Over priced playing the covid 19 game when it comes to breakfast. Other hotels find a way to do a hot breakfast. They just chose to be lazy in my opy Did express check out because the only employee was outside for a smoke . No coffee juice or hot water.......
The room was large, the amenities were great! The front dest worker could have been a little more friendly but all in all it was very satisfactory.
The hotel was supposed to send a shuttle to pick me up at the airport, never arrived. It ends with a taxi cab invoice of $72.00. When arrived for check in, the attendant on duty get mad when I complained.
The room was spacious and clean on arrival, and the bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows and room to spread out. The only gripe I had was the water pressure, but all in all an excellent choice for an overnight visit.
I would recommend Comfort Suites to travelers,my one day. stay was enjoyable.
There were no signs directing me where to go to attend my event.
The staff was very friendly, the room was spacious and so clean! Not to mention the hotel was down the street from our favorite places to eat, great location. My son really liked having a big bed to sleep in too.

We love this hotel in general! However the appleton, wisconsin hotel booked over our reservation in order for them to make a higher profit on our rooms (we even had a confirmation number and they denied us our reservation). We most likely won't go back to that one because of the horrible customer service. The oshkosh, wi one was fabulous. They do however need to figure out how to charge the cards right. Both credit cards were overcharged for an extra night causing bank accounts to be messed up for the entire weekend
Beautiful hotel. Very comfortable and clean. The pool area didn't look to inviting but everything else very nice.

Staff is really nice. We stayed in the whirlpool suite. It was pretty beat up. The beds are super comfy. Overall a pretty solid place to stay

We stayed here one night as we didnt have qater at our house. Shower was hot and b3d was comfy. Room was very nice. Would definitely stay again.

I come here so my kids can enjoy the great pool area, but got here today hoping to oversee the fun from the pool area hot tub and its GONE. Why??? Its too cold in the pool room in winter to delete this feature.

To book a room you have to call a 800 number not the front desk. This 800 number is answered by people speaking very broken English the gentleman I spoke to pressured myself and my wife very hard to book a room we did not want. Eventually he gave me the room I wanted. A few days later the card I used to book the room fraud department called me there was thousands of dollars charged on this card. funny thing is it was a brand new card just activated before I booked the room and not used after I booked the room I called the front desk the woman that answered said sorry call the 800 number and talk to them. I called 800 number sat on hold for 10 minutes asked to speak to a supervisor sat on hold for 30 more minutes. Asked a second guy to get me a supervisor he got me through in about 5 more minutes of holding. The supervisor I am 99% sure was the first guy I spoke to with an obviously fake Texas accent named Steve... Instead of helping or apologizing or offering upgraded room or a discount this guy wants more personnel information from me even asking me for social security number and asking me to give him my credit card statement. The choices organization is completely crooked i recommend to everyone not to book a room through this organization. If you can get the front desk the hotel was decent the staff there was nice but the organization in charge needs to be out of business. Book at your own risk.

I was disappointed there was only two ice machines in the whole hotel My refrigerator in my room was humming all night I reported it to the front desk they had someone look at it from maintenance he told me there was nothing wrong with the refrigerator for the remaining time of my stay I had to unplug the refrigerator at night to get some sleep. I asked for a late checkout the general manager was totally rude about this request I would not recommend this hotel.
They did not clean the pool after someone pooped in it and we could not swim the rest of our stay! It was a real bummer. RM 220 and 222 Oshkosh, WI. We stayed Friday the 14th of April.
The room and the building was so clean. The staff and management were so accommodating. I look forward to the next time that I'm going to spend the night all out it will definitely be at this Comfort Suites. An outstanding experience

Not terrible, but not great, either. About what you'd expect from a budget hotel. My wife and I had a room for one night, 2 queen beds. We paid $102 to basically take a nap (we got in at about 2:30am and late check out was noon)
Rooms were nice but granola bars and oranges do not constitute breakfast. Especially when you have frozen breakfast sandwiches for sale in the store. I get COVID limits what can be served but seriously this is the best you can do!
Extremely disappointed, I got to the point where I was never booking here soon.
Dirty cabinets near microwave, bathroom smelled like smoke, dirty buttons for lamps, Something on the wall that looked like a blood stain. Really grossed out and sad.
I highly don't recommend this hotel. The gentleman with the blonde hair at the front desk is completely rude. Doesn't help with questions when asked. He ended up locking the lobby doors so you couldn't walk out after a certain time even with a key. An the coffee was an absolute joke, It super clear an cold. Seems to me like it was the coffee from days prior. I will not stay at this hotel again nor will I recommend this hotel after the absolutely terrible experience.
The staff is incredibly friendly and very helpful. They work hard to make your stay as pleasant as possible and take care of any requests or issues you may have.

Room and staff were great. However, my stay was very unpleasant. I felt as if I was trying to sleep in a college frat house. The noise level was awful and didn't subside until after 1 am. I understand that this is not the staff's fault. But I did inform the front desk but it didn't make a difference. I got very little sleep and had a long drive. I have to say that was the worst stay, as far as noise, that I have ever experienced. I don't understand how people can be so inconsiderate.
We held a birthday pool party and the staff was very helpful and the room was really nice. We would stay there again.
Comfortable room, really clean, the jacuzzi bath in our room set me up for some serious relaxation.
Overall the stay wasn't bad, the AC didn't work as I would expect it to (setting the fan to "always on" didn't work) other than that the stay was mostly positive

Our wrestilng team has stayed at this hotel for the past 10 years for a tournament at the University. This year I have tried to book a block of 10 rooms for athletes and 10 for parents. It seems no one there knows how to book a block of rooms and the manager does not return my calls. I have also been hung up on twice waiting for someone to connect a call to the manager. Needless to say, we are not staying there anymore.
Very warm and cozy place to stay. Game room seems to be getting remodeled. Otherwise great staff, rooms, and amenities.

It was icredibly awkward & uncomfortable to have an employee & their family using the pool area while we were there.... not because they shouldn't be able to use the pool, but because they couldn't/wouldn't stop trying to chat with me & act like we were old friends & I was completely unable to relax & it made it difficult to enjoy the time with my kids. My son wound up developing a skin reaction to improperly maintained water on the last day because I didn't think to have him shower right away before we left.
The room was nice & front desk was nice, food was pretty good & location was convenient for our purposes. Unfortunately the pool situation tainted the whole stay for me.
We selected Comfort Suites in Oshkosh for our wedding hotel block because of the location close to the freeway. We thought it would be easy for our guests to find and has many familiar restaurants/stores nearby. When we had a problem with our rehearsal dinner venue the week before the wedding, the staff was able to accommodate a last minute conference room reservation for us. They allowed us to view the space, answered our questions, and set up the room exactly how we wanted it on the day. We also made hotel welcome bags for our guests, which they offered to put into their rooms for us. The guest rooms were clean and spacious. Many of our guests had positive things to say about their experiences with the hotel. We were very happy with our experience at Comfort Suites and would recommend this hotel!
Was offered my choice of room at check in due to the rate code booked. Was offered a whirlpool room which I said wasn't necessary. Ended up giving me the accessible room even though the place was empty. Managers reception person friendly which was a plus at least. Used shampoo and conditioner left for reuse in the bathroom.

Should have listened to the reviews but since the snow storm not many options left but it explains why all were full except here. The lady was rude over the phone and not much changed in person. Obviously leaving this review won't change anything since everyone else had the same problem. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere.

It was a small, but comfortable room. The tub didn't drain. The desk staff who greeted us was not very friendly, but the one at checkout was good.
Comfort Suites are exceptional Hotels and this facility is one of the better ones. Whenever we're in the Oshkosh area, we like to stay here. The staff is great, the hotel is clean and breakfast is great. Even the beds are comfortable and I've never had trouble falling asleep in them.
With this hotel being so close to everything and just a hop, skip and a jump from Green Bay, it's the perfect place to stay.
