I recently had a change in schedule on an upcoming flight within India. I booked a second ticket for the following day and assumed the first ticket would be a write-off. One day, I was contacted by Kim Arora at Flight Network about a time change in the first ticket. When I told her I wouldn't be using the ticket she arranged a full refund for me.
