It seems when all is right with the world FlightNetwork.com are all tickatiboo - going by all the 3,4&5 reviews
Though with COVID-19 - FlightNetwork.com are a symphony of Deception and Lies

I can personally attest to the latter

Due to COVID-19 our Flights have been cancelled by the Airline (Air New Zealand)
As we booked through FlightNetwork.com we have been advised we must contact the Travel Agency directly to Obtain a Refund

With a multitude of Contact Numbers through Canada, USA & South Africa though seemingly always ending up speaking to someone in India

All our Reference Numbers, E-ticket Numbers, Booking Numbers, Phone Numbers & Email Addresses could not be found.
Even though I had the Booking Confirmation email in front of me.

Our initial booking was done via 'I Know The Pilot' & booked with FlightNetwork.com

We feel this is nothing but Theft
It seems like $3,500 has gone
