Fraud !! Cheaters !! Money eaters !! What not ..... I booked air tickets for my inlaws on 21st March 2020 and due to covid the flight got cancelled. Its been more than 7 months, they have not given the refund. Everytime I call customer service, they say refund is in process.

Poor performing website and dodgy customer reps who charge you over and above the ticket price by a wide margin by lying about the limited seats left.
Found WJ flight from YYZ to LV for $300 but website kept timing out so called into a rep for help. He insisted he could not see that price on his system (while i kept refreshing and saw it) and that there was only one seat left for $550 which I had to buy right away through him.
In spite of my complaints about the website and the price i could see, he pushed and misled me into buying that ticket at his marked up price.
The company is so shady in their practices now that they did not auto-email me a receipt with the price until i phoned in to ask for one a week later.
In doing so, the new rep issued me 2 receipts - 1 for the WJ fare of $300 which surprised me and a separate one for $250 for a service fee!!!
There was no explanation for this non-disclosure; the rep said i could take it a lawyer if i wanted to but said i agreed to pay $550 on record.
Definitely felt manipulated in a bad situation - this is not a fair way to dupe a customer into paying a markup to the travel site. Company has become untrustworthy and will lose it customer base.

I was notified of a schedule change and tried to get a hold of the person who sent the e-mail. I called several times over the course of a week and left voicemails. None were returned. I ended up staying on hold with one of their customer service reps until they tracked her down and essentially forced her to answer my call. It was a simple schedule change and the time taken to clarify it was excessive. She also admitted to not checking voicemails - how is this professional?
Next - my flight was literally changed without my consent. The return flight I booked was from Nashville to Chicago, 40 minute layover, and then Chicago to Toronto. If this had been done for an actual reason such as overbooking, weather, etc. I would understand, however, there was no reason. After approx 7 e-mails and more voicemails left (so clearly she's still not checking them) she finally responds saying the layover is too short. I booked this flight knowing of the short layover ? In addition, these flights were booked with a friend and her flight was NEVER changed...

I got cheap price on perfect connection schedules etc. This was my first and only experience with FN, I gave it five stars for this experience alone. In the confusion, I booked the first leg the same, but the second was on a different flight. As well I had to change the date of his flight to meet me (in Georgia). The FN rep was SO helpful and competent - she took care of it quickly and efficiently and I ended the call with everything booked just the way I wanted - now i'll be able to fly home WITH my B/F on both legs of our trip! 1st time used to buy air ticket as a good rate was provided however the good priced turned out to be an expensive ticket. Called customer service to rectify - line was answered quickly by totally incompetent staff that couldn't provide answers to the price paid. Had to cancel the booking and pay penalty .
When this review posted with 1 star a customer care representative from the company had emailed and apologized for the service and had refunded the cancelation penalty which was a nice gesture hence the upgrade to 4 starts.

DO NOT TRUST OR BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. This is a scamming company that firstly, is very unprofessional, and secondly, will overcharge you and steal your money.
My fiance and I bought tickets on separate cards through their website, and we did not get a confirmation email for a few hours, so we decided to call them to check if we have our tickets or not; my fiance was actually sent an email saying that there was an issue and that she should call. When she spoke to them, they told her that unfortunately the price of the flight had gone up and that she would have to pay more, EVEN THOUGH THE PRICE ON THEIR WEBSITE WAS STILL THE SAME. She refused, and then the representative retracted his statement, and told her that she would get her confirmation soon. When I called, they didn't even bother mentioning "price has gone up" scheme, and just told me that I would get a confirmation in the next hour or so. After a while, we received the confirmation, but SHE WAS DOUBLE CHARGED FOR THE FLIGHT, EVEN THOUGH SHE RECEIVED ONE TICKET, AND I GOT CHARGED AN EXTRA $30 FOR NO REASON WHATSOEVER.
They only have call centers in India, and not in Canada, (which should scream SCAM), and when we called OVER A MONTH AGO, we were told that we would receive a refund in 4 weeks, AND WE ARE STILL WAITING.
I am disappointed that this is a Canadian company, these people don't have any ethics. I will be escalating my response soon, if we don't receive our money back.

Had to cancel a trip and rebook another at the same time. Second booking cost more, I had no problem with that. Cancellation policy: 24 hrs; mine was about 1/2 day past that. One would think there would be wiggle room. Flight network recognized my delema and worked with me. They did charge me a cancellation fee, but not the full amount.
