My Westjet flight got cancelled due to COVID-19. If I had booked it with Westjet directly, I would have got full refund. Instead I had to call Flightnetwork so many times and deal with their rude agents, every time I got different answers. They kept brushing me off. Finally, they offered me refund with $45 handling fee!!! Why would I have to pay for a service I didn't receive? The agent told me as he was yelling that I either have to pay $45 or won't get a refund! Unbelievable!!
All their agents are located outside Canada and sometimes have very poor English communication skills.
