I went in the other day asking various questions about some parts that may be necessary to be replaced on my car and wound up talking to Tim Tam, long story short he eas incredibly knowledgeable and found out that we share a common passion for drifting. Great member to have on the team and deffinetly will be going back to him for any parts that I may need.

We went in to Honda of Seattle recently to look at a car we saw on TrueCar, and the salesman we talked to was Timur Malcok. Our experience was awful. When we first walked into the show room, he greeted the Honda rep who entered at the same time as us. He did not acknowledge us for the first 2 minutes, even though we standing right in front of him. After he finally stopped BSing with the Honda rep, he asked why we were there, so we told him. He took us up to the cars we were interested in, and talked down about other dealerships we had visited. While showing us the car he asked what prices we had been quoted at elsewhere, and then proceeded to laugh in our faces and told us we were wrong. Not wanting to deal with his rudeness, we told him we were done and wanted to do some more research at home. He asked why we would even bother doing that.

Luckily, there are 3 Honda dealerships with the same cars within 30 minutes so we didn't have to give our money to this jerk.

If you are in the market for a Honda, go to Lynnwood Honda instead.

I leased my vehicle this past weekend and Nikko was the product specialist that helped me and my wife. Overall, it was a fantastic experience from beginning to end. Nikko was super friendly and responsive. we had a test drive, and he explained everything in a detailed and efficient manner. At the end of it all, he understood my budget and gave me a deal/offer that was very reasonable. No haggling, no back and forth, and no pressure.

The next step with finance with Melanie was also easy. No pressure to purchase anything I didnt need.

Overall, I appreciate the staff, the product selection, and the overall efficiency of it all. I felt comfortable at the dealership and if I decide to stay with honda for my future vehicles, I would think of Honda of Seattle first!

I came in and I had an idea of what I thought I wanted but after a couple of test drives, I realized that what I thought I wanted was what I ACTUALLY wanted. Gareth was patient, well informed, and TRANSPARENT while helping me shop for cars. I even managed to find the car I actually ACTUALLY wanted. YAY GARETH!

Steven with Honda of Seattle helped us get into an amazing Honda Pilot. Absolutely wonderful no pressure salesperson. He was very responsive when we drove a vehicle and than left to do some other test drives and super responsive when we came back. He never once made us feel pressured or like he was giving a lot of fluff information. It was a relaxed environment working with him we drove a couple of cars and he gave us time and space to talk to each other and really understand all that was going into this purchase. I would 100% go back and work with him again for any car buying needs. We saw several car salesman this day and he was buy far the BEST to work with and the reason we ended up purchasing from Honda of Seattle!

Service almost charged me for tire rotation but tires were still in same place, double check before you leave.
And they still took almost 2 hours for just an oil change.
Also no military discounts, no courtesy outside car wash offered

I came in to get a tune up on my car, and on a whim decided to look at new vehicles. I worked with Mark who was patient, informed, and organized. Ended up getting a great deal on a car and couldn t be more thrilled with the service.

Summary of our last 3 service experiences:
1. Yesterday took our "as-new" 2015 Accord in for an oil change. Vehicle has less than 12K miles and runs perfectly. Service dept. suggested we authorize them to dis-assemble the brakes to inspect and lubricate "as a precaution", and at our expense. We declined. Got the car back with a report that it runs perfectly, needs nothing.
2. Called to ask about a tune-up for our 2004 CRV, which has 215K miles, but also runs fine. Was inquiring about cost, and which services would be included. Told over the phone by service rep that they recommended replacing the head gasket as a precaution.
3. Took our 2004 4-runner in for detailing. Has 112K miles and is pristine. Was told that, due to a minor (ie not dripping) oil leak, they recommended having the engine dis-assembled (due to poor access) and a gasket replaced, which they quoted at $2,600 + tax. Car uses no oil between changes and runs perfectly. Declined, hand-snugged 2 bolts where leaking. Car continues to run perfectly with no oil leak or use

Conclusion: They seem to do good work, but they consistently use service specials as an opportunity to churn for expensive work which is not indicated or needed. In reading through the reviews this seems to be a consistent business practice of theirs. Who has heard of tearing down the brakes on a new car "as a precaution"??? I wonder how many folks waste their hard-earned money for these unnecessary items because Honda of Seattle talks them into it? I don't like this kind of business practice. RESPONSE TO OWNER'S REPLY BELOW: I'm looking at the printed quote for $2,600 for preventative gasket replacement on the 4 Runner right now. The other items aren't in my documentation because I refused to have the work performed as it was not necessary. Dis-assemble the brakes on a brand new car (under 15K miles)??? Funny how many of your other customers post similar reviews, describing expensive service recommendations on the heels of routine maintenance? I'm happy to pay for dealer service for necessary maintenance and repairs, but don't like being gamed.

I had just gotten a new alternator on my 15 year old element. 2 weeks later I had a warning light come on and I was ready to be mad and forced into paying more money. I drove in and dropped it off. A few hours later I was told it was an issue with my seatbelt. No charge for the diagnosis, no charge for the service. I was ready to pay and would not have known any better if they charged me. I am so happy that they were honest gave me great advice and help at NO CHARGE. It is great to deal with a place you trust and does great work. A++++++

My experience test driving and ultimately purchasing a Honda Fit from CJ Berg was efficient and enjoyable from beginning to end. He really went above and beyond, sending me a video of the car before I came in to give it a test drive, and fully explaining all of my options without being pushy or overbearing. I walked away feeling very knowledgeable about my new vehicle, and highly satisfied with my purchase. Aaron at the Service Desk was very helpful in explaining my that my fiance's Honda actually didn't need an oil change. He explained that its best to follow the cars computer for the oil change instead of the projected date on the sticker. Also, he was able to coordinate with a mechanic to have my front license plate re-attached (it was torn off in a garage) to the bumber with 15 mins! Great service!

Just leased a car at this dealership and was very satisfied with my experience! Never have I encountered a one-price policy at a dealership; it makes the process so much easier and hassle-free. I visited two other dealerships and had to negotiate a lot, and this is still the cheapest price I found. I've been helped by both Matt and Chris and they were very accommodating and not pushy at all. Apparently they do not earn commission, but are paid based on the number of people they help. I look forward to working with this team throughout my lease.

Buying a Car was easy, but absolutely NO help after.
My temporary "plates" expire in a few days and over the last two weeks I have called 3 times trying to track them down. Each time I get the same hand full of lines; "oh let me look/ any other names/ someone else is charge of that & they will give you a call back." Never received a call back or any other confirmation of my calls.
I finally just showed up at the dealership asked about my plates. 6 employees traded glances and could not track them down. I was told they were in the mail... but with no clarification or dates. I am just going to the DMV tomorrow and getting replacement plates because I am down to the final days and I have ZERO confidence they will be sent on time.

Once your money is out of your pocket they will not help you! Good luck.

Had some issues with tires on with a purchased used car and I was very upset! Wrote a review and Honda got back to me so quickly. They invited me in to talk and see what they could do and I couldn't have left happier. They helped us out, gave us a better explain and really set the standard of their business model. I am grateful for their willingness to help and would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to purchase a car in Seattle!

After i bought the car, i noticed my tires felt really cheap. Don;t buy from these guys ever! They put unreliable tires on their used cars. Update after just buying a car here on Saturday. Couldn't have been happier with our experience with Matt. He's a real dude and we dig that - rough around the edges but clearly very genuine. Also I cannot believe how much detail he knows about every single vehicle. He has obviously been doing this for a long time, and was able to very clearly explain details and the process with the trade-in/purchase. I have to trade in a lease at the Lynnwood Honda in a year and I am going to go out of my way to figure out if there's a way I can trade it in to get my next vehicle at Honda Seattle through Matt.

Always really good quality work, and fast and friendly service. I came in for an oil change before work and there was a misunderstanding on the phone when making the appt. I thought that it would take a half hour when it actually would take 45-60 minutes. They were so friendly and apologetic (immediately accepting responsibility when of course there's a chance I'm a dummy and misunderstood something), and did everything they could to get it finished within a half hour. Sitting here in the waiting area in a better mood today because everyone was so nice and worked hard to fix an alleged mistake.

I always get my Honda CRV serviced here. The service crew always exceeds my expectations. Shout out to Kyle! He let me know I was nearing the time to get ready to purchase new tires, and gave me the specific details I would need. This helped a lot with my budgeting for maintenance coasts. He also pulled a quote to get a trailer hitch installed, which I had mentioned in passing as I was checking in. He is Fast, efficient, friendly and has great follow through.

Service department staff is very responsive and professional. We brought in our Civic to have something looked at under warranty and there was a question on whether some bumper damaged happened at the dealer. Kyle Patterson and Adam Yamamoto helped us figure out what was going on and were very accommodating with showing us the security footage to ensure that we got the answers we needed. The entire experience was handled with the upmost professionalism and we felt that we were heard and treated fairly. They even went as far as giving us referrals for auto body shops to repair the damage that wasn't the dealers fault at all. I continue to be impressed with this service department.

Definitely a bit torn about Honda. The sales team is great, and super nice. But I don t really feel taken care of by them. People spend thousands of dollars here for their vehicles, but I had to go and spend extra money to get my tire locks broken since Honda didn t provide me with a key or offer to buy me a new one. My tires also needed replaced after one year of having my car, glad I knew this when I purchased. There s an extra $500 I had to spend for new tires after a year. Just really disappointed in the lack of help and willingness to maybe take care of me extra, after we spend 15k on a car.

I was very unsure of the whole process, but the sales agent Matthew really helped me understand everything clearly and with no pressure. I desperately wanted a CR-V Hybrid in white color with an ivory interior and that's a rare combo to find out there, a specially with leather interior. They didn't have such combo on the lot but still CJ and Mike, awesome fella too, by the way, they managed to find me the car and deliver it in a short time. We had our old Honda serviced many times by Rod and just think he's the greatest. He is super nice and helpful. He gets to the bottom of problems, explains them well and takes great care of us. We felt well valued even in our old 2005 Accord Wagon.
When it came time to replace our car we were very close to buying a Subaru but we new it would be hard for any service department to match the way Rod and Honda of Seattle takes care of us. That tipped our decision. We have a used CR-V now and get to stick with the service department we love!

I came in to get my airbags replaced on a recall, and when I left my check engine light was on. Called back and set an appointment to find out what that was about, only to have an employee named Arvin Marino tell me that it'll cost $90 to find out what's wrong. I explained calmly that the light came on after they worked on it, only to have him interrupt me, look away and wave his hand with a very unprofessional, "that's not our fault." I'm shocked, considering all they need to do is plug a computer in to see, and considering I was JUST here. Furthermore, when I called in concerned about the light, someone could have warned me of the $90 cost of coming in. This is horrible customer service. If you must bring your car in to this dealership, at least get help from someone OTHER than Marino.

He was respectful, played well with my husband's sense of humor, and kept in touch with us. In full disclosure, we ended up not purchasing there only because we were looking for a specific used car, and found it elsewhere first. When I went in they pitched they were different as had "gotten rid of negotiating" a d they show "their bottom price" on the sticker. That being said, at the end of my test drive the sale person sat me down and asked me "what can we do to get you in a car today."

What happened to the no negotiating and showing the bottom price? I'd rather they just be true to what they are and forgoe the false pretenses. Its dishonest to advertise one thing and turn around and do something else. Not to mention it leaves me very confused...

RIP OFF RIP OFF RIP OFF: I was out of town for 3 weeks and my car would not start, i called Honda of Seattle and got referred to Lang towing. I explained the situation my car was in a covered garage in my apartment building the tow truck driver showed up jump starts my car and it started they ended up charging me $ 150.00 to jump my car, I was shocked i asked him why so much and I could barley understand the guy because he spoke little English, he was on the phone with somebody at his office, then he came back and took the keys and said if you don't pay you cant take your car. this is nothing but rip off and extortion, he totally took advantage of my situation. I will never use Honda of Seattle and Lang towing again!

I walked in just wanting to get an appraisal done on my older vehicle- see what my options could be in the next month or so and MAYBE take a test drive. I met with Dawson and right off the bat he was incredibly friendly and answered all of my questions.
I was very forward about my cars condition and that I was really just hoping to see my options. He was very understanding and completely willing to work within that. We only casually talked about car purchases and I was upfront about my hesitation with pre-owned vehicles.
To no surprise, my car was worth a small amount but he was offering to bump it up quite a bit if I was as in love with the Honda Fit as I seemed! Dawson broke everything down for me and was very patient to make these payments in my budget and was even able to get me to buy pre-owned! He was very transparent about the entire process and even company wise and I am so grateful for this experience he provided! I couldn't believe I had such a positive car dealer experience and I will certainlyake sure to recommend this location and Dawson by name!

Ask for Willie! We usually avoided buying cars at dealership from previous experiences. We had been talking about trading in our vehicle for a slightly used vehicle. Willie greeted us and asked if we had specifics. Sat down and chatted about their simple pricing and what inventory they had for the price range, year, mileage, and features we were looking for.
We probably only looked at 3 cars and test drove one. Paperwork was painless. What?! The whole time, Willie s chill, humorous, and easy going personality made the whole experience enjoyable. He helped us find a car that was a great fit for how much usage we were planning on getting out of it.

I'm always leary of 2 things: Car dealerships and dentists, since they always scare you to spend more money for unnecessary things that you cannot see (in this case slow leak on the steering wheel liquid and other things which will amount to $3,500+). Hence I always get a second or third opinion which I will do that. The interesting part is that if there was a leak, how come I don't see a pool of liquid in my garage? Anyway, for general maintenance and for consistency of having all the services records in one place, Honda is fine. For other things, go to your local maintenance shop.

I was so afraid of going to car shop being a female with another female friend of mine thinking I d have to negotiate pricing and all but Danon personally greeted me at the door and was very helpful and professional. I recently purchased a Honda Fit from Honda of Seattle. I dont think anyone could have been more nervous than I was, considering the past experiences I have had with other dealerships. I was prepared for the worst. And I was wrong!! There was no hard sell, no convoluted promises and I was told that this dealership was trying to change the way cars have been tradionally sold. My product specialist -Raza was very professional, caring and respectful of what I needed in a car, and how it would fit my lifestyle. He was with me through the financing and the sale. He was also helpful in making any questions I had clear, as was his co-worker Kelley in contracts. They make a great team. I will defintely support this dearership thanks to Raza's good work.
