I have been using Flight Network for years and I am super satisfied with their services, especially if I have to call. Within seconds of ringing the phone, my calls are answered. Also, their prices are way cheaper. Keep it up Flight Network

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!
Due to covid my Air Canada Flight was cancelled from Toronto to Australia (The borders are closed). Due to this i have over $3000 of unused flight money with flight network. When I asked to book a flight from Toronto to Edmonton to visit family they said sure but the flight is only $400 you will forfeit the rest of the money. That is unacceptable! I paid you over $3000, let me use my money !
Also wait times on phones are over 3 hours, and most employees just transfer your call again. Be prepared for a lot of holding, waiting, and no help.
I just simply want to use my money for flights, or get it back.

Flight Network good rates on their tickets from Calgary to India (Bengaluru) - but not too off from other sites. But, to my worst luck - I went ahead with flight network as the wikipedia says it is the second largest booking network in Canada. I paid and got a confirmation - was supposed to wait for eticket to arrive in my email but I checked my booking # on air canada booking status and it was booked so I didn't bother much. The next day I get an email saying the pricing I paid for was invalid and the ticket couldn't be purchased so I had to call back to book. I called back to book - 45 mins process - I didn't make any fuss, the price was $90 extra than what I paid the day before, but I went ahead anyway as the rep told me he gets live rates and he'll book it for real this time. I got a confirmation email didn't realise I had to wait for eticket (again!) as the rep assured its booked now.

OK now 9 days later - I get another call from FlightNetwork saying they messed up again and they'll reprice and rebook for me again or refund. 9 days later! And I lost trust in them - they were pricing it around the same amount but I asked for a refund and booked my trip with BudgetAir for $350 extra since its now 9 days later. I can't express how disappointed I'm with service of FlightNetwork. I paid for all the baggage and travel insurance, etc through FlightNetwork but no point in going after them - but what good is it when my trip ends up costing me $440 extra after 10 days and a bunch of unnecessary stress. I wouldn't have posted this review if it was only once, but it happened to me twice for the same trip and they had the nerve to offer me to book for a third time! FlightNetwork should just quit the business when it can't process tickets at a normal pace. BudgetAir sent me eticket in less than 3 mins - and the same experience every other time I booked with different third party / airlines. Flight Network is the first and second time this happened with a flight booking in my entire life...I travel quite a bit - I take at least 10 flights a year for personal, and a lot for work (I don't have to book for work flights).
This is bad!

Poor customer service! Flight got canceled and they were straight lying that the airline can t refund money , we can only get voucher! We called airline and they said they are ready to refund money any time ! We told FlightNetwork and now they were like yes they just changed policy . Again airline refunded money right away but these guys are telling us to wait 90 days to receive the refund. Don t ever go to them they are bunch of lairs .

After holding the call for 2 hours if by any chance someone answer's they put on hold and cut the call. It happened 5 times now. Even the airline company can cancel the reservation this guys don't do it and keep the money. Very poor service. Don't buy tickets from them.

They don't deserve any star rating.

Th e worst customer service ever! I called them to cancel a flight because we couldn't get the VISA on time. The cancellation policy in the ticket I have, clearly says that I am going to be charged a specific amount at the time of cancellation(any time) and can get the rest of my money back. The guy on the phone kept shouting at me that there is no cancellation policy on your ticket. I read the policy for him, but he just kept repeating himself in a very rude way. This is the last time I am buying any ticket from them.

I would suggest you book your tickets through the airline directly. Flight Network charged us $32 per ticket extra when they were tracking the fact that we selected the same flight a couple of times, so they increased the amount! They are a rip off!

Disappointed.. paid 180$ to be able to have a flexible ticket and make changes if needed, when the time came to change my dates and postpone my flight they wanted me to pay 450$ more for a change of dates..very upset for the lack of professionalism of the customer service and the incorrect information provided while buying my ticket... Waste of money, waste of time.

Got trip cancellation insurance and had to cancel my flight as a family member had passed away. Was told I'd get my refund in 5-6 weeks. 8 weeks later and I've just been told it will take another 5-6 weeks to receive it??! Not to mention it takes a week for them to respond and no direct phone number. Terrible customer service, will never use them again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Worst travel agent to book flights. They are pathetic in support and refunds. The mug people during this COVID-19 situation and say that its flights that provide refund not them. Dont spend extra money for their premium services it waste of money as they provide nothing incase of support.

I guess now Flight Network customer support contracted to offshore (India I believe) customer support is very very worst now. very rude nonprofessional customer service. very disappointed. not again with Flight network

Never gonna use this again. Poor after-service! Make changes to the ticket 4days ago but still haven't received the updated itinerary.They provided an email address for new itinerary. Write email days ago but no one replays to it till now. Do they even check the mailbox? If not why provide it? Gonna call them tomorrow anyway.

Worst customer service! Hardly speak English. We booked tickets from toronto to Australia and at the toronto airport we found out we can t board without visa to China ! We had a 3 hour conversation with the customer service rep and we tried to stay calm and because of him we missed our alternate flight because he couldn t book a flight he had to go through 2 other departments. When we asked for a refund they said that it wasn t their fault and the proof was that we thanked the customer service rep !! Lol. Who knew being polite doesn t help

We have purchased tickets in August 2020 and due to the pandemic the airline cancelled the flight. The airline informed us that the funds were sent to Flight Network in mid November. It is now January 2021 and there is no sign of the money. We keep calling and the same answer it is being processed . We are starting to wonder if we will ever see that money. It is ridiculous that at a time like this they choose to keep money that does not belong to them. After this experience we will NEVER use them again. There is no chance to contact the Manager to discuss. They always say that there is no manager on the shift and that the manager will contact us back, but nobody does.

the trip to EWR was no frills, but coming back to MSP it was horrendous spirit charged for carry on $42, and when I got to Airport my bag as ripped twisted and no handle. A one trip use carry-on, the seats where hard as rock plus they have no regular water. My mother used to said be aware of low cost, because at the end you will spend more how right and wise she was. I will never use this company in the future

They informed me saying I can't get refund however I can rebook with same Airlines in future by calling directly to the Airlines. They give deals on perks but they mess with tickets. I booked a ticket and have to cancel right after few minutes and I didn t have full refund. They charged 56$.
They charge for every thing unlike any other websites.
I don t recommend this website at all.

FIRST and LAST time booking with Flight Network! I have spent HOURS and HOURS on hold trying to re-book a COVID-cancelled flight. When I'd reach an agent, they'd either put me on hold for hours more, or hang up!! I finally got through today to re-book -- the whole process, with holding for an agent took about 3 hours. I paid for my ticket, then got an email stating that I need to pay even more, or else they won't issue me the ticket. Never have I come across such unprofessionalism or lack of customer service! Go elsewhere!!!

The website was easy to navigate using my phone and the prices are unbeatable!! Upon purchasing tickets I made a spelling error on one of the passengers names and was nervous. Called them and my error was corrected immediately without issue. The staff was extremely polite and effecient. Will definitely use Flight Network next time I book a flight.

Someone should start a class action law suit against flight network, the way they operate during a pandemic is beyond my expectation, white collar mafia. Been waiting for a refund since March 2020, After months of trying to get a hold of someone, they said I should have my refund between 10 - 15 Days, bit after 3 months still nothing and then they threatened to charge my card again if I was to dispute these charges through my bank. At this point eveyone deserves more than just a full refund because there causing alot grief to many people in such hard times. And businesses should be held accountable especially in this day and age, were in 2020 this fraudulent operation and business ethic are unacceptable. Maybe we have to reach out to the government, but something needs to be done, too many people suffering in such difficult times, as you can see from the comments. Quick update, it has been more than 1 year since these scammers have taken my money, and 1 year later still wasting my time trying to call in to get my refund. Visa is not willing to help as its more than 1 year. Not sure what we as the public can do in this circumstances.

Flight Network is my flight selector of choice, I Used them for all of my trips in North America and Asia. I have just finished arranging 6 weeks in Thailand ,and 3 other countries and flight network lets me put together a complicated itinerary almost easily. I would recommend them to any traveler wishing to put together their own travel experience.

DO NOT USE FLIGHT NETWORK. I booked a flight recently, and there was a pre-selected option for Baggage Loss Protection that I did not notice. When I tried to cancel (within 24 hours, as per their policy) the response was that this is non-refundable once the purchase is made. These guys are CROOKS

Worst customer service. Waiting time to get to talk to someone is insanely long. One time the rep hung up on me while I was trying to rebook my flight. Terrible booking and rebooking experience. If your flight get cancelled and you need to rebook you can only do through FlightNetwork (oh can only do by phone so good luck waiting to get to speak to someone) and cannot do it directly through the airline (which is understandable) but they'll charge you extra fee even though you've paid the FlightNetwork fee from your first booking.

DO NOT ever book through FlightNetwork. It is not worth the headache even if it's slightly cheaper. If I can give negative star, I would.

Horrible. After they have your money they don't care. I spent over 2 weeks calling them and over 15 hours on the phone only to get transferred in circles because they didn't care or didn't know what they were doing. It was one of the most stressful times of my life. Always book directly with an airline. It might be cheaper at first, but if something does go wrong, the third party will not be there for you.

These people would say your estimated wait time is 15 minutes and not pick up for 5 hours. Worst customer service I ve experienced in my life. No matter how urgent your case is, or if you wanna make immediate changes or cancellations, forget about getting through to their unprofessional agents. And not to speak about the unnecessary fees that they charge. Please don t book.

My go-to agency, for the last 10 years.
I always check with others to see whether I'd get a better fare... but I very rarely do, and in the cases I've gone with someone else, there were unpleasant surprises, like adding the tax at the VERY last moment of your booking and such.

Awesome service. I used to crosscheck pricing but I don't even bother anymore b/c FN always gets the best price going. I recommend to anyone who asks. These guys totally ROCK! (and no....I do NOT work for FN. Just a really happy customer that's been using them for many years)

Thank you for your prompt service up to now and hopefully the flight and seating arrangement is satisfactory too, but what's with the astronomical American Express card fee of $941.90, you must have made a mistake and if so, could you please correct it immediately; I will be checking with American EXpress card services in UK as soon as I arrive, be sure of that.

Avoid booking with Flight Network!

Used their service only to be told that the fare price had gone up after booking. Attempted to cancel the flight, I was charged with additional fees which were contrary to the airline terms and conditions. Having spent over an hour on the phone with a CSR, was directed to airline and back, only to be strung around again. Sent an email to their customer service and did not receive a reply. Very dishonest company and I would avoid if possible.

Do not book with Flight Network, save yourself from being overcharged due to foreign currency fees (hidden fees).

I purchased three RT tickets through their website from Canada to the US. When I checked my credit card statement, it turns out I have been charged more than the agreed listed and booking price.

The prices were displayed in Canadian currency when I made the booking. The email confirmation that I received after booking stated that my credit card statement should show one or more charges that equal the total agreed listed price in my email confirmation. I do not understand why customers are subject to foreign currency fee when the prices were clearly displayed in CAD. Importantly, the applicable Ts&Cs are not clearly displayed or disclosed before customers actually confirm the purchase. I have booked with other Canadian travel websites, such as cheapoair.ca and expedia.ca, and whatever amount is advertised on their website is what you pay for (there are no foreign currency fees, etc). Therefore, I was under the impression that Flight Network operates the same way as the other Canadian travel websites, and the fact that the prices were displayed in CAD currency and FlightNetwork is a Canadian company!

I decided to book with Flight Network due to its cheaper price at the time, but after seeing the actual charges I would have never booked with Flight Network. This is my first time booking with Flight Network and I feel that I have been cheated by their system and its lack of transparency. The prices were falsely advertised on their website.

According to the Customer Care representative, their system recognized that I am a Canadian citizen and the fare had gone down a bit after the purchase was made. So the system, "in order to give me a better fare" & no exchange rates to be applied, voided the tickets & sent the transaction back to my card account in full. However, this was not the case, exchange rates were applied when they returned the transactions back to my account; hence, I received a much lower amount. I do not understand as to why they would refund me in CAD currency when my credit card was charged in USD. I was then subsequently charged with the new fare in Canadian currency without the exchange rates. For these reasons, I believe Flight Network does not operate fairly and cheats its customer by charging incorrect amounts and making transactions that do not makes sense.

Absolutely Flightnetwork is the worst travel agency that I have ever seen in my life. Not responsible for their services. If you want to contact them it takes more than hour waiting on the phone and even calling many times. Never book a ticket from flightnetwork.

Worst Service. I picked the right dates and their system changed it after the BOOKING so called them up and the agent is denying. They are Thieves. I have filed a Dispute. These people need to be caught for making free money out of customers.
Update on 10-09-2018.
All of a sudden you see now reviews with "even if the dates were selected wrong by the customer FN changed it for free plus one review say he got a refund in same day (5 Min LOL) " REALLY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

One the worst flight booking website. I've called them regarding the refund for the ticket which was cancelled on Dec 25 and still they are saying it's under processing. The airlines have agreed to provide with the refund and asked the booking agent to contact them when I contacted the airlines directly.but the flightnetwork is not following up the case nor replying to the emails I've sent even if they reply they say that booking id you've provided is not correct and if you reply to that email they will say to create a new ticket which will take another few months to get a reply. so pathetic booking service.
