Giving the 1 star rating purely on the basis of a preliminary call to inquire about the cancellation policy. Waited for 40 mins on call and no response form them. I wonder if I eventually buy up ticket and need to cancel it how much of a headache it would be just to connect with these guys. Sorry to say, but you just lost a potential customer.
