financing situation.

Found the ride we wanted and called ... Steven answered and from the first call, to every call text and email, through driving off the lot, we were treated to wonderfully professional and timely service.

The entire experience was digital - trade-in value, financing, signing - except for picking up the new car.

There s not much that s easy right now, but Steven made our experience with Honda of Seattle seamless, SAFE, and simple.
