1. The estimates for hold times when you call are far from realistic, for example, they tell you 10 mins when it s in fact over an hour
2. The agents are mean and neither helpful nor understandable
3. Today, the line dropped 4 times! Twice of them when I was already talking to an agent after being on hold for over 90 minutes! And none of them thought of calling back. The last agent her name is Sana, I gave her my callback number and asked politely to be called back in case the line drops, but guess what, the line dropped and she never called!
