Very slow customer service. They did not send my i...

Very slow customer service. They did not send my invoice for a month and then when i reminded them, they sent me an E-Ticket instead of an invoice. After a chat with the call center, I was advised to wait 2 days further.

They advertise 24/7 helpline which does not have any customer service representative beyond office hours.

Will update once my 48 hour window expires.
