1st time used to buy air ticket as a good rate was...

1st time used to buy air ticket as a good rate was provided however the good priced turned out to be an expensive ticket. Called customer service to rectify - line was answered quickly by totally incompetent staff that couldn't provide answers to the price paid. Had to cancel the booking and pay penalty .
When this review posted with 1 star a customer care representative from the company had emailed and apologized for the service and had refunded the cancelation penalty which was a nice gesture hence the upgrade to 4 starts.
