No problems, I was able to book my flight. Highly recommend.
Horrible. Used their website to book a ticket and was told that they would honour the price that i was quoted and I would receive a $50 refund. Only for them to cancel my flight about 24 hours later. I used to like Flightnetwork but will never be using them again. Honouring your prices is basic customer service and not letting customers know of their flight's status for 24 hours is HORRIBLE customer service. I called in and was told that the airline changed the price but I could still see the SAME original price on the website, so either they don't update their website or something is horribly wrong. I could've booked another flight in that time period. Absolutely horrendous, stay away.
Excellent service, great website and cheapest flights
Ok, all is well & you did a great job.
Gordon
Great website! Found a cheaper ticket than what I saw on other websites.
The experience was excellent. I had to reschedule my flight shortly after booking it and the customer service agent was very helpful. The whole process took a matter of minutes and I received my new electronic ticket in a matter of minutes.
Very satisfied with the service.
Many thanks,
Gillian
Never avail any website promos offers or insurance coverage from them. Got treated very badly and the customer service is the worst and irresponsible of all.
STAY AWAY FROM FLIGHT NETWORK!!!!!! Warning if you have ever considered using this company to book a vacation just don't. They are an absolute rip off. It's not bad enough that they charge $100 to cancel and $200 to rebook they also won't give you a refund, only a credit. Then if you have more than one credit you cannot use them both at the same time. So they hold your money hostage!!! It's our money. We are absolutely enraged!!! Paul's job changes a lot so we often book flights that have to be changed. Never ever using them again. Please share and warn others. Thank you.
I had to cancel my flight almost two weeks before the flight for Family / medical reasons. Had I booked directly through Air Canada, on these grounds, they would have been more generous. With Flightnetwork, I was charged an additional fee of $56.50 and only promised a credit if I rebook with the same Airline within one year. So in effect, was penalized for cancelling the flight with an extra fee, and had to pay for the entire fare for a flight which I did not take. Buyer beware!
I will never book with them again . It is absolutely a scam, My son had warned me about scam claims vs this company . However, I remember I used this online agent a long time ago, and my last booking with them was ok. The booking page would trick you into paying for all the extra insurance without showing the real cost of all items which they automatically add to your invoice, a few small prices items show,, I was very careful , reading every add on items , I did not check any boxes, except remember I click only 1 item that show trip cancellation which cost less than $3.00, I skip all other add on lines and didn't realized, if you ignore the add on they will automatically add them to your invoice, there is no final invoice Total price show before I click continue book, once I click the continue booking, there is no way back, by the time I see my invoice it has added $100 more insurance cost , unable to go back to fix. Call them right away, a lady on the line told us that there is nothing they can do. If I cancel the booking they charge me $200, then hangup, I was so upset, any online business will let you correct error within an hour or day. She claimed that I saw the extra charges and agree to book, but I did not see the addition cost at all, I did not see the grand total cost before I click booking. If they show me the total price before I click book I will decline and cancel the booking. Finally we call the insurance company that Flightnetwork charged me the extra $100 insurance policy which they claim I purchased the insurance, but I did not aware or agreed to buy .
The insurance company was very helpful, the insurance operator help us connected to Flight network and help us sort out the dispute, I finally got my $100 insurance charge cancelled. This is a very bad experiences, their price is the lowest I can find for the same ticket , but I will never going back again. My family call me stupid , I thought I can save about $17 compare to other , but no, my credit card charge more than the price which I book . I will never use this online travel again
NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT! They just left me in a corner of the world! I was damn lucky I had 1500$ USD to come back to Canada! They just sell to you some tickets and they don't care about the rest, after I came back home and told them what happened they just said easily , its not our responsibility, it was your fault, for gods sake how the hell should I know two Schengen connecting flights airports needs visa! I mean it, is it that hard to program it to send an alert or something that you have a two Schengen airports in your connecting flights and even if you are Canadian or American you need visa?!!?!?? no customer service at all.no respect.no back up.no refund. nothing special. all these besides of extra charges they do .
be very careful of flight network. you might think you are saving a $50 on a flight or so but you have the worst customer service! my flight was cancelled and they don't want to issue refunds and they don't want to even give me a reference number for the airline so i can book a refund directly!
I learnt my lesson for the last time! i wanted to save $100 on a flight of me and my wife, but ended up losing over $3000 because they don't want to give me any information for my booking. they are hard to reach on the phone and they don't respond to emails. When i finally got to a call with the agent, he was so rude saying i don't understand anything and he kept transferring me from one agent to another so no-one can give me a complete answer! To be honest it felt like i fell for one of those scams you always hear about!
BE CAREFUL im only writing this cuz i don't want others to go through what i went through!
So far so good. I wish they would have found me a flight a little earlier so I miss the Hurricane. If they do 10 stars. If not 1 star.
NEVER BOOK WITH FLIGHT NETWORK.
They will pull you in with "cheaper flights," do whatever they can to make you commit and get your money. Once they have your money, they no longer care. Flight was cancelled by the airline? Cool, now you have to wait 2 hours on hold just to be hung up on, twice. Wait on another long hold for someone who is actually willing to help you, boom now you have a $65 rebooking fee.
Imagine being charged extra for something that is out of your control. Save yourself the hassle and book directly through the airlines who actually have competent customer support teams. Avoid flight network like the plague. This company will make you feel helpless. This company will let you be stranded without a flight and say they can't do anything. When your flight gets cancelled by the airline, they will hold your money and say you can't get a refund.
It's truly a miracle that flight network has not been sued into the ground for their business practices. This company deserves to fail for the way they treat their customers.
5 stars There was a delay in getting ticket but all seems well now .At Xmas we expect flight to be difficult to book.
Great customer service! They were easy to contact and correct itinerary, as well as being very informative.
Worst booking site. I tried to book a flight for $512 and it went though, I then received a random cancelation saying my flight price couldn t be honoured. I checked back and the flight went up to $850. My friend booked through the exact same link I did 2 HOURS AFTER my cancelation and she was honoured the $512 price and her flight was never canceled.
I have been calling the customer service line for 12 hours now asking to honour the price, no one will. I ve called in 4 different times asking to speak to a supervisor, the first one told me in 6-8 hours a supervisor will call me, I waited. Called again. The next said, 2 hours, I waited. Called again. The next rep said, 1 hour, nothing again. And the fourth time this rep said a supervisor will call me in 3-4 hours (making it 1am my time??). All just feeding me bs so I stop calling.
Terrible customer service. How does a multi million dollar company not have quick access to management for their customer complaints??
This site is a scam!
Its been 10 years since I have flown and having Flight Network find me my ticket was an awesome expeirience. It only took 5 minutes to book my flight. Also I called their 24 hr customer service line and they were very friendly and helpful and professional. I will choose Flight Network the next time I fly. Thanks Flight Network.
I love Flight Network and I absolutely love their Price protection plan. My wife and I bought two tickets for Portugal and back a few months before our trip. When we got closer to the travel date i did a Price check and the prices dropped . So I got a nice big credit on my account due to price protection.
Great stuff FN keep it up.
Site easy to use. Great prices. Very fast...so far the experience has been everything promised and more.
Cheapest fares I could find and the process was easy to navigate. Haven't flown yet but I don't expect any problems with the e-ticket.
First time with Flight Network. Outstandingly prompt and accurate responses. E-tickets provided within18 hours of booking. Well done and keep it up!
I was a bit apprehensive when we booked very cheap flights from Australia to Europe from Flightnetwork. When we made a mistake on the booking, I was worried there may be issues, however Sonny from customer service went out of his way (even calling me back twice) to suggest options for modifying the booking all for free. So personal thanks to Sonny. We will definitely book though flightnetwork again.
Horrible service. Its amazing how easy it is to pay for a ticket and when they screw up, or when a refund is required due to airline error it is so hard to get a refund. No one is answering my calls/ repeated emails for a refund because airline cancelled.
I would not wish anyone to go through this and thus do not recommend this site to anyone!
Website always never works properly. It either won't be able to search for hotels/flights or won't process payments, which is a major issue if you are trying to book a ticket on a flight where seats are scarce......Just not reliable. They have lost my business.
Erin did a great job finalizing our flights.
Thanks
Beware!
Price listed on your statement at time of check out is not firm. You can be charged in us funds without notification until after you process the payment.
Never again.
They fixed two of my travel booking errors in one night!
Last time booking with flight network. Had we booked with either Expedia or westjet we would have received a full credit and no cancellation fee. Flights are cancelled and cancellation fees are applied??! It s not right to charge people now for cancelling their flights when borders are closed. Also, representatives on the phone are agitated and not at all helpful. Too bad that during these uncertain and difficult times, flight-network did not rise to the occasion to provide good customer service. Our family and friends will not be booking with them anymore.
Purchasing the ticket for the flight scheduled in December was too easy, The email confirmation and e-tickets all look good also. Now, we ll see how it goes on Dec 4, 2019. I m pretty confident all will be fine or I ll be sure to hear all about from She Who Must be Obeyed aka my wife. Thanks
The associate was excellent and his customer service was superb
If i could give NO STARS I WOULD. THIS IS THE WORST WEBSITE TO BOOK FLIGHTS WITH. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. During the COVID-19 pandemic, this company tried to make me pay 50$ to cancel my flight??? WHO DOES THAT? And when i told them that its not right or ethical they said its policy. THEN, when i could not get a refund from my airline, Flight Network told me to go and request a voucher, because a few days later my flight got cancelled. THEN, when the airline decided to give me voucher, there is approx. 150$ missing from the total amount i paid? i went back and checked the invoice, and apparently that 150$ was taken by FN as a fee for their services.... HUH? I called and asked them to refund it and they told me to write an email to customer service. So i did, and then a few days later i got an email back saying that because i requested a voucher for my cancelled flight, the fee was non-refundable.... HUH??? THEYRE THE ONES THAT TOLD ME TO REQUEST A VOUCHER... i'm so mad right now. PLEASE save your self the trouble and do not book with third-party services that take hidden crazy fees and have no empathy and take your money during a global pandemic. its ridiculous and heartless. i am in the process of contact my credit card company to get these scammers to pay back what they took.
First booking and the last one ever!
I booked flight tickets through the FlightNetwork for my family member recently and accidentally misspelled one letter in the last name. As soon as I got a confirmation letter, I noticed a misspelling I logged into my account, there is a profile page that says Edit Info , but when you click on it all fields are faded and there is no way to change it.
So, I called their service number. It was 20 minutes after booking. First of all, there is an automated answering machine, that gives you 3 options: 1) Make a new booking; 2) Change an existing booking; 3) Other not related options. I selected to change my booking, it gives you next options: 1) To book an insurance; 2) To pay for your bags and seats; 3) For vacations; 4) For hotels; and no option to speak to a representative.
I called the second time and chose to book a new trip, because it was the only option to speak to a representative. I explained to a person what happened and was told I will get a call back. I received a call back within another 10 minutes. I was told that I should pay $150 US in order to make a change in the name or in order to cancel the whole booking. I told that there was no statement about $150 change fee when I was booking the tickets, the guy asked me where did I see a statement No change fee ? He said they that have it on their Policy page. I asked them If I can call to the airline directly in order to change it without any fees and I was told that I cannot do that. I was very mad because of the customer service and told them if they are not willing to do it without a fee, I would call to my credit company to cancel the transaction instead.
2 minutes after, I am receiving a call from the person I spoke to and he tells me that they can do an exception for me and charge only $86 for the name change. I asked to explain what are they charging me for. I was told, the ticket price went up $11 and I have to pay $75 for a change.
At that point I was very disappointed and told them to cancel my booking instead. I would rather not to process with the company that treats their customers like that. I was charged $75 cancellation fees.
I then went to the actual Airlines website and booked the same tickets for only $4 more!
After all this stress, I read my confirmation email and found a statement about the change fee that actually says 100 CAD, not $150 US. Obviously, there was no notice when I was booking it.
Also, I Googled to find if there any laws for that. Here is what I found:
According to the U.S. Department of Transportation, you can cancel a non-refundable ticket and receive a full refund of any airfare, without cancellation fees or penalties, as long as you booked your ticket seven days ahead of your flight and you do so within 24 hours of booking.
And a funny thing is when you go to FlightNetwork website to the reviews page, all reviews shown are 5* only. When you Google FlightNetwork reviews and go through customer reviews on other website, like Yelp and TripAdvisor, all actual reviews are awful. It was a lesson for me to make a good research before you book something from a provider you have never dealt with before.
So, my advice is by your tickets somewhere else. I would never use this company neither would recommend it to anyone!
Dont buy the airlines ticket. They will charge hefty amount for cancellations.
Great company to book a flight with. Had problems with a recent flight and the staff member instantly took action to assist me with the problem. It wasn't my first time booking with them; but I'll be booking with them more often from now on. Amazing customer service!
Just Fantastic. Best non stop flights, great airline, no tsa check lines, best air travel to date. Thanks.
Sorry this is a long read, but quick takeaway: If you're looking to cancel/change a trip booked through the Flight Network, do it through the airline. FN will charge you a $50 cancellation fee for absolutely no reason whatsoever, or offer a rebooked flight that is way more than what the actual ticket costs from the airline.
THE LONG VERSION:
I booked a flight through the Flight Network late last year for a trip departing in the next couple of days to Hawaii from Toronto. Unfortunately we can no longer fly there due to the worldwide pandemic right now, nor would we want to. I tried calling their hotline twice last week on Friday, only to have the calls dropped after 47 minutes (and a few seconds) of waiting, and not being able to connect with them immediately after due to "technical issues". I suspect that there was a time fence, where calls were automatically dropped past a certain length of wait time, which is not only aggravating but wastes everyone's time.
I tried calling again over the past weekend, and after being on hold for more than 2 hours, I finally got to speak to a human being! It was no less aggravating, due to no fault of the lady I spoke to, but mainly because of this company's terrible policies & (this probably comes as a surprise to no one) their scammy ways.
Long story short, I was told that I could not get a refund for the flight (it was a United Airlines flight package) so I should just rebook it. I told the lady that I was on the UA website & that their policies clearly states that anyone who booked a flight with them prior to March 2nd 2020 that is supposed to take place between March 9th - May 31st 2020, can cancel their flight for a credit, which can be used towards any other flight or it can be left to expire and be paid back through the original form of payment at no cost.
The lady I spoke with said that in order for me to receive my travel credit from United Airlines, I would have to pay the Flight Network $50. What?! In a time when things change so quickly and no one could have predicted governments shutting their borders, most companies have been more than fair and gracious in their dealings (Airbnb, this random car rental place we put a deposit down at, etc.). But not Flight Network.
So then I asked if she could rebook the tickets for me at a later date, and we looked at some dates in October/November. As luck would have it, minutes later we both found the same flight (same departure & arrival dates, same economy seats, etc.) and she quoted me a price that was $116 more per ticket. When I challenged her on it, she told me that it was because I was looking at a "new" ticket price, and not a "rebooking" ticket price. UH-HUH.
So I decided ok, I should just cut my losses and cancel the tickets. At the end of the cancellation process, she told me that I should call United Airlines just to make sure I can rebook/use the credits that she just charged me $50 for. Ok, why not? We're already down this hell hole, might as well keep going.
Well, luckily for me, even though the cancellation email from the Flight Network did not include ANY information at all about how to redeem those credits (it was more along the lines of, we've cancelled things for you, begone!), I called United today, got through after about 5 minutes of waiting, and learned the following things:
- I should have called United to cancel the flights in the first place. There was absolutely no need to go through the Flight Network at all or pay the $50 cancellation fee (which by the way, I will be contesting)
- There's no such thing as "new" flight prices vs "rebooked" flight prices, so the padded fees is the Flight Network's way of trying to profit during this time while everyone's scrambling to rework their plans and stay home. If that's not scummy, I don't know what is.
I guess this doesn't need to be said, but let's never meet again Flight Network.
Wow! Just wow! In Irma's path & you guys got my mom onto a last minute flight. Kudos!!
Awful experience... I would give less than 1 star if I could.
We were booking round-trip to SanJose. Didn't buy cancellation insurance, it would only refund if you cancel month before departure, but our flight date was two weeks from the date of purchase.
The price was good, we were happy, but not for long. When we received e-ticket confirmation over email, it said that ONLY RETURN TICKET WAS CONFIRMED for the half of total price. They didn't provide ticket to SanJose! When we called help desk they said that they can't provide the ticket and can't refund the return ticket due to their "policy". It's like buying shoes online and they send you the left one for the half price! Non-refundable!
We ended up purchasing ticket to SanJose separately through Expedia, but the price was obviously much higher.
That was the first time we booked through Flight Network. And the last one. Will never do again.
They deserve less than one star. I booked two tickets from them and have suffered a lot. No appreciation for the customer. It was very painful to have to cancel my tickets with them as they cannot rebook me on another flight. I was heartbroken as I could not get to see my loved ones. They ruined my whole summer as I became upset as I missed my loved ones. What a bad customer service. Shame on FlightNetwork to call themselves a Canadian bussiness.
You managed to find good flights at a good price. Thank you.
The worst company I have ever deal with!! Bad service , they took $500 extra from my credit for no reason and when I call them back they didn t sent it back to me !
The worst experience ever. They don t offer refunds for cancellations due to covid. And it s so hard to contact them because they just hang up on you when you try contacting them in regards to the issue. And we do get in contact they have to charge us to us our flight credit. Overall avoid this agency. They re a joke. They will scam you for your money.
Passed from agent to agent for 2 days. Over 5 hours spent on the phone. The most ridiculous arrangements offered to fix mistakes on their side... and if they offer you 'credit' don't count on it, you will never be able to use it.
Sholes, they don t refund your money for four months.
No English ! It is at least 1hr on hold to get to someone that doesn t speak English
Waited 2:30 hours on call still same repetitive voice note. Stay on hold to remain in priority Blane. Thank you for patience. Definately I couldn't control my patience any longer and had to drop.
Ronak has always excellently helped me in all my inquiries and ticket purchases. He is recomendable.
Easy-Breezy. Booked a flight at a price $280 less than what a travel agency quoted.
I'd give a zero star but that's not possible. They issued me a rebooking airline credit, then wouldn't let me use it. Ridiculous. I will never purchase from them again. They only want to scam you out of your money.
You always have to read all fine print, but for those you know what they are looking to buy, this is a great site. In this day and age, there will be charges if you want to protect your bags, or even get service, but taking into account the prices, it is well worth it. I'll use them again.
You know what? just don't....just don't.....speechless company...one thing I really don't understand Google is they don't allow to put less than 1 star... they don't deserve even 1 star...I'm just hating myself so much told my friend to buy a ticket from them...Shame on you Flight network, really.
Never use Flight Network!!
This company has the absolute worst customer service! They are impossible to contact after the fact when a problem needs to be addressed. I have spent hours on the phone and writing emails trying to get what I need.
All I needed from them after we cancelled our flights due to COVID was documentation. Simple documents stating that we received no refund or vouchers for future travel - so I could file a claim with my travel insurance company to be reimbursed. Impossible... Flight Network won't acknowledge me or respond in any way. I even contacted their parent company, (etraveli) in Sweden with no results.
The Flight Network did not inform me of a flight change. Their investigation found that I was a no show for the flight, thus no refund would be given. Of course I would be a no show for a day flight when I was expecting a red eye flight!
Excellent service. I made a mistake of booking the wrong name (stupid autofill). But customer service was able to change it for me quickly.
Suggestion for improvement on the booking site: should have a summary of what I am booking before last confirmation.
I waited on the phone for 4 hrs. trying to get some answers.
This is the worst agency I have ever dealt with. Never again, THEY SUCK!
Always an easy process and dependable (although this time the price adjusted event though it continued to be shown as available at $11 cheaper - not sure why that was happening)
I recently booked a flight for my mother-in-law. While scrolling through the options, I noticed that there was cancellation insurance available. The travel insurance was listed for what seemed like a ridiculously cheap price. I thought, "wow, why are they giving away travel insurance -- it must be a promotion." Upon clicking the pay button, I learned that the travel insurance price quoted was "per person, per day" -- and I was billed $129 to my credit card, without any option to review the total cost before paying. I immediately phoned customer service. I was immediately informed by someone with a thick South Asian accent that this was NOT refundable and, in a condescending tone, told that the explanation of price per person per day was clearly visible and that I should have clicked on the drop down "more" button to read all the details. (As I work in a very diverse community, I am accustomed to many accents and I can generally easily understand them. However, with phone support, agents really should speak excellent English. I had to ask him to repeat questions at least twice during our conversation as I really did not understand him.) When I vehemently protested the statement that the insurance was not refundable, he suggested that he could put me on hold and look into it. However, this effort on his part was only after I threatened to write a bad review. He eventually returned and told me that they would refund the cost of the insurance in 3 to 5 business days. I am not holding my breath, I fully expect to be given the run around for a while still, and I expect to have to make more calls to support in India before this is cleared up. I hope they prove me wrong.
I travel frequently, I have purchased travel insurance in many forms on many occasions, and I regularly use online booking sites for travel arrangements -- sites that usually show the cost of what you are paying for before clicking the pay button. FlightNetwork needs to do a far better job of clearly and accurately displaying the true cost of the travel insurance, or at least the full cost of what you are purchasing before processing payment. The way the insurance cost is presented is not clear. The suggestion that it is not refundable 2 mins after I purchase it is disturbing and screams intentional deception.
Worst agency ever, i booked a flight for my mother through them. The ticket from Shanghai to delhi was not confirmed by flight network with airline.
As a result we had to book a different flight on the spot. It Caused our 58 year old mother huge inconvenience at shanghai airport and us as well. Never ever use this agency these guys do not know what they are doing.
Horrible service! Clueless staff!!!!!
Have no credibility!
First time i have used them for a business class trip from Australia to Canada, great price, great service all good, i will use them again
If I am able to leave no start, I will do it.
Do not book your ticket with this Flight Network, You will 100% regret.
My flight was cancelled, contacted Flight Network to re-book my flight, transfer me to 4 different departments, 6 people. No one can re-book a ticket for me and no refund as well.
IS A SCAM SHOULD BE MORE CAREFUL BOOKING WITH THESE GUYS, i USED TO BE THEIR CUSTOMER BUT NOT ANYMORE SINCE THEY WERE GOING TO ROB ME TWO TIMES FARE FOR MY INFANT. VERY POUR CUSTOMER SERVICE
Was on the call waiting to talk to someone for 5 hours with no response.
Terrible terrible the worst ever they never pick up the phone I will never be booking with them never agine.
I definitely will not be a repeat customer. I called them because the website wouldn t let me remove their own baggage protection plan from the cart despite having only carry-on selected. I ended up booking tickets with them over the phone, despite the price being only $17 less than directly with the airline, specifically for their price drop protection. When I asked the details of that protection I was assured the difference would be returned to my credit card. This is not the case, it is returned as a travel voucher. I also asked about different fare tiers on the outbound and return flights to save some money, explaining that I didn t care about the tiers, just as long as I would have the same baggage allowances on both flights. I was told that if a certain fare tier is booked on the outbound flight, then the system automatically chooses the same tier on the return and it couldn t be changed to different tiers. I was assured that I had the same carry-on allowance for both flights. Upon checking in with the airline for the return flight I was advised that my flight didn t include any baggage and would have to pay for carry-on. To their credit, when I contacted them to have the baggage cost returned they reviewed the recorded call and agreed that I was mislead, then returned the cost. However, they refused to acknowledge that the agent mislead me on the difference in fare tiers because they claim the correct price was paid for each tier. While I believe that is likely true, the fact remains that misrepresenting a product at the time of sale is illegal. Overall it was a negative experience, and I would never recommend them as a service provider.
Our flights were cancelled because of COVD and we have made several attempts at recovering our money but Flight Network has been the least bit helpful in doing that. Tough time for travel related businesses so I understand you may not have enough people to answer each call but some sort of email communications or responses to them would help.
Criminals, worse company to deal with. They will put on hold for days.
Showed one price, I entered my card info and when it checked out charged me an additional $35 for clicking that I have no seat preference. Apparently if you want to sit while in flight it's an additional $35. Bait and switch
I booked a duplicate flight on accident. I called them immediately. They told me I couldn t get a refund at first and then said it will take 30 days. I called the airline and they immediately refunded to my card but they kept the $79 fee. This place is a total scam. They will tell you that they will refund your money after you acknowledge that you haven t disputed the charge with your bank. It s been over a Month and I acknowledged several times that I didn t dispute the charge. They still haven t refunded my money. They are definitely crooks and these other five star reviews are definitely fake.
I guess I'll be doing my traveling plans with you from now on and I travel quite often. It was very easy and you had all the answers to my questions before I got the chance to ask them. Not only did you make it easy to rent a car BUT you had pictures and prices so we could take our pick. Now all you need is discounts for seniors and veterans. Besides that it was a good experience.
Scumbags. Just don't use these guys. If you have even the slightest problem, be prepared to wait on hold for 5+ hours.
LESS THAN ONE STAR. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!- UNFAIR CHARGES! My son was traveling back from Prague to Copenhagen on April 1. Per his email confirmation from the company itself, ("This email is your electronic ticket to be presented at airport check-in.
Online check-in begins 24 hours prior to departure and ends an hour prior to your flight's scheduled departure.") He tried checking in online 2 hours prior to his flight but check in was closed & he was unable to. When he got to the airport, the was charged 1650 CZK ($71 USD!!) for not checking in. He tried explaining it was closed and he got nowhere. He had to get back to his classes and paid the fee. We've been trying to contact Flight Network ever since. We had been emailing with a rep, who told me he would have a supervisor contact me and now, nothing. The rep tried to tell me that at the end of the email are a different set of rules you have to follow (see attachment). I don't know how he can argue that selection that says "suggested check in's", compared to "you have up to one hour prior". Emphasis on "suggested". I can't believe they can get away with this. Crooks!!
Long wait times and customer services reps that are not able to provide any assistance. Tried to charge $200 cancellation fee for a flight that the airline cancelled without even notifying me. Avoid at all costs!
Used to be a decent company, but completely failed in a pandemic times. They do not respond to the quaries, website advises to contact airline while airline can't do anything if tickets were purchased through the different vendor and so on. Very disappointed and would not recommend anyone to use this service any longer.
Called into their 800# because I made mistake. Their representative was there to help me correct the mistake. I was very appreciative for his help! Many Thanks!
Really happy and got a good deal through flight network
Used the FlightNetwork website to book flights to Mexico. Everything went smoothly. Will definitely do this again.
I booked a flight with Flight Network, which I called to change a month later. They agreed to do so for a $150 fee, which I found was fair. They advised that if the flight I am changing to is more expensive, I have to pay more. Again, that's fair. Interestingly, the new flight was $100 cheaper, however, they said I don't get the benefit of the lower fee. Not only that, but I have to pay an additional $76, because they will have to book me at the former price that was $100 more, and that has another $70 taxes.
I asked to the supervisor, but the representative refused to pass my call citing that Flight Network's policy prohibited him from doing so based on my complaint. He then encouraged me to call the same number to speak with Customer Care.
On their website, it is indicated that Customer Care operating hours are 8am to 7pm EST. But when I called, I was told the only way to file a complaint was to send an email. After I insisted that I wanted to speak with someone, I was told there is no one from Customer Care available and that they will start their shift at 11am. If this is the case, FlightNetwork is misrepresenting information on their website when they indicate Customer Care department operates from 11am to 7pm.
Therefore, after being unfairly charged an extra fee, refused to be transferred to a supervisor and then being told Customer Care is actually not working the hours they claim to be, I think it is fair to say Customer Care is really not a priority here.
worst company ever seen, they canceled my flight, refuse to pay me back, the agents very mediocre, no respect for the customer.
Fuss free and very easy to use. Almost 1 click purchase and nearly immediate issuing of ticket. Fantastic price too! Well done!
