Booked ticket and received e-ticket with promised rate but on ban account statement I was charged 1.5 times the ticket price. After reporting issue to chatomer care, I was told that refund has been processed. Next day, another charge showed up on my account from flight network. Upon calling helpline the agent (Yogesh-2402) denied to transfer my call to floor manager or any other manager available. On requesting call record number the request was denied too, knowing that his company is using my credit card without my approval.
Very poor and unprofessional customer service.

Don t believe free cancellation insurance. When I book my ticket, I checked free cancellation insurance and Proceeded payment.
After that, they don t charge my free cancellation insurance price and send to me email like this. We cannot add insurance to to passenger residing British Colombia.

0 stars from me. The worst experience ever. My auto fill accidently filled in a short form of my name during a glitch with their system and I missed it. I IMMEDIATELY call them back and Nelson Louis (customer rep) told me that the ticket would have to be reissued, a $250 fee and that i would have to purchase a new ticket at a new price 180 more. I asked them to cancel and i was told that it would cost a lot to cancel, so I called air canada and they told me that a name change came AT A $0 cost this is when i looked into the fine print and found that to cancel would cost me only $50 if it was done on the same day. AND THAT IS WHAT I DID!!!!!! THE CUSTOMER REP FOR FLIGHT NETWORK LIED TO ME!!!!!
Great service (by Mark), helped me book me two different multi-city tickets that needed to be coordinated. he worked on the itineraries patiently and found best prices for us. Unfortunately the airlines have created artificial barriers and don't allow flexibility in picking specific flights in a multi-city travel. They also don't allow many cheaper airlines to have a mixed itineraries in a collaborative way; making the routing and pricing impossible. May be AI and future travel market will force changes to make routing more collaborative across airlines, and also allow optimisation of timing, duration, pricing, and baggage transfer features. But that is a problem of airline industry and its power to jack up prices during high travel season!! Great to see Flight Network trying to help as much as it could! Give a call to them, if you have a question, and they managed to help me out for sure.

Worst, Most Pathetic, fraud ,not reliable, and Thief who take our money and do not refund us back. Never ever think of booking your flight from this website. When we call to ask them about the refund they will keep on transferring our calls , they will keep you waiting for 3-4 hours and you will never get a concreate answer from any of the agent. If you book tickets through them and cancel within 24 hours or even with one hour , Airlines will give them full refund, but they will not give a single penny back to us. even though they say full money back guarantee for cancel within 24 hours.

Everything was great until I needed to change my flight and flight network was charging huge amounts for flights that i can see on Expedia or google flight with half the price. I will never book with them again.
I had unknowingly purchase travel insurance. I final review of purchase BEFORE the credit card goes through would be REALLY helpful. However, within minutes I phoned customer service and made them aware that I didn't add travel insurance. Well, a few minutes later I was pleased that she said that they will cancel the insurance and refund the money. Excellent customer service, but could improve on the website transaction process.
I'm writing with the hopes that someone takes customer feedback seriously because I take my money seriously, and any time a business tricks me into spending more than I expect, I will never be a returning customer. I've attached a supporting document to further prove my below points. (Strange - I added supporting photos, but they are not viewable. For anyone wondering, I took screenshots of the Trip Cancellation Insurance portion of the website where it DOES NOT state shown fee of $2.71 is per trip day. The other images were screen shots of the pages within the document that opens when you click on "Terms and Conditions". Again, nowhere does it state fee applies per day.)
Last night, I was shopping for a ticket to the Philippines. The trip is 2 months long. I was purchasing the ticket on FlightNetwork and was very surprised by how the Trip Cancellation cost less than $3. Obviously I am going to select that, thinking it is a one time fee of $3.00. When I clicked on "complete your booking, it was only then that the price of my ticket appeared and it was nearly $200 more than what I was expecting to spend. Then I noticed the Trip Cancellation was almost $180.00. This left me completely devastated and I could start to feel an anxiety attack arise when I immediately called customer service. He was patient with me, but he insisted that the website says the fee applies to each day of the trip. If you look at the screenshot I took, it clearly DOES NOT state it anywhere. Nor does it state it in the terms and conditions, both found in the attached document. Sure, to receive 50% back was better than nothing, but i'm still charged $90.
Then I thought afterwards - why does the price suddenly appear AFTER you hit the complete booking button? It is not in plain site DURING the process of clicking on buttons and filling in text fields. This is so very sneaky of FlightNetwork.
Yes, I know I should have checked the price before confirming. But there should also be no surprises during the ENTIRE process. The final total should ALWAYS be in clear view, not at the very top of the page where one needs to scroll up. Or even better - before the customer completes the booking, there should be a 'Review Your Order before completing your booking' so that customers can CLEARLY see the breakdown of the cost of the ticket. This is complete TRANSPARENCY which customers deserve when they are spending their hard earned money online. This will earn your customers' TRUST furthering their loyalty to you and encourage future purchases.

Dont ever book there, been on hold for literally 2 hours and noone answers the phone, booked and paid only to be told that my booking failed and to call the number. they charge me the entire amount, unbelievable.

Cheapest tickets when I was looking, but their customer services is just abysmal. If everything is smooth, they might be okay, but given the mess that is Covid-19, it was a dreadful mistake to book through these folks.
Hidden costs that only appeared on the final bill - not on the summary before you click complete payment (such as charging for a preference to be seated together). Also, icorrect costs listed that then show up as far higher costs after the option is selected.
Second time using this site to book my family trip to Europe, everything was great; even though the first time the airline changed our flight time, they helped me to rebook in a better schedule

Due to unforseen circumstances, we were late for our flight and the lady at the desk told us there was another flight at a later time, to call who we booked with and if Flight network gave her the okay she could put us through. There was no sympathy watsoever on their part. Me and my sister ended up not going on our flight today missing a very special wedding. On top of it you get a portion of your money back, and in order to get that portion we have to pay $400 to get only $500?!! And in ten business weeks?!! And if we wanted to catch the next flight we would have to pay $1600 on top of what we already paid?! Ridiculous. There should atleast be a credit given to use for next time or a reasonable fee not $1600! I will never ever use their site again and I will make sure to tell others not to as well. A total scam!!!! They issued a ticket to me on Feb 9 and guess what...that flight has not been travelling to that country for over a year. Then they come and ask me for a $75 service charge to fix their mistake. I wish I could give them a negative 10000 review. If you book through them, you're scammed for sure.

The Waiting period 3+ hours (to which they hung up on me ), I am Canadian and our borders are closed with the States Due to COVID-19 therefore we cannot leave the Country , they will not refund or give back the money or even a voucher for future travel that would be sufficient but even that is apparently against their system. So basically we paid for our flights but cannot use them we had no idea that the World would be in a pandemic , my wife and I are very upset With this matter . We have been fighting this for a while now and they have not been helpful and my entire family has had a terrible time with this company I DO NOT recommend
Terrible customer service. Advertise matching flight prices however they have the most convoluted method of doing so. Moreover when you do they tell you that they have paused the program without letting anyone know. Forever phone wait times. Don t speak English properly. And get this they sent us an email saying our flight was cancelled and we would not be refunded unless we replied to the email (luckily we didn t miss that like a lot of people will have). Oh and the flight wasn t, nor ever was, cancelled. We checked with the airline. Never booking here again. I ll pay an extra $100 and buy directly from the airline next time. They are usually not the cheapest anyway so easy enough to ignore these stooges.

I contacted FlightNetwork staff in an attempt to support in refunding a ticket that was misleading. Henry was incredibly unhelpful and continued to blame the customer " well you accepted it so I can't do anything". FlightNetwork has ZERO flexibility for customer care. They do not care for their customers. They ensure that you are jumping through many hoops so that you waste your time and get nowhere: like being transferred over and over again, sending emails that take 5-7 business days to get a response to...knowing that inflation rates will increase to ensure that you stay with them even if you are miserable. DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY. Spend your money elsewhere.
Byfar the worst company to book with.. not helpful at all, bad customer service, apparently they dont have a supervisor or manager and definitely a big scam. Its a travel agent call center , every time you call you get someone different and they wont forward you to the person who did your booking and all they do is recite there policy. Do yourself a favour and book with another reputable company.
Online booking went very well. Tickets were emailed to me within an hour. On my credit card, I was charged exactly what I had seen on line. Now I can t wait for my trip to come :)
Ferris, in India, couldn't have been better. He worked hard to get the flights I wanted and then phoned back when 1 of the flights didn't go through. We tried again and when it appeared my credit card wouldn't work (there was enough money in the account) , he continued to work until we once, again, got the flights - they are now confirmed with my requested dates and times. And I have tyhe e-tickets to prove it.
They are scheming people. They show lower price until you book and then they.send you a confirmation email where the price that they will charge is completely different. I guess their business model depends on people not wanting to go through all the hustle of calling them and waiting on the phone. I called and after some wait I managed to speak with an agent who was telling me that the difference of the price is due to sudden price spike between me completing the order and them charging my credit card. After I refused to pay the higher price the agent said that they will cancel my reservation. I specifialcally asked to send me a confirmation email with the cancellation. So far nothing. And it had been more than 3 hours. I don't know if my reservation has been cancelled and until I confirm with them I don't want to purchase other tickets, just so I don't end up with two tickets. Stay away from Flight network. Do NOT recommend.
Found a great price that other sites couldn't compare to! Made a purchase with a small mistake and called right away to make a correction. The person on the phone was super friendly and helpful and the issue got resolved quickly.
Do not pay extra for them to send you the boarding pass prior the flight. They will email saying to check in at the Airport. I was able to do the online check in myself. This company did actually book my flight, it wasn t a scam, but all their extras are bogus and they will try and rip you off where they can and their contact number (in Australia) is out of operation. Avoid where possible.

FlightNetwork is not a place or agency you have to trust. They will take your money and you will never get it back. What they do they place an ad for you to buy a ticket a refundable ticket fee days before your trip they will cancel it. You ask the refund they send you to the airlines company and the airline will send you back to them and to have a customer agent it takes 5 hours of waiting. At last they will tell you your ticket is converted to an opened ticket for next 24 month while you want to travel now.
After weeks of checking the site to try and find the best deal for the flights i wanted, i finally found them. I waited too long but the process was still very clear and easy.
Falsely advertises baggage information for certain airlines and we all know baggage fees nowadays can be ridiculously expensive. They catch you with a lower price without any indication that it is a flight that does NOT include a checked in baggage. I found out due to confirming with the airline itself, to ensure I was not tricked, who shared that the FlightNetwork website incorrectly informed me of information.
Also, be careful of fees. You can click a lower fee but the price will increase without notice as you are filling out your credit card information. I was charged a higher price than the price selected with no notice.
we have bought 6 tickets from them due to carona no flights available for the destination. we call many times they puts us on hold evertime for atleast 4 to 6 hours after all the wait they just reply that we mailed to some person they will reply but no one replied. They don't give numbers no address where we can go and fix our problems.
Terrible decision from Flight network..I had an account that archived all my trips for the past few year. The account suddenly VANISHED. I keep records of everything otherwise I would have no proof that I had a cancelled flight with Lufthansa in May. Flight network referred me to a third party for my credit but they are not acknowledging my booking with Lufthansa who is doing the same. Tripple scam!!!
YOU WON'T BELIEVE IT! This agency told me the airline wouldn't refund me, then went to the airline and GOT A REFUND FOR THEMSELVES and KEPT MY MONEY! I learned of this through a local travel agent who told me to call the airline directly and ask for the status of my ticket. The airline confirmed they had refunded the ticket amount minus in total about $1000. What kind of diabolically evil company would do that?! Use Flight Network at your own risk.
The worst customer service I have ever experienced from an agency. I tried to change a ticket. Was hung up on twice ( after being put on hold by the rep. for 10 - 15 min ). Even after I could talk to someone without being put on hold and hung up on, the rep wasn't competent at all. Would not ever book a flight with them ever. However, the only positive point was the polite tone of the reps.

That had been the policy since they had extended the border closure from May 1st. My question is: WHY DID YOU SELL ME A TICKET FOR A FLIGHT THAT DOESN"T EXIST?!?!?
In conclusion, AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Promised low price BUT charged higher price on credit card. Emailed 10 times, they claim this is due to foreign exchange issue and they had nothing to do with it. The booking was confirmed in Canadian dollar and as a Canadian resident, I paid in my Canadian credit card. I don't understand where the foreign currency comes from. Called many times. Either got busy line to got hung up.
These guys are running a scam on price and insurance since they don t show you amounts before payment and once paid by credit card they refuse to change or remove extra charges by spinning you around and around in their call center without a regard. Their online reservation and charge is designed to trap customers on extra payments in hidden manner until it is too late. Anyone knows how to complain to consumer protection on them?
First time to use Flight Network service to book my flight. i can't believe i did that but i made wrong dates. Same date departure and arrival! OMG! i called them immediately and to my surprise and joy, a gentleman called, Mark with employee ID 2837, was very understanding and helpful to charge me with the fare difference i meant to fly without any penalty. i Believe or not, i am a frequent traveller and it has never happened like this. i also have had several bad experience with other online travel agents over the years. Very unsatisfied, saw a great deal on all travel websites to Brazil, flight network had the best price, Because of good reviews I got fooled to book a reservation with them last night, got the confirmation and even e-ticket, then this morning got an email without any explanation that my ticket is cancelled, called them, a sale parson told me he has no idea why is cancelled, should EMAIL to customer service that would take 5-7 business day to reply, I had all my hotel booking arrangement set because I thought my ticket is confirmed, so today I had to pay 440% extra to book the same flight ( got directly from United this time to not get surprised again). Never book a trip with them ever again!
