Unhappy with this website. First time Booked an a...

Unhappy with this website. First time Booked an air ticket on this website , the statement/receipt showes clearly the total Cost is $513 in CAD, But actually was charged CAD530. Called the customer service, I was told that because of usd/cad exchange rate issue! What a good explanation!
