I booked my tickets thru FlightNetworks without checking online reviews first and got really concerned after fact. But mine booking turned out perfect. I got cheap price on perfect connection schedules etc. This was my first and only experience with FN, I gave it five stars for this experience alone. For all the negative reviews that others had, I guess it's a thing when it works it works, but when it doesn't then all other factors come in, such as customer service, how quickly they correct an error, etc.
