Poor performing website and dodgy customer reps who charge you over and above the ticket price by a wide margin by lying about the limited seats left.
Found WJ flight from YYZ to LV for $300 but website kept timing out so called into a rep for help. He insisted he could not see that price on his system (while i kept refreshing and saw it) and that there was only one seat left for $550 which I had to buy right away through him.
In spite of my complaints about the website and the price i could see, he pushed and misled me into buying that ticket at his marked up price.
The company is so shady in their practices now that they did not auto-email me a receipt with the price until i phoned in to ask for one a week later.
In doing so, the new rep issued me 2 receipts - 1 for the WJ fare of $300 which surprised me and a separate one for $250 for a service fee!!!
There was no explanation for this non-disclosure; the rep said i could take it a lawyer if i wanted to but said i agreed to pay $550 on record.

Definitely felt manipulated in a bad situation - this is not a fair way to dupe a customer into paying a markup to the travel site. Company has become untrustworthy and will lose it customer base.
