I'm giving a 5 star for ease of buying my tickets online. I have read the other reviews and unless they have change just recently, I can't understand how you could make an error in booking your ticket you have to check a box for what you want and don't want!
I do feel it would be beneficial for a total recap of your receipt before you commit to the payment! We don't fly out until September so hopefully everything goes well at the airport.

Due to COVID, my flight was canceled, so they email me stating I have a credit to rebook any flight using Air Canada/ Air India till March 2021. So I wanted to book a new ticket using my credit from Montreal to Calgary. I have called them at least 20 times no proper response even after waiting in a queue for 2 hours. I have sent them an email but no response. Multiple times I have asked them to connect my call to a supervisor but no response they will just put your call on hold for another two hours. I badly want to book my flight but I am pretty sure that my money is gone.

Beware.!!! This company is a SCAM. I tried booking a ticket from them, after putting all my information credit card # etc I got an error message saying "price changed please try again" or something along those line and I went ahead and booked with another place. When I arrived to my destination I found an email saying I was a no show. I found 2 different charges on my credit card. I tried contacting flight network and they kept telling me different stories. In the end they refused to refund me for their own mistake/scam.

I accidentally booked a night flight which was supposed to be for the morning, so I contacted the toll free number to get a change on my flight so that it would be in the morning. When I called the first time, they immediately hung up on me after I described my situation which was incredibly rude. So I attempted a second call, the customer service I received was just as disappointing.

Firstly, the representative explained that there is a 24hr window where a change can be issued, which I qualified for. However, he kept going around in circles saying the same thing and then contradicting himself saying that I did not qualify for this change, because the change is only valid if made on the same day. After doing this for about 20 minutes I asked to speak to a supervisor/manager.

They were equally unhelpful and resulted in them saying "your ticket is garbage" and that there was no possible way to change it. I usually don't write reviews because I feel that they can be unreasonable sometimes, however, I feel this is a unique case. I would like to inform those that are considering to book with Flight Network about the inadequate and unaccommodating service I was given.

Used to be great. Booked lots of flights through them but now they add polices that dont make any reasonable sense. Even if air companies dont charge any fees now with COVID, flightnetwork just adds their own fees that are incredibly huge. Never buying anything through this website again. Do not book with this company. They will legitimately steal your money. Booked a flight prior to COVID19 for April. Due to COVID the flight was cancelled (understandable). Airline sent formal document via email confirming flight network was reimbursed 100% due to the flight cancellation. Call flightnetwork to get reimbursed and you wait on hold for hours with a promise call back/email for reimbursement. Just never happen - it had been months and I have still not received reimbursement from Flightnetwork. They stole over $1000 from me and there is no communication or anything I can do.

Made a Reservation online. Had to change it for unforeseen reasons and the agent charged me higher than the change fee sneaking in additional packages with the date change which were unnecessary. I agreed and paid as i had no other option, still waiting on the updated itinerary. tried calling them to ask about the new itinerary but they keep saying that i will get it in email. Moreover they don't respond properly when you call them and the customer service agents are really rude and unwilling to help. this was my first and last time booking a flight with flight network.
Needless to say i'm totally disappointed by the treatment i got. if anyone is reading this I highly suggest that you never book your tickets with flight network. Be careful out there as all they care about is filling their pockets!
