I booked my ticket through flight network but due to COVID restrictions I had to change my flight. Instead of changing flight, Customer Service Rep canceled my ticket and said I ll get refund back. It s been more than 3 months and I haven t got anything yet. Never buy from these scammers, very poor customer service. Flight Network doesn t deserve even a single star.
