During a Global Pandemic this company will refuse to speak with you and will not refund any tickets for flights that you are not allowed to take due to travel restrictions.

Flight Network continues to send flight reminders and calls to update me on my flights even though I have called 4 times and emailed them 7 times that I legally cannot take the flight due to flight restrictions.

Be very wary of this company, once they get your money they won't offer you any additional help. Also if the flight time changes they charge you extra if the price goes up.

Would give 0 stars if it was an option. Worst customer experience ever.
