If I could give 0 stars I would. There was a mistake in the booking with relation to baggage, and this company would not refund the ticket amount less than 24 hours after making the booking. I spoke to multiple agents on the phone and tried to contact them via twitter, and they were beyond rude and giving me conflicting information. The same person would say that we can refund you $x amount, only to quote a higher price 2 mins later. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. The airline in question would happily refund the ticket, but since I booked through Flight Network, I have to go through them. Never had this issue with other websites such as CheapoAir, TripAdvisor, Skyscanner, Cheaptickets, etc...

I made an error in my booking and as soon as I realized it called to correct that error with in the minute of making it and they agent said there was nothing that could be done. Once they have your money it's gone.
Worst customer service ever, trying to contact them for 6 months, they transfer my call from one person to other sometimes put me on hold for 2 hrs and nobody never answer, its regarding a refund from Air Canada due Covid , I already contact the Airline and they said I have to contact the agency I booked the fligth with for my money refund, it looks like this agency dont want to make any refunds or help the costumers out, dont book any flight through this Agency, they are a fraud, surprise that nobody has sued them and they are still doing business.
I am not one to write negative reviews... BUT I thought that Flight Network deserved one as this was the worst experience I EVER had when dealing with flights/trips. I booked a trip to Miami in March 2020 that unfortunately had to be cancelled due to the lockdown from COVID. I called Flight Network to cancel due to the global pandemic and they decided to charge me a cancellation fee of $100. When asked for a full refund, they said that it is not possible and gave me a credit that would expire Dec 2020. FIRST, I argued that there should be no cancellation fee for $100 since this was out of my control to cancel. SECOND, I argued as to why a credit would be issued (expiring in a couple of months) when there was no foreseen chance of travelling in the near future and it would go to waste instead. The agent was very unprofessional and very rude, dismissing and condescending to me me saying there was nothing he can do and that they have to make money too. But after seeing all these negative reviews about this happening to other people too, seems like they took advantage of the situation and ran with it.
I tried calling back closer to Dec 2020, to request for an extension of my credit since travelling was completely out of the picture since numbers of COVID cases were increasing. I called MULTIPLE TIMES and no one picked up the phone... I would be on hold for 2 hours only for someone to pick up the phone and hang up right away.
PLEASE do yourself a favour and do not book with this travel agency.

If I could give this company no stars I would. They will charge you for a seat you didn't intentionally order or want. We Americans need to take a stand how foreigners regulate their business with us. After the calling customer line they told me they have sent an email twice which never came and proceeded to tell me I had to work with a different department. Great help guys, still no email.
Terrible customer service, waited on hold for over 3 hours to be told nothing helpful. Our flight was cancelled due to covid and we were told we can only do a date change or maybe book something else but forfeit the difference if new flight is less. Ridiculous! On top of that the company changed hands so I have lost all my price drop credit without warning. I WILL NEVER BOOK WHEN THEM AGAIN!
First time using the site and when I received my e-ticket my names were not entered correctly. I immediately contacted them and spoke with Yash who was phenomenal he tried while I was on the hold to rectify the problem but since it was taking too long he took my contact numbers and also provided me with his and assured me that it would get corrected at no extra cost. He told me to verify later as it could take 24 hours however, within hours I received my new e-tickets and everything was correct. Wonderful costumer service would definitely use the site in the future.
I had a horrible experience booking with Flight Network. They informed me 2 days before my flight that the flight was not actually booked- although they had sent me etickets. They never apologized or compensated me for the trouble. Customer service is terrible and they do not care about their customers.
I have never felt the need to review a company on any website, EVER, but this company s customer service is so bad that I felt obligated to leave this review to try to warn others from using them. As I m reading through the reviews from others, I m noticing a general theme of a complete lack of customer service and respect for the people that pay their salaries their customers. I also find it interesting that there are somewhat timely responses back on the BBB website, but it took them 1 month to respond to an email from me and the wait times when I call are 3 hours 45 minutes (absolutely absurd to expect someone to wait on hold for almost 4 hours). It s easy to try to look like you care when people are blasting your company on the BBB website, but then have a complete lack of customer service where others can t see. I also find it troubling that the company appears to be openly arguing with their customers back and forth on the BBB website. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED.
I have been trying to get a refund from FlightNetwork since end of April when my flight was canceled due to COVID. FN refuses to issue me a refund despite it being European Union law to do so. I have been told different things by different people when calling FN and half the time, they can t find my reservation despite me providing them the refence numbers that are in the original emails they sent me when I booked. I have repeatedly been lied to by FN with them telling me that the airline issued me a credit already, but when I call the airline, they say that is not true and that if I want a refund, FN has to call them to get a waiver code and then they can issue the refund, but that they cannot issue it until FN calls because I booked through FN, not them (reasonable approach from the airline). The airline tells me that FN needs to call their travel agency support desk to get a waiver code given that I booked through a travel agency (I m not sure I would classify FN as a travel agency, but rather a scam artist). Despite explaining this both on the phone and in an email, FN continues to refuse to give me a refund. They repeatedly say the airlines policies don t allow this, despite me talking to the airline multiple times and them saying this is not true. They also easily would be able to figure this out by doing a quick Google search and it coming up with European Union guidance for COVID stating that the airlines are required to give refunds per EU law. I noticed the same thing happening to other customers after reading the reviews.
It appears to me that FN is trying to prolong this as long as they can in hopes that customers just give up, but with my flights costing a little less than $2000, I will not give up until I get my refund.
FlightNetwork do the right thing and treat your customers with respect. If you don t, you won t have any customers to defraud anymore because you will be out of business.
Always the worst experience with them. No professionalism. Called 10 times back and forth the airlines and them. They did not inform me that they didn't assign me a seat, my airlines informed me. I emailed and they didn't reply. Very disappointed with the service. And it's not cheap.

Bad experience! Once you buy the ticket, the risk of losing the money is very high. Every time we want to change something, all kinds of fees apply. You have to go directly to the airlines.

So since I did not have the credit card on me I gave my friend's card number to refund me. They took another $ 225 from my friend's house even though they were not allowed. I did not understand anything. In total I just lost $ 500.
Just booked a flight to Argentina and the auto-fill on the computer put my name as zack instead of Zackary. This could have resulted in me not being able to board. I called Flight Network immediately to correct the mistake. They were not able to change the name on the current reservation but they did work with me like a HUMAN BEING and together we were able to sort it all out. Was told April 21 that a lower then what I paid refund would take 4 to 6 weeks, still waiting. Told by Nadine Pittman that she will look into the amount discrepancy and get back to me...her ext: 2304 no longer exists. 2 e mails unanswered, unable to speak with anyone about this. Considering legal and media attention to solve this. Approach this company with extreme caution !!!
WARNING DO NOT book anything with FLIGHT NETWORK. I recently booked a honeymoon flight and got stuck in ROME due to a mistake from one of there agents. They offered next to NO support during my time attempting to get back to Canada. After 5 days a support email came through and the fought with me every step of way to avoid paying for their mistake. They did not even accept an email confirming they messed up my confirmation of travel! HORRIBLE and never using service again.
They charged me unwanted insurance fee of $200 when I booked the flight. It was completely deceiving and was not reflected in price that was shown. In fact, I specifically unclicked the "baggage protection" fee. Apparently, I was somehow supposed to find on the page the check mark about declining the insurance. Never they showed the confirmation of final price! So sick and tired of these practices from travel websites!

Flightnetwork is a scam central. THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOU FOR CANCELLED FLIGHTS regardless of the circumstances and only give you credits. When you want to use the credits, they make you wait for hours on the phone between transfers. When you finally get to the supposed right person, all sorts of issues would pop up: 1) credits could only be applied to the same economy class (which was not mentioned beforehand whatsoever, regardless if the intended booking is within the credit amount), 2) additional airport taxes, 3) reach out to WestJet to resolve numerous issues that were never mentioned before, etc. It just felt like you could never use the credits you have with them. Anyone would be better off book flights with Expedia or directly with the airlines.
Last night, I attempted to book three of us on a flight. First, I tried to do three individual bookings, instead of all together, and then I made a couple of errors. I had to phone for help at midnight, and I cannot express how grateful I am to the fantastic woman (sorry, I didn't get her name, but her Ext. is 2525) who spent over half an hour on the phone with me getting things straightened out. She was extremely knowledgeable and patient and deserves a medal.
Hello, I purchased tickets for me and my husband from FlightNetwork on February 3rd to go from Tehran to Toronto and back. Turkish airlines cancelled our flight due to covid and flightnetwork sent me the cancellation confirmation on June 8th stating that I will get full refund of $1846.02 back to my credit card. I still haven't gotten my refund and it's been more than 5months. Over this period of time, i have called them several times, every time I have to wait for 1 to 3 hours. They have the worst costumer service, whenever I ask them about my refund they say they will call me back or they will send me an email with my refund status but they NEVER do. The last 3 times I called them and asked about my refund they hung up on me. They don't answer my emails and I don't have any way of reaching them. This company is fraud and no one should do business with them because they steal your money and cause a lot of stress.

Horrible - Just Horrible. Due to a "System Glitch" this will be the single most expensive plane ticket I have ever purchased!!! Horrible customer service, outrageous fees and a crappy website. I was trying to book a particular flight combination on Norwegian and was having issues on their site and Kayak and it wouldn't go through. I tried Flight Network and it worked like a charm. The confirmation from Norwegian showed up within an hour! Great work. It was my first time using you- but it won't be my last.
Worst customer service. I got non refundable credit that clearly states that will charge 50$ booking fee, but when i called to make reservation again. They said it is 200$ now (which is their mistakes since the email clearly states 50$) i asked to speak with supervisor within few hours, but never got call back.
Used to book at least 7 flights a year through flight network with no complaints ever...booked a flight for my boyfriend under very sad circumstances and it's just been a mess...they charged a $400 rebooking fee when I missed my flight on top of the difference in price for the rebooked flight. It took the agent an hour to finally find another flight which was one month later and more expensive, I went on their website while I was on hold and had to recommend a better priced flight for a week later which apparently he didnt see...Two days later I got a text message from the airline that the flight was cancelled. I have been on hold twice now for over two hours trying to rebook. The first time it was taking soooo long again to look for another flight. I asked if I could just get a refund to book another, cheaper flight to the same destination and they said the airport has to make that decision and said theyd request the airline to contact me. It's been one week and they havent contacted me at all. I called again to just rebook the flight and forget the refund as my boyfriend needs to go, and the agent was very rude and no help, then the line went fuzzy and he said he'd transfer me and I ended up on hold for 45 min so I hung up to go to bed. Now I'm on hold for over two hours yet again with a message that keeps telling me my wait time is 5 min, which is clearly a lie and it's almost bed time again. I will never ever use this company again, there are so many other options, or just book through the airline. Waste of my time.

I found the lowest price for the flight I wanted on this site. I didn t purchase right away, and the next day I got a notification that the price dropped even more , plus a coupon code! So then I bought my tickets. The process was quick and easy. The only complaint I have is that when I went to purchase my checked baggage, there was an option to purchase hand baggage. So I went to the airline website and it said that hand baggage was free for every ticket type (with some restrictions). So I don t know why this site was trying to make it seem like you had to pay for it. This is misleading, and I hope I wasn t overcharged for my checked bag, because it was expensive. But I think it was for both departing and return flights, because it did say it was for the entire journey, so that s not so bad I guess.

worst customer support experience ever. Team members do not have enough information, I talked to 4-5 different people each time they had a new process that they follow. I was told that I will get the reply by Tuesday, I did not get any. I called the support team on Wednesday (Today) asked the support person if I can talk to his supervisor or manager, he said he could not transfer the call and I have to mail them.
Each time I call them they have completely different thing to say, I had to explain my case each time in detail. May be they do not have the portal to write down the details for their customer.

Car rental company was a third party rental...Flight Network booked through CARTRAWLER (from Ireland) who booked through VALUE CAR RENTAL in Orlando. Terrible service at Value car rental, agent was rude, refused to rent me the car because I would not sign up for his car rental insurance I am covered by my credit card insurance. I rented from another company and contacted FLIGHT NETWORK to assist in getting a refund. I was told I have to deal directly with the merchant. They REFUSED to get involved!! Unbelievable!! Still trying to get my refund. Will NEVER book with FLIGHT NETWORK and will advise my friends and relatives not to.

HUGE scam. Do not use Flight Network! They take your money, cancel your flight and have you go through leaps and bounds when trying to get your money back. They will tell you they can't transfer you their manager and that they will need to have the manager call you (all lies). Thank goodness there was protection through the credit card company so that we could get our money back. Stay away from Flight Network! Such a disappointment!
This agency has nothing positive to offer, don t trust them. You ll waste hours of your life going back and forth with the airline and agency. The airline told me on 3 occasions and 4 hours total on hold that they can do nothing to a ticket purchased through an agency. The agency refuses to offer refunds on cancelled flights and tells you to call the airline. I will NEVER book with them again and I do a significant amount of travel. I ve never encountered company that openly breaks the law like this. It s against the law to cancel flights and not refund the customer. Go with a different website that does price matching.... trust me.

I have used flight network for several years and LOVE everything about it!! I originally started using it because of Venngo work perks but now I would and do use it for other reasons. I love PRice drop protection and I have used it several times. I book now secure in the knowledge if the price goes down, I don't miss out.
Very bad service. I bought a ticket at night on November 19th at 11pm for $2031 with an additional $19 for their so called 24 hour cancellation guaranteed policy which is completely fake. Then the next day I found a cheaper ticket to the same location, so I called to cancel it as it was still in the "24 hour period". They told me that I have to pay an extra $300 for the cancellation even though it was not over 24 hour. I figured out that their 24 hour protection policy is all garbage, it's just another way to steal peoples money. They told me that 24 hours means in the same day. I bought the ticket on 11pm and somehow my 24 hours Is already up even though only 10 hours had passed!.Don t ever buy your tickets from this company ever they are a scam and fake.

I found a great deal on flights through a newsletter I receive daily. By using a third party website, I was able to find itinerary information which was then used to book a flight through FlightNetwork. However in my excitement to purchase this great deal, I swapped my origination and destination airport by accident. In other words, I was leaving from where I wanted to go! I found a slightly more expensive flight that corrected my itinerary and called to cancel. I was a little annoyed because the FlightNetwork confirmation indicated I would pay a fee to cancel. However this wasn't their fault so I was ready to pay it. To my surprise I called their customer service number to cancel and the gentleman was extremely helpful in cancelling the wrong itinerary with no fees. Dealing with airlines and traveling can be stressful but FlightNetwork definitely passed my test and I will be happy to do business with them and recommend them again!
Be very careful when you book a ticket at this website. There are no previews and no clear guidelines If the ticket is non refundable. I would anytime suggest talking to a live agent and get all your queries answered rather than booking here online.
Prompt service also means that it takes 7 days after the deductions on my credit card they reached me back and told that sorry we can t do any refunds. Even if you cancel flight literally 10 minutes later.

I have used FlightNetwork at least 2 times before and all has gone very well. Booking was seamless and simply bottom line. I just referred a friend to this website. Better rates than many stateside (US) flight websites.
The date is now September 22, 2015 and Kosovo has been declared independent country since February 17, 2008. I am unsure why your organization has failed to understand this and still has the airport Pristina in Kosovo listed as, Pristina, Serbia.
This is discriminatory in many ways and the Albanian community who use Fight Network request that you correct your mistake immediately!

I had a really unpleasant experience using Flight Network. I bought a round-trip ticket, Toronto-Bandung (Indonesia), with Lufthansa-Silk Air and was extremely troublesome.
While checking in at the Pearson airport on April 27, 2019, a Lufthansa officer informed that based on the reference number, I was booked on multiple flights for different dates. At that time, I have temporarily suspense my phone number since I'm going to Indonesia for 1.5 months, so I couldn't make a call directly and decided to send an email, which I never got any reply.
On April 10, 2019, around 10 p.m. (UTC+07:00), two days before my flight back to Toronto (April 12, 2019), I called Flight Network customer service to clear the mess and the first person told me to contact the airline (Lufthansa) directly. I've called Lufthansa and their conclusion was the travel agency (Flight Network) need to delete all the other mistaken bookings and validate one I finalized and paid for.
So, I called Flight Network back for a couple of times and they told me that SPENCER, who they mentioned was one of the managers, was dealing with it and would call me back. I waited for 1 hour and there was no call. I called back to ask the status and was put on hold for nearly 50 minutes. Finally, I got a call from SPENCER telling me to wait for his call and that was the last time I ever heard from him. (He never contacted me again and had always been unavailable whenever I call the following time.)
The next day (June 11, 2019), 1-day before my flight and I still have no ticket. I couldn't contact the Canada or United States office (due to time difference), so I tried the one in Singapore. None of the customer service officers could deal with it and told me to just wait for a call from Canada at around 9 or 10 a.m. Canadian time (which was 13-14 hours before the flight I paid for).
Since Flight Network was not helping, I checked through Lufthansa application and realized there was no booking of a flight to Toronto on June 12, 2019, 10.10 a.m. (UTC +07:00). I called Lufthansa and they verified it.
At 10 p.m. (UTC +07:00) or around 11 a.m. Canadian time, still, there was no call from SPENCER or anyone. I called Flight Network and ask for SPENCER, but he was unavailable. The officer only told me that there was an email from the other manager offering me alternatives to dealing with the issue. I checked my email and there was none. I refreshed it and still none. So, I left a message for SPENCER to just contact me through email. And again, he never did.
I am extremely disappointed since I have a valid proof of e-ticket that Flight Network sent me saying that all of the flight I booked are confirmed.
Apologizing for the inconvenience I m experiencing, giving a phone number or email address for me to reach out, and promising someone will get back to me, are not going to solve this problem. I don t trust Flight Network anymore, I don t believe that they would reply to the email, phone call, or any other long-distance communication medium. I would call it a fair compensation if Flight Network would finally deal with this issue responsibly and professionally.
We've been booking through Abdul at Flight Network for years. He's phenomenal at what he does! Always looks out to find us the best deal and even got us a great price reduction once. The website is a tad bit outdated but it does the job. Update (2017): Abdul no longer works here.
Deeply disappointed, booked flight last night #5429099 and then received e-mail saying that it was auto-cancelled. Called in and offered a more expensive flight. If I knew that flight network was a bait and switch operation I would have booked from airline directly. Prices since have gone up on airline website.

Never had to deal with a CSR in 5+ years of usage...so quite happy about it. Otherwise...very easy to use. All possible flights (cheap or not) are always showing when comparing to other popular websites and they are actually quoted in the currency you requested....
Would be good to have an alternative date option, some kind of table that shows quickly if it's more advantageous to depart/arrive on the prior/next day...at the top of the screen.
Please be careful while booking flights with this company. Prices they are providing on their web site differ from the flight provider ones. I have booked a flight, received a confirmation on my e-mail with a FlihgtNetwork booking reference number but luckily have noticed that my booking failed with the airline. After speaking to their agent it was discovered that they don't have the prices the company is declaring on their website and I need to cancel my payment and still need to book a flight with the original airlines. I don't understand the point of providing cheaper prices on the web site and being unable to guarantee them for the customer.
Cancelled my tickets in mid-flight because they thought it's credit card fraud. Never tried to contact me regarding this matter. Only realized this when I came to the gate to connect to my next flight, as a result got stuck in Copenhagen for a day (thank god I didn't need a visa to leave the airport). Now Flightnetwork has taken almost FOUR months to issue a refund, and even then, they refused to pay for my cab and accommodation during my forced stay in Copenhagen. There is no direct number to speak with an agent and it takes about a week to get a response via email. The best part is the rep I'm talking to has provided me with his extension and it's not even valid! Save yourself the hassle and don't ever use Flightnetwork
