Had to cancel a trip and rebook another at the same time. Second booking cost more, I had no problem with that. Cancellation policy: 24 hrs; mine was about 1/2 day past that. One would think there would be wiggle room. Flight network recognized my delema and worked with me. They did charge me a cancellation fee, but not the full amount. I would book through Flight network again. Thank you, Krista, for your patience and sweet understanding!
