I called to reschedule service appointment today in the morning. The person I spoke to named Olivia was very rude. She said I can't drop my car before service time. I talked to her nicely that I was suggested by the person who scheduled the 1st appointment for me that I can drop my car a few hours before the service in case I have to go to work. She said with unpleasant voice that if I want to do that I just bring my car. She didn't say anything to confirm the appointment. I asked her what time should I bring my car. She said if I want to bring the car at 8 bring it at 8. That is not enough confirmation. So I said if she said so I would like to cancel the appointment and call again to get someone to help me. She said ok she will go ahead and cancel it.

If I'm not allowed to drop my car head of time I'm happy to reschedule for another time. I'm just not happy with the way she talked to me. Very disappointed! I thought Honda had customer service standard!
